Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance PT. PLN (Persero) Central Load Regulator Unit of Java, Madura, and Bali at the Office of the DKI Jakarta and Banten Load Regulator Implementation Unit, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is the Quantitative Associative method. The population in this study were employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Central Load Regulator Unit of Java, Madura, and Bali at the Office of the DKI Jakarta and Banten Load Regulator Implementation Unit. The sampling technique used was the saturated sample method with a sample of 71 respondents. The data analysis method used simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, partial t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of motivation on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP2B DKI Jakarta and Banten, this can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y = 4.868 + 0.869X1. The correlation value is 0.801 (very strong). The determination coefficient value is 64.2%. The calculated t value is 11.125 > t table 1.994 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. There is an influence of work discipline on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP2B DKI Jakarta and Banten, this can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y = 10.305 + 0.445X2. The correlation value is 0.702 (strong). The determination coefficient value is 49.3%. The calculated t value is 8.184 > t table 1.984 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, there is an influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP2B DKI Jakarta and Banten, this can be proven from the multiple linear regression equation Y = 0.550 + 0.647X1 + 0.203X2. The correlation value is 0.703 (strong). The determination coefficient value is 70.3%. The calculated F value is 80.378 > Ftable 3.98 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to the influence of organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study was conducted using a quantitative approach. Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on performance, which can be interpreted that the organizational culture variable has a positive effect on the performance variable or it can be said that the higher the organizational culture, the higher the performance, conversely the lower the organizational culture, the lower the performance. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on performance, which can be interpreted that the job satisfaction variable has a positive effect on the performance variable or it can be said that the higher the job satisfaction, the higher the performance, conversely the lower the job satisfaction, the lower the performance. Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, which can be interpreted that the organizational culture variable has a positive effect on the job satisfaction variable or it can be said that the higher the organizational culture, the higher the job satisfaction, conversely the lower the organizational culture, the lower the job satisfaction. Organizational culture has a significant effect on performance which is positively mediated by job satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of employer branding and company reputation in increasing the intention to apply among Generation Z. The focus of this research is directed toward final-year students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Pamulang, who are preparing to enter the workforce. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques that include in-depth interviews with key informants from the academic field and a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) involving nine students with a minimum of two years of work experience. The findings reveal that employer branding delivered through social media serves as the primary factor in attracting students’ attention. Informants stated that they assess a company based on visual content showing daily work activities, workplace image, and the transparency of organizational values. Company reputation is also a significant consideration, especially related to online reviews, institutional accreditation (such as Grade A/B), and perceptions of managerial honesty and professionalism. Meanwhile, the intention to apply tends to emerge when the recruitment process is perceived as transparent, structured, and aligned with their field of interest

Abstract

This study aims to find out how work motivation and physical work environment affect employee performance at PT Hyundai Serpong South Tangerang, either partially or simultaneously. The method used in this study is the quantitative method. A population of 60 employees with a sample determination using a saturated sampling technique obtained 60 samples. The data was used through observation techniques, questionnaires and documentation. The analysis methods used in this study were validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, determination test and significant test (t test and F test). The results of the study were obtained as a partial result that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be seen from the t-test with a t-test of 19.467 > ttable 2.002 and Sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Partially, the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be seen from the t-test with a t-test with a tcal value of 10.147 > ttable 2.002 and Sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, work motivation and physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be seen from the results of the F test with Fcount 200.635 > Ftable 3.16 and Sig. 0.000 < 0.05, multiple linear regression obtained the equation Y=3.837+0.784X1+0.131X2 with a multiple correlation coefficient of 0.936.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini berjudul Menjadi Enterpreneur Muda yang Memiliki Jiwa Leadership Untuk Menghadapi Masa Depan. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk membantu mengelola peluang menjadi jiwa enterpenur muda, memberikan cara yang baik menjadi leader, membuka parakdigma anak-anak yatim piatu terhadapa keefektifan berkreativitas, meningkatkan hasil pertanian melalui koperasi yang sudah berbasis komputerisasi, memberikan semangat dan motivasi bagi anak-anak yatim-paiatu dalam menjalani kehidupan. Metode yang digunakan adalah dalam bentuk penyampaian materi enterpreneur dan leadership. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian ini adalah peserta kurang mengerti apa itu enterpreneur dan leadership. Peserta juga belum mengetahui bagaimana menjadi enterpreneur dan jiwa leadership.
