Abstract

Until now, the South Sulawesi Family Harmony Organization, Indragiri Hilir Regency does not yet have a special application that helps administrators in managing the administration of member data collection, the South Sulawesi Family Harmony Organization is a family social organization that gathers its members overseas. The purpose of the benefits of this research is to assist administrators in managing administration in the form of providing information system media as a tool in managing member data. This BPD-KKSS Kab.Inhil Information System was created using the PHP programming language and CodeIgniter Framework, using MySQL as a database, the Waterfall method as the software development method used, PIECES analysis as the analysis used in this training and using UML design in managing the proposed design. created and using the Alpha and beta methods for testing. With this registration information system, it is hoped that it can help the management in collecting member data, making it easier to find member information if needed at any time Sampai saat ini, Organisasi Kerukunan Keluarga Sulawesi Selatan Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir belum memiliki aplikasi khusus yang membantu pengurus dalam mengelola administrasi pendataan anggota, Organisasi Kerukukan Keluarga Sulawesi Selatan merupkan organisasi sosial kemasyarakatan yang bersifat kekeluargaan menghimpun anggotanya ditempat perantauan. Tujuan dari manfaat penelitian ini membantu pengurus dalam mengelola administrasi dalam bentuk menyediakan media sistem informasi sebagai alat bantu dalam mengelola data anggota. Sistem Informasi BPD-KKSS Kab.Inhil ini dibuat mengunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan Framework CodeIgniter, menggunakan MySQL sebagai database, metode Waterfall sebagai metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan, analisa PIECES sebagai analisa yang digunakan dalam peletian ini dan menggunakan perancangan UML dalam mengelola rancangan usulan yang dibuat serta mengunakan metode Alpha dan beta untuk pengujian. Dengan adanya sistem informasi pendaftaran ini diharapkan dapat membantu pengurus dalam pendataan anggota memudahkan dalam pencaraian informasi anggota jika sewaktu-waktu diperlukan.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the extent to which the system or leadership style is owned and implemented by Physical Health Education (PJOK) teachers when they teach the students, both theoretical and practice, this is important because success in teaching is strongly influenced by various factors, one of which is the teacher attitude as behavior in the implementation of educational learning which is often referred to as a model or lead character. The data for this qualitative study derives from a questionnaire to 26 respondents namely, school leaders, school administration, students and PJOK teachers in SMA Negeri I Simpang Tiga. While the research question posed is "What type of leadership characteristics are generally the most dominant adopted or implemented by PJOK teachers at SMA Negeri I Simpang Tiga". Based on the results of data processing in the questionnaire, it can be concluded that in general the PJOK teachers at SMA Negeri I Simpang Tiga have implemented a "democratic" leadership type in nature.

Abstract

Musim panen cabai yang menyebabkan harga cabai sangat murah oleh karena itu petani membutuhkan teknologi penanganan pasca panen cabai. Peningkatan nilai jual produk cabai dapat ditingkatkan dengan mengolah cabai segar menjadi bubuk. Program ini sangat memungkinkan untuk diterapkan bagi petani cabai karena Cabai yang dikembangkan adalah sistem budidaya ramah cabai lokal. Teknologinya mudah diterapkan, penggunaan alat sederhana dan biaya lebih murah. Melalui program ini telah mengedukasi petani tentang pentingnya input teknologi agribisnis dalam pengolahan komersial cabai skala petani sebagai sumber pendapatan tambahan. Program ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan petani secara mandiri dalam penanganan pasca panen cabai dan pengolahan yang bernilai jual, meningkatkan keterampilan petani dalam produksi cabai bubuk, menerapkan pengembangan teknologi agribisnis cabai. Demonstrasi dan Pengembangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 5 petani perempuan terampil dalam pengolahan cabai segar menjadi cabai bubuk, pengemasan dan pemasaran.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the understanding of the concept of wave material using the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model of coastal area school students. This type of research is quantitative research. It uses descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics to illustrate data understanding of the wave material concept of students in the Coastal Regional Schools (Private Senior High School of Mutmainah Ende) using the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model. Data collection techniques used in this study were test techniques. From the results of descriptive analysis, it shows that the average understanding of the concept is 80.75 in the good category. The results of inferential statistics show the t count is 5.885, sig (2-tailed) 0,000. Because the sig (2-tailed) value of 0,000 is smaller than 0.05, thus it can be concluded that the use of the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model influences the understanding of the wave concept in coastal school students.Keywords: concept understanding, waves, contextual teaching and learning Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  mengetahui pemahaman konsep materi gelombang menggunakan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning(CTL) siswa sekolah daerah pesisir pantai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan analisis statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial untuk menggambarkan data pemahaman konsep materi gelombang siswa Sekolah Daerah Pesisir Pantai (SMP Swasta Mutmainah Ende) menggunakan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning(CTL). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik tes. Dari hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan  bahwa  rata-rata pemahaman konsep gelombang siswa adalah 80,75 berada dalam kategori baik. Sedangkan hasil statistik inferensial menunjukkan nilai t hitung 5,885, sig(2-tailed) 0,000. Karena nilai sig(2-tailed) 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05  hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning berpengaruh terhadap pemahaman konsep gelombang siswa sekolah daerah pesisir pantai.Kata kunci: pemahaman konsep, gelombang, contextual teaching and learning

Abstract

This study aims to determine the scientific attitudes and learning outcomes of students at physics education study programs by applying Pasco Scientific teaching aids based learning and to determine the effect of the use of post-scientific teaching aids on learning outcomes and scientific attitudes of students of physics education study programs. This research is descriptive quantitative. The sample of this study were physics education students who took 33 mechanics class. Data collection was conducted by using tests of learning outcomes, documentation and questionnaire distribution. The results showed that learning outcomes in mechanics after applying learning based on teaching aids post scientific averaged in 80.091. They are categorized as Good category. Scientific attitude variable averaged in 170.3 and it becomes 85.2 if converted. They are categorized as Good category. For the sig (2-tailed) value for the variable of learning outcomes and scientific attitudes obtained 0,000. It is certainly smaller than 0.05, thus it can be said that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Therefore, it can be stated that the use of post-scientific teaching aids influences scientific attitudes and student learning outcomes.  Keywords: Pasco Scientific, Scientific Attitude, Learning Outcomes Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sikap ilmiah dan hasil belajar mekanika mahasiswa program studi pendidikan fisika dengan menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis alat peraga Pasco Scientific dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan alat peraga pasco scientific terhadap hasil belajar dan sikap ilmiah mahasiswa program studi pendidikan fisika. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel  dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa pendidikan fisika yang memprogram mata kuliah mekanika sebanyak 33 orang. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes hasil belajar, dokumentasi dan penyebaran angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukan hasil belajar mekanika setelah menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis alat peraga pasco scientific rerata 80,091. Jika dikategorikan menurut pedoman penilaian acuan patokan termasuk dalam kategori Baik. Untuk  variabel sikap ilmiah mahasiswa dengan  rerata 170,3 yang  jika dikonversikan dalam nilai menjadi 85,2. Jika dikategorikan menurut Pedoman Penilaian Acuan Patokan termasuk dalam kategori Baik. Untuk nilai sig (2-tailed) untuk variabel hasil belajar dan sikap ilmiah diperoleh 0,000 yang tentu lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka dapat dikatakan H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima artinya penggunaan alat peraga pasco scientific berpengaruh terhadap sikap ilmiah dan hasil belajar mahasiswa program studi pendidikan fisika.Kata kunci: Pasco Scientific, Sikap Ilmiah, Hasil Belajar

Abstract

Sebagai lembaga pendidikan, sekolah pada dasarnya merupakan “mikrokosmos” yang harus merefleksikan realitas dan pluralitas, termasuk pluralitas agama, yang ada dalam masyarakatnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan hendak melihat bagaimana guru PAI memahami dan memaknai pluralisme agama dalam pembelajaran PAI. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa praktik pembelajaran pendidikan agama justeru memperkokoh klaim kebenaran agama sendiri. Meski berstatus sebagai sekolah umum, kenyataannya Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SMAN 1 Dompu masih sangat kuat dipengaruhi semangat truth claim. Akibatnya, toleransi beragama yang menjadi salah satu tujuan pembelajaran PAI sulit terwujud. Sebaliknya, pendidikan agama makin memperkokoh segregasi antarpemeluk agama. Oleh karena itu, ke depan orientasi pembelajaran PAI harus diarahkan pada upaya untuk menumbuhkan kepedulian moral bersama pada masalah-masalah kemanusiaan universal

Abstract

The objective of study were to determine the influences of perception schoolmanagement implementation on educational personnel performance at state junior high schoolin Kecamatan Bangko Pusako Kabupatek Rokan Hilir, to determine the influences of managerialcompetence effectiveness on educational personnel performance at state junior high school inKecamatan Bangko Pusako Kabupatek Rokan Hilir, and to determine the influences of perceptionschool management implementation and managerial competence effectiveness on educationalpersonnel performance at state junior high school in Kecamatan Bangko Pusako KabupatenRokan Hilir. The research was conducted in all Junior High School in District Bangko PusakoRokan Hilir Riau .. Samples taken as many as 80 people. The instrument used to collect datafor all variables by using a questionnaire. Validity was tested by using Pearson product momentformula. Instrument reliability coefficient calculated by using Cronbach alpha. Research resultsshowed positive influence between performance management practices in schools witheducational personnel. Partially, school management practices affect the 73.4% value ofperformance educational personnel at Junior High School in District Bangko Pusako RokanHilir. There is a positive influence between managerial competence effectiveness with educationpersonnel performance. Partially, managerial competence effectiveness affecting 82.2% ofthe performance value of education personnel at Junior High School in District Bangko PusakoRokan Hilir. There is a positive influence between the implementation of school managementand managerial competence effectiveness together with the educational personnel performance.Implementation of school management and managerial competence effectiveness together affect83.9% Performance value educational personnel at Junior High School in District BangkoPusako Rokan Hilir.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kinerja kelompok kerja gurudan pelatihan guru terhadap kompetensi mengajar guru kelas di MIN 4 SinjaiSelatan. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauhmanahubungan kinerja kelompok kerja guru terhadap kompetensi mengajar guru,hubungan pelatihan guru terhadap kompetensi mengajar guru dan hubungan kinerjakelompok kerja guru dan pelatihan guru secara bersama-sama terhadap kompetensimengajar guru. Untuk memperoleh data di lapangan dilakukan dengan angket yaitucara yang dilakukan untuk memperoleh respon guru kelas mengenai kelompok kerjaguru dan pelatihan guru. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh gambaran bahwa kinerjakelompok kerja guru dan pelatihan guru mempunyai hubungan yang kuat terhadapkompetensi mengajar guru kelas di MIN 4 Sinjai Selatan, hasil ini dibuktikan dengandata yang telah dianalisis.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the RMS (Reading, Mind Mapping, and Sharing) model on students' higher order thinking skills. This type of research is a quasi experimental. The population in this study were students of class XI MIA program at SMA Negeri 1 Sigli, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Class XI MIA 2 as the experimental class and class XI MIA 3 as the control class, this research was conducted with the material temperature and heat. The instrument given to measure students' higher-order thinking skills was tested in the form of an essay totaling 8 questions. The independent t-test was used to determine the difference in students' higher-order thinking skills between using the RMS (Reading, Mind Mapping, and Sharing) model with the conventional model. From the results of the research analysis, it is stated that there are differences in higher order thinking skills between students who are treated using the RMS (Reading, Mind Mapping, and Sharing) model and students who are not given treatment or use conventional models. This is evident from the obtained sig value of 0.000, which means the sig value <0.05, it can be concluded that learning Physics using the RMS (Reading, Mind Mapping, and Sharing) model is quite effective on students' higher-order thinking skills. The effectiveness of the RMS model can also be seen in the effect size test which obtains a value of 2.07 which is included in the high category. It can be interpreted that the RMS (Reading, Mind Mapping, and Sharing) model has a high enough effect on the high-level thinking skills of class XI students of the MIA program at SMA Negeri 1 Sigli in the field of physics subjects.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic is not only a challenge but also an opportunity for every nation. This pandemic has opened up opportunities for accelerating digital business growth. One of the keys to success in building a digital business is the increasing number of millennials who are entering into entrepreneurship. However, the reality in this country shows that there is still a lack of young people who become entrepreneurship. Among the variables that cause it are the lack of knowledge about entrepreneurship, not having business capital and the mindset to always want to be an employee or employee. The solution offered to overcome this problem is to conduct entrepreneurship training. With this training, it will provide understanding to the millennial generation about entrepreneurship so that in the end it will encourage them to become entrepreneurs.
