Abstract

Entrepreneurship-based community development to improve tourism and culture in Kandri tourism village Semarang is one form of activity in the economic field by empowering the tourism village community. Kandri Tourism Village has a special agenda in the field of culture which is one of the efforts in preserving the culture in the village including wayang suket, ketoprak, art lesung and jathilan. Along with the increase of visitors both domestic and foreign tourists so that there is a need for entrepreneurship development in Kandri Tourism Village so that later it can improve the standard of living in the economic field, especially for the people in Kandri Tourism Village. In making tourism village development successful, strategic efforts that need to be developed include: human resource development, profitable partnerships, village government activities, tourism promotion activities, village festivals, village community organization development, collaboration with universities. Entrepreneurship development in a village tourism certainly requires the cooperation and infrastructure that supports tourism activities in Kandri village including eco-lodge, eco-recreation, eco-education, eco-research, eco-energy, eco-development, and eco-promotion. Some forms of entrepreneurship that can be developed in Kandri tourism villages include being a tour guide, providing culinary services, providing accommodation, making tour packages, providing transportation to and from Kandri tourism villages, providing typical village souvenirs.

Abstract

Indirrect expression is widely used in writing news on the mass media, including short stories in newspapers. This paper tries to describe indirrect expressions in the title of the storiy on Poskota daily’s Column "Nah Ini Dia". Data is taken from the title of the storiy on Poskota daily’s Column "Nah Ini Dia", 2020, March-April edition. The research method uses descriptive qualitative methods. Documentation techniques used in collecting data. Data analysis used Riffatere's indirrect expressions theory with focused on analysing displacing of meaning, distorcing of meaning, and creating of meaning. The results show that indirrect expression is occur due to displacing of meaning, distorcing of meaning, and creating of meaning. Displacing of meaning appear in the form of figurative language such as metaphor, personification, periphrasis, and euphemism. distorcing of meaning appears in the form of ambiguity, contradiction, and irony.  Creatiing of meaning appears in the form of simitri and two types of rhythm: assonance and consonance. Using indirect expressions make the title of the story  more polite and have poetic sense.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology can bring many advantages in various sectors, one of which is the tourism sector. The advantages offered are carried out to develop micro, small and medium enterprises. This research activity aims to determine the impact of the application of digital media on the development of micro, small and medium enterprises to the Blora MSME Village in order to increase sales and attract tourists in the midst of the difficult Covid-19 pandemic by using digital marketing strategies. The role of technology is needed to suppress the success of a business in expanding the market by utilizing information technology that can be used for modern marketing communication media. The advantages offered by digital media range from cost-effective, wide coverage, and easy access to use by the public. therefore, MSME actors who previously only depended on consumers who came, now MSME actors can now market their products on digital media which is considered very profitable. The results of data collection in two ways, namely by literature review and field research, where the authors find that digital media is often used by MSME actors.

Abstract

Staf perawat sebagai salah satu profesi yang mulia dan penting maka Klinik Utama Sari Medika setiap periode tertentu perlu melakukan  penilaian dan evaluasi kinerja. Penilaian dilakukan agar dihasilkan layanan yang obyektif serta profesional. Selama ini belum ada penilaian secara terukur yang dilakukan oleh Klinik Utama Sari Medika, sehingga pihak manajemen klinik menginginkan adanya penilaian yang berbasis obyektifitas melalui program kemitraan yang bertujuan memberikan penilaian yang berbasis obyektifitas untuk meningkatkan kinerja para staf perawat yang ada pada klinik untuk selanjutnya tercipta kepuasan layanan bagi para pasien. Metode penilaiaan kinerja menggunakan simple additive weighting, dengan hasil akhir pelatihan diperoleh peningkatan sebesar 94,5% sehingga staf perawat perlu sering mendapatkan kegiatan pelatihan seperti ini

Abstract

SMA 7 berupaya mewujudkan lulusan yang memiliki ketrampilan tambahan sebagai bekal setelah lulus. Strategi kepala sekolah dan guru membentuk beberapa kelompok keahlian yang selanjutnya siswa di wajibkan memilih salah satunya. Kelompok keahlian informatika merupakan salah satu yang ditawarkan. Tujuan lain dari kelompok keahlian informatika selain dari mengikuti perkembangan ilmu komputer adalah penguatan logika berfikir melalui pengenalan dasar performa pemrograman aplikasi yang meliputi penguasaan algoritma pemrograman, flowchat diagram alur program dan implementasi ke program dasar. Melalui pelatihan penyusunan aplikasi sederhana untuk peningkatan manajemen kemampuan algoritma terstruktur pada SMA Negeri 7 Semarang diharapkan memudahkan kelompok keahlian informatika dalam mempraktekkan dan manjawab materi-materi yang selama ini diajarkan hanya dengan teori.

Abstract

Salah satu pelatihan yang perlu diberikan adalah pelatihan bidang teknologi informasi, pemberian edukasi coding dasar berbasis google colabs untuk siswa dengan piranti laptop maupun handphone. Fungi handphone mampu dimaksimalkan oleh siswa selain untuk fungsi komunikasi, pencarian informasi. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk mengalihkan kenderungan main game versi handphone, mengenalkan logika pemrograman dasar, melatih ketelitian dengan menyusun dan mengealuasi baris coding ketika mengalami masalah mapun tidak jalan seperti hasil yang diharapkan. Edukasi coding mampu menanamkan sikap cermat dan teliti dalam mencari sumber permasalahan hingga mencapai hasil yang diharapkan. Pelatihan edukasi ini mmapu mengalihkan ketergantungan siswa penggunaan handphone yang semula lebih untuk bermain game menjadi peningkatan fungsi handphone untuk mengasah logikan siswa

Abstract

Salah satu unit yang mempunyai peran penting adalah Biro Umum, biro ini membantu layanan perguruan tinggi terkait fasilitas umum yang dibutuhkan segenap insan akademik, mulai dari pimpimpinan, dosen, tenaga kependidikan dan mahasiswa. Biro umum membawahi layanan aset, kebersihan, satuan pengamanan dan juga layanan peminjaman kendaraan operasional kampus. Permasalahan yang sering muncul pada unit peminjaman kendaraan adalah seringnya muncul peminjaman kendaraan pada waktu yang sama sehingga kesulitan untuk menentukan prioritas peminjam. Metode yang digunakan adalah simple additive weigthing untuk menghasilkan tujuan penelitian yaitu menghasilkan model prioritas peminjaman kendaraan kampus. Hasil akurasi yang dihasilkan dari metode ini pada konteks prioritas pemakaian kendaraan sebesar 95%.

Abstract

Evaluasi tumbuh kembang pada anak penting dilakukan agar apabila terjadi penyimpangan pertumbuhan dapat segera dilakukan intervensi sejak awal sehingga dapat meminimalisir kelainan yang mungkin terjadi. Pada anak usia dini perlu dilakukan evaluasi setiap bulan yaitu untuk anak usia 12-72 bulan dan enam bulan sekali untuk anak usia 12-72 bulan. Dalam pelayanan kesehatan berfungsi untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kesehatan anak, namun untuk evaluasi anak di sekolah berguna untuk mengetahui kekuatan dan kelemahan komponen tumbuh kembang aspek kognitif, afektif, psikomotorik. Beberapa cara yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi adalah dengan tes, pengukuran dan penilaian. Pengukuran sering digunakan untuk menilai jenis nilai sikap (afektif), misalnya kesediaan untuk berbagi dengan sesama teman. Evaluasi dalam bentuk tes digunakan untuk tipe kognitif dan penilaiannya lebih pada evaluasi tipe psikomotorik. Metode yang digunakan adalah profile matching

Abstract

Teacher performance according to Law Number 14 of 2005 includes the main activities of planning, learning, implementing, assessing learning outcomes, mentoring and training children as well as additional tasks related to the main activities in accordance with the main workload. Teacher performance influences student learning outcomes, with good teacher performance it should produce good quality students as well. Therefore, it is natural that teacher performance needs to be measured every period. The assessment certainly contains the main and additional tasks. Based on these problems, it is also necessary to improve the existing performance appraisal system. There needs to be an appropriate method to assist the teacher performance assessment process, one of which is the weighted method, namely simple additive weighting (SAW). Performance assessment every semester using the SAW method will be able to bridge the results of increasingly better teacher performance. The assessment is carried out on a weighted basis for each parameter. The final result is a ranking of the performance of all teachers in descending order

Abstract

Financial management that is less careful and less able to choose each expense will have an impact on the imbalance of income and clinic expenses, if it happens continuously will cause the clinic to gradually be unable to operate anymore. Each type of clinic expense certainly has a different level of importance, the level of importance is influenced by various variables such as the nominal expenditure, deadline date, user of the expenditure, level of importance, purpose of use. The problem that occurs is that the fulfillment of the needs of the clinic is often unable to prioritize expenses or without considering the level of importance of expenses. There needs to be an appropriate priority scale to regulate the level of expenditure that will impact the financial security of the clinic so that it can support the smooth operation of the clinic, with the aim that the clinic will be able to grow or develop for the smooth provision of health services to the community. One method that can be implemented to help prioritize the use of the clinic budget is simple additive weighing. From the results of the comparison between the ranking of the old model and the ranking using the simple additive weighing method, there are two different sequences, namely codes A7 and A14, resulting in a 90% accuracy rate.
