Abstract

Cats are pets that are very popular today, their cute behavior and cute body shapes make people from all walks of life love them. We, especially those who like and keep cats, must pay attention to the cat's health condition, because it is possible that viral infections suffered by the cat can be contagious. At this time, the public does not have enough knowledge about education about cat diseases due to viral infections, resulting in cats being often late in getting treatment. This study aims to analyze cat diseases due to viral infections using the Forward Chaining method based on symptoms and to design an Expert System to measure the accuracy of analyzing cat diseases due to viral infections. The data needed in this study are cat data, symptom data and solution or treatment data needed to make decisions that are sourced from veterinarians from Paw's Vet Padang. Sourced form data analysis provided by the expert, the expert has a decision-making mode, which is to collect facts first to reach a conclusion or decision, so the Forward Chaining method can be used to conduct this research. The stages of data processing include preparing input data, expert decision tables, determining rules, conducting tracking processes, making decision trees and tracking results. The results obtained are successful in analyzing the symptoms and can determine diseases related to viral infectious diseases in cats so that solutions and initial steps can be determined for handling them. The results of trials conducted by comparing the data with the system that has been designed have a very good level of accuracy.

Abstract

Pengolahan Citra Digital merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran produktif pada bidang kompetensi Multimedia. Pengembangan pembelajaran pengolahan citra menggunakan Multimedia Interaktif. Media ini menggunakan aspek multimedia memberi potensi agar pengguna dapat melihat, mendengar dan berinteraksi dengan pesan yang disampaikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengenalkan pembelajaran pengolahan citra digital di Rahmatan Lil ‘Alamin International Islamic Boarding School dengan mengembangkan aplikasi Multimedia Pembelajaran Interaktif agar peserta didik dapat mengenal konsep pengolahan citra digital untuk diterapkan dalam berbagai bidang desain dan juga pengolah visual data informasi multimedia.

Abstract

Image transformation is important to obtain and find certain information about an image that was not previously known, such as pixels, geometry, size, and color. Following this, this research aims to analyze image transformation in producing better values using threshold and segmentation methods. The segmentation process is carried out based on two color models, namely hue saturation value (HSV) and red green blue (RGB). The image data used in this study was the x-ray image of the lungs from www.fk.unair.ac.id. which is processed using the Matlab 2021a application to help the analysis process. on the results of the image segmentation analysis carried out in this case, the greater the HSV and RGB threshold values used in the image data, the better and clearer the segmentation of the detected image results. In other words, the size of the thresholding value generated greatly affects the quality, brightness, size, and color of the resulting image. The best lung X-ray image segmentation results were obtained when using the threshold values HSV = 0.9 and RGB = 9.

Abstract

The system is a network of procedures made according to an integrated pattern to carry out the main activities of a company in which there is an information system which is interconnected with one another which ultimately produces information/data that is useful for the intended person according to its designation. Today's Decision Support Systems (DSS) have assisted an organization in helping make important decisions in various sectors. One of them is the agricultural sector. Chili is a horticultural crop that is widely grown by farmers and the community, one of these plants is used as an ingredient for cooking. The purpose of this research is to provide convenience in determining the quality of chili seeds to farmers and the community. The data processed in this study were 5 criteria and 6 alternatives. Data on the quality of chili seeds obtained from the TPHP Office of Sungai Penuh City. The data is processed first, calculated manually and followed by applying calculations from the Analytical Hierarchy Process method. The processing steps determine the weight of each criterion, assign a score (paired comparison), summarize all scores (total weight). During data processing, the level of accuracy is still calculated. The result of testing this method is that the calculation of chili seeds has an accuracy of 83% based on the quality level of the specified criteria. Specifically, the testing decision support system is able to identify the quality of chili seeds. The level of accuracy achieved by the analytical hierarchy process is quite accurate and can help farmers and the community.

Abstract

College management requires graduation predictions to determine early prevention measures for drop out cases. The length of a student's study period can be caused by various factors, so it is necessary to know which students have the potential to graduate not on time. Data mining techniques can be used to explore new knowledge so that it can produce predictions of student graduation. Some algorithms that can be used are C4.5 and Naive Bayes. The purpose of this study was to predict the graduation of students from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences at Andalas University using the C4.5 and Naive Bayes algorithms. The attributes used are age at college, gender, grade point average 1-4. The data used are FISIP undergraduate students who graduated in 2022 as many as 378. The results show that the accuracy of the Naive Bayes algorithm is better than C4.5 with the highest accuracy of 81.58%.

Abstract

Senior High School is a level of formal education in selecting student interests selection of specialization is a grouping of learning interests that makes it easier for students to pursue knowledge in further education, especially in tertiary institutions. Specialization is designed to guide students so they can follow certain subjects at the next school level. Decision Support System has many methods that can be used. One of the methods used in this research is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. This decision support model will break down complex multi-factor or multi-criteria problems into a hierarchy, so that the decisions taken can be more objective. Because the concept of the AHP method is to change qualitative values into quantitative values. The Decision Support System uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process method to determine student interest choices in selecting interest in major subjects. This is a decision support system created to determine interest selection for class X students at SMAN 1 Kinali. The specialization that will be selected is taken from various criteria such as the average value of report cards, understanding of the material and students' interests. Test results on the AHP method obtained an accuracy of 90% from 10 test data. With this application, students are expected to get specialization according to their respective interests and abilities.)

Abstract

Sistem keamanan jaringan digunakan untuk mencegah dan mengidentifikasi masuk pengguna yang tidak sah (penyusup) di jaringan komputer. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengantisipasi bahaya jaringan komputer, yang berupa ancaman fisik atau logik. Ancaman fisik adalah ancaman yang merusak komponen fisik atau perangkat keras komputer, sedangkan ancaman logik meliputi pencurian data atau peretasan akun. Pihak-pihak yang tidak dapat dipercaya dapat menyalahgunakan akses ke sistem keamanan yang tidak dieksploitasi secara maksimal dan menimbulkan risiko yang signifikan. Serangan terhadap keamanan jaringan dilakukan dengan terlebih dahulu mempelajari detail port yang terbuka, kemudian memanfaatkannya. Mayoritas cracker menggunakan sistem port terbuka  untuk menyerang sistem jaringan. sebagai ilustrasi, Serangan Dos atau ddos yang menargetkan host atau komputer target dengan sejumlah besar paket yang datang dari beragam host.. Dalam hal ini  cracker perlu mengetahui port yang terbuka dan target agar serangan ini berhasil.  Serangan masuk lewat celah terbuka di jaringan komputer, salah satunya adalah port yang terbuka, sehingga memungkinkan pengguna internet yang tidak memiliki izin akses atau yang tidak berkepentingan dapat dengan mudah mengelola port-port yang terbukaIde di balik metode port-knocking adalah menyembunyikan layanan jarak jauh di balik Firewall dan hanya mengizinkan akses ke port tersebut ketika klien dapat diautentikasi ke firewall. Hal ini dapat bertindak sebagai pencegah serangan zero-day dan membantu mencegah pemindai menemukan service yang tersedia dan dapat diakses pada host. Dalam hal ini blocking port dapat melindungi firewall dari pemindai.

Abstract

Sebagian besar siswa lulusan Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) berkeinginan untuk melanjutkan keinginannya khususnya ke SMA, hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan banyaknya siswa lulusan SMP yang mengikuti ujian masuk ke Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Hal yang patut disayangkan adalah kurang matangnya mereka memilih jurusan yang ada disekolah yang dituju. Situasi semacam ini berdampak pada biaya pendidikan yang terlanjur di keluarkan, baik pada orang tua siswa maupun pemerintah yang mensubsidi sekolah menjadi tidak bermanfaat karna siswa tersebut tidak memiliki kemampuan yang memadai untuk jurusan yang sudah dipilihnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada SMA Persiapan Stabat. Pada penelitian ini, data yang diolah adalah nilai yang sudah ada yang didapat dari nilai rata-rata siswa di SMP dari kelas VII sampai kelas IX dan peminatan , kemudian data akan diolah untuk menentukan jurusan yang tepat untuk masing-masing siswa. Hasil yang didapat pada penelitan ini mencari alternatif terbaik pemilihan jurusan berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan sekolah dengan menggunakan metode Backward Chaining. Hasil ini mempunyai akurasi yang tinggi, dimana pada jurusan IPA sebesar 93, 7% dan jurusan IPS sebesar 80% dimana dapat direkomendasikan untuk pemilihan jurusan IPA dan IPS di SMA dan metode ini dapat mempercepat seleksi, sehingga membantu dalam pengurangan biaya dan waktu untuk pihak sekolah

Abstract

An expert system is a system that uses human knowledge recorded in a computer to solve problems that normally require human expertise. Certainty Factor is a clinical parameter value given by MYCIN to indicate the level of trust. The certainty factor is also a way of combining belief and disbelief in a single number. Certainty factor introduces the concepts of belief/belief and disbelief/unbelief. In the system analysis stage, the author analyzes to find weaknesses in the system that is currently running in an organization or company with the aim that the system can be proposed for improvement. Implementing the program that has been designed requires a tool in the form of a computer or laptop, which requires three supporting components to operate the computer or laptop itself, such as hardware, software, and brainware. The expert system application has been running with the Certainty Factor method and to make a diagnosis on chickens the user can choose a value according to the Certainty Factor Interpretation that has been given and processed with the CF expert. Based on the tests carried out, the value of system accuracy with experts is almost the same . And the Inference engine works well, according to the pre-programmed rules. After diagnosing a chicken disease, the system will display how to treat and handle sick broiler chickens

Abstract

The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a program providing conditional social assistance to Beneficiary Families (KPM) who are designated as PKH beneficiary families. With the current development of information technology, decision making can be assisted by using computers equipped with application programs to support the production of the required quality decisions. In selecting families who receive assistance from the Family Hope Program (PKH) using the Decision Support System using the Promethee method. Promethee is a method of determining the order (priority) in multi-criteria analysis, the result of this method is a ranking of alternatives based on the selected criteria. The decision support system application using the Promethee method can determine which disadvantaged families will receive PKH assistance with faster, more accurate and fair calculations and considerations. The results of research using this method using 5 alternatives, there are 3 alternatives with accepted status and 2 alternatives that are rejected. The accepted alternatives were Tiah, Mansyah and Mus Muliadi. Meanwhile, the alternatives that were rejected were Irmansyah and Ainun. By obtaining calculation results from a decision support system using the Promethee method, it can help and make it easier for sub-districts to determine recipients of the Family Hope Program (PKH) for underprivileged families.
