Abstract

Pedestrians are sidewalks that are intended for pedestrians to enjoy the feel ofurban buildings and City / Regency parks. Pedestrians are a key indicator for theadvancement of civilization and future city development. In fact, many pedestrianshave become parking lots for cars or motorcycles, and have become areas for streetvendors selling their wares. This creates a feeling of discomfort for pedestrians andtourists who want to take a walk to enjoy urban and rural areas, City development isvery influential on population factors and on the other hand it also depends on thecarrying capacity of land and regional capabilities, in terms of financing or budgetcosts.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The international world is committed to reducing the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR). One of these efforts can be done by providing comprehensive midwifery care. Comprehensive midwiferycare aims to reduce morbidity and mortality in an effort to save mothers and babies. Comprehensive care in this study was carried out starting during the third trimester of pregnancy, delivery, newborn and postpartum. The aim of this research is to provide comprehensive midwifery care to NY. T who carried out a pregnancy check at the poskesdes pematang gadung mersam. This research is a case study research with a qualitative approach. The informants in this study were third trimester pregnant women. The research results show that the process of pregnancy,childbirth, newborns and the postpartum period can be passed well and receive care according to midwifery care standards. Abstract

In the digital era, communication and information technology are increasingly developing which allows digital development to progress very rapidly by developing technology. Making communication in marketing more effective. Therefore, marketing communication is a facility used by entrepreneurs to influence consumers' increase in the product or brand offered directly or indirectly and becomes a statement about the product or brand. In addition, in marketing marketing communications are needed to foster buyer understanding of the goods offered, to increase sales results, and to make goods sell quickly. Therefore, this research aims to understand the role of Facebook social media in marketing communications in the current digital era. The method used in this research is qualitative with analysis and approaches to obtain data information. The results obtained in this study are that Facebook social media plays an important role for communication in the current digital era, this is due to the wide reach that is obtained and the many features that facilitate sales so that marketing carried out by people can be effective and quickly reach their target market.

Abstract

Arsitektur tradisional Indonesia merupakan wujud ekspresi budaya yang kaya akan nilai filosofis dan simbolis, salah satunya tercermin dalam rumah adat Jawa. Rumah Joglo tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai hunian, tetapi juga merepresentasikan struktur sosial, nilai budaya, dan tata kehidupan masyarakat Jawa. Di Kotagede, Yogyakarta, Rumah Kalang menjadi contoh arsitektur tradisional yang berkembang melalui proses akulturasi antara budaya Jawa dan arsitektur kolonial Belanda (Indis). Keberadaan Rumah Kalang menunjukkan perpaduan tata ruang tradisional Jawa dengan elemen arsitektural Eropa, seperti penggunaan kolom bergaya Korinthia-Romawi, material batu bata, serta ornamen khas kolonial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji aspek arsitektural dan fungsi ruang Rumah Kalang sebagai representasi akulturasi budaya Jawa dan Belanda. Kajian ini didasarkan pada teori arsitektur tradisional Jawa, konsep pembagian ruang rumah Joglo, serta teori akulturasi budaya dalam arsitektur yang menekankan proses adaptasi unsur asing tanpa menghilangkan identitas lokal

Abstract

This study examines the effect of applying a secondary skin to a building facade on the quality of natural light at the J.CO Donuts & Coffee restaurant in Jatiwaringin, Bekasi. Natural lighting is a crucial aspect of architectural design that directly impacts user visual comfort. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the extent to which the application of a secondary skin can control natural light intensity according to comfort standards based on SNI 6197-2020.The research method used was a quantitative approach with field observation techniques and light intensity measurements using a lux meter at several points within the restaurant space. The measurement data were then compared with the natural lighting standards set by SNI. The results showed that the application of the secondary skin on the facade was not fully optimal. The natural light intensity values at the first (489 LUX) and second (899 LUX) measurement points exceeded comfort standards, while the third point (211 LUX) almost met the established standards. The conclusion of this study indicates that the secondary skin design of the facade needs to be optimized to balance natural light intensity across the entire space. The addition of facade elements such as lattices or vines is recommended to help reduce excess light without reducing the overall quality of natural lighting
