Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kesadaran siswa SMP di Surabaya dalam melaksanakan kebijakan protokol Kesehatan COVID-19. Proses pencapaian kesadaran kritis pada siswa dapat dilakukan dengan memiliki pengetahuan tentang lingkungan alam (teknis) dan pengetahuan tentang lingkungan sosial (praktis) pada proses belajar mereka. Pengetahuan teknis siswa berkaitan dengan pengetahuan tentang COVID-19 di lingkungan sekitar siswa. Pengetahuan praktis siswa berkaitan dengan bagaimana siswa memahami risiko penularan COVID-19 di lingkungan sekitar mereka berdasarkan interaksi yang telah mereka lakukan. Kedua pengetahuan tersebut digunakan siswa sebagai dasar mereka melaksanakan kebijakan protokol kesehatan COVID-19. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan hermeneutik kritis Habermas. Teori yang digunakan yaitu Teori Belajar Habermas. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terkait dengan data pendukung penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model Habermasian dengan tahap pengumpulan data, penafsiran oleh individu, dan penarikan kesimpulan dengan melakukan penafsiran kebenaran secara umum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa SMP di Surabaya yang memiliki kesadaran kritis melaksanakan kebijakan protocol Kesehatan COVID-19 berdasarkan alasan, antara lain: sebagai bentuk perlindungan diri dari COVID-19, sebagai bentuk melindungi orang lain dari COVID-19, dan sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab yang harus dilakukan sebagai seorang siswa dalam upaya memutus rantai penyebaran COVID-19.

Abstract

The learning process often only focuses on the academic results achieved and tends to ignore the ability of character skills in students, one of which is communicative and disciplined character. This research aims to get an overview of the implementation of the culturally responsive teaching approach with social-emotional learning in history learning for class X-2 students of SMAN 1 Kalitidu. The data obtained from this study were in the form of communicative and disciplined characters in students in learning history before and after using this approach. Data sources were obtained from teachers, students, and the implementation of interactions between students and teachers during the learning process. The procedure for carrying out this research used two cycles, in each cycle consisting of observing, processing and taking action. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation, interviews, and reflective journals. Using descriptive analysis techniques. The results of research that has been carried out on students of class X-2 in history learning using the application of a culturally responsive teaching approach with social-emotional learning can be concluded that implementation using this approach can develop communicative and disciplined character. This can be seen through the active involvement of students while participating in learning. This approach makes students have motivation, courage, empathy, a sense of responsibility, can make decisions and are confident in expressing opinions.

Abstract

Smartphones are electronic devices that cannot be separated from modern human life today, in the field of education devices also have an important role in addition to being a learning medium can also be a source of learning. The use of smartphones as learning supports increased in the intensity of their use during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020-2021, the use of smartphones in this learning certainly has its own impacts on students and learning, this impact can be a negative or positive impact. This study is intended to determine the effectiveness of the use of smartphones as a means of supporting learning with the Independent Curriculum, and its use if integrated with learning media in the form of giant snakes and ladders. The findings in this study showed that students experienced changes in smartphone use in class and in grades in history subjects obtained.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan LKPD IPS berbasis pendekatan saintifik dalam rangka meningkatkan hasil belajar dan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa. Data diperoleh dari kelas VI SDN 1 Soko dan kelas VI SDN Tunggulrejo, Kecamatan Rengel, Kabupaten Tuban Jawa Timur. Metode penelitian memakai metode research and development (penelitian dan pengembangan). Metode ini dilakukan dalam siklus 4-D Thiagarajan dan Semmel (1974), yakni Define, Design, Develop, dan Deseminate. Hasil penelitian-pengembangan ini adalah 1.) LKPD yang dikembangkan dinyatakan sangat layak oleh validator baik segi materi dengan 87,5% maupun media dengan 88,2%. 2.) Tingkat keefektifan LKPD yang dikembangkan berdasarkan hasil presentase ketuntasan kelas eksperimen sebesar 93,1% dinyatakan sangat efektif. Sementara, tingkat efektifitas dengan nilai N-gain diperoleh 71,35%. Dengan demikian, LKPD IPS berbasis scientific approach dengan tema aktivitas ekonomi di lingkungan sekitar ini dinyatakan efektif dalam meningkatkan kreativitas dan kognitif siswa. Abstract

Objective: This research reviews the literature regarding the development of Digital Student Worksheets based on the discovery learning model to improve collaboration skills and student learning outcomes in elementary schools. This review article is a literature review research. Method: used is a narrative review, which consists of four stages: selecting the topic to be reviewed, selecting national journals and international journals that are relevant to the latest five years, namely 2018-2023, totaling ten articles, conducting literature analysis and synthesis, and compiling review results. Results: The results of the literature review show that e-LKPD can improve collaboration skills and improve student learning outcomes. Novelty: this research provides a new color for the literature review on e-LKPD, specifically on the discovery learning model for Natural and Social Sciences (NSS) subjects in elementary schools.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the application of the value clarification technology learning model (VCT) in social studies learning for elementary school students. The research method in this study used documents obtained from previous studies. Sources of library program information are also from a review of previous research that has the same goal. The test in this study was intended to obtain and analyze several VCT learning models in social studies learning for elementary school children. The results of this study include eight articles that were reviewed based on references, research methods, and interventions. The conclusion reached in this study is the Value Clarification Technology (VCT) learning method improves learning outcomes, problem solving skills, aspects of religious values, worship obedience, tolerance, discipline, caring for friends, discussion and having a sense of responsibility to complete tasks correctly. time, imitating the heroism and patriotism of the figures in their environment, and learning motivation in social studies learning for elementary school students.

Jenis penelitian ini yaitu termasuk dalam penelitian pengembangan. Alatyangdikembangkandalampenelitianinimeliputi silabus,rencanapelaksanaan pembelajaran, lembar kerja siswa, bahan ajar, dan tes keterampilan berpikir kritissiswa. Pengembangan perangkatpembelajaranberbasisinquiryuntukmeningkatkan keterampilanberpikirkritisdalamIPS materiinteraksimanusiadenganlingkungandandampaknyaterhadapperkembangansosial,budaya,danekonomimasyarakatIndonesiayangdiujicobakandikelasV.Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas VSDNNgagelrejoI/396Surabaya. Hasil pada penelitian ini bahwa rata-rata N-Gain secara keseluruhan diperoleh sebesar 0,83 yang artinya N-Gain pretest dan posttest tersebut tinggi. Abstract

Local wisdom-based learning utilizes local knowledge, principles and culture when teaching. In elementary schools, local wisdom learning is important to implement as a solution in shaping students' character and identity from an early age. By integrating local values and traditions into the curriculum, students not only learn about their cultural heritage, but also develop a sense of pride and love for their social environment, local wisdom can influence students in critical thinking because by providing contextual learning it will be easy for students to understand, local wisdom learning is not only limited to social learning but can also be integrated into numeracy and science learning. In the initial stage, this research conducted a thorough literature review and accessed the latest scientific publications through various channels, including but not limited to Google Scholar. The main objective of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of implementing local wisdom learning at the primary school level. This literature study collected secondary data from journals that discuss the implementation of local wisdom learning. Journals published between 2019 and 2024 were selected as a comparison of updated data on local wisdom-based learning in the hope that it can be a source of innovation in local wisdom-based learning. The analysis of 25 journals showed that local wisdom-based learning is significantly more effective in improving learning outcomes and student character. Students exposed to local wisdom-based learning have significant differences in their understanding of local wisdom culture.

Abstract

Project-based learning based on local wisdom is increasingly important in education in Indonesia. Through project-based learning, students are invited to actively participate in activities that are relevant to culture and the environment that can foster a sense of love for their region. This type of research is included in the type of field research, the research design used is a qualitative descriptive method. The techniques used to collect the data needed in the study were interviews, observations, and documentation. Based on the research results, it is known that students really enjoy doing project-based learning which is carried out through making kupang omelettes. Apart from having fun learning, students also know and love the local wisdom of their own region, one of which is typical Kupang food which is a typical Sidoarjo food. The project learning activity was carried out by making mussel omelettes using ready-to-process dry mussels as the basic ingredient. This activity can increase local wisdom through learning in elementary schools with fun project learning, so that it can increase the feeling of love for the country and of course student learning outcomes, especially science and social studies lessons.

Abstract

Indonesia is the purpose of this study was to determine the socio-economic problems of the natural disaster of the Mount Semeru eruption in Lumajang Regency as a source of social studies learning. This research method is by using a qualitative case study approach. The data collection was carried out using interviews and participant observation and documentation to obtain data in the form of numbers. The subject of this research is the community affected by the eruption of Mount Semeru in Supiturang Village, Curah Kobokan, Lumajang Regency. This research will focus on socio-economic problems that emerged after the eruption of Mount Semeru natural disaster. Data analysis used is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study state that the socio-economic problems of the community after the natural disaster of the Mount Semeru eruption are (1) Loss of livelihood causes unemployment (2) Loss of property causes poverty. From these various socio-economic problems, the government made many efforts to overcome problems such as establishing temporary and permanent housing, receiving social assistance from various groups, providing social assistance from the government.
