Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Park 5 Hotel Cilandak Jakarta Selatan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket kuesioner. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah 70 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dan diperoleh sampel berjumlah 70 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji autokorelasi, uji heterokedastisitas, uji koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Pengujian hipotesis secara parsial variabel gaya kepemimpinan (X1) diperoleh nilai thitung >ttabel 9,205 > 1,996 hal tersebut diperkuat degan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Artinya gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Uji statistic variabel disiplin kerja (X2) diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel 14,269 > 1,996 hal tersebut diperkuat dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Artinya disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengujian hipotesis secara simultan diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel 204.368 > 3,13 hal ini diperkuat dengan nilai probability signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai R Square sebesar 0,346 artinya variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama memiliki kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 80,3% terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan sisanya 19,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Maka dapat dikatakan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This research aims to learn about analytical Training influencing employee competence at PT. Vanaya Scholar South Jakarta. The research method used is a qualitative type of research using a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. This research uses SWOT analysis techniques, observation and direct interviews with key informants and informants. The results of this research indicate that employees at PT routinely carry out Training. Vanaya Scholar South Jakarta has had both positive and negative Training. Positive Training is routinely carried out on a predetermined schedule for each employee. The negative Training that is available is that much of it has yet to be implemented during operations, and the manager's role is to supervise employees. If there are employees who work without using SOP procedures and MUI Halal procedures, they will be subject to sanctions. The sanctions given to employees trigger employees to be more responsible and work using SOP and MUI Halal procedures. The factor that influences Training on employee competency is the need for rewards and recognition for employees. Efforts to increase employee competency are successful, and they involve regular Training so that they can do all the work as expected by the company without feeling that the work is a burden to them, which increases the company's turnover. The company can provide employee welfare

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai kepemimpinan dan implementasinya di Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kecamatan Pesanggrahan Jakarta Selatan. Oleh karena itu penggalian data di lapangan dilaksanakan secara komprehensif dan mendalam terkait kenyataan dan teori yang saling berhubungan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif yaitu pemaparan secara mendalam dari wawancara terhadap The Key Informan, Fokus Grup Diskusi, Perspektif Peneliti dan  Expert Adjustment serta SWOT Analisis. Hasil penelitian membuktikan secara empiris dari observasi, wawancara, fokus grup diskusi, perspektif peneliti dan expert adjustment serta SWOT Analisis ditemukan adanya kesenjangan nilai dari teori dan kenyataan sehingga perlunya pandangan peneliti yang didukung oleh ahli untuk memberikan arah nilai-nilai kepemimpian yang diharapkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pelatihan dan Pengembangan Karier Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada PT Perkebunan Nusantara VIII baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Sampel yang didapat 92 responden dengan menggunakan rumus slovin, analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji-t dan uji-f. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Pelatihan(X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai(Y) pada PT Perkebunan Nusantara VIII. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan pelatihan(X1) memberikan kontribusi terhadap kinerja pegawai(Y) sebesar 63,8%. Hasil uji t hitung > t tabel (12,600>1,986) dan tingkat signifikan 0,000<0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Pengembangan Karier(X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai(Y) pada PT Perkebunan Nusantara VIII. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan pengembangan karier(X2) memberikan kontribusi terhadap kinerja pegawai(Y) 57,1%. Hasil t hitung > t tabel (10,955>1,986) dan tingkat signifikan 0,000<0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan antara Pelatihan(X1) dan Pengembangan Karier(X2) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai(Y) pada PT Perkebunan Nusantara VIII. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 67,5%, dan hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai f hitung > f tabel atau (92,597 > 3,10), dan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the physical work environment and motivation on employee performance at PT. Dua Barokah Sejahtera (D'BRO Chicken & Burger) Depok City. The method used is quantitative. The sample collection technique used saturated samples and a sample of 56 respondents was obtained. The method used to test and analyze the influence partially and simultaneously is by using hypothesis testing (t test and f test). Based on the research results of Hypothesis Testing (t Test) for the Physical Work Environment variable (X1) on Employee Performance (Y), the calculated t value > t table or (9.661 > 1.674) was obtained. This is reinforced by a significance value < 0.050 or (0.001 < 0.050). Thus, H01 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted, this shows that there is a significant influence between the physical work environment on employee performance. Hypothesis Test Results (t Test) Motivational Variables (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) Based on the research results, the calculated t value > t table or (8.851 > 1.674) was obtained. This is reinforced by significance value < 0.050 or (0.001 < 0.050). Thus, H02 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, this shows that there is a significant influence between motivation and employee performance. Hypothesis Test Results (F Test) Simultaneously Physical Work Environment (X1) and Motivation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) Based on the research results, the calculated F value > F table or (47.400 > 3.17), this is also confirmed by significance value < 0.050 or (0.001 < 0.050). Thus, H03 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted, this shows that there is a significant simultaneous influence between the physical work environment and motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of leadership and work discipline on employee performance at PT Tiga Satu Dinamika, South Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. The sampling technique used was a saturated sampling technique with a sample of 52 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, descriptive analysis, simple regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 17.271 + 0.627 X1, a correlation coefficient of 0.709, meaning that the two variables have a strong relationship. The value of determination or contribution of influence is 0.502 or 50.2%, while the remaining 49.8% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value > t table or (7.100 > 2.009). Thus, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between leadership on employee performance. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 7.137 + 0.811 The value of determination or contribution of influence is 0.737 or 73.7%, while the remaining 26.3% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value > t table or (11.835 > 2.009). Thus, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between Work Discipline on employee performance. Leadership and Work Discipline have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 6.168 + 0.158 X1 + 0.688 X2. The correlation coefficient value or level of relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is 0.867, meaning it has a very strong relationship. The coefficient of determination or simultaneous influence contribution is 0.752 or 75.2%, while the remaining 24.8% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > Ftable or (74.314 > 3,187). Thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is a significant simultaneous influence between leadership and work discipline on employee performance at PT Tiga Satu Dinamika, South Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the strategies, forms, and challenges of giving rewards and punishments to CV. Putra Persada Mandiri South Tangerang as the object of research. The method used in this research is descriptive and uses a qualitative approach. The instruments used are interviews (interviews), chain of evidence, focus group discussions (FGD) and SWOT analysis. Information obtained in this study, came from sources and informants, namely 1 (one) manager and 5 (five) employees of CV. Putra Persada Mandiri. The results of this study are a reward strategy given by employees when employees have good work performance through indicators that have been set by the company such as work discipline, enthusiasm for work, and compliance with applicable regulations. Punishment is given in the form of light punishment, moderate punishment, and severe punishment to every employee who violates the applicable rules. The most effective form of reward on CV. Putra Persada Mandiri, namely in the form of money (financial) and the form of punishment given by the company in the form of verbal warnings that pay attention to the psychological condition of employees. Challenges faced by CV. Putra Persada Mandiri in providing rewards, namely in the form of increasing the provision of rewards in the form of money (financial) in accordance with employee expectations. Meanwhile, the challenge in giving punishment is the provision of stricter sanctions/punishments but educating and leading to improvement

Abstract

Human physical movement space has increasingly limited the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic online businesses are increasingly mushrooming in the community. Nowadays, it is getting familiar term e-commerce which stands for electronic commerce, which means trading electronically. With this e-commerce many many berhingga-bagi existing, it can not be dipupong that e-commerce provides a good enough for angkatanni. Growing e-commerce is also inseparable from the name of the marketplace. One type of business that began to have many marketplaces is Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Lialang village, located in Taktakan-Kota Serang Subdistrict, has many MSME umkm actors engaged in production, handicrafts, and many other productions. Which method is the way of community activities is training and mentoring that berkurun. This activity is the community in Keluarahan Lialang, especially UMKM actors subdistrict a lot of information and education about e-commerce and know various types of marketplaces, benefits and which ones become dilim online through the marketplace as well. Abstract

This study aimed to determine how much work discipline and workload influence employee performance at PT. Jalur Nugraha Eka Kurir (JNE Express) Main Branch, Bogor City. The method used in this study is quantitative analysis with a population of employees at PT. Jalur Nugraha Eka Kurir (JNE Express) Main Branch, Bogor City, as many as 97 respondents or with a sample with data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis methods used in this study are (validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test), quantitative descriptive analysis, simple and multiple regression analysis, and determination coefficient analysis, hypothesis test (T and F tests). The results of the study of the work discipline variable have a regression coefficient value of 0.996, a t-count value of 18.643 greater than 1.6610 (18.643> 1.6610), and a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). It means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The results of the workload variable study have a regression coefficient value of (-3.698), a t-value of (-3.698) more minor than 1.6610 (-3.698 <1.6610) and a significance value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). Ha is accepted, and Ho is rejected. Work discipline and workload positively and significantly influence employee performance at PT. Jalur Nugraha Eka Kurir (JNE Express) Main Branch, Bogor City, with an F-value of 323.910 greater than the F-table of 3.09 (323.910> 3.09) and a significance value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05)

Abstract

Education is an effort to transfer knowledge so as to form the development of a person's potential which is ultimately able to survive in real life. In essence, education is a basic human need that will later form a civilization with intellectuality. In general, bullying is an act of physical or psychological violence carried out by perpetrators who have power over weaker victims, causing feelings of depression, stress and prolonged trauma, usually occurring continuously. There is no common definition of the term bullying. Identification of problems in this community service, namely, reviewing the picture of bullying, reviewing the impact of bullying on victims and perpetrators, reviewing public perceptions of bullying and analyzing bullying and finding optimal solutions to eradicate bullying. The purpose of this PKM program is to provide an understanding related to providing information that even the smallest act of bullying can have a negative impact on both victims and perpetrators. Providing information that bullying is inappropriate in educational institutions or in the community. Eradicating a moral crisis such as bullying in educational institutions is clearly not an easy matter. However, if bullying is allowed to continue to occur and become rooted so that it increases irrationality, especially in educational environments, then there will be a shift in the values ??of violence (bullying) from what should not be good to do to being common and appropriate to do in educating students. In fact, bullying has a very detrimental impact on social life, children's psychological development, norms, and the future of the nation. Therefore, anti-bullying efforts require support from all components of society starting from the family, school, and environment
