Abstract

Abstract This study aims to investigate the implementation of the Project to Strengthen the Profile of Pancasila Students and Rahmatan lil Alamin Students (P5PPRA) within the Merdeka Curriculum for Grade 4 students at MI Ziyadatul Iman, Jambi City. The focus is on how the program is carried out and the factors that influence its success. A descriptive qualitative method was used, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis involved data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that the implementation of P5PPRA consists of three key stages. First, the planning stage involves forming a facilitator team, assessing the school’s readiness, choosing project themes and dimensions, and preparing modules and schedules. Second, the implementation phase includes five steps: introduction, contextualization, action, reflection, and follow-up. Third, evaluation is conducted by teachers through performance assessments, evaluation of student products, and assessment of attitudes and skills, using both written tools and observation. Supporting factors include cooperation from school stakeholders, sufficient facilities, and available funding. Meanwhile, obstacles include a lack of teacher training on the Merdeka Curriculum and limited understanding of P5PPRA. By identifying these factors, schools can strengthen support and find solutions to challenges, helping ensure the program runs effectively.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze linguistic errors in Instagram captions from personal, business, and public figure accounts. Data collection was carried out by taking screenshots of accounts with erroneous captions. The analysis focused on identifying errors in the use of spelling, hyphens, capitalization, and word choice. The research found 10 data points with numerous errors in captions created by personal, business, and public figure accounts. These errors are presented with corrected sentences or appropriate phrasing to ensure captions are not only visually appealing but also clear, easy to understand, and effective in conveying messages.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the Rumah Pelita team in addressing stunting among children under two years old and in conducting maternal classes in Semarang City. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings on the team's role in handling stunting and conducting maternal classes cover three stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. Planning is carried out through coordination among team members and relevant parties, including the preparation of materials, methods, media, and evaluation. Implementation focuses on how activities influence the reduction of stunting rates. Evaluation is conducted through both process and outcome evaluations. The findings regarding the role of the Rumah Pelita team include: leadership and coordination roles, healthcare service roles, health education roles, as well as administrative and monitoring roles. A key success factor is parental participation in fulfilling the nutritional needs of toddlers. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include participant tardiness and lack of enthusiasm in participating. These findings indicate that the strategies employed contribute to reducing stunting rates and support the zero stunting program in Semarang City.

Abstract

Shrimp is a food ingredient that has perishable characteristics, so it requires proper handling to maintain product quality and safety. This study aims to understand the application of the quality system in frozen shrimp processing based on the principle of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) at PT Dachan Mustika Aurora Tarakan. The research was carried out during the period from July to December 2024 with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study show that the frozen shrimp processing system has followed the principles and stages of HACCP in general, starting from the receipt of raw materials, temperature checks, organoleptic tests, laboratory tests, processing with temperature control, washing, sorting, packaging, to storage in cold storage. However, there are still critical points at the Metal Detector washing and inspection stages, with the potential for significant danger in the form of metal chip contamination. The quality control process is carried out in layers to ensure that the final product meets national and international standards. The implementation of HACCP has consistently proven to be effective in improving food safety, maintaining the quality of frozen shrimp, and strengthening the competitiveness of products in the export market. These findings provide recommendations for the seafood processing industry to strengthen surveillance systems at critical points and improve personnel training to minimize the risk of contamination and ensure the sustainability of product quality.

Abstract

The quality of human resources that has progressed can be caused by an increase in employee performance through the provision of appropriate compensation as remuneration to employees for the efforts they make for the company. In this era of globalization, companies are expected to be able to develop and experience changes for the better and earlier through employee work. One of the aims of this research is to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance at PT Panorama Alam Tropika, South Jakarta.The type of research used is a quantitative method with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to employees of PT Panorama Alam Tropika, South Jakarta. The population of this research is all employees of PT Panorama Alam Tropika, South Jakarta, with a sample of 13 employees.The analysis technique used in this research uses simple linear regression statistical analysis with the help of the SPSS version 23 application. And the results of this analysis can be interpreted to mean that compensation variables which include salaries, allowances, benefits and facilities have a significant influence on employee performance variables at PT Panorama Alam Tropika, South Jakarta. Coefficient of determination of compensation on employee performance at PT. The Tropical Natural Panorama of South Jakarta is 0.627 or 62.7%, while the remaining 37.3% is due to other factors outside the variables studied. The results of this research were obtained from the results of the t test (partial) which showed the calculated t value > t table (4,300 > 2.22814), with a significance of 0.001 < 0.05. This means that there is a significant positive influence of compensation on the performance of PT employees. Tropical Natural Panorama of South Jakarta.

Abstract

Law Number 2 of 2014 concerning the Office of Notary requires notaries to read deeds before the appearing parties in order to ensure legal certainty, guarantee that the parties understand the contents of the deed, and prevent disputes in the future. Issues concerning the failure to fulfill this obligation are reflected in the Decision of the Jantho District Court Number 7/Pdt.G/2024/PN Jth, which indicated allegations that the deed was not read directly before the signing process took place. This condition demonstrates that the reading of a deed is not merely an administrative formality, but an essential element in maintaining the validity of an authentic deed and public trust in the notarial profession. This study aims to analyze the legal consequences, the forms of notarial liability based on the Law on the Office of Notary and the Civil Code, as well as the legal facts contained in the court decision. This research employed an empirical juridical method with a qualitative approach through interviews and library research. The results of the study indicate that the obligation to read deeds has not been fully implemented, causing deeds to potentially suffer formal defects, lose their authentic nature, and degrade into private deeds with weaker evidentiary value, while also giving rise to administrative and civil liability for notaries. This study suggests that notaries should read deeds thoroughly, clearly, and systematically to ensure that the parties fully understand the contents and legal consequences of the deed executed.

Abstract

Indonesia is an agricultural country that makes rice (Oryza sativa L.) as a major food commodity. Aceh Province is one of the rice-producing regions in Indonesia with varying levels of production in each district/city. This study focuses on the grouping of rice-producing districts/cities in Aceh Province using the K-means clustering method by utilizing two variables, namely the harvested area of rice plants and rice production using 3 clusters for 23 districts in Aceh. The results show that there are 8 districts in cluster 1, 11 districts in cluster 2, and 4 districts in cluster 3. Cluster 3, which consists of 4 districts, is a group of districts with the highest harvested area and rice production compared to other districts/cities in Aceh province.

Abstract

One of the laundry businesses in Tembilahan is pearl laundry. Mutiara Laundry is a home-based business engaged in laundry services, which is located at Jl. Mount Daek in front of Lrg. Mataram II No. 10, Tembilahan City, Tembilahan, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau 2924. This laundry business has been running for the past few years. The problems that occur in this laundry business are difficulties in managing customer data, customer status data, transaction data, customer report data, washing service reports, and transaction reports. Then the problem is that the customer data management system is carried out manually and simply so that it is prone to income errors. To help manage the delivery of clothes that have been washed, then to facilitate the management of customer data through the website efficiently and provide convenience for both users and admins
