Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan petani terhadap motivasi petani, motivasi dan kesempatan petani untuk melakukan industrialisasi terhadap adopsi inovasi dengan menggunakan sistem tanam Jajar Legowo 2 : 1 di Kecamatan Subak Penyaringan, Kecamatan Mendoyo, Kabupaten Jembrana. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 50 anggota petani Subak Penyaringan dengan purposive diambil sesuai dengan yang sudah diketahui namun tidak menggunakan sistem tanam Jajar Legowo 2 : 1. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial (Sem PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan petani berpengaruh positif dan berpengaruh nyata terhadap motivasi petani. Motivasi petani berpengaruh positif dan sangat berpengaruh terhadap tingkat adopsi inovasi dengan menggunakan sistem tanam Jajar Legowo 2 : 1. Pengaruh pengaruh industialis secara positif dan berpengaruh sangat signifikan terhadap adopsi tingkat inovasi dengan menggunakan sistem tanam Jajar Legowo 2 : 1. Saran yang bisa penulis berikan adalah pemerintah daerah dan jalurnya harus memberi alat tanam untuk sistem tanam Legowo baris, subsidi frtilizer, dan benih bersertifikat secara merata kepada semua Subak di Kabupaten Jembrana, memberikan lebih banyak bimbingan teknis dan praktik (demonstrasi) dan selalu mentoring saat musim tanam sudah dimulai. Kata kunci: Motivasi petani, pengetahuan petani, kesempatan untuk industrialis, dan tingkat adopsi inovasi menggunakan sistem tanam Jajar Legowo 2: 1

Abstract

ABSTRACT Treating Arabica Coffee Potentials as a Main Sector of The Export Commodity Bali Province The last 5 years of Balinese economic growth has been stagnant (on average 5.5%), while it is better than the national economic growth (5.02%). Given these facts, Balinese economic development needs to be directed to the source of new economic growth to create a progressive, inclusive and equitable acceleration of economic growth towards the equity of the wider society. In line with this intention, this study aims to map the potential industry which then becomes the candidate for new economic growth. This study was using a descriptive research design, in which the researchers interacted intensely with key informants and various sources of reference, related to the field under study. Methodologically these assessment activities may include careful study (observation, fieldsurvey and documentary studies of the potential of arabica coffee that can be identified as future business opportunities. Coffee plants (Coffee Sp.) in addition to having a strategic value in the economic development of society, especially in rural areas. Its role is increasingly important considering the coffee garden place the highest position in terms of coffee ownership in the province of Bali. The development of the last 10 years, increased the area of planting area by 3.04%, production by 27% per year, and the productivity (ose) an average of 1000 kg/ha/year. Until now Bali province ranks the top 10 coffee producers in Indonesia with planting area of 23,614 ha for Robusta and 9,448 ha for Arabica. The contribution of Arabica coffee to Bali’s coffee export commodity recently shows a significant increase in both quantity and quality. In terms of overall potential in Bali (22,974 ha), most (20,840 ha) are located in 4 arabica coffee producer regencies, including: Bangli (12,589 ha); Karangasem (3,419 ha); Buleleng (3,400 ha) and Badung 1,413 ha. However, in its development until 2014 the potential area can only be realized as a community plantation of 9,780 ha covering 3 regencies such as: Bangli, Buleleng and Badung, so there is still a potential remaining 46.4% of Bali's potential as a whole. In terms of production quality, the three production centers have excellent taste quality (the test results are rated Very Good-Excelent by the score 7-8), so it is now known as Balinese coffee and classified having Geographical Indication with lemon flavor. Abstract

Agriculture sector is an important sector because of this sector most of human needs met. The development of horticultural commodities is driving diversification program, extensification, intensification, and rehabilitation of agriculture which is the core of the agricultural development activities. The processing is very important to be extend the usefulness of commodity oyster mushrooms and increase the economic value of the product. This study aims to determine the constraints faced by farmers of oyster mushroom cultivators as well as manufacturers of processed oyster mushrooms products belonging to the Group of Women Farmers (KWT) Spora Bali. Respondents intentionally set, including the chairman and members of the Bali Spora Women Farmers Group, PPL, and regular consumers from Pradnyagama autism children Foundation. Internal and external factors are identified and analyzed by SWOT analysis to determine some alternative strategies accordingly. Furthermore, alternative strategies are analyzed by QSPM to determine strategic priorities. The results of the research show that based on internal analysis, oyster mushroom processing business of KWT Spora Bali is on the average position in the harness strengths and weaknesses. The main strength of KWT Spora Bali is in the product variation. The main weakness of KWT Spora Bali is the selling price of the product. Based on the analysis of the external environment, oyster mushroom processing business of KWT Spora Bali is taking advantage of the opportunities to overcome the threats faced by KWT Spora Bali. The main opportunity KWT Spora Bali is rising customer demand. As for the main threat of KWT Spora Bali is rising a production cost. SWOT Analysis discover 6 alternative strategies namely: open opportunities for cooperation with other parties associated with the distribution of products, increased sales promotion or dissemination of products information, to improve the appearance of products through improved packaging, looking for market information by using information technology, trying to maintain product quality and increase efficiency and effectiveness in marketing the product. QSPM analysis results show that the strategy is a top priority to improve the appearance of products through improved packaging for products produced. This strategy can be done by updating the design, colors, and include a brand that has been established along with the expiration date and licenses from the Ministry of Health so that the product becomes more attractive which will increase the selling price of the product and can expand the marketing area.

Abstract

Sibetan Village is one of Agrotourism place that could not give the significant result from its source. It makes a lag between the development of tourism object and its captivation from the farmers’ living. From this fact, a strategy is needed to develop agrotourism in Sibetan. The aim of this research is to know people’s perception about the development of agrotourism, the analysis of internal and eksternal environment, to create an alternative strategy and also the priority of how developing Salak Agrotourism. Data analysis in this research is using matrix internal-external (IE) analysis, matrix grand strategy, SWOT and followed by QSPM analysis to determine the strategy priority.  The result of this reasearch is (1) People’s perception in Sibetan about the development of agrotourism gets 86,86 %; (2) Identification of internal-external factor, accesibility of agrotourism, great panorama view, safety, another attraction from salak agrotourism as tourist’s destination, local government policy, organisation, the intention of world population of doing tourism with the development of technology; (3) alternatives strategy that is created based on SWOT is to increase people’s role in managing agrotourism, to cultivate its natural resource to optimize the excellence agrotourism, to maintain the quality of the products, to increase the promotion with technology, to develop a good relationship between government and companies, and also to increase the quality of human resource by held a training to develop a good skill in service; (4) the right strategy based on QSPM is to gain its own natural resource in increasing the excellence of agrotourism and also to keep the quality of the products.  Suggestion from this research is in order to make the local government of Karangasem regency Salak Agrotourism in Sibetan as the main priority to develop the tourism and gives support in the development of salak agrotourism activity. Besides, it needs a good cooperation between government and private or public companies in developing salak agrotourism.

Abstract

Bisnis pupuk adalah salah satu bisnis di bidang pertanian yang layak untuk dikembangkan. Ini bisa dilihat dari tingginya permintaan pupuk organik untuk membuat pebisnis. Sekilas peluang bisnis yang menjanjikan. Keberhasilan bisnis pupuk organik dipengaruhi oleh pengembangan strategi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merumuskan alternatif strategis dan prioritas strategis. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel lingkungan internal dan variabel lingkungan. Metode pengumpulan yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi lapangan, kuesioner, dokumentasi dan data FGD (Focus Group Discussion). Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis SWOT dan Analisis QSPM Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada empat strategi alternatif dalam urutan prioritas, yaitu (1). Berusaha menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas pupuk organik. (2) Pertahankan mitra lama dan jelajahi kemitraan baru. (3) Perbaiki strategi promosi dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi yang semakin maju. (4) Perluas pangsa pasar. Strategi prioritas yang tepat untuk pemasaran pupuk organik di UD Darma Puri Farn adalah memperluas pangsa pasar yang merupakan pilihan pertama di antara empat strategi lainnya. Beberapa hal yang dapat disarankan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: (1). Dengan memanfaatkan media dan strategi pemasaran online yang baik, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan penjualan tanpa batasan ruang dan waktu. Selain itu, peningkatan SEO (Search Engine Optimization) juga diperlukan untuk memudahkan pelanggan dunia maya untuk menemukan produk pupuk organik yang akan dipasarkan. (2) Agar bisnis dapat berkembang, yang harus dilakukan adalah meningkatkan sarana produksi, efisiensi, dan produktivitas melalui sistem kerja yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan proses produksi, serta meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam angkatan kerja melalui pendidikan. dan pelatihan. (3) Untuk mengembangkan bisnis, diperlukan dukungan dari semua elemen, tidak hanya dari sisi internal pelaku bisnis tetapi juga peran pemerintah dalam mendukung pengembangan bisnis. Diharapkan bahwa pemerintah dapat memberikan dukungannya dengan memberikan pendidikan kewirausahaan kepada pelaku bisnis melalui bimbingan dan konseling untuk meningkatkan kemampuan usaha kecil untuk menjadi bisnis yang tangguh dan mandiri, serta memberikan bantuan modal bisnis untuk meningkatkan keinginan para pelaku bisnis untuk meningkatkan mengembangkan bisnisnya.

Abstract

Badung regency in addition to having the potential of tourism development which is already known to the world also has the potential in the agricultural sector, which is the potential to develop agricultural product processing business of the sticky rice into jajan begina. There are round and rectangular jajan begina; generally, it is made between 7-12 cm diameters with red circle on the middle. Jaje begina is always used by Hindu people in every ceremony or religious activitiy for the offering, which believed to having the yang diyakini memiliki philosophical meaning of the universe-respect. The business development of jajan begina is held by PKK women by forming a business group which is “Jempiring” group, located in Banjar Tengah, Blahkiuh village, Abiansemal district, Badung regency with the membership of 18. Average business revenue in 2015 from January to June amounted Rp 198.646.000,00. Agribusiness Development Prospect of Jajan Begine seen from the ratio of profitability during the month of March 2015 has good prospects in which the ability to make a profit of 73.92%. The ability to repay the debt, short term and long term, is highly liquid in the amount of 3.160%. It shows that the agribusiness which is developed by the member of “Jempiring” business group of UP3HP is highly potential to be developed.

Abstract

The increasing competition in the organic vegetable industry, requires companies to develop their business plan with the right strategy. This study aims to analyze the company's internal strategy in winning the market, from the aspects of production and finance. This research was conducted in the CV. GLF Bali, with a focus on production and financial management of the company. The data was analyzed by  qualitative and quantitative descriptive method. The production aspect was analyzed by production cost, cost of sales, product margins. And then, the financial aspect was analized by the balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, and financial ratio. The result of analysis showed, CV. GLF Bali could determine the cost of goods sold and selling prices exactly. So that, price of its products in the market is higher than competitors. CV Bali GLF can determine the cost of production of each budget period to the optimal and results from linear trend analysis showed a positive pattern. The cost of production per unit product tends decreased followed by an increasing production capacity.  CV GLF Bali has a strong competitiveness in the market from the aspects of price and quality of the product because it has a good brand image. Financial Management of CV. GLF Bali classified in sound or good condition which showed by the results of the company's financial ratio and cash flow analysis. CV. GLF Bali has a good financial performance. CV GLF Bali used differentiation or uniqueness of product value by POAC (planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling) approach strategy to win a sustainable competition. Based on the study results and conclusions can be suggested: To increase sales turnover, CV management. GLF Bali in order to increase the production volume of rucola Wild type plants that have pretty good prospects through cost efficiency of production, so that it can compete in the market to target the upper middle class, by designing the minimum cost per unit of production and maximize profits. With good financial position suggested that CV. GLF Bali maximize the utilization of existing land to produce more organic vegetables. Management CV. GLF Bali to apply QQE (quality, quantity, efficiency) to improve cost efficiency, especially labor costs each planting period.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Lahan pertanian memiliki peranan penting sebagai media peningkatan penghasilan, taraf hidup, dan kesejahteraan petani yang ada didalamnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi petani dalam mengkonversi lahan sawah, 2) menganalisis dampak sosial dan ekonomi terhadap konversi lahan di Subak Petangan Kecamatan Denpasar Utara. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Subak Petangan Kecamatan Denpasar Utara yang dipilih secara sampling jenuh (sensus) dengan populasi berjumlah 40 orang yaitu pemilik penggarap. Instrument yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah kuisioner, Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode analisis faktor dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan konversi lahan dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal dibentuk oleh jumlah anggota keluarga, pendidikan, kebutuhan hidup (Konsep Teori Hierarki Kebutuhan Maslow), pendapatan hasil pertanian. Faktor eksternal dibentuk oleh indikator gaya hidup, minat generasi muda untuk bertani, akses pengelolaan lahan, ketersediaan air irigasi. Dampak konversi lahan terhadap sosial yaitu terhambatnya saluran irigasi, timbulnya konflik antara petani dengan pemilik pemukiman, terkikisnya nilai budaya di Subak Petangan Kecamatan Denpasar Utara, dan dampak ekonomi yaitu berkurangnya sumber pangan, petani tidak mempunyai pekerjaan tetap, meningkatnya tingkat penganguran, adanya perubahan pola kehidupan petani. Seluruh pihak terkait baik pemerintah maupun prajuru subak harus mampu untuk mengontrol dan membuat program atau aturan dalam menekan laju konversi lahan. Pada dampak sosial dan ekonomi dalam konversi lahan di Subak Petangan sangat berdampak buruk terhadap lingkungan dan budaya pada lahan sawah Subak Petangan.

Abstract

The Tri Hita Karana application concept is universal and very relevant for agricultural development concept. Tri Hita Karana consist of three subsystems, there are parhyangan, pawongan, and palemahan. Three of these subsystems have interrelated to built a tourist has appeal and increase the satisfaction value for tourists caused they are able to maintain harmony and sustainability of Agrotourism business. It can also avoid land conversion caused by an increase in tourist arrivals, therefore it can avoid conflicts and frictions that occur in the community. Related to that, this research aims to   (1) discover tourist responds of the application of the Tri Hita Karana in the Ceking Agrotourism Region; (2) discover tourist satisfaction in the Ceking Agrotourism Region; and (3) analyze the Tri Hita Karana application effect for tourist satisfaction level simultaneously and partially in the Ceking Agrotourism Region The samples in this study using the accidental sampling technique there were 40 respondents consisting of domestic and foreign tourists over the age of 17 years old who doing a search in the area of Agro Ceking terracing area. Data were collected using distributed questionnaires to tourists who visited the Ceking Agrotourism Region, then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis by using SPSS 17.0 for windows. The results are (1) Tourists votes of the application of the Tri Hita Karana in the Ceking Agrotourism Region relatively good, it’s looked of the level of votes on the implementation tourists; (2) level of tourists satisfaction in the Ceking Agrotourism Region was high; (3) the Tri Hita Karana application effect for tourists satisfaction level simultaneously and partially in the Ceking Agrotourism Region was influential and significant. Based on this research, the managers are recommended to maintain and improve the application of the Tri Hita Karana by towards to developing an upgrade in Parhyangan spiritual activities object, which is worth contributing to farmers, therefore increased the tourism supporting facilities that safe and comfortable and not damage the environment

Abstract

The rate of population growthand theconversion of agricultural land that will never be stopped. Efforts were made to keep striving for food availability by optimizing the utilization ofthe yard. The Ministry of Agriculture initiated the optimization of theutilization of the yard through KRPL program. KRPL program emphasizeson meeting the food need sat the household level by involving KWT. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence ofthe characteristics of women farme s to KRPL program's success in Gianyar, knowing the perception of women farmers to KRPL program in Gianyar, and analyzing the success of the program KRPL to increase drevenue and improved family nutrition in a group of  women  farmersin Gianyar. This research was conducted in Gianyarwith a population of KWT  members KRPL program beneficiaries in 2013. Determination of the number of respondents by Slovin method with the number of respondentsas many as 58 people, while the technique of making respondents using proportional method. Data collection techniques include: interviews, observation and documentation, while the relationship between the construc analyzed by PLS-SEM. The results showed thatthe characteristicsof women farmers which include: age, formal education and non-formal education has apositive influence on the success of the program KRPL in Gianyar. Perceptionof KWT on the implementation and success of the program KRPL in Gianyar is very well. KRPL program implementation have a positive impact on household income and family nutrition improvement in the group of women farmers in Gianyar. It can beseen from the PPH in the research location of 71.5, and an average gain o fKRPL Rp. 48 448/month. Suggestion that san be summited:(1) KWT is expected to improve knowledge about balanced nutrition for the families so that diversification of food consumption and nutrition can be realized. Technica linstitutions such as the Department of Agriculture, Plantation and Forestry, and the Departmentof Industryand Trade ofthe Gianyar regency need to provide technical guidance (technical guidance) on post-harvest handling and the development of domesticindustry; (2) KWT order to improve the application of technology and techniques of planting so that optimal utilization of the yard;(3) KRPL program success is expected to continue to be sustainableing maintaining the utilization of the yardand the preservation of local food crops fo rthe future o fsustainable and diversification
