Abstract

Lembaga keuangan syariah terus berupaya mengimplementasikan inovasi yang relevan dengan tuntutan era saat ini. Salah satu aspek inovatif yang menjadi fokus adalah penggunaan hybrid contract, di mana dua akad digabungkan dalam satu kesepakatan. Penelitian ini bersifat kepustakaan dan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui analisis literatur dari berbagai sumber, termasuk buku, jurnal, dan hasil penelitian terkait. Teknik analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis informasi yang ditemukan. Perbedaan mendasar antara giro konvensional dan giro syariah terletak pada konsep operasional, di mana giro konvensional menggunakan bunga, sedangkan giro syariah menggunakan bagi hasil. Hybrid contract yang telah diterapkan dalam perbankan syariah adalah giro dengan kombinasi mudharabah dan wadiah. Simpanan nasabah diinvestasikan sesuai dengan prinsip Islam, menjadikannya pilihan yang sesuai dengan aturan dan memberikan alternatif terbaru. Inovasi semacam ini membantu lembaga keuangan syariah tetap mematuhi prinsip-prinsip syariah sambil tetap relevan dan dapat tumbuh di masa depan.

Abstract

Policies from political economy can have an overall impact on the state system, This type of research uses literature research that takes data through information by obtaining library materials, data techniques that have been obtained by reviewing and analyzing, both in the form of books, journals, research results. As well as by using descriptive analysis techniques. Emil Salim explained the characteristics of the economy based on Pancasila having a role, state and private businesses go hand in hand that can avoid monopoly. The economy of Pancasila is based on the principle of family. Society can be an important role, no longer moving individually. The state has a role to control natural resources but must be based on the implementation of rights and obligations with a maximum plan. Pancasila economy is a people-based economy where the community gets the core of the five precepts in the economy. The causes of MSMEs with local products are difficult to develop, namely: Limitations with financial access. Minimal distribution network. Managerial skills that have not been maximized. Fierce market competition. Limited infrastructure. Requires mentoring and training. Weak Marketing and Branding. Steps that can be used as recommendations are: providing easy access to capital. Provide training assistance, business managerial, marketing, branding. The government becomes a promotional medium to echo local products. The need for triplehelix cooperation between the government, society, media to echo local products. forming a tagline, by providing a promotional platform with local products.

Abstract

sociology of Law is the study whose object is legal phenomena using the social sciences. The perspective used is seen from different sides. Because it refers to symptoms that occur in society. Anthropology is a scientific discipline whose focus of study lies on humans and culture in society. As well as by using descriptive analysis techniques. Consumer protection is all efforts made by the government to ensure legal certainty in providing protection to consumers. The UUPK outlines the rights and obligations of consumers and businesses. Consumer rights are divided into 9 points regarding security, comfort, consumer safety is an urgent matter in consumer protection. In sharia economic law, the stages that constitute legal protection can be given. In the study of Islamic fiqh related to the truth and accuracy of information When business actors promote their sales occupy at the study stage. Abstract

The establishment of Law Number 3 of 2006 concerning Religious Courts has increased the authority of religious courts, namely by resolving disputes from the sharia economy. Parties to the dispute can take a path that can be resolved, namely by litigation and non-litigation. There are several ways through non-litigation, such as mediation, negotiation, arbitration, and musharawah. However, the focus of this discussion is on mediation. Supreme Court Regulation Number 1 of 2016 concerning mediation procedures in court in article 1 point 1 states that mediation is one way to resolve disputes by negotiating to obtain agreement from two parties which will be assisted by a mediator. The necessity in conducting this mediation is a provision of article 10 of PERMA SES. This provision states that judges are required to seek peace first before hearing cases. Mediators in court have a vital role in the dispute resolution process from two parties Provide facilities for dialogue, neutrality, provide agreement facilities, encourage legal compliance, confidentiality, good communication skills, make agreements, stages of the mediation process, the first to fill out the form. Both parties may choose a mediator who is submitted to the judge. The initial stage in the mediation process is to provide a resume with a maximum of five days calculated to the mediator. Furthermore, the mediator mediates with negotiation material at an unlimited mediation meeting, both posita and petitum lawsuit, The mediation process takes place within thirty days calculated from the determination to carry out mediation, can be extended again for thirty days with the agreement of two parties. If within thirty days there is no sign of successful mediation, the process can be stopped immediately. If the mediation process has been carried out by the mediator and two parties, then the mediator will draw conclusions from mediation

Abstract

Storytelling have already integrated in learning speaking with many advantages, the researchers apply it among EFL (English as a Foreign Language) students in Kampung Inggris Transmigration to fostering students' speaking skills. Utilizing the Photovoice methodology and the SHOWeD method, the study systematically explores the use of storytelling in language learners' speaking abilities. Participants of this study were 5 tutors and 30 students from two EFL classes in Kampung Inggris Transmigrasi. The findings highlight the pivotal role of storytelling in creating a dynamic and engaging learning environment that encourages active participation and collaboration. This research contributes to the field of language education by emphasizing the significant influence of storytelling on developing effective speaking skills in EFL students, offering insights into innovative methodologies for language acquisition.Keywords: Speaking Skills, Storytelling, and EFL Students
