Abstract

The advantage of four-tier model test is that it has four levels of questions that require complex reasoning abilities from students to express the reasons for their answers to the problems given. This study aimed to develop a multiple representation test with a four-tier model to measure students’ multiple representation in electricity topics. The stages of developing this test instrument used a stage model of The Design Based Research which consists of five stages, namely developing an assessment framework, designing items, developing rubrics, conducting trials, and applying the Racsh Model analysis with the Item Response approach. Theory (IRT) program assisted Winsteps version 3.68.2. The research method used was descriptive-exploratory method to describe the results of the development and validation of four-tier model test. This test consisted to 20 items were developed based on four types of representation, namely verbal representations, diagrammatic representations (pictures), mathematical representations, and graphic representations with each indicator. The research subjects involved were 30 prospective physics students at the pilot test stage and 79 prospective physics students at the field test stage from different universities in Makassar city. The results of the development of the four-tier test model test overall items are valid with a high level of reliability (Cronbach's Alpha value = 0.80). Based on the results of expert judgment validation and testing, it can be concluded that the multiple representation test with four-tier model on electricity topic is feasible to use.

Abstract

Konteks penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilatarbelakangi dari hasil belajar siswa yang masih tergolong kurang baik; pendekatan pembelajaran yang diterapkan guru masih bersifat konvensional; dan siswa kurang memiliki motivasi belajar yang kuat. Kondisi ini diatasi melalui penerapan metode outdoor learning diamana pembelajaran dilaksanakan di luar ruangan dengan topik cara perkembangbiakan tumbuhan dan hewan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat seberapa sukses metode outdoor learning dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA di SDN 49 Lappo Ase Kabupaten Bone. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus memiliki langkah-langkah utama sebagai berikut: perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Tahap tindakan selalu direvisi untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih baik dan akurat. Proses pengolahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analitis deskriptif. Penerapan metode outdoor learning terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA dibuktikan dengan hasil penelitian pada siklus I dan II, dengan skor rata-rata hasil belajar IPA siswa meningkat dari 76,67 menjadi 83,06 dan ketuntasan klasikal pembelajaran juga meningkat dari 72,22% menjadi 88,89%.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the learning outcomes of class VI students at SD Negeri 30 Sumpang Bita which still need to be improved. The purpose of this study was to find out whether cooperative learning type STAD can improve science learning outcomes in class VI students at SDN 30 Sumpang Bita. This research is a class action research (Classroom Action Research) which includes planning, implementation, observation and reflection. This research lasted for 2 cycles. The research subjects were 18 students in class VI at SD Negeri 30 Sumpang Bita for the 2022/2023 academic year. Data collection techniques through tests, observation and documentation. This research uses descriptive qualitative. The data obtained from observation sheet data and student tests were analyzed by calculating the percentage of all observed indicators. The results showed that the motivation and learning outcomes of students after the implementation of the STAD type cooperative learning model showed that the average of all indicators both from the aspect of learning motivation and learning outcomes increased. This is indicated by an increase in the average percentage of observation sheets in cycle I by 67%. In cycle II there was an increase of 89% which met the Minimum Completeness Criteria.

Abstract

bstract This study aims to improve the results of learning mathematics on simple fractions through the media of class III fraction cards at SDN 30 Sumpang bytes. This research is Classroom Action Research based on class. The subjects of this study were 14 students in class III UPTD SD NEGERI 30 Sumpabita, where the total number of students were 6 girls and 8 boys. The implementation of P2K was carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle lasted for 2 meetings of the teaching and learning process and every second meeting there was a test of the results of the learning evaluation. The place of implementation in this research activity is UPTD SD NEGERI 30 sumpabita which is located at Balocci Baru Village, Kec. balocchi Kab. Package. In cycle I, teacher activity in learning using fractional card media reached 73.3%, then in cycle II it increased to 85%. While student activity in cycle I reached 68% then in cycle II it increased to 83.3%. So that the activity of teachers and students in learning using fractional card media has increased and reached the target of more than 75% with a very good predicate of success Keywords: learning outcomes, fraction card media

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of creative thinking skills of fifth grade UPT SPF SD Inpres Bontomanai students in science learning after using the Brainstorming method and the effect of using the Brainstorming method on creative thinking skills in science learning for fifth grade students UPT SPF SD Inpres Bontomanai. This study used the Quasi Experimental Design research method. The population in this study were all fifth grade students at UPT SPF SD Inpres Bontomanai. The sampling technique used is the total sampling technique or saturated samples with samples from the experimental class and the control class. The instrument used is a test instrument in the form of essay questions to measure students' creative thinking abilities with the Pretest - Posttest Control Group Design. Based on the results of the research, it was shown that the level of students' creative thinking ability in science in the experimental class, which after using the Brainstorming method, was 66.67% in the creative category, while in the control class, 57.12% was obtained in the very less creative category. Meanwhile, the effect of using the brainstorming method on creative thinking skills in science learning for fifth grade students of UPT SPF SD Inpres Bontomanai from the results of managing the hypothesis obtained Sig (2.Tailed) = 0.000 meaning that H0 is rejected because Sig (2.Tailed) < α or (0.000 < 0.05). H1 is accepted because Sig (Tailed) > α or (0.544 > 0.05) with the results of the T test analysis, Sig < ttable or (0.544 < 1.683). So the effect of using the Brainstorming method on the ability to think creatively in science learning for fifth grade students is influential at UPT SPF SD Inpres Bontomanai.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is whether interactive animated media in science learning can influence the learning interest of fifth grade students at UPT SPF Negeri Kalukuang II Makassar. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of interactive animated media in science learning on students' learning interest in class V UPT SPF Negeri Kalukuang II Makassar. This study uses a type of quantitative research with pre-experimental methods with the One Group Pretest and Posttest Design model. With the number of population and sample, namely class V with a total of 25 students. Data collection methods used questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistics. The results showed that the average student pretest result was 78.5 in the less category, then interactive animated media was applied to the learning process so that the posttest results of students achieved an average score of 89.65 in the High category. Based on the hypothesis test using the paired samples test obtained in the management of the Sig. (2-tailed) < α then obtained 0.001 < 0.05. This shows that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. In addition, it can also be seen from the average pretest result of 78.5 with the highest score of 74 and the lowest score of 44, while the average posttest result is 89.65 with the highest score of 91 and the lowest score of 56. N-Gain analysis shows the average normalized gain of 0.457 is in the medium category. From these results it can be concluded that there is an influence of interactive animated media on students' learning interest in Science lessons for Class V SD Negeri Kalukuang II Makassar.

Abstract

The Effect of Experimental Methods on Science Learning Outcomes of Grade V Students at SD Inpres Maroanging Gowa. Thesis. Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Muhammadiyah Makassar. Advisor I Nasrah and advisor II Nurul Magfirah. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Experimental Method on Science Learning Outcomes of Class V SD Inpres Maroanging Gowa. This research is a type of pre-experimental research with a research design using one group pretest-posttest design through a quantitative approach. This design made two measurements, the first (pretest) and the second measurement (posttest). The sample in this study was class V SD Inpres Maroanging Gowa, as many as 28 students. The results showed that the average student pretest result was 51.07 in the low category, then the experimental method was applied to the learning process so that the posttest results of students achieved an average score of 76.25 in the medium category. The N-Gain analysis shows that the average normalized gain is 0.54 in the medium category. Based on the hypothesis test using the paired samples test, the value of Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05. This means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that there is an effect of the use of the experimental method on science learning outcomes in fifth grade students at SD Inpres Maroanging Gowa on heat transfer material.

Abstract

The type of research used is a quasi-quantitative experiment. This experimental research uses a quasi-experimental research design with nonequivalent control group design. This study aims to determine the effect of the Learning Starts With a Question learning model on student learning outcomes in fifth grade science learning at SD Negeri Bontokamase. From the test results, the Pretest value is 0.055 > 0.05 and the Post-test value is 0.073 > 0.05. From these tests, it can be concluded that the Pretest value is greater than 0.05 and the Post-test value is greater than 0.05. The homogeneity test results obtained Sig value α = 0.575, this means that the Sig value is greater than α (0.575 > 0.05) so that it can be concluded that the two groups are homogeneous. the hypothesis results obtained Sig (2.Tailed) = 0.000 meaning that H0 was rejected because Sig (2.Tailed) < α or (0.000 < 0.05). H1 is accepted because Sig (Tailed) > α or (0.575 > 0.05). In the T test analysis, Sig < table or (0.575 < 1.697). ). Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between learning taught using the Learning Starts With a Question model and conventional learning on science learning in fifth grade students of SD Negeri Bontokamase.

Abstract

Karakter seseorang sangat perlu pengembangan melalui pendidikan pada siswa dengan melalui keterampilan sosial, tujuan untuk mengetahui pengembangan pendidikan karakter melalui keterampilan sosial siswa SMAN 5 Barru, Jenis penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang terjadi secara langsung tentang pengembangan pendidikan karakter melalui keterampilan sosial siswa. Peneliti sendiri sebagai instrumen dalam melakukan metode pengumpulan data seperti, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, buku, artikel dll). Teknik informan menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, BK, guru SMAN 5 Barru. Hasil penelitian ini membentuk karakter siswa melalui program adiwiyata dalam pengemabangan keterampilan sosial. Pendidikan karakter kini menjadi bagian dari pebelajaran yang dipelajari siswa membantu mereka menjadi orang baik dan juga meningkatkan keterampilan berfikir dan fisik mereka. Di SMAN 5 Barru, sekolah memiliki program khusus untuk mengajarkan siswa tentang karakter, seperti melakukan berdoa sebelum memulai pembelajaran secara ritun, shalat jamaah, dan menjaga lingkungan yang bersih. Karena program-program ini, para siswa berperilaku lebih baik dan lebih sedikit mendapat masalah. Jika seorang siswa melakukan kesalahan, maka sekolah kerjasama dengan orang tua mereka dan sekelompok orang yang membantu mebimbing mereka menjadi lebih baik dan para siswa belajar untuk menjaga diri, menjaga kebersihan, dan menjaga alam. Untuk mendidik anak-anak menjadi orang baik dengan nilai-nilai yang kuat orang tua, sekolah, dan guru harus meluangkan waktu dan berusaha keras untuk membantu membentuk karakter mereka. Ini bukan tentang memanjakan mereka, tetapi tentang memberi mereka cinta, perhatian, dan membantu mereka belajar melalui kerja keras dan dedikasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan guna meningkatkan hasil studi Bahasa Inggris anak didik lewat aplikasi acuan pembelajaran discovery learning kelas XII AKL 2 SMK Negeri 1 Pangkep tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Pengkajian ini dilakukan pada semester I (ganjil). Waktu aktualisasi pengkajian ini yakni dimulai bulan Agustus hingga Oktober tahun 2022 dari perancangan, aktualisasi pengkajian dan pengerjaan laporan. Subjek pengkajian ini yaitu murid kelas XII AKL 1 SMK Negeri 1 Pangkep sebanyak 32 murid. Mekanisme penelitian ini mengaplikasikan skema pengkajian aktivitas kelas yang dilangsungkan dalam dua siklus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam pengkajian ini yaitu mengaplikasikan observasi aktivitas pengajar dalam melakukan pembelajaran, observasi aktivitas anak didik dalam pembelajaran dan tes hasil studi murid.  Hasil pengkajian membuktikan pada siklus I persentase ketuntasan klasikal hasil studi murid sebesar 81,25%, sedangkan pada siklus II sebesar 93,75%, mengalami kenaikan sebesar 12,5%.  Sehingga bisa disimpulkan bahwa implementasi acuan pembelajaran discovery learning mampu menaikkan hasil studi bahasa inggris murid kelas XII AKL 2 SMK Negeri 1 Pangkep.
