Abstract

Dusun Kaliputih berada di Desa Sumberejo, Kecamatan Batur, Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Program pemerintah Desa Sumberejo salah satunya yaitu social mapping untuk mendata kondisi sosial seluruh masyarakat desa. Social mapping atau pemetaan sosial adalah proses penggambaran keadaan sosial masyarakat secara sistematik dengan pengumpulan data dan informasi guna memudahkan mengetahui potensi masyarakat secara detail. Social mapping ini bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan data masyarakat yang digunakan sebagai input dan menjadi bahan perencanaan pembangunan dan program pemberdayaan masyarakat (community development) bagi berbagai pihak termasuk pemerintah daerah, swasta dan lembaga swadaya masyarakat secara lebih komprehensif yaitu untuk memaksimalkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian yaitu observasi secara langsung dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan google form. Kegiatan pemetaan sosial ini dilaksanakan di RT 02 RW 03 Dusun Kaliputih yang berjumlah 47 KK. Berdasarkan dari data yang diperoleh, bahwa sebanyak 90% pekerjaan masyarakat Dusun Kaliputih RT 02 RW 03 adalah petani dan buruh tani karena kondisi tanah yang subur. Hasil output dari social mapping yang telah dilaksanakan berupa sebuah peta sosial yang dapat ditampilkan di aplikasi My Maps. Pemetaan sosial ini dapat dimanfaatkan bagi pemerintah atau pemerintah desa untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dengan melihat potensi desa tersebut.

Abstract

Sampah menjadi permasalahan utama yang ada di Desa Batur, kesadaran masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah masih kurang selain itu tidak adanya tempat pembuangan akhir sampah menjadi salah satu masalah dalam penanganan sampah di Desa Batur. Tujan dari Pemberdayaan Masyarakat ini agar masyarakat di Desa Batur sadar akan pentinya kebersihan di sekitar dengan membuang sampah pada tempatnya dan mengelola sampah yang dapat di daur ulang dan di manfaatkan. Riset atau penelitian yang sudah di lakukan masyarakat masi membuang sampah tidak pada tempatnya dan di sungai karena tidak adanya fasilitas dalam pembuangan sampah di Desa Batur.

Abstract

The implementation of a mobile-based digital attendance system in higher education aims to enhance the efficiency of academic administration and the accuracy of attendance data. However, various challenges remain that impact the quality of user experience, including suboptimal authentication processes, the absence of logout notifications, limited attendance data visualization, and lack of login information storage features. These issues can potentially diminish user convenience and reduce long-term application efficiency. At Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto, a barcode-scanning-based attendance application has been deployed; however, a comprehensive usability and user perception evaluation has not yet been conducted. This study aims to evaluate the usability of the application using a mixed-method approach that combines quantitative and qualitative methods, namely the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) and the Think Aloud protocol. The UEQ method is employed to assess user perception across six dimensions: attractiveness, clarity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and novelty. In contrast, the Think Aloud method explores users’ real-time verbal feedback and difficulties while interacting with the application. A total of 100 respondents completed the UEQ, and 5 participants took part in the Think Aloud sessions. The results indicate that all UEQ dimensions received positive scores, with clarity scoring the highest (mean = 1.95) and novelty the lowest (mean = 1.35). Findings from the Think Aloud sessions corroborate the UEQ results and reveal previously unidentified areas for improvement. Based on these insights, user-centered design recommendations were developed and translated into a user interface prototype. This study not only provides a comprehensive usability evaluation but also offers direction for the development of a more intuitive and adaptive mobile attendance application that can be adopted by other educational institutions.

Abstract

This research explores the factors that influence employees' tendencies to engage in deviant behavior in the workplace and contribute to its creation. This research aims to determine the influence of workplace behavior on organizational commitment, spirituality, ethical leadership, organizational justice, and job satisfaction, using a social exchange theory framework. This research uses a sampling method as a non-random sampling method based on samples selected for statistical analysis. The respondents used in this research were 232 employees of the Islamic University of Purwokerto City. The research uses hardfiles and softfiles (Google forms) for data collection. Data collection was carried out using a Likert Scale-based questionnaire and tested using the Smart PLS application. The findings show that although workplace spirituality and organizational commitment have a direct negative impact on workplace deviant behavior, this relationship is not statistically significant. On the other hand, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Justice have a negative but significant effect on conservation behavior in the workplace. Additionally, there is a weak but positive relationship between workplace deviant behavior and ethical leadership. Abstract

This community service activity aims to support the Muhammadiyah Banyumas Islamic Boarding School in developing a website as a means of da'wah and information that meets the needs of the digital era. As Islamic educational institutions, Islamic boarding schools play a pivotal role in disseminating Islamic values and fostering communication with the community. However, limited use of information technology often hinders the rapid and effective delivery of information. Therefore, the development of the website https://pontrenmubanyumas.com was carried out as an effort to modernize the Islamic boarding school's da'wah and information media. The implementation method included needs analysis, website management training, technical assistance, and evaluation of website utilization using a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. The results showed a measurable positive impact: 90% of participants understood the principles of website management, 85% considered the website's use effective for disseminating information and strengthening da'wah, and 75% experienced increased confidence in managing the website sustainably. This website development is expected to enhance the image of Islamic boarding schools as institutions that are adaptable to technological advancements, expand the reach of da'wah, and strengthen the relationship between the Islamic boarding school and the community. Thus, this website functions as an information media and digital preaching tool that supports the realization of progressive Islamic boarding schools in accordance with Muhammadiyah's vision.
