Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of work ethic, work attitude, work loyalty and work motivation on work effectiveness. The object of this research is PT Laras Era Perdana Batam. The sample used in the study was 85 respondents. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents to be processed using the SPSS application. The results of this study are partially work ethic has a significant effect on work effectiveness, work attitudes have a significant effect on work effectiveness, work loyalty has a significant effect on work effectiveness, work motivation affects work effectiveness and simultaneously work ethic, work attitude, work loyalty and work motivation have a significant effect on work effectiveness. The R square value of 33.6% means that work ethic, work attitude, work loyalty, and work motivation can affect work effectiveness by 33.6%, while the remaining 66.4% is influenced by other factors not studied in the study.

Abstract

The research aims to determine and analyze the influence of store atmosphere, brand image, and price on purchasing decisions at Bingxue Cabang Amplas. The method used in this research is quantitative. The population in this research consists of consumers who made purchases at Bingxue Cabang Amplas from March to July, totaling 577 consumers. The sample was taken using the Slovin formula, resulting in a total of 85 consumers as respondents who made purchases at Bingxue Cabang Amplas. The data collection technique in this research employed random sampling based on observation data, interviews, and questionnaires using a Likert scale for data measurement. The data analysis techniques included validity tests, reliability tests, and classical assumption tests. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program. The results of this research show that, partially, store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, store atmosphere, brand image, and price have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Bingxue Cabang Amplas, with an Fcount value (5.836) > Ftable (2.716), and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan resiko pada usaha berbasis syariah di Al-Washliyah. Metodologi yang digunakan studi literatur terhadap artikel-artikel jurnal yang relevan dengan penelitian ini, terkait manajemen resiko usaha berbasis syariah. Hasil temuan, pengelolaan resiko tidak saja diperlukan untuk menjaga usaha agar dapat bertahan operasionalnya, juga sebagai strategi untuk menciptakan manfaat maksimal manajemen resiko, yaitu menjamin pencapaian tujuan, memperkecil kemungkinan bangkrut, meningkatkan keuntungan perusahaan, dan memberi keamanan perusahaan. .

Abstract

Employee digital marketing skills are highly sought after in today's digital age. As a result, organizations are investing in their employee's digital marketing skills to remain competitive. Enhancing digital marketing skills in employees can be achieved through various training methods and tools. Beryl’s Chocolate and Confectionery Sdn. Bhd. was created with one single aim – excellence. Since the company was established in 1995, the focus has been to produce the very best chocolates for both the local and global markets. Digital marketing is important for Beryl's Chocolate because it helps the company reach more potential customers and compete with other brands.This community empowerment will increase the uses of Beryl's digital marketing tools, including social media, e-commerce, and online reviews.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and gain a deep understanding of the effect of working capital management and sales growth on profitability at PT. Panji Anugerah Sentosa Medan during the period 2022 to 2024. The population in this study consists of the company's annual financial statements, including the balance sheet and income statement for that period. The sampling technique used is total sampling, where all available data is used as a research sample. The approach used in this study is quantitative, utilizing primary and secondary data obtained from the company's annual financial statements. To analyze the data, a multivariate analysis method was applied using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that based on the partial t-test, the working capital management variable has a significance value of 0.00 and a regression coefficient of 4.718. This indicates that working capital management has a positive and significant effect on the company's profitability as measured by the Return On Asset (ROA) ratio. Meanwhile, the sales growth variable shows a significance value of 0.137 and a regression coefficient of -1.526, which indicates that sales growth does not have a significant effect on the company's profitability based on the ROA ratio.

Abstract

Laporan Kuliah Kerja Lapangan ini membahas pemanfaatan media sosial untuk memberdayakan pelaku usaha mikro di Kelurahan Galang Baru, Kecamatan Galang, Kota Batam. Fokus utama kegiatan adalah meningkatkan kemampuan pelaku usaha dalam menggunakan platform digital seperti Instagram, Facebook, dan WhatsApp sebagai media pemasaran. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui identifikasi usaha, sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis, serta pendampingan langsung dalam membuat akun dan mengelola konten. Tim juga bekerja sama dengan pihak kelurahan untuk mendukung keberhasilan program. Hasilnya, terlihat peningkatan kesadaran dan keterampilan digital pada pelaku usaha, meskipun masih terdapat kendala seperti keterbatasan akses internet dan rendahnya literasi digital. Penggunaan media sosial terbukti efektif memperluas pasar, memperkuat citra produk, dan meningkatkan pendapatan. Pendekatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model pemberdayaan digital yang adaptif dan diterapkan di wilayah lain untuk mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal.
