Abstract

The learning process in informatics department at Sahid University of Surakarta, the material of subject is distributed manually by copying file with the flash(disk) or use the book/ learning module teaching. Based on these problems, the writer build the mobile learning based on android as solution of these problem. The purpose of this study is build the mobile learning based on android to facilitate lecturers in presenting the materials to students using the smartphone so that will support the learning process in informatics department at Sahid University of Surakarta. The mobile learning application based on android is using object-oriented programming method, implemented by using java programing language, the application server is using databased based on web, and the system testing is using blackbox testing method. This mobile learning application had the features to facilitate students for downloading the required materials or facilitate student to looking for a materials that can be read anytime and anywhere. Otherwise it would be easier for the lecturers in the content of subject by uploading the files so that students can access the material via smartphone.   Based on the results of testing mobile applications learning outcomes that have been tested 100% run functionally assessed by looking at the results of tests conducted of three university students by using an Android device with 3 different smarthpone OS, it can be concluded that the speed of opening the main menu can be known that average of loading time (±0, 59s), speed of access (±6, 32s), and download speeds (±9s).

Abstract

The development of information systems has a lot of influence on human life and is necessary for data processing facilities to obtain information quickly, precisely, andaccurately. The purpose of this research is to apliction modelling a UKM information system based on the website of Sahid Surakarta University can be accessed via theinternet with ease.The research method used of UKM at the University of Sahid Surakarta is using data collection methods that are divided into methods of observation, literature method,interview method.. System design method using object-oriented programming is using Unified Modeling Language (UML).

Abstract

Parking system which is commonly done purposing to put the parking area in order only on giving ticket connected to the computer system in per hour charge. Itmeans the cunsumers have to look for the parking space by them selves. The problem is come up vehicles heapping and overloading coused the unorganized parking area toget a parking space is an unconvenient thing for customers. Building a parking area informative system is a way to overcome this problem  Previously the parking system in Sahid University of Surakarta was done manually by area arranging and using a ticket as a user identity for the consequence the users face the difficulty to get a parking space. Based on that fact a computerized informative system is needed to be developed to solve the problem. The system which will be developed is a parking area informative system users a programming language Visual Basic 6.0, My SQL Server as database and seagate crystal report to make a report. It is designed to overcome the unorganized parking area, so it can help the users getting parking area space, and also this computerized sytem will make an addition on security value. By building this new parking area system Sahid University of Surakarta of sha able to overcome the problems such as the vehichles heapping overloading unorganizedparking area and also the difficulty to get a parking space.

Abstract

Information Systems of Final Project in Sahid University of Surakarta still using manual systems, where the filing of the title is still using a paper form, the studentmust immediately meet the Study Program Chairman and academic advisor for raising titles and information about any title that has been received is still not transparent.Information about anyone who has graduated and who will graduate and the graduation schedule is not yet maximal. Information Systems of Final Project which canbe accessed quickly students are needed so that students can obtain information more quickly and accurately about the End Task. The method used in the manufacture of this Information Systems of Final Project using structured programming. Testing the system in this study using the method of Mc Call, using five factors: portability, reliability, maintainability, usability and compability. Mc Call method was chosen because it is easy to use and powerful toolto measure software quality. Information Systems of Final Project based web is the right step to provide information about the final project that can be accessed efficiently by the students who took the Final. This system can also be used as a means to consult a counselor for students enrolled following the End Task. Information Systems of Final Project which is expected to be web-based facilities that support the process of final project at the Sahid University of Surakarta. Having measured using the method of Mc Call, the total value of the quality of this system is (77,8 %)). The value of measuring the quality of the systems have been able to determine that the system can be used in Sahid University of Surakarta.

Abstract

SMK Negeri 1 Slawi is one of the schools that have implemented an IT technology. With the growth with information and technology which increases rapidly and the increase of Internet users make SMK Negeri 1 Slawi must use a learning media. One way to solve the problem is by making E-library. The purpose of the Elibrary is to complete the existing traditional library and develop students science.

Abstract

ssing system in which teaching and learning are directly face to face. This method has several drawbacks, especially often take a long time in the biology oflearning media. The purpose of this research is to develop systems biology study of existing media. The system developed is a medium for learning biology junior highschool class VII previously performed entirely face to face directly, converted into a computer-based system. This change is necessary in order to facilitate the processing ofbiological learning media properly to avoid the weaknesses that are often found in media learning system manually. Software quality measurement in this study usingMcCall, with the five factors used to assess the accuracy, reliability, efficiency, usability, and maintenance.

Abstract

The role of information is increasingly needed to support an activity. In line with the development of information technology both hardware and software is rapidlyincreasing, then it should be an institution can take advantage of advances in information technology. One form of utilization is for the development of informationsystems that can support the activities of employees in making a decision. With this system, the activity of employees in an institution can be optimally and efficiently so asto increase productivity. Integrated Activity Information Systems Employee of Sahid Surakarta University is a software for data processing activities of employees andlecturer university Sahid Surakarta. Functions that any activities at the University of Sahid Surakarta both outside and inside the campus can be controlled so as to minimizeconflict of schedule.

Abstract

The Library of Sahid University at Surakarta still used a manual data processing system by a human. This procedures has some weakness, specially mistake error andused a long time during searching or recording the data.The purpose of this research is to develop the information and data processing system at Sahid University Library. Thesystem that been developed is information and data processing that previously done by human converted to computer based system. These changes are necessary to facilitate data processing and presentation of information properly in order to avoid the weakness a manual system. This research use an object methode, that built depend on library necessary both visitors and library staff. A system can be called qualified if it meets several criteria ofquality. Software quality measurement in this study using McCall methodes with five factors include of correctness, reliability, eficiency, usability and maintenance. Thismethode had chosen because of this methode is familiar and good to measure the quality of software. The resulting product of this research is library information system based from the object that built depend on library necessary. The advantages of this system is moreeasy to finding a book or catalog like borrowing or repayment transactions, input of book data and member and also more easy to make the reports. Finally, the result is thesystem with McCall methodes have 77,151% total quality, that means this system can be applied at Sahid University Library to simplify the data processing and presentation all about Library information.

Abstract

Outpatient information system is a system that provides information in the form of data in matters relating to outpatient. Outpatient services for patients are observation,diagnosis, treatment, medical rehabilitation and other health care services without a stay at the hospital. This resulted in a research of design and analysis system outpatient clinic Pratama Panti Waluyo Surakarta-based web. The research methodology used is the interview, observation, literature. Development is a process that is in all of these systems are displayed in one tab, input management of medical record and sales of automatic logging of drug registration of patients, the addition of the financial reports for the needs of the Central  Administration and report medical record based on the name of the doctor that can be accessed by Admins and the officer of the clinic, as well as the look of the website were made more attractive.

Abstract

Pemilihan jaksa ideal sebagai Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) (studi kasus di Kejaksaan Negeri Kota XYZ) sebelumnya dilakukan dengan menganalisis dokumen cetak dan dokumen elektronik secara manual. Kondisi ini membutuhkan ketelitian, waktu, serta rentan terjadinya kesalahan manusia. Kondisi ini memberi peluang untuk pengembangan aplikasi untuk mempermudah proses analisis dan meningkatkan kualitas keputusan yang diambil. Salah satu yang dikembangkan adalah aplikasi Sistem pendukung Keputusan menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). SPK Pemilihan JPU memiliki kriteria-kriteria yang akan digunakan menyesuaikan tingkat kepentingan perkara yang akan ditangani dan peranan jaksa dalam tim JPU. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) pada Sistem Pendukung Keputusan pemilihan jaksa penuntut umum berbasis AHP di Kejaksaan Negeri XYZ. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian empiris dengan metoda kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Pengujian Technology Acceptance Model dengan 30 responden yang terdiri dari jaksa fungsional dan staf di Kejaksaan Negeri Surakarta. Hasil pengujian dianalisis lebih lanjut dengan menggunakan regresi linier untuk mengetahui korelasi antar variabel. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan 93,83% responden setuju bahwa aplikasi SPK dapat berguna dan membantu (PU), 86,22% responden berpendapat bahwa aplikasi SPK terlihat mudah untuk digunakan dan dipelajari (PEOU), 91% responden setuju bahwa aplikasi SPK dapat memberi dampak positif (ATU), dan 92% responden berniat untuk menggunakan aplikasi SPK jika memiliki akses (BI). Hasil analisis regresi linier menunjukkan bahwa sikap terhadap penggunaan sistem memiliki pengaruh yang besar terhadap keinginan untuk menggunakan sistem.
