Abstract

The social assistance program is a program held by the government as an effort to overcome poverty. Mekarjaya Village is one of the villages running the program. In carrying out this social assistance process, there are obstacles in terms of collecting data on its citizens because there are often discrepancies in the recipient data collected by the community with the type of assistance. To make it easier to determine the appropriate type of social assistance, an analysis of the data on the recipients of the social assistance is needed. The data analysis method in this research uses Data Mining including Data Selection and Preprocessing, while the classification method uses the Naïve Bayes Classifier. Testing using the Confusion Matrix produces an accuracy of 94.53% with a comparison of training data and testing 80:20. With this model, it is hoped that village officials can determine the type of social assistance that is appropriate for the community.

Abstract

Kondisi pasca pandemi COVID-19 dengan telah dilepasnya status PPKM saat ini telah meningkatkan gairah usaha bagi para pengusaha UMKM dibidang kuliner. Di Kota Tasikmalaya kembali berjamur berbagai macam usaha kuliner dengan berbagai pengembangan jenis dan variannya, salah satu diantaranya adalah usaha kuliner makanan seblak. Pangsa pasar terbesar dari usaha kuliner makanan seblak ini adalah para wanita mulai dari usia remaja hingga orang tua. Seblak merupakan makanan hasil olahan dari bahan mentah berbagai macam kerupuk, yang dilengkapi dengan berbagai bahan mentah potongan daging ayam, sosis dan bakso dengan berbagai jenis dan ukuran, serta bahan mentah makanan olahan lainnya termasuk beberapa jenis frozen food yang tentunya dapat ditawarkan dengan harga yang terjangkau. Pada awalnya, penjualan seblak ini disajikan mengandalkan racikan bumbu unik yang diolah sedemikian rupa dengan beberapa variasi menu dan harga yang telah ditetapkan. Penjualan yang dihasilkan dalam sehari dapat mencapai 50 sampai 100 porsi. Dengan adanya program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dapat membantu mitra pengusaha kecil dan menengah dalam usaha kuliner seblak dengan memberikan bantuan berupa alat dan bahan yang diperlukan agar dapat meningkatkan penjualan dengan merubah cara penyajian menunya serta memanfaatkan teknologi masa kini seperti media sosial sebagai alat promosi serta aplikasi dalam mengelola pendapatannya. Dan saat ini tentunya sudah ada peningkatan penjualan hingga mendekati 250 porsi per hari.

Abstract

Dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan agar proses usaha yang dijalankan berjalan dengan baik haruslah didukung dengan pengelolaan karyawan yang baik pula. Namun dalam proses pengelolaan karyawan memiliki kendala, salah satunya adalah subjektivitas dalam pengambilan keputusan dalam hal promosi jabatan. Dalam penentuan prioritas karyawan pada promosi jabatan membutuhkan banyak kriteria. Penilaian dengan banyak kriteria membutuhkan suatu metode Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM). Pada Skripsi ini, diterapkan metode SAW dan TOPSIS dalam penentuan prioritas karyawan berdasarkan penilaian kinerjanya. Konsep dasar metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) adalah mencari penjumlahan terbobot dari rating kinerja pada setiap alternatif pada semua atribut. Sedangkan metode TOPSIS digunakan untuk menentukan prioritas alternatif. Metode TOPSIS miliki konsep dimana alternatif yang terpilih merupakan jarak terjauh dari solusi ideal negatif dan terpendek dari solusi ideal positif. Konteks dalam penelitian ini adalah menerapkan analisis perbandingan dua metode Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yaitu SAW dan TOPSIS dengan menggunakan uji kesesuaian pada setiap kriteria penilaian kinerja yang akan dijadikan pedoman sebagai penentuan kenaikan jabatan manajer. Hasil uji kesesuaian metode SAW 99,0700% dan metode Topsis adalah 99,4733%, berdasarkan hasil uji kesesuaian tiap metode dapat dianggap sama, sehingga kedua metode dapat diterapkan untuk menyelesaikan masalah penentuan kenaikan jabatan manager. Sedangkan dari empat alternatif yang ada, terpilih 1 kandidat yakni Karyawan Dengan Nama Tomi A yang mendapatkan promosi kenaikan jabatan.

Abstract

CV. Indocar Putra Daerah atau yang biasa disebut Indocar adalah sebuah perusahaan rental mobil. Dengan menggunakan metode design thinking, Indocar saat ini sedang mengembangkan aplikasi mobile untuk penyewaan mobil untuk mencapai hasil desain UI dan UX yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Dalam tahap desain, pendekatan yang dilakukan tidak hanya berfokus pada apa yang dilihat dan dirasakan oleh pengguna (user interface), tetapi juga pada pengalaman pengguna (user experience). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah strategi perpaduan, menyebarkan kuesioner, dan mencari informasi melalui buku atau jurnal yang berhubungan dengan eksplorasi. Pengujian kegunaan atau usability testing dilakukan untuk memahami bagaimana perjalanan dan pengalaman pengguna saat menggunakan aplikasi yang telah dirancang. Dengan cara ini, dapat diketahui apakah aplikasi tersebut sudah berfungsi dengan baik dan efisien bagi pengguna atau belum. Untuk memperoleh hasil pengujian, digunakan platform Maze.co dengan hasil direct success rata-rata mendapatkan hasil 80-100% dari 1-6 pertanyaan dan hasil System Usability Scale (SUS) yang didapat dalam aplikasi penyewaan kendaraan ini menghasilkan skor SUS 85,9 skor tersebut mendapatkan hasil B dengan adjective ratings excellent.

Abstract

The conversion of agricultural land into residential areas has implications for the reduction of agricultural productivity, thereby disrupting the food supply among communities. One alternative to increase food supply is hydroponic farming. Hydroponics is worth considering, as it only requires minimal land. However, hydroponic cultivation also has its own challenges. One of them is the concentration of water, nutrient A, and nutrient B that must be considered. The lack of nutrient supply to plants will slow down plant growth, while excessive nutrient application can cause plant stress. To avoid these issues, one way is through the application of Arduino UNO in hydroponic systems, where the sensors on Arduino will measure the dissolved substances in water in parts per million (PPM). With the application of Arduino in hydroponic systems, the concentration of nutrients A and B will be more accurate, and nutrient application can be done automatically.

Abstract

Tanaman ubi jalar (Ipomoea batatas) merupakan salah satu tanaman pangan penting di banyak negara, terutama di daerah tropis dan subtropis. Namun produksinya sering terganggu oleh serangan hama dan penyakit yang menurunkan kualitas dan kuantitas hasil panen. Petani sering kesulitan mengenali gejala hama dan penyakit secara akurat, serta kurangnya akses terhadap pakar pertanian menjadi kendala dalam mendapatkan diagnosa yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pakar berbasis web menggunakan metode Certainty Factor untuk mendiagnosa hama dan penyakit pada tanaman ubi jalar, sehingga membantu petani mengenali dan menangani masalah dengan lebih efektif dan efisien. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan PHP dan MySQL, memungkinkan pengguna memasukkan gejala yang diamati pada tanaman, kemudian diproses bersama dengan nilai Certainty Factor dari pakar untuk menghasilkan diagnosa. Pengujian menunjukkan akurasi sistem mencapai 90%, dengan 9 dari 10 sampel menunjukkan hasil yang sesuai dengan diagnosa pakar. Pengembangan sistem pakar ini memberikan solusi efektif bagi petani dalam mengidentifikasi dan menangani hama serta penyakit pada tanaman ubi jalar, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan ketahanan pangan.

Abstract

One type of community-based health initiative that are planed and organized from, by, for and with the community is called Posyandu. The involvement of cadres is also essential to the success of Posyandu operations, they are responsible for establishing a connection between the community and health professionals or specialist  and helping to assisting and identify health needs. Cadres are also required to be able to provide information for health institutions that may not be able to reach the community directly, especially regarding Toddlers and the Elderly. With the development of technology towards digital, where the data management process is already based on Information Systems, it can provide ideas for cadres to use information systems as a tool to help their activity processes. The problems faced by cadres today are the lack of understanding regarding the use of digitalization as a medium for managing data and how to operate and maintain it. Meanwhile, in its current development, all stakeholders involved with Posyandu are already using the application. so we want to provide direct training regarding application use and maintenance, by conducting interviews and observations first . The results of the activities that have been carried out obtained results that with socialization and training regarding the importance of innovation with digitalization in posyandu services, they were able to understand and implement what was conveyed by the PKM team and could be realized optimally

Abstract

Tasikmalaya, a region rich in tourism and cultural diversity, is still not widely recognized by the public. In the digital era, interactive media such as games can serve as an effective tool to introduce and promote its potential. This research focuses on designing and developing an educational adventure game that explores the tourism and cultural aspects of Tasikmalaya. The novelty of this study lies in its interactive and educational approach, specifically designed to educate users, particularly the younger generation, about Tasikmalaya's tourist attractions and cultural heritage. By utilizing game technology, it is expected to provide an engaging and informative learning experience.The research method used is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC). The concept stage involves identifying the game's needs and objectives. The design stage includes story development, character creation, and user interface design. The material collection stage focuses on gathering necessary information and media assets. The assembly stage involves the technical development of the game. Testing is conducted to ensure the game's quality and functionality, while the distribution stage delivers the game to users.The final result of this research is an educational game aimed at enhancing public knowledge and appreciation of Tasikmalaya's tourism and culture, while also contributing to scientific development through research publication.
