<![CDATA[bstract This study aims to improve the results of learning mathematics on simple fractions through the media of class III fraction cards at SDN 30 Sumpang bytes. This research is Classroom Action Research based on class. The subjects of this study were 14 students in class III UPTD SD NEGERI 30 Sumpabita, where the total number of students were 6 girls and 8 boys. The implementation of P2K was carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle lasted for 2 meetings of the teaching and learning process and every second meeting there was a test of the results of the learning evaluation. The place of implementation in this research activity is UPTD SD NEGERI 30 sumpabita which is located at Balocci Baru Village, Kec. balocchi Kab. Package. In cycle I, teacher activity in learning using fractional card media reached 73.3%, then in cycle II it increased to 85%. While student activity in cycle I reached 68% then in cycle II it increased to 83.3%. So that the activity of teachers and students in learning using fractional card media has increased and reached the target of more than 75% with a very good predicate of success Keywords: learning outcomes, fraction card media]]>

<![CDATA[The Zakat Regulation is a rule made by the government concerning the management of zakat with the aim of optimizing management of the zakat in Indonesia. Where fundraising in Indonesia is in Makassar City, there is still a gap between realisation and potential. This investigation aims to find out how the regional regulation of zakat affects the strengthening and collection of funds for zakat in the Basnas of the City of Makassar. The method used in this research is the Qualitative method using a sociological juridical approach. The data source used is primary, i.e. the data obtained directly by the object. (narasumber). As for data obtained through interviews, documentation and observations. The results of this study show that the Regional Zakat Regulation has a positive impact on the collection of Zakat funds in the Basnas of the City of Makassar. Besides, the existence of the Zakat Regulation also has a positive impact on the strengthening of the Basnas of the City of Makassar as a Non-Structural Government Institution.]]>

<![CDATA[Legal interests that want order and uphold justice in society, put the consensual principle as a demand for legal certainty. As we understand that humans who live in an orderly society must be able to obey their words or utterances because it is something that is absolute from a good legal system. So that the law of the agreement has been declared valid if it has reached an agreement. The consensual principle is contained in article 1320 of the Civil Code which of course supports and complements each other with article 1338 paragraph 1 of the Civil Code. Meanwhile, in terms of buying and selling, it is contained in article 1458 of the Civil Code. The legal requirements for an agreement in Article 1320 of the Civil Code can be divided into 2 requirements, namely subjective conditions consisting of elements of agreement and skill and objective conditions consisting of elements of a certain matter and a legal cause.]]>

<![CDATA[Murder by mutilation is a very cruel act, where the act begins with taking a person's life and continues with cutting the victim's body from the head to the entire body. This action was carried out with the aim of eliminating evidence or traces of the murder. Mutilation is also not strictly regulated in Indonesian criminal law, so that when imposing sanctions on the perpetrator there is often uncertainty and inconsistency. This causes concern and discomfort in society, especially if the perpetrator does not receive appropriate punishment. <![CDATA[Penelitian ini adalah ini adalah apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan penggunaan media buku cerita terhadap kemampuan membaca siswa pada pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia kelas IV SD Negeri sapaya kecamatan bungaya kabupaten gowa? Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan deain penelitian One Group Pretest-Posttest Desain yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan membaca siswa kelas IV SD Negeri sapaya kecamatan bungaya kabupaten gowa, tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri sapaya kecamatan bungaya kabupaten gowa dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 11 orang siswa untuk pada tes awal (Pre-test) dan tes akhir (Post-test). Dari hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia siswa yang diajar dengan menggunakan media buku cerita lebih baik dibandingkan dengan hasil belajar siswa sebelum diberikan perlakuan yaitu dengan penggunaan media buku cerita. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan Frekuensi dan persentase nilai kemampuan membaca yang diperoleh siswa pada (pretets) yaitu nilai 75 keatas sebanyak 3 orang dengan persentase 27,27% dari jumlah sampel, sedangkan siswa yang mendapat nilai 74 kebawah sebanyak 8 orang dengan persentase 72,72% dari jumlah sampel. Sedangkan frekuensi dan persentase nilai kemampuan membaca yang diproleh siwa pada (posttest) yaitu nilai 75 keatas sebanyak 10 orang dengan persentase 90,90% dari jumlah sampel, sedangkan nilai 74 kebawah sebanyak 1 orang dengan persentase 9,1% dari jumlah sampel.]]>

<![CDATA[Globalisation and advancements in information technology have brought about rapid developments in the financial sector, including electronic money that facilitates cashless transactions. One of the latest innovations is SPayLater, an instalment service from Shopee that allows users to make purchases by paying later. Especially among Generation Z students, SPayLater has become a popular choice thanks to its ease of managing monthly budgets with fixed payments. This study adopts an associative approach to explore the impact of financial literacy and technology acceptance model (TAM) on interest in using SPayLater. A survey was conducted among 150 respondents using Google shapes, and the records were analysed using SPSS 25. The results of the t-data analysis show that financial literacy does not have a significant influence on users' interest in using SPayLater, while the variables of the technology acceptance model significantly influence such interest. These findings provide important insights into the factors that drive interest in digital instalment services among university students]]>

<![CDATA[Abtrak Digital marketing merupakan sistem penjualan yang memanfaatkan media online untuk mengembangkan bisnis. Digital marketing menjadi media promosi dan transaksi yang banyak digunakan saat ini, karena dapat memberi keuntungan bagi pembeli dan penjual. Digital marketing dapat berupa aplikasi bisnis dengan platform seperti Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Whatsapp, Email , Twitter, Skype dan Line. Peluang ini dapat digunakan untuk pengembangan bisnis penjualan Sarung tenun Sutra Hitam di desa Tana Towa. Penjualan berbasis online dapat memutuskan mata rantai penjualan, sehingga harga suatu barang dapat dibeli dengan lebih murah. Selain itu biaya membangun digital marketing yang murah, jangkauan promosi yang lebih luas menjadi kelebihan. Pelaksanaan PKM ini bertujuan memberikan pelatihan tentang digital marketing bagi pengerajin Sarung tenun sutra hitam di desa Tanah Towa . Hasil dari penilaian pretest dan posttest menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan tentang digital marketing bagi peserta pelatihan. Tim PKM juga membimbing pengerajin Sarung tenun sutra hitam untuk membuat aplikasi Facebook Line dan Intagram. Pelatihan membangun digital marketing ini dapat membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan masyarakat di desa Tanah Towa yang berupaya melestarikan budaya dengan mempertahankan usaha sarung tenun sutra hitam menjadi kebanggan tana toa suku kajang konjo.]]>

<![CDATA[Fisheries are an important economic sector for many countries, including Indonesia. Bone Bay has high potential for skipjack (Katsuwonus pelamis) fishing. This study aims to map potential skipjack fishing zones in Bone Bay and analyze the relationship between sea surface temperature, salinity, and chlorophyll-a concentration with the catch of these fish. Using quantitative methods and probability sampling techniques, primary data were obtained through direct observation of fishing activities using the pole and line method, while secondary data were obtained from satellite images downloaded from the Oceancolor website. The results showed that the potential zones for skipjack fishing are located at coordinates 3o0’0”LS-4o30’0”LS and 120o30’0”BT-121o0’0” BT. The findings are expected to help stakeholders make strategic decisions for more effective and susstainable fisheries management.]]>

<![CDATA[Digitalisasi pelayanan dan transformasi digital memiliki peran penting dalam memberikan kualitas pelayanan RSUD Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, sampel penelitiannya menggunakan teknik Stratified random sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 227 responden. Survey dibagikan secara daring menggunakan Google Form pada pengguna layanan RSUD Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Penelitian menggunakan analisis data uji validitas, realibilitas, parsial dan simultan serta metode analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan software SPSS versi 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan digitalisasi pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan RSUD Provinsi Sulawesi Barat, transformasi digital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan RSUD Provinsi Sulawesi Barat, digitalisasi pelayanan dan transformasi digital secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan RSUD Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Sementara itu kontribusi digitalisasi pelayanan dan transformasi digital terhadap kualitas pelayanan, tergolong kuat dengan nilai persentase (60,7%), yang berarti masih ada (39,3%) faktor lain yang memepengaruhi kualitas pelayanan pada RSUD Provinsi Sulawesi Barat.]]>
