Abstract

Conventional learning and student-centered learning tend to affect students' interest in learning, especially in physical education learning material passing down techniques. This research is qualitative descriptive research with a type of survey research. The population of this study was 80 students. The sample of this study used a random sampling technique so the number of samples in this study was 40 people. Respondents in this study as many as 40 students, the conclusion of this study is that more interactive and fun learning through games for the level of effectiveness of learning basic passing techniques under basketball is in the good category. The purpose of this study aims to determine the level of student interest in learning basic passing techniques under volleyball at the junior high school level of North Musi Rasawa Regency.

Abstract

Pembelajaran di Era Milenial sekarang banyak yang menggunakan teknologi dalam membantu guru dalam pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan analisis kebutuhan dan melihat peranan guru dalam pengembangan media Pembelajaran IPA. Metode penelitian yangdigunakan adalah metode diskritif kualitatif yaitu dengan cara melakukan analisi kebutuhan. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 03 Oktober 2019 dan 05 Oktober 2019. Tempat penelitian yaitu SMPN 4 Nganjuk Jawa Timur dan SMPN 7 Nganjuk Jawa Timur. Hasilnya guru belum berperan besar dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran. Hal ini membuat inovasi media pembelajaran mutlak dilakukan. Kesimpulannya adalah bahwa media pembelajaran yang digunakan guru dalam pembelajaran IPA, masih perlu dikembangkan.

Abstract

This study was conducted to study the impact of financial literacy and financial management on the performance of Village government businesses (Village-Owned Enterprises) located in Lobuk Village, Bluto District, Sumenep Regency. As a village economic institution, Village government plays a strategic role in improving the progress and prosperity of the community. The level of financial literacy and effective financial management are considered to be able to influence the operational success of Village government, especially in making strategic decisions, optimizing the use of funds, and increasing profits. This study adopted a descriptive quantitative method involving all administrators, employees, and tenants of Pelangi Nusantara Village government kiosks in Lobuk Village as the population and sample. There are three variables studied, two of which are independent variables, namely Financial Literacy (X1) and Financial Management (X2), while the dependent variable is Village government Business Performance (Y). Data analysts use several techniques including data quality testing, multiple regression analysis and determination coefficient testing. Hypothesis testing was conducted through t-test (partial) and F-test (simultaneous) with the help of IBM SPSS software version 25. The research findings revealed that financial literacy does not affect Village Government Business Performance, financial management has a significant positive effect on Village Government Business Performance, financial literacy and financial management have a significant effect simultaneously on Village Government business performance.

Abstract

The fertile age couples (FAC) motivation in controling pregnancy, which one using IUD contraception. The largest acceptors of 27.1% FAC women of the total FAC women in district Sukorejo 2014 using the IUD. The purpose of the study was to describe the motivation of women in Fertile Age Couples (FAC) in using IUD in district Sukorejo Blitar. The researcher using descriptive method. The data will be taken from FAC women who use IUD in district Sukorejo, Blitar, total sample as much as 44 FAC women using Purposive Sampling technique. Data collection will be done by giving questionnaires. Time data retrieval from March to April 2016. The research results obtained by the motivation that is high motivation 72.7% and is enough motivation 27,3%. Intrinsic motivation is high especially at desire from her self and the target to get effectiveness usage of IUD. Extrinsic motivation also high especially support of environment. And distressed motivation is enough especially at body weight that affects FAC women to use IUD contraception. From this research, the researcher recommended to maintain high motivation in PUS women to use IUD contraceptives method.

Abstract

The rapid development of e-commerce in Indonesia has changed people's shopping behavior from conventional to digital, which has an impact on aspects of corporate sustainability, including brand reputation. Tokopedia as one of the leading e-commerce platforms, needs to understand the factors that influence the sustainability of its company, especially in terms of consumer purchasing behavior (Customer Purchase Behavior) and customer trust (Trust). The purpose of this study is to analyze the Influence of Customer Purchase Behavior and Trust on the Corporate Sustainability Dimensions of Tokopedia's Brand Reputation in South Cikarang. This study uses quantitative methods, The population in this study was Tokopedia e-commerce users, totaling 134 people. The sample used was a saturated sample, namely using the entire population as a sample of 134 respondents. Data processing used the SmartPLS version 3.0 analysis tool. The results of the analysis obtained were reputation Tokopedia in South Cikarang. Trust does not have a positive effect on Tokopedia's brand reputation in South Cikarang. Customer purchasing behavior does not have a positive effect on corporate sustainability through the mediation of Tokopedia's brand reputation in South Cikarang. Trust does not have a positive effect on corporate sustainability through the mediation of Tokopedia's brand reputation in South Cikarang.
