Abstract

Garnier Cosmetics is a leading brand with a wide range of products that can be used to meet the skin care needs of consumers. The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of brand image celebrity endorser and price on the purchase decision of Garnier brand cosmetics. The method of this study is to use a quantitative method. Distribute the questionnaire to a sample of 59 respondents which is a data collection technique using a survey technique. Data analysis using structural equation modeling. The results of this study is variable proved to have a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision. The results of each positive variabel value and r-squared value of 0,941 or 94,1% indicate that the purchase decision selection variable is declared significant.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has now become a common behavior in Indonesia, but not all companies have implemented it. making education in Indonesia a quite complex problem. The role of the government, community and other parties including the business world is needed in developing education, as long as it is an effort to support government programs. The freeing up of the company's role gave rise to various forms of activities in the education sector. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive research with data sources from observation, interviews and documentation. When viewed from the data sources, the data collection uses primary data sources and secondary data sources. Identification of CSR Programs in the Education Sector at PT. Suryabumi Agrolanggeng has been implemented well, every year the company provides assistance for teachers' welfare, the construction of a prayer room for SMP Negeri 6, assistance for the construction of the building of SMK Negri 2 and many others in building quality education, making the nation's life intelligent and the welfare of teachers for the education sector in PALI Regency

Abstract

Internet of Things (IoT) telah menjadi komponen penting dalam transformasi digital yang mempercepat efisiensi operasional di berbagai sektor ekonomi. Dengan kemampuan menghubungkan berbagai perangkat dan sistem secara real-time, IoT membuka peluang baru untuk mengoptimalkan sumber daya dan proses bisnis. Selain itu, IoT sangat berperan dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan melalui inovasi teknologi yang ramah lingkungan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran IoT dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional sektor ekonomi yang kemudian akan mendorong pertumbuhan berkelanjutan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang jenisnya studi literatur (research library) yang diperoleh dari penelitian terdahulu serta publikasi relevan terkait penerapan IoT di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa IoT secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan pengelolaan sumber daya, mengoptimalkan proses produksi dan distribusi, serta memperkuat pengambilan keputusan berbasis data real-time. Selain itu, IoT mendukung pengembangan ekonomi yang ramah lingkungan dan berkelanjutan melalui pengurangan limbah dan peningkatan efisiensi energi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi IoT ke dalam sektor ekonomi menjadi strategi penting dalam mendorong daya saing nasional dan pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan. Implikasi praktis penelitian ini adalah perlunya penguatan kapabilitas sumber daya manusia dan infrastruktur digital guna memaksimalkan manfaat IoT dalam mendukung pembangunan ekonomi Indonesia secara inklusif.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to explore the relationship between self-efficacy, ability to solve mathematical problems, and higher level thinking skills (HOTS), by paying attention to the influence of learning style on the success of the learning process. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, which is conducted through searching literature from various scientific sources relevant to data collection using Google Scholar, published in the period 2020–2025. The study process is carried out through the planning, implementation, and reporting stages which include identification, selection, and this study also involves the analysis of articles that focus on subjects that meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results of the study show that self-efficacy has a significant role in improving students' ability to solve mathematical problems that require high-level thinking skills (HOTS). Students with a high level of self-efficacy tend to have a more systematic sense of confidence, perseverance, and a more systematic mindset when facing complex problems. In addition, the effectiveness  of the influence of self-efficacy is influenced by the learning style and learning strategies applied. Students with learning styles that align with certain teaching methods show better performance in higher-level thinking. Therefore, effective mathematics learning must be arranged adaptively by integrating  strengthening self-efficacy, developing HOTS skills, and adjusting to students' learning styles. It is hoped that the results of this research can be a reference in designing learning strategies that are able to encourage continuous improvement in students' mathematical problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills

Abstract

The low level of literacy culture among elementary school students in Indonesia is a fundamental problem that requires innovative and sustainable educational interventions. This study aims to conduct an in-depth examination of the implementation of the integration of reading corners and creative daily reading journals in strengthening the literacy culture of fifth-grade students at SDN 12 Mataram. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with the research subjects consisting of fifth-grade teachers and students selected through purposive sampling. Data collection was conducted via participant observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis, while data validity was ensured through triangulation of sources and methods. Data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive analysis technique, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results indicate that the integration of these two programs significantly increased students’ reading frequency and independence, strengthened reading comprehension skills through creative reflection in the journals, and fostered the formation of an active reading community within the classroom. It is concluded that the synergy between the reading corner and the creative daily reading journal is capable of building a holistic and sustainable literacy culture. This study recommends that this integration program be widely adopted by elementary schools as an effective and contextual literacy-building strategy.
