Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of work discipline, employee competence, and work motivation on the service quality of motor vehicle tax officer at SAMSAT Klaten. Data collection techniques used in this study is questionnaires to pewajib pajak at SAMSAT Klaten. The sample in this study were 100 responden with simple random sampling. The data analysis techniques in this study include validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, F test, t test, and coefficient determination test. The result of the study are variable effect of work discipline, employee competence, and work motivation together or simultaneously have a significant effect on Service Quality of motor vehicle tax officer at SAMSAT Klaten. Partially, each variable, namely work discipline, employee competence, and work motivation, has a significant effect on Service Quality of motor vehicle tax officer at SAMSAT Klaten. The service quality variable can be explained by work discipline, employee competence, and work motivation which are explained by the independent variable of 78,8% and the others are influenced by another variable.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the economic impact of tourism development on increasing community welfare in Gunungkidul Regency. Verification of the impact is carried out through community perceptions which are divided into 4 groups, namely community groups around tourist objects, local government groups, groups of business actors around tourist objects, and groups of visitors to tourist objects. Based on the results of research and discussion, it is concluded that the existence of tourist objects, promotion of tourist objects, and the role of the community affect employment; the existence of tourist objects, promotion of tourist objects, and the role of the community in influencing economic activity; the existence of tourist objects, promotion of tourist objects, and the role of the community do not affect the negative impacts of tourism; and employment and economic activity affect people's income, while the negative impact of tourism does not affect people's income.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of consumer experience, service quality, and perceived value on repurchase intentions among Shopee application users. The sampling method used was purposive sampling, with data collection carried out through questionnaires filled out by 70 respondents. The research results show that the three hypotheses are supported and have a positive effect on repurchase intentions. The first hypothesis (H1) which states that consumer experience is positively related to repurchase intentions is supported by a beta value of 0.213 and a significance of 0.022, which is smaller than the standard 0.05. The second hypothesis (H2) which states that service quality is positively related to repurchase intentions is supported with a beta value of 0.538 and a significance of 0.000, indicating a very strong and significant relationship. The third hypothesis (H3) which states that perceived value is positively related to repurchase intention is supported by a beta value of 0.243 and a significance of 0.004, indicating a significant positive relationship between the variables tested.

Abstract

The creative economy has become a strategic sector in supporting economic growth in the digital era. This research aims to explore the opportunities and potential of the creative economy through digitalization and the challenges faced in developing this sector. This study uses a qualitative study method, with in-depth interviews and observations as data collection techniques to explore the experiences, strategies, and obstacles faced by business actors. The results show that digitalization plays an important role in expanding market reach, improving operational efficiency, and driving innovation. Business actors utilize e-commerce, social media, and digital applications to promote creative products and interact directly with consumers effectively. However, this success still faces challenges, including limited internet infrastructure and low digital literacy among small and medium business actors. Appropriate policy support and increasing digital literacy are key in overcoming these obstacles. This research concludes that with collaboration between the government, the private sector, and the community, the creative economy in Indonesia has great potential to become a key pillar of sustainable economic growth and strengthen competitiveness in the global market.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aimed to examine the effect of the financial performance of local governments on the audit opinion and welfare society in DIY. The study consisted of two endogenous and one exogenous. Endogenous variable in this study is the audit opinion and welfare society as measured by the human development index. Exogenous variables in this study is the local government's financial performance as measured by rasio independence, growth rate, and the ratio of the activity. This study using purposive sampling with criteria of availability of local government financial, audit opinion, and welfare society. The contribution of this study to show whether the implementation of good governance and inclusive economic development model in DIY which be analyzed with achievement of the local government audit opinion and welfare society. Samples used as 6 LKPD in DIY annually or 78 numbered object of research for the years 2001 to 2013. The data analysis research using Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) with WARP-PLS (α = 0.05). Based on the results of the first and second hypothesis testing, the financial performance has significan positive effect on the local government audit opinion and welfare society. Keywords: financial performance, audit opinion, welfare ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah pada opini audit dan kesejahteraan masyarakat di DIY. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel endogen dan satu variabel eksogen. Variabel endogen dalam penelitian ini adalah opini audit dan kesejahteraan masyarakat yang diukur dengan indeks pembangunan manusia. Variabel eksogen dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah yang diukur dengan rasio kemandirian keuangan daerah, rasio pertumbuhan, dan rasio aktivitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria ketersediaan data keuangan pemerintah daerah, opini audit, dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Kontribusi penelitian ini untuk menunjukkan apakah pelaksanaan pemerintahan yang baik dan model pembangunan ekonomi yang inklusif di DIY dapat dianalisis dengan pencapaian masyarakat opini audit pemerintah dan kesejahteraan lokal. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 6 LKPD di DIY setiap tahun atau 78 nomor objek penelitian untuk tahun 2001 sampai 2013. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) dengan WARP-PLS (α = 0,05). Berdasar hasil pengujian hipotesis pertama dan kedua, kinerja keuangan berpengaruh positif signifikan pada masyarakat opini audit pemerintah dan kesejahteraan lokal. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research analyzed local economic development strategy in 4 regencies and 1 city in Province of DIY based on the data of year 2001 to 2008. The method used to analyze the hypotheses were Klassen Typology and Location Quotient. Using hypothesis test for means and ANOVA, the results showed that each regency and city in same diagram area with Klassen Typology have spesific local economic development strategy to develop region. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research analyze the effect of capital and labor of Foreign Investment, Local Investment, and Non-facility Investment on Gross Domestic Regional Product in Sleman Regency after regional autonomy. Based on research method using 3 models of regression equation with significance level of 5%, the result are capital and labor of Foreign Investment had no significant effect on Gross Domestic Regional Product in Sleman Regency; capital of Local Investment had no significant effect on Gross Domestic Regional Product in Sleman Regency and labor of Local Investment had significant effect on Gross Domestic Regional Product in Sleman Regency, capital and labor of Non-facility Investment had no significant effect on Gross Domestic Regional Product in Sleman Regency. Abstract

This research endeavours to explore the complexities and prospects associated with the incorporation of educational technology into the 2013 Curriculum, aiming to elevate the standard of learning outcomes. Adopting a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) framework guided by PRISMA protocols, the study systematically examines a wide array of scholarly works to gain insights into the evolution, constraints, and strategic applications of technology within the educational landscape. The analytical procedure encompasses the formulation of key research inquiries, the establishment of stringent inclusion and exclusion benchmarks, comprehensive literature retrieval from databases such as Google Scholar, Scopus, and JSTOR, meticulous article screening, data coding, and the synthesis of core findings. From an initial pool of 229 publications, a mere 21 articles satisfied the rigorous inclusion criteria after an exhaustive selection process. The analysis underscores several critical obstacles in the realm of technology integration, including disparities in digital infrastructure accessibility, inadequate technological proficiency among educators, resource scarcity in underdeveloped regions, and prevailing socio-cultural apprehensions towards the assimilation of technological tools in educational environments. Nevertheless, the study also highlights promising avenues, such as the strategic adoption of the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) framework, the expansion of e-learning ecosystems and digital platforms, alongside robust governmental initiatives aimed at fostering digital transformation within the education sector. Ultimately, the findings affirm that the effective integration of technology into the 2013 Curriculum possesses substantial potential to revolutionise learning quality, contingent upon the implementation of well-crafted policies, sustained professional development for educators, and the equitable distribution of technological resources throughout Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand awareness, brand image, and word of mouth on the repurchase intention of Mie Gacoan consumers in Yogyakarta. The approach used is quantitative, with data collected in the form of numbers to analyze the relationships between the variables under study. The research population consists of all Mie Gacoan consumers in Yogyakarta, and the sample is taken using purposive sampling techniques, with criteria for consumers who reside in Yogyakarta and have purchased Mie Gacoan at least once. The data collection technique uses a Likert scale 5-point questionnaire to assess respondents' perceptions of the variables under study. The results of hypothesis testing analysis show that brand awareness, brand image, and word of mouth have an impact on the repurchase intention of Mie Gacoan consumers in Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) dan Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU) ialah dana daerah untuk menganggarkan Belanja Modal (BM) dalam menyediakan fasilitas dan layanan masyarakat agar menciptakan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi inklusif (PE), sehingga kesejahteraan masyarakat dapat terpenuhi. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk menguji hipotesis pengaruh PAD dan DAU terhadap BM, pengaruh BM dalam memediasi PAD dan DAU terhadap PE, pengaruh PE dalam memediasi BM terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat, dan kemungkinan Flypaper Effect pada pengaruh PAD dan DAU pada BM. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah seluruh Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Gorontalo periode 2016-2021. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jenis data sekunder meliputi data PAD, DAU, BM, PDRB dan IPM. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan program pengolahan data statistik Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PAD berpengaruh negatif terhadap BM, DAU berpengaruh positif terhadap BM, BM tidak mampu memediasi PAD dan DAU terhadap PE, PE tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh BM terhadap Kesejahteraan Masyarakat, terdapat Flypaper Effect pada PAD dan DAU pada BM.Kata Kunci: Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Inklusif, Flypaper Effect, Belanja Modal, Dana Alokasi Umum, Pendapatan Asli Daerah.
