Abstract

Abstract: The goal of this study was to examine if the lower passing style of volleyball games may help elementary school children enhance their motor abilities. A quasi-experimental approach using a One Group Pretest Post-test design was utilized. The data was acquired by tests and measurements, and it was analyzed descriptively and quantitatively using SPSS software version 26. The findings of data analysis reveal that lower passing style of volleyball games increases motoric skills for class IV and V students at SDN Sarangan 2. This is demonstrated by the results of the t test or paired sample t-test, which reveal a sig (2-tailed) value of 0.05, suggesting a significant impact. Furthermore, the rise demonstrates the model's effect by examining the increase in the proportion of values in the post-test. The 1 meter ball tossing catch test with the wall rose by 24.11%, the potional balancing stand test increased by 61.79%, the 4 x 10 meter shuttle run test increased by 1.89%, and the 30 meter sprint test grew by 17%.Keywords: Motoric Ability; Volleyball Game.Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji apakah gaya passing bawah dalam permainan bola voli dapat membantu anak-anak sekolah dasar untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik mereka. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode semu-eksperimental dengan desain One Group Pretest Posttest. Sampel dalam penelitian ini seluruh siswa kelas IV dan V di SDN Sarangan 2. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan tes dan pengukuran yang dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Software SPSS versi 26. Hasil analisis data mengungkapkan bahwa permainan bola voli teknik passing bawah dapat meningkatkan kemampuan motorik siswa kelas IV dan V SDN Sarangan 2. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil uji sampel berpasangan t-test yang menunjukkan nilai sig (2-tailed) < 0,05 yang menandakan adanya pengaruh signifikan. Selain itu peningkatan juga menunjukkan adanya pengaruh model dengan melihat kenaikan presentase nilai pada post-test. Pada ranah kemampuan motorik antara lain tes lempar tangkap bola jarak 1 meter dengan tembok meningkat sebesar 24,11%, teststrok stand potional balance meningkat sebesar 61,79%, test shuttle run 4 x 10 meter meningkat sebesar 1,89%, dan test lari cepat 30 meter meningkat sebesar 17%.Kata kunci: Kemampuan Motorik; Permainan Bola Voli

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explain how to use plastic balls filled with sand to improve the ability of students at SMPN 11 Surabaya in Semampir District, Surabaya City in shot put. Classroom action research is the subject of this research. Planning, action, observation/evaluation, and reflection are the steps taken to obtain accurate information. This research involved in 1st grade students at SMPN 11 Surabaya. The data collection method used was observation and shot put tests with a back to back and side to side shot. Data analysis involves reducing data, conveying data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that using plastic balls filled with sand can improve the ability of 1st grade students at SMPN 11 Surabaya in shot put. This is proven by the increase in shot put learning outcomes before being given action with a low category/score increasing to a high category.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk melihat peningkatan kemampuan lari jarak pendek 60 meter siswa sekolah dasar melalui permainan kecil, metode penelitian mengggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas, Dengan proses pelaksanaan pada tahap pra siklus sampai siklus II, subjek penelitian dengan siswa kelas 4A sekolah dasar negeri putat gede I, instrument menggunakan angket untuk menilai terkait dengan start, sikap saat berlari , dan ketika finish. Hasil menunjukan ada peningkatan pada setiap siswa yang masuk kategori tuntas pada tiap siklus yaitu pada hasil pra siklus 21.43 %, siklus I 42,86 % dan siklus II 78.57 %, dari hasil tersebut bisa dilihat bahwa ada peningkatan sesuai dengan konsep nilai kriteria ketuntasan, sehingga bisa di simpulankan adanya peningkatan hasil kemampuan lari jarak pendek 60 meter dengan menggunakan permainan kecil pada siswa sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Based on the research objectives by looking at the impact of a game approach in improving the motor skills of students, class action research as a method used by using several stages of implementation, the subject in the study with lower grade students of Putat Gede I/94 Surabaya public elementary school, the instrument uses a motor skill test with agility, coordination, balance and speed. Data obtained and analysed by descriptive with percentage.  The results of the study at each stage of the pre-siklus (18.52%), siklus I (37.04%),siklus II (74.07%). That way it can be seen that there is an increase at each stage based on the concept of completeness criteria, so it can be concluded that there is an increase in motor skills through the game approach in students.

Abstract

Objective. This study aimed to assess the enhancement of student learning outcomes in the shot put simulation material by employing the Group Investigation method among class X-9 students at SMA Negeri 1 Sukomoro during the 2023/2024 Academic Year. Materials and Methods. Engagements and insights. Contemplation andThe objective of the students in class X-9 at SMA Negeri 1 Sukomoro is reflected in the practical test results and the observation sheets documenting the teaching and learning activities. This study employs Classroom Action Research (CAR) involving 34 subjects for investigation. learner. Results. The findings of the study indicated that the learning outcomes of PJOK regarding the shot put simulation material, when implemented through the Group Investigation model in class X, demonstrated improvement. This was evidenced by the learning outcomes in cycle I, where 61.76% of students achieved learning completion, which rose to 88.23% in cycle II. Conclusion. The results indicate a notable improvement in learning outcomes. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Group Investigation learning model effectively enhances the learning outcomes of PJOK in the shot put simulation material for class X students at SMA Negeri 1 Sukomoro during the 2023/2024 academic year. This study demonstrates that the Group Investigation method effectively enhances active participation and student learning outcomes, albeit necessitating additional time and careful oversight. Individual evaluations may also be influenced by the performance of the group.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of interest in learning for class IX students in long jump athletic learning at SMP Negeri 1 Wajak. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative with a survey method. This study involved the entire population, namely the entire class IX of SMP Negeri 1 Wajak which consisted of 307 students (male = 144 and female = 163). The survey procedure was carried out in five stages, namely: (1) finding student identities from the data of class IX students through administrative staff, (2) socializing the procedures for filling out questionnaires, (3) distributing questionnaires, (4) tabulation and data analysis; and (5) conclude the results. The data analysis technique used validity (correlation) and reliability (Cronbach's alpha) tests, descriptive statistics, and percentages. The results showed that the instrument used was valid (r= 0.110-0.557>0.105) and reliable (α= 0.857-0.872>0.7). Based on the data distribution, it can be explained that 20 students (6.51%) in the very high category, 205 students (66.78%) in the high category, 79 students (25.73%) in the medium category, 3 students (0.98%) in the low category, 0 students (0%) in the very low category. The average value of psychological aspects is 38.88 in the high category, SD is 5,040, the highest value is 55, and the lowest value is 20. The average psychological value is 29.99 in the high category, SD is 3,864, the highest score is 40, and the lowest score is 14. The average social value of 28.82 in the high category, SD at 3,378, the highest score at 40, and the lowest score at 16. The average non-social score was 14.97 in the high category, SD was 1.909, the highest score was 20, and the lowest score was 7, so it can be concluded that the total average score is 112.6 and in the category of high learning interest.

Abstract

Pola asuh orang tua sangat berpengaruh pada perkembangan anak, terutama dalam hal kepercayaan diri dan motivasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pola asuh orang tua dengan tingkat kepercayaan diri dan motivasi belajar dalam pembelajaran PJOK di SMKN 1 Driyorejo. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif korelasional dengan sampel kelas XI yang diambil menggunakan rumus Slovin, menghasilkan 3 kelas. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket mengenai pola asuh, kepercayaan diri, dan motivasi, yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan SPSS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai korelasi 0,414 dengan probabilitas sig. 0,004 < 0,05, serta koefisien korelasi 0,425 dengan probabilitas sig. 0,002 < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pola asuh yang baik berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan kepercayaan diri dan motivasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

This study focuses on the low learning interest among seventh grade students at SMP Negeri 11 Surabaya. This study aims to collect information and investigate how the black-green game learning model improves students' learning interest. The design, implementation, observation, and reflection stages of the action research project were followed in this study. Thirty students from seventh grade of SMP Negeri 11 Surabaya participated in this study, which included pre-cycle, cycle 1, and cycle 2. Observation sheets, interviews, and documentation were used to collect data, which were then examined subjectively and using percentages. The results of this study indicate an increase in student learning outcomes based on data collected after cycles I and II, when game-based learning techniques were used.

Abstract

Comfort becomes very important when used as a driver to carry out learning that requires full concentration in receiving all materials. This factor also plays an important role in the success of learning. It can be seen from the comfort of each student. This classroom action research focuses on collecting information on how animal hunting games can increase students' interest in learning. This action was carried out in two cycles. The sample in this study was 30 students of class 9F SMPN 28 Surabaya. The results of the actions of cycle I and cycle II through observation and questionnaires were that there was an increase in students' interest in learning when using animal hunting games.

Abstract

Dalam proses pembelajaran Penjas, guru diharapkan dapat mendidik siswa mengenai berbagai keterampilan dasar motorik, taktik permainan, dan strategi olahraga, serta menanamkan nilai-nilai seperti sportivitas, integritas, dan kolaborasi, serta menggalakkan penerapan pola hidup sehat. Implementasinya tidak bergantung pada metode pengajaran di kelas tradisional, yang terbatas pada pengajaran teoritis. Sebaliknya, itu mencakup dimensi fisik, mental, intelektual, emosional, dan sosial. Kegiatan pengajaran harus didekati dengan cara didaktik-metodis untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang ditargetkan secara efektif. Permasalahan penelitiannya adalah: Apakah penerapan metode make a match pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri Putat Gede 1/94 Surabaya pada tahun ajaran 2023/2024 memberikan peningkatan kemampuan passing sepak bola? Tujuan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini adalah untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani olahraga sepak bola dengan menerapkan teknik pembelajaran make a match. Peneliti menjalin kerjasama berkelanjutan dengan dosen dan pembimbing PJOK sepanjang seluruh proses penelitian, mulai dari awal hingga selesai. Peneliti mengamati, mengalami, mengapresiasi, memikirkan, dan menilai kegiatan pembelajaran yang berlangsung bersama kelompok siswa berjumlah 28 orang, terdiri dari 15 laki-laki dan 13 perempuan. Pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan meliputi empat tahap yang berbeda: persiapan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Untuk mencapai hasil yang akurat, data yang dikumpulkan menjalani analisis statistik dengan menggunakan rumus rata-rata, yang biasa disebut mean. Pada siklus I nilai rata-ratanya sebesar 66,14 (46,33%), namun pada siklus II melonjak menjadi 91,29 (96,42%) yang menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan. Siswa kelas V SD Negeri Putat Gede 1/94 Surabaya diharapkan dapat meningkatkan angka kelulusannya pada tahun ajaran 2023/2024 jika metode “make a match” diterapkan sesuai dengan hipotesis tindakan yang diajukan.
