Abstract

Tasikmalaya, known for its natural beauty and cultural richness, has great potential as an attractive tourist destination. One of the main challenges faced is how to convey accurate and integrated information to tourists quickly and easily so that it can be used to improve marketing strategies and destination development. This study aims to develop a virtual assistant (chatbot) based on Natural Language Processing (NLP) for the integrated Tasikmalaya tourism information portal in handling high volumes of questions simultaneously, reducing the workload of human staff and optimizing the service process. The research method uses a waterfall model by applying the NLP approach. The final result of this study is to produce a virtual assistant (chatbot) application that allows users to get information related to Tasikmalaya tourism destinations in a more flexible way. The application was tested using the black box method and showed that the application ran as expected while the SUS test carried out obtained a final score of 72.30 in the Good category.

Abstract

Many students are now also acting as entrepreneurs. However, there are also many students whose businesses do not run or stop because they do not have enough knowledge and mental abilities to be independent as entrepreneurs. This community service activity is based on empowering entrepreneurial students through entrepreneurship development and training programs in order to develop their businesses and increase income. The purpose of this activity is to increase skills and mental formation as independent young entrepreneurs. This study uses a qualitative method. Prospective young entrepreneurs are selected through several stages, namely the written selection stage 1, the written selection stage 2 and interviews. Of the 50 people who took part in the first stage of selection, 5 tenants were selected who were guided and trained to become independent young entrepreneurs. The assistance provided by the Lecturer team is to provide training and knowledge both online and offline to five selected young entrepreneurs in the STMIK Tasikmalaya student environment about business and how to manage it. The result of this research is that there is a change in the behavior of tenants to develop their business, starting from the motivation not to give up, the ability to solve problems, adding value and product quality through innovation to understanding the making of business proposals. Several things that can be concluded from this community service activity are that in general the problems that occur in the formation of independent young entrepreneurs for students are motivation, expertise and the ability to see opportunities.

Abstract

The conversion of agricultural land into residential areas has implications for the reduction of agricultural productivity, thereby disrupting the food supply among communities. One alternative to increase food supply is hydroponic farming. Hydroponics is worth considering, as it only requires minimal land. However, hydroponic cultivation also has its own challenges. One of them is the concentration of water, nutrient A, and nutrient B that must be considered. The lack of nutrient supply to plants will slow down plant growth, while excessive nutrient application can cause plant stress. To avoid these issues, one way is through the application of Arduino UNO in hydroponic systems, where the sensors on Arduino will measure the dissolved substances in water in parts per million (PPM). With the application of Arduino in hydroponic systems, the concentration of nutrients A and B will be more accurate, and nutrient application can be done automatically.

Abstract

Peningkatan penggunaan website di Indonesia berpotensi menimbulkan ancaman siber yang mencakup aktivitas ransomware, defacement website, dan malware. Kurangnya sentralisasi dalam sistem keamanan siber dapat memperlambat deteksi ancaman, menyebabkan respons tidak terkoordinasi, serta meningkatkan risiko celah keamanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan mengintegrasikan Wazuh, ModSecurity, dan Virus Total untuk mendeteksi ancaman siber berdasarkan kerentanan OWASP Top 10 tahun 2021 yang terdapat pada local website. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara eksperimental menggunakan NIST Framework yang disertai dengan pengumpulan data dan evaluasi. Eksperimen dilaksanakan dalam local environment, di mana penulis mengintegrasikan Wazuh dengan ModSecurity dan Virus Total. Setelah itu, dilakukan website penetration testing terhadap local website. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi ketiga alat tersebut mampu mendeteksi 10 dari 17 jenis serangan terhadap local website, yaitu: File Inclusion Attack, SQL Injection, Blind SQL Injection, Command Injection, Reflected XSS, Stored XSS, DOM-Based XSS, Open HTTP Redirect, File Upload, dan Brute Force. Dengan demikian, sistem integrasi ini dapat memberikan perlindungan tambahan bagi website dari serangan siber.

Abstract

Universitas Perjuangan saat ini menghadapi permasalahan pada pengelolaan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Terintegrasi (SIMANTAP) yang masih menerapkan metode deployment secara manual. Pendekatan ini menyebabkan proses pengembangan perangkat lunak menjadi tidak efisien, rentan terhadap kesalahan, dan memperlambat pengiriman pembaruan aplikasi. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan prototipe arsitektur Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pada SIMANTAP dengan menggunakan metode Agile Kanban. Metodologi yang diterapkan meliputi observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, serta implementasi teknologi Jenkins, Docker, dan SonarQube yang terintegrasi dalam pipeline CI/CD. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pengujian performa dan fungsionalitas, yang menunjukkan bahwa penerapan CI/CD mampu mengurangi waktu deployment hingga 10% dibandingkan metode manual. Selain itu, analisis kode menggunakan SonarQube berhasil mendeteksi bug dan kerentanan keamanan lebih awal sebelum aplikasi diterapkan ke lingkungan produksi. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa implementasi CI/CD pada SIMANTAP meningkatkan efisiensi pengembangan perangkat lunak, mengurangi kesalahan deployment, serta mendukung pengiriman pembaruan aplikasi yang lebih cepat dan berkualitas.

Abstract

SIMPELMAS was a web-based information system used by the LP2M of XYZ University to manage research and community service data. A hacking incident on the simpelmas.universitas-xyz.ac.id subdomain indicated security vulnerabilities that needed further investigation. This research aimed to analyse the vulnerability level of the subdomain using a penetration testing approach based on the Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) Top 10 2021 edition standards. A black-box testing method was implemented through data collection, vulnerability scanning, exploitation testing, and report preparation stages, utilising OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite, and SQLMap tools. The results revealed two principal vulnerabilities: Security Misconfiguration in the form of active APP_DEBUG on the production server, and Identification and Authentication Failures due to the absence of login attempt restrictions (rate limiting). This research provides technical recommendations for mitigation and can serve as a reference for security improvements in similar information systems within academic environments.SIMPELMAS adalah sistem informasi berbasis web yang digunakan LP2MUniversitas XYZ untuk pengelolaan data penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat. Insiden peretasan pada subdomain simpelmas.universitas-xyz.ac.id mengindikasikan adanya celah keamanan yang perlu diteliti. Penelitian ini menganalisis kerentanan subdomain tersebut menggunakan pendekatan penetration testing berdasarkan standar OWASP Top 10 edisi 2021. Metode blackbox testing diterapkan melalui tahapan pengumpulan data, pemindaian kerentanan, pengujian eksploitasi, dan penyusunan laporan dengan memanfaatkan tools OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite, dan SQLMap. Hasil penelitian menemukan dua kerentanan utama: Security Misconfiguration berupa aktifnya APP_DEBUG di server produksi dan Identification and Authentication Failures karena tidak adanya pembatasan percobaan login. Penelitian ini menyediakan rekomendasi teknis untuk mitigasi dan dapat menjadi rujukan perbaikan keamanan sistem informasi di lingkungan akademik.

Abstract

The policy that was intensively discussed from early January to March 2022 was related to the setting and lifting of the Highest Retail Price for cooking oil, which was proven by the busy news on television, print media and social media. Many responses or speculations arise as a result of this policy. The importance of research on public speculation or sentiment analysis is to create a system model and find out how the public responds to government policy after the Highest Retail Price for cooking oil is determined and revoked, which ranges from February 4 to March 31 2022, as a benchmark and material. government considerations in making policy. The data that was collected in the period after the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) was set amounted to 904 datasets, and after the repeal of the MRP, it amounted to 874. Research can function as a basis for completing important information to support public policy decisions. The data is trained to obtain an optimal model and can predict sentiment with the Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) model. To get the best model, random parameter testing was carried out using 80% of the training data and 20% of the validation dataset. The test results in fairly good accuracy with the softmax activation function, with an accuracy of 82.34%.

Abstract

The use of social media in Indonesia is not only for entertainment but also as a means of education. YouTube, as one of the most popular sites in the world, is used for learning including TOEFL exam preparation. Tasikmalaya University of Struggle students often have difficulty choosing appropriate learning resources among the many English learning channels such as Andrian Permadi, Yanto Tanjung, and Rumah Smart English. This research aims to overcome this problem by analyzing the sentiment of YouTube users' comments on these channels using the Support Vector Machine method. The research stages include collecting comment data, data preprocessing, data labeling, and training the Support Vector Machine model for sentiment analysis. The research results show that the Yanto Tanjung channel got the highest accuracy score of 84%, making it the best choice for TOEFL preparation. The Andrian Permadi channel achieved 80% accuracy, and the Rumah Smart English channel achieved 75% accuracy. The contribution of this research is to provide recommendations based on sentiment analysis to help students choose appropriate YouTube channels for learning English, thereby maximizing their preparation for the TOEFL exam.

Abstract

Manajemen pemesanan pariwisata pada divisi pariwisata PT HS Budiman masih menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan data pelanggan, meskipun telah tersedia aplikasi berbasis web. Rendahnya adopsi sistem disebabkan oleh masalah usabilitas, khususnya tampilan antarmuka yang kurang intuitif bagi staf admin. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang antarmuka pengguna (User Interface) dan pengalaman pengguna (User Experience) pada aplikasi manajemen booking pariwisata berbasis web untuk meningkatkan adopsi dan efisiensi kerja staf. Perancangan dilakukan menggunakan metodologi Design Sprint, yang mencakup tahapan Understand & Define, Diverge & Sketch, Decide, dan Validate. Prototipe yang dikembangkan mencakup fitur esensial seperti Dashboard, Data Pengguna, Data Pesanan, Manajemen Armada Bus, Destinasi, serta laporan pengguna dan transaksi. Pengujian kegunaan pada tahap Validate dilakukan dengan sistem Maze. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan yang tinggi, mencapai 85,56%. Metrik efisiensi untuk sembilan tugas oleh lima penguji menghasilkan angka 19,69 goals/second. Sementara itu, metrik kepuasan dilakukan dengan menggunakan Single Ease Question menunjukkan rata-rata skor 5,96 (dari skala Likert 7).

Abstract

Pemantauan Terapi Obat (PTO) merupakan suatu proses yang didalamnya mencakup proses kegiatan untuk memastikan terapi obat bagi pasien secara aman, efektif dan rasional. Dataset diperoleh dari Klinik Nabila yang berisi tentang pelayanan kesehatan seperti pemeriksaan kondisi pasien, pemberian tindakan, dan pemberian obat sesuai resep dokter. Pada umumnya ditemukan kencenderungan bahwa setiap penyakit akan diberikan terapi obat yang berbeda, sesuai dengan gejala yang ditimbulkannya. Terapi obat yang berbeda diberikan untuk penyakit yang memiliki gejala yang berbeda, akan tetapi satu terapi obat yang sama dapat diberikan kepada penyakit yang berbeda dengan memiliki gejala yang sama. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dilakukanlah sebuah analisis menggunakan metode Assosiasi dalam mencari hubungan dalam data terapi obat dengan menggunakan algoritma Apriori, algoritma ini bekerja dengan cara mempelajari aturan asosiasi, yaitu dengan mencari hubungan antara satu atau lebih dalam sebuah itemset. Penelitian ini menghasilkan 7 aturan asosiasi terapi obat berdasarkan mininum support dan minimum confidence. Dengan nilai asosiasi tertinggi yaitu dengan nilai confidence 59% yaitu terapi obat meloxicam 7,5mg, Ranitidine yang sudah melebihi kriteria minimum nilai confidence yaitu lebih dari 20%. Dan untuk nilai support tertinggi yaitu dengan nilai support 4% yaitu terapi obat  Grafaclor -> Ranitidine. Nilai tersebut sudah melebihi kriteria minimum nilai support 3%. Dalam penelitian ini juga dibangun aplikasi yang mengimplementasikan algoritma apriori untuk membantu dokter maupun apoteker dalam mengetahui pola terapi obat dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySql. Abstract Drug Therapy Monitoring (PTO) is a process that includes a process of activities to ensure drug therapy for patients is safe, effective and rational. The dataset was obtained from the Nabila Clinic which contains health services such as checking the patient's condition, giving actions, and administering drugs according to doctor's prescriptions. In general, there is a tendency that each disease will be given different drug therapy, according to the symptoms it causes. Different drug therapies are given for diseases that have different symptoms, but the same drug therapy can be given to different diseases with the same symptoms. Based on this, an analysis was carried out using the Association method in finding relationships in drug therapy data using the Apriori algorithm, this algorithm works by studying association rules, namely by looking for relationships between one or more in an itemset. This study resulted in 7 association rules for drug therapy based on minimum support and minimum confidence. With the highest association value, namely with a confidence value of 59%, namely drug therapy meloxicam 7.5 mg, Ranitidine which has exceeded the minimum criteria for a confidence value of more than 20%. And for the highest support value, namely with a support value of 4%, namely drug therapy Grafaclor -> Ranitidine. This value has exceeded the minimum criteria for the support value of 3%. In this study, an application that implements the a priori algorithm was also built to assist doctors and pharmacists in knowing the pattern of drug therapy using the PHP programming language and MySql database.
