Decision support system is a system that can help problems that can help problems that occur for decision making quickly and can know the highest to lowest value to determine the selection results. In this research there is a case study which is an example of solving a problem with a decision support system, where the problem of the case at the Boalemo District Police is how to conduct performance appraisal of pre serving services that still use the manual method making the performance appraisal process take a long time to get results. Therefore created a system that supports decisions that can help the assessment process. This study aims to test the performance and effectiveness of the decision support system of the Pramubakti service performance assessment using the MOORA method as a basis for decision making. Based on the results of research that has been carried out it can be concluded that the system can assist the decision makers in carrying out performance appraisals quickly. Evidenced by the results of testing conducted with the white box testing method and base path testing which produces a value of V(G) = 4 CC, so it is obtained that the logic of the flowchart calculation of normalization and assessment is correct based on black box testing which includes test input processes and output with reference to software design has been met with results in accordance with the design.

The development of technology in this millennial era has a profound effect on the world of information technology. In the field of education the use of information and communication technology can provide solutions and ease in conducting the learning process, and as a tool to master a competency in the form of a computer. This educational game research can be implemented as seen from the results of tests conducted using the user acceptance testing method conducted on 10 students as samples that get an average score of 9 can be concluded that this Educational Information & Communication Technology Game is Interesting, easy to understand, easy to operate , support policies, help / facilitate, this application is good, good documentation, sophisticated application technology, free of errors and needs to be implemented.

This research aimed to know how much percentation and how the relationship between supportive leadership style against the quality of student service in Business of Administration Departement. Observation against the quality of student service in Business of Administration Departement made across survey approach by collecting data from respondents were obtained from spreading survey directly to students in student service locket. In this research, data analysis method which was used was validity and reliability test, normality test, the coefficient of determination analysis, t test, simple linear regression analysis, product moment correlation analysis. The result of the research showed that had low relationship but real impact between supportive leadership style with the quality of student service in Business of Administration Departement. Supportive Leadership style (independent variable) was researched which had relationship around 20,5% against the quality of student service in Business of Administration Departement and the rest arounded 79,5% was determined by the another factor.

Masalah yang sering dihadapi oleh suatu unit pembangkit listrik khususnya pembangkit termal adalah adanya biaya operasi yang cukup tinggi. Sehubungan dengan biaya operasi maka dalam penelitian ini dilakukan perhitungan optimasi operasi pada pembangkit termal yang bertujuan mengetahui model operasi yang optimal, membandingkan biaya operasi dengan berbagai metode, dan menentukan biaya tarif dasar yang termurah di setiap unit-unit pembangkit. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan untuk perhitungan optimal biaya operasi adalah metode Lagrange multiplier dan dynamic programming. Kriteria utama yang harus dipenuhi adalah mengetahui karakteristik input-output dari unit-unit pembangkit tersebut. Dari hasil perhitungan optimasi diketahui bahwa metode Lagrange multiplier lebih optimal dibandingkan dengan menggunakan metode dynamic programming meskipun hasil perhitungannya hampir sama. Pada umumnya hasil perhitungan lebih optimal dibandingkan kondisi nyata PLTU Barru. Khususnya pada bulan Mei 2016, hasil perhitungan yang optimal sepanjang hari (selama 24 jam) dengan daya total rata-rata 71,58 MW (71,58%) yaitu pada tanggal 7, 20, 21, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, dan 31. Adapun kondisi nyata PLTU Barru lebih optimal dibandingkan hasil perhitungan dengan daya total rata-rata 50,36 MW (50,36%) yaitu pada tanggal 4 jam 17:00 – 24:00, tanggal 5 jam 01:00 – 16:00, tanggal 6 jam 01:00 – 17:00, tanggal 8 jam 17:00 – 24:00, tanggal 10 jam 01:00 – 08:00, tanggal 11 jam 01:00 – 12:00, tanggal 18 jam 01:00 – 12:00, tanggal 19 jam 01:00 – 02:00, tanggal 22 jam 06:00, dan tanggal 25 jam 21:00 – 22:00, dan diluar dari waktu tersebut hasil perhitungan menunjukkan nilai optimal

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh metode assessment center terhadap pengembangan karir karyawan PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Kantor Pusat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Pengujian instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Untuk pengujian asumsi klasik menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji linearitas. Dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana, analisis korelasi sederhana, koefisien determinasi R2, dan uji signifikan T. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 74 karyawan yang menjabat manager dengan perhitungan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin, sehingga jumlah sampel sebanyak 62 responden. Data yang diolah menggunakan software SPSS versi 25 for windows. Persamaan regresi pada penelitian ini menunjukan nilai korelasi regresi variabel assessment center (X) memiliki kenaikan pada variabel pengembangan karir (Y) sebesar 49,6%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis korelasi sederhana diperoleh 67,6% yang artinya adanya hubungan yang cukup antara variabel assessment center (X) terhadap variabel pengembangan karir (Y). Berdasarkan analisis koefisien determinasi (R2) diperoleh sebesar 45,7% pengembangan karir dipengaruhi oleh assessment center, sedangkan sisanya 54,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

The use of AI (artificial intelligence) in a work in the film community is growing very rapidly. The LinkpictureID film community is one of them. Applications that use AI are increasingly being used by the film community. This has a quite important impact considering that there are many things that can be used in the use of AI in a film where it must apply in accordance with the ethical rules that apply in society. The use of AI in accordance with ethical rules in society is formed based on norms. On this occasion, we help the LinkpictureID film community to be able to utilize AI in accordance with applicable norms such as interactive dialogues, the formation of FGDs and presentations by experts in the use of AI in a work. As a result of the service, it is hoped that the creative industries can utilize AI in accordance with the interests of policy makers so that they do not deviate from the norms that apply in the community of Depok, West Java.

The development of digital technology connected to the internet network provides easy access to information. With the existence of digital technology devices, information is increasingly easy to obtain, process, and obtain, causing an information explosion. This information explosion makes it difficult to sort and select valid information. So that digital literacy is needed to be able to select and sort, process and redistribute information obtained from digital devices. Students of the History of Islamic Civilization (SPI) are required to be people who are required to be able to absorb information, especially information about history. The local history of Sambas Regency has not been widely published through print or digital media. So that literacy skills are needed to trace the sources and information of Sambas local history. This research uses qualitative research methods to see the literacy skills of SPI students. The results of this study indicate that SPI IAIS Sambas students have digital literacy skills obtained from Computer Practice lecture material. The material provides a basis for searching information using digital devices. Information obtained through digital data they process with careful review to avoid invalid information. Information that has been checked and re-processed so that it can be published to the public.

Reading room has an important role in the library. In the reading room, users spend a long time to fulfill their information needs. Every user who comes to the library will feel at home in the library if the room is adequate and has a comfortable atmosphere. Interior design in this case is very important to consider and get great attention by librarians. The Sambas iais library occupies a temporary building that is used for its current operations. This building is conceptualized as comfortable as possible by the librarian to provide services to the public. The library reading room is placed together with the collection room without any dividers or barriers. Placement like this is done for the efficiency of the room. This research uses qualitative methodology with a phenomenological approach. This research concludes that the interior design of the library is conceptualized by adjusting the room area of the building facilities and the available funds. Library furniture is dominated by wood material with brown color. For the balance of room temperature in the library using air conditioning, fans and windows.
