Abstract

Persistence is important for students to form a personality with tough character in facing difficulties based on faith in Allah SWT. This study aims to develop an Islamic Perspective Learning Persistence instrument and find its correlation with learning outcomes. This research approach is quantitative research using exploratory factor analysis (EFA). The development of the Islamic Perspective Learning Persistence instrument is then carried out to study the effect of Islamic perspective learning persistence on learning outcomes with multiple linear regression tests. Respondents are students at MAN 3 Jombang class XI, with a sample representing class XI as many as 156 male and female students. The results showed that there were five factors formed from the EFA test of Islamic perspective learning persistence, namely the intention of worship because of Allah, patience with effort, istiqomah or never giving up, husnudzan towards Allah and husnudzan towards one's abilities. The study's results with the Simultaneous test (F) and the analysis of the coefficient of determination show that Islamic perspective learning persistence simultaneously influences student learning outcomes. The dominant factors that support learning outcomes from an Islamic perspective are patience with effort (11.0%) and husnudzan to Allah SWT in helping students’ learning difficulties (8.2%). The other three factors proved to be less dominant in improving students' learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find the effect of Self-Determination Motivation and academic achievement of the students of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teaching Training UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya and to reveal the motivation of self-determination in the lectures of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teaching Training UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya. This study uses correlational quantitative methods with the research subjects of Tarbiyah students and Teachers at UIN Sunan Ampel. Sampling was done using a stratified random sampling technique from 676. The sample was taken randomly from 127 students from 8 study programs. Data was collected through self-determination motivation questionnaires and documentation of student academic scores, as well as with a statistical regression analysis technique using SPSS Version 23 simple linear and descriptive analysis. The t-count value is 7.721, with a significance value of 0.000. The t-table value obtained from the statistical table is 1.979. If a comparison is made, then t count > t table or the significance is < 5% significance level so that the self-determination motivation has a significant effect on academic ability at the significant level (5%). The results of the statistical analysis found intrinsic and extrinsic motivation and no amotivation was found in students of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teaching Training UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya, and the variety of self-determination motivation was the intrinsic and extrinsic variety.

Abstract

Masa pandemi mengharuskan untuk membatasi diri berinteraksi dengan banyak orang. Dimana interaksi dalam pembelajaran untuk anak usia dini sangatlah penting demi pertumbuhan dan perkembangannya. Di RA Darun Najah tepatnya kelompok B1 banyak anak yang memiliki kesejahteraan psikologis baik dalam pembelajaran daring maupun luring. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa kesejahteraan psikologis anak di RA Darun Najah dapat terbentuk karena para guru di RA Darun Najah memperhatikan kenyamanan dan kesenangan anak saat disekolah yang dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai cara untuk menumbuhkan kesejahteraan psikologis yang positif bagi perkembangannya.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran orang tua terhadap kemandirian anak melalui kegiatan sehari-hari dimulai dari hal-hal kecil seperti memakai baju sendiri, makan tanpa disuapi, berani mengungkapkan ide, merapikan tempat tidur sendiri, bertanggung jawab terhadap tindakan, percaya diri untuk maju, melakukan kegiatan sendiri tanpa pengawasan orang tua. kemandirian pada anak usia dini ditandai dengan kemampuan anak untuk memilih sendiri, berkreasi, berinisiatif, mengatur tingkah laku, bertanggung jawab, dapat menahan diri, mengambil keputusan sendiri, dan mampu mengatasi masalah tanpa pengaruh dari orang lain. Salah satu kualitas yang harus dimiliki dan tertanam dalam diri anak sejak dini adalah kemandirian. Seorang anak dapat mengembangkan kemandirian di dalam keluarga. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguraikan upaya orang tua yang bekerja dalam membantu anak menjadi mandiri melalui kegiatan sehari-hari baik di dalam maupun di luar rumah yang tidak melibatkan orang dewasa. Dengan menggunakan metodologi studi kasus, pendekatan penelitian kualitatif digunakan. Wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Orang tua dan anak-anak yang sekolah di TK Khadijah Wonorejo yang menjadi sumber data dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

One of the serious problems faced by the world of education in this digital era is the low ability of teachers in mastering Information and Communication Technology which has the impact for the quality of learning. This study aimed to enhance the professionalism of Arabic language teachers through the online learning system in Teacher Professional Education program. Qualitative descriptive method was used. The students in the Arabic Teacher Professional Education program at LPTK UIN Sunan Ampel were being the subject of the research. The data was collected through interviews with 5 lecturers, questionnaires distributed to 17 students, observations on the implementation of online learning, and documentation of student assignments. Then it was analyzed critically with data analysis techniques developed by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. The results showed that the online lectures of Teacher Professional Education students at the LPTK UIN Sunan Ampel which integrated pedagogic and professional materials as in the curriculum structure of Arabic Teacher Professional Education in the online learning system could increase the professionalism of Arabic language teachers which integrated technological, pedagogical and content knowledge can develop teacher competence. The results of this study was intended to increase the quality of online learning in the Teacher Professional Education program and the professionalism of the teachers.

Abstract

This research is an examination of “Cosmopolitan Education in the Islamic perspective The principle aspects which are wanted to be known are: (1) The meaning of Cosmopolitan education in the Islamic perspective. (2) The Basis of Cosmopolitan education in Islam. (3) How does the concept of Cosmopolitan education gives implications for human life? (4) The Contribution of Cosmopolitan education toward human life in the revolution era 4.0 as the digital era. The research shows that education in the Islamic perspective goes from the time when Allah blows the ruh to the body until the last opportunity to taking an effort. Cosmopolitan education gives an important implication in which humans as individuals and humans as a society can become a perfect men. According to Islam, Muttaqi is the highest perfection which has many aspects of goodness. Cosmopolitan education gives a meaningful contribution to the life of human beings in the revolution era 4.0 as the digital era.

Abstract

Kekerasan di kalangan anak usia sekolah, khususnya perundungan (bullying), menjadi masalah serius yang mengancam tujuan pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa guru menerapkan berbagai strategi untuk mengatasi perundungan (bullying), seperti membuat peraturan kelas bersama, memberikan sanksi mendidik, memberikan penghargaan positif dan pemantauan intensif. Selain itu, guru memberikan konseling, nasihat, dan mediasi antara pelaku dan korban untuk saling memaafkan. Guru juga mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai karakter dalam pelajaran dan bekerja sama dengan pihak sekolah untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman dan ramah anak. Maka dari itu, madrasah perlu meningkatkan layanan bimbingan dan konseling dengan melibatkan konselor profesional serta memperkuat pendidikan nilai-nilai karakter untuk mencegah perundungan (bullying). Pengawasan terhadap perilaku siswa harus diperkuat, termasuk di luar kelas. Kolaborasi intens antara guru, orang tua, dan pihak sekolah juga penting untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang aman bagi siswa.
