Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between Arabic language teacher professionalism and Arabic language learning motivation of class X and class XI students at Madrasah Aliyah Alkhairaat Gorontalo City. The method used in this research is non-experimental quantitative method by using questionnaire, interview, documentation and observation data collection techniques. The results of this study indicate that professional teachers can affect student learning motivation. Conversely, if the teacher is not competent, then students will be reluctant to learn because it is not balanced with learning motivation. Although teacher professionalism has a big role, without the encouragement or great desire from within students, students are not so eager to participate in learning so that the learning outcomes obtained will be less satisfying. However, student success in achieving achievement is not only determined by teacher professionalism and learning motivation alone, but there are still many internal or external factors that can affect the learning outcomes of each student.

Abstract

Background: Educational technology plays a significant role in the teaching and learning process, particularly in addressing various challenges educators and students face. In this digital era, innovative learning technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI), were increasingly applied, especially in school Arabic language instruction. Purpose: This study aimed to develop AI-based interactive media to facilitate Arabic language learning at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Muhajirin Parungi. Methods: This research utilized the Research and Development (R&D) process. Results and Discussion: The findings indicated that teachers and students required practical learning media for Arabic language acquisition. Following the analysis, interactive press was developed, featuring engaging designs, audio-visual integration, and leveraging AI-based applications such as text-to-speech (TTS) and background image erasers. This media product was validated by experts, achieving a score of 90%, which indicated high feasibility. The media was then implemented with students and teachers, receiving positive feedback, with 88% of teachers and 86% of students affirming that the media was highly suitable for use. Conclusion and Implication: This study successfully developed AI-based interactive media that proved to be highly effective, showing significant improvements in students’ Arabic language learning outcomes. Statistical tests revealed a p-value smaller than 0.05 and an N Gain Score of 67.92%, indicating the effectiveness of the media in enhancing students’ Arabic language skills. This innovation was expected to positively impact learning at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Muhajirin Parungi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kompleksitas pembelajaran bahasa Arab di lingkungan pendidikan dasar, khususnya di SD Laboratorium UNG. Sekolah ini mengimplementasikan pengajaran bahasa Arab kepada peserta didik non muslim dan peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus (ABK), yang menghadirkan tantangan tersendiri dalam dunia pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Menjelaskan strategi pembelajaran yang diterapkan guru bahasa Arab terhadap peserta didik non muslim, (2) Menjelaskan strategi pembelajaran yang diterapkan guru bahasa Arab terhadap peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus, (3) Mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi guru dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu pada kelas IV Genius yang memiliki dua peserta didik non muslim dan tiga peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Strategi pembelajaran yang diterapkan kepada peserta didik non muslim secara umum belum sepenuhnya responsif terhadap keragaman latar belakang keagamaan. Seluruh peserta didik, baik muslim maupun non muslim, memperoleh materi yang sama tanpa adanya adaptasi konten yang bersifat spesifik. (2) Seluruh peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus mendapatkan perlakuan dan materi ajar yang sama tanpa modifikasi berdasarkan kebutuhan kognitif, sosial, maupun emosional. Guru belum secara aktif menerapkan strategi pengajaran visual dan kinestetik yang terbukti efektif bagi ABK. (3) Salah satu tantangan yang dihadapi guru bahasa Arab yaitu; ketiadaan diferensiasi pembelajaran menjadi hambatan utama dalam memenuhi kebutuhan belajar peserta didik non muslim dan peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus. Keterbatasan waktu dan sumber daya menyebabkan guru belum mampu menghadirkan strategi pengajaran yang benar-benar adaptif terhadap keberagaman karakteristik peserta didik.

Abstract

Background: The rapid development of technology today requires teachers to keep up with the flow of information including the development of learning media. Purpose: This study was conducted to determine the development and quality of the teacher's website media in the Arabic language teaching and learning process and to determine the effectiveness of the use of Arabic language teacher website media in the teaching and learning process at MTs N 1 Gorontalo Regency. Method: This research uses the ADDIE development model, which stands for Analysis-Design-Development-Implementation-Evaluation. This model was developed by Dick and Carry which is arranged programmatically with a regular sequence of activities in an effort to solve learning problems related to website media tailored to the needs of teachers and the characteristics of students. Results: The product developed is the Arabic language teacher's website media in the Arabic language teaching and learning process at MTs N 1 Gorontalo Regency. the determination of sampling and samples was taken from class VII.5 totaling 25 students and one Arabic language teacher. Conclusion and Implications: This study showed that the Arabic language teacher's website at MTs N 1 Gorontalo Regency effectively enhanced teaching. With strong student (88.9%) and teacher (85%) responses, it could serve as a model for developing tech-based learning media in other subjects and support integrating technology into the curriculum to boost student engagement and learning outcomes.

Abstract

Human beings are created by God into two big clustersnamely male and female. Based on striking differences between the two types of creatures has implications for many things, including language..The grouping of nouns by type is a fairly unique phenomenon. The phenomenon is found almost in most languages ??of the world, not only in the Smith-Hmit family, but in Indo-European languages ??with varying quality and quantity.In Arabic, the example of this linguistic phenomenon is very powerful and is one of the characteristics of the Arabic language.The most popular theory of word grouping into muzakkar (male) and muannats (females) is a theory that sees a connection and relationship between the word(lafaz) and the meaning (Makna). In the historical perspective of ancient society, it is also associated with the myths of public belief based on the nature of the world in general consists of muzakkar and muannats.These theory - in another perspective - especially the ancient society has the power of argument and reason, but in the perspective of modern society has a deadlock of argument and loses its relevance. The issue not only ends in the classification aspect, but it is more difficult to make perfect rules that can be followed to identify the types of muzakkar and muannats. The rules of muzakkar and muannats in the reference books of nahwu are not separated from a large number of exceptions. Therefore, the conclusion of the muzakkar and muannats theories in Arabic refers to the tradition of Arabic usage of a particular word, and empowering a complete encyclopedia of muzakkar and muannats rather than creating many rules that are unable to accommodate a general distinction between the two type of the word.
