Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat usability (kegunaan) dari Pejabat Pengelola Informasi dan Dokumentasi (PPID) Kabupaten Bogor menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS). Keterbukaan informasi publik merupakan aspek penting dalam tata kelola pemerintahan yang transparan dan akuntabel, sehingga diperlukan media digital yang efektif dalam penyampaian informasi kepada masyarakat. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif, melalui pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner SUS yang terdiri dari 10 pernyataan berbasis skala Likert. Sebanyak 120 responden yang terdiri dari pegawai dan masyarakat Kabupaten Bogor terlibat sebagai sampel. Hasil pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, PPID Kabupaten Bogor memperoleh skor rata-rata 93,73, yang menunjukkan tingkat usability yang sangat tinggi dalam kategori "Excellent" dan Grade A. Temuan ini menyimpulkan bahwa tersebut telah memenuhi aspek efektivitas, efisiensi, dan kepuasan pengguna, serta dapat dijadikan dasar pengembangan sistem informasi publik yang lebih ramah pengguna di masa depan

Abstract

The use of technology in learning media is very necessary for all educational institutions. Creating a pleasant learning atmosphere through multimedia means in the form of interactive animations. It was felt effective to increase children's learning interest in recognizing letters and numbers at TK RA Nurul Iman Jakarta. Use the type of research and development with the ADDIE model. Calculation of the app's feasibility to produce interactive animations that fit your needs. The purpose of making this learning media helps students to be able to more easily understand and understand and not feel bored in learning to start from letters and numbers and how to pronounce them. After the learning process, students will work on the quiz and there will also be games to make the child's thinking speed better. In addition, this application can help teachers in the teaching and learning process that is considered very boring, with an average value of 82.6% showing this interactive animation application is very fun for the media to learn the introduction of numbers and letters.

Abstract

A notable aspect of the discovery of an ancient Qur’anic manuscript in the Bugis Suwung Village, Bali, is the presence of hadiths on faḍā’il al-suwar (the virtues of the Qur’anic surahs) inscribed on either side of each surah. Nevertheless, this specific domain has not been the subject of any prior study. The present paper, therefore, examines the genealogical and constructive relationship of this domain with the genealogical influences of al-Bayḍāwī in the Archipelago. Adopting a historical approach that incorporates Walid Saleh’s genealogical tradition, this study uses data from authoritative sources and associated documentary evidence. The findings indicate that these ḥadīths are directly sourced from al-Bayḍāwī’s Anwār al-Tanzīl as ‘inherited corpus materials’. Despite being categorized as mawḍu‘ (fabricated), these hadiths are recognized as a catalyst for Qur’anic learning, with the objective of encouraging a deepened love for the Qur’an within the context of a minority Muslim community situated within a predominantly Hindu Balinese cultural milieu. This 17th-century manuscript, adorned with Bugis-Makassar artistic styles, offers historical evidence of the transmission and adaptation of the classical exegetical tradition within the local cultural landscape. This study contributes to the discourse of Islamic intellectual history in the Archipelago by highlighting the dialectical dynamics among religious texts, pedagogical practices, and local socio-cultural contexts. It also demonstrated that, despite its status as a Qur’anic manuscript, the text is associated with the genealogical tradition of tafsīr.
