Abstract

Improvement of Human Resources (HR) is an effort made to form quality human beings with skills, work abilities and work loyalty to an organization or government. The flow of technology and information as well as the mobility of human resources from one place to another. One of the HR improvements that must be done is through training, education, and coaching. Information technology is a concept where certain objects have the ability to transfer data over a network without requiring human-to-human or human-to-computer interaction. Sirnoboyo Village, Giriwoyo District, Wonogiri Regency. The purpose of raising the theme of improving human resources in the field of information technology for posyandu cadres and village officials is to provide insight and improvement on the basis for using Ms. Word and digital form creation with Google - Forms. The method of implementing the service includes a basic computer workshop using Microsoft Office 2013. Then a workshop on improving the ability of posyandu cadres in making digital forms using Google-Form. The resulting output is the implementation of a workshop and an increase in the capacity of Sirnoboyo village human resources, namely posyandu cadres and village officials. Abstract

Watering the plants is an important part of plant care, but due to our busy schedules, we frequently forget to do it. It can be caused by a number of variables, including the weather, in addition to human irresponsibility. The goal of this research is to develop a device that can automatically water plants and monitor plants based on soil moisture. Automatic sprinklers that use NodeMCU ESP8266 and Telegram bots employ the decision tree approach. The C 4.5 algorithm is used by the Decision Tree approach to choose the microcontroller's course of action. The value of various case studies utilized in this study is determined using algorithm C 4.5. The Arduino IDE, Fritzing, and Visual Studio Code were the tools used to design and produce this tool. Additionally, it configures Telegram bots using the Telegram universal bot library. The website setting for plant monitoring employs the native PHP language, but the configuration of the telegram bot uses the general telegraph bot library. The end result is an automatic plant sprinkler that operates based on the soil moisture value and activates the water pump when the soil moisture level drops below a threshold of 50%. When the soil moisture reading exceeds 75%, the water pump will then turn off. The outcomes of this investigation also comprise websites and Telegram bots for tracking soil moisture levels.

Abstract

Meningkatnya jumlah penduduk membuat kebutuhan akan makanan pokok akan selalu meningkat, terutama beras. Namun di sisi lain, dengan adanya jumlah lahan pertanian semakin menyempit akibatnya beralih fungsi lahan pertanian sebagai lahan non pertanian. Hal ini mengakibatkan produksi padi saat ini tidak mampu mengimbangi kebutuhan pangan di Indonesia. Permasalahan yang sering dihadapi petani adalah lemahnya posisi tawar karena kurangnya akses pasar, informasi pasar, dan permodalan. Hal ini membuat petani tidak berdaya untuk menegosiasikan harga hasil panennya, sehingga petani menjual hasil panennya secara borongan kepada orang yang bermodal lebih, dimana dalam penetapan harga menjadi tidak menguntungkan bagi petani. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat suatu sistem yang dapat memberikan informasi perubahan harga gabah kering pada panen bulan berikutnya. Informasi ini akan dijadikan acuan untuk menentukan harga jual gabah kering, sehingga kerugian dapat dikurangi. Hasil perhitungan peramalan menggunakan metode Fuzzy Times Series pada bulan Juni dengan harga gabah Rp. 4544,39 per Kilogram dengan nilai MAPE 2,68% atau akurasi tinggi.

Abstract

The widespread of websites and web applications makes them the main target of cyber attacks. One way to increase security is to perform a penetration test. This test is carried out using the attacker's point of view to find out vulnerabilities on a website or web application and then exploit these vulnerabilities. The results of the penetration test can be used as recommendations to close the gaps that have been known through testing. Because penetration testing requires special resources such as tools and operating systems, a solution is needed to make penetration testing possible with low resources. Telegram bots that are open source offer a solution to overcome these problems. Using the SDLC waterfall approach, this bot was built to provide penetration testing services by connecting the Kali Linux server as a tools provider and the Telegram bot as an interface to users. As a result, users can access penetration testing tools anywhere and anytime via the Telegram bot. To ensure that the bot can run well, testing is carried out through black box testing and load testing. Telegram bot is a solution for integrated compact automatic mobile penetration tester with low resources. Based on load testing, the maximum limit of users who can access Telegram bots simultaneously is 35 users with the highest load average of 5.4. Based on the results of the User Acceptance Test, the Telegram bot has an acceptance rate score of 88,457 % and a questionnaire score of 774 which is an agreed area.

Abstract

Bioinformatics is a science that studies the management and analysis of biological information. Bioinformatics includes application of mathematics, statistics, and informatics to biological problems to solve. Bioinformatics can store data generated by the genome project with regular and high degree of accuracy. Basic local alignment search is one of the methods used to process penyejajaran molecular data sequences. In 2009, there is a virus that attacks the respiratory tract that is the swine flu. The virus is spread around the world, so that retrieved the journal research on diverse virus DNA sequences in different endemic countries. Therefore, in this study will be explained about the process sequence alignment of the H1N1 swine flu virus. H1N1 Weiss AF 250365.2 and H1N1 Swine AF250364.2 have 90% similarity level.

Abstract

Pentingnya tata kelola sistem informasi rumah sakit terutama sistem informasi untuk pelayanan pasien, sehingga dapat membantu dalam pengelolaan data pasien serta membantu pasien terkait dengan pelayanan yang harus diperoleh pasien. Rumah Sakit XYZ sudah memiliki sistem informasi pengelolaan rumah sakit, salah satunya adalah sistem informasi untuk pengelolaan pendaftaran pasien, sistem informasi ini berjalan dengan baik, akan tetapi keamanan data dirasa kurang optimal, karena masih ditemukan beberapa pengguna sistem tidak peduli terhadap username dan passwordnya. Sehingga dibutuhkan model tata Kelola untuk menilai tingkat kematangan proses keamanan system. Sebuah framework yang bisa digunakan untuk menyusun tata kelola TI maupun melaksanakan audit TI yang telah diakui secara Internasional salah satunya adalah COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and related Technology). Penelitian ini menggunakan framework COBIT 4.1 untuk menilai kematangan Proses DS5-Ensure Systems Security. Penilaian dilakukan terhadap bagian pengelolaan data pasien yang terdiri dari Kepala Bagian IT, 2 staff IT, 12 orang yang bertugas di bagian pendaftaran. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kematangan keamanan sistem informasi pendaftaran saat ini (as-is) rata-rata berada pada level 3 yaitu defined process, untuk tingkat kematangan atribut tools and automation berada pada level 2, pada Control Objective DS5.1, DS5.2, DS5.3, DS5.4, DS5.8, DS5.9, DS5.10, DS5.11. Tingkat kematangan yang diharapkan pada tingkat kematangan 5. Sehingga masih ditemukan Gap, dibutuhkan rekomendasi perbaikan untuk Control Objective dan Atribut yang tingkat kematangannya paling rendah. Rekomendasi perbaikan dengan mengacu pada Cobit 4.1.

Abstract

Guna meningkatkan kualitas kinerja perawat, pimpinan Klinik membuat suatu program pemilihan perawat terbaik dengan memberikan reward berupa penambahan gaji bagi perawat terbaik. Program seleksi perawat terbaik ini dilaksanakan setiap akhir tahun. Pada sistem lama proses seleksi saat ini menggunakan satu kriteria yaitu berdasarkan kedisiplinan dan mengabaikan kriteria lain. Hal ini menyebabkan ketidakpuasan bagi para perawat. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dibutuhkan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan perawat terbaik dengan Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan sistem pendukung keputusan untuk pemilihan perawat terbaik dengan menggunakan kriteria kinerja, kedisiplinan, pendidikan, sikap. Menggunakan metode SAW karena metode tersebut mampu menentukan alternative terbaik dan dapat melakukan proses perangkingan. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan Model Waterfall, perancangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan terstruktur, bahasa pemrograman dengan PHP, sedangkan untuk pengambilan keputusan menggunakan Metode Simple Additive Weighting. Berdasarkan pengujian sistem baru dengan sistem lama menjukan bahwa sistem baru lebih baik kerena memiliki akurasi 80%.

Abstract

Program Raskin merupakan salah satu program pemerintah untuk membantu masyarakat miskin dan rawan pangan. Tidak semua warga masyarakat berhak mendapatkan Program Raskin, tetapi hanya warga yang tergolong kelurga miskin dan rawan pangan. Program Raskin berupa pemberian bantuan beras yang diberikan setiap triwulan (tiga bulan) sebanyak 15kg/bulan, selama 12 bulan. Kriteria masyarakat yang memperoleh bantuan program raskin berdasarkan pada penghasilan perbulan, jumlah tanggungan orang dalam keluarga, dan kondisi rumah. bantuan program raskin belum merata dalam pembagiannya, karena terkendala kuota. Sehingga diperlukan perangkingan untuk menentukan penerima Program Raskin, serta mengembangkan aplikasi untuk pemilihan penerima bantuan program Raskin. Perangkingan menggunakan sistem pengambilan keputusan dengan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) di perlukan untuk membantu dalam pemilihan warga yang berhak menerima bantuan Program Raskin. Metode SAW mampu menentukan bobot untuk setiap kriteria, dan melakukan perankingan untuk menyeleksi alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternative, kriteria yang digunakan penghasilan, jumlah anak, kondisi rumah. Pengembangan sistem dengan menggunakan model Waterfall, pada tahap desain menggunakan pendekatan terstruktur. Hasil akhir berupa keputusan penerima Program Raskin, serta sebuah Aplikasi yang dapat dipergunakan untuk pengambilan keputusan pemilihan warga yang berhak mendapatkan bantuan Program Raskin. Pengujian sistem dengan menggunkan uji fungsionalitas (Black Box). Hasil uji sistem menunjukkan bahwa sistem berfungsi dengan dengan baik sesuai yang diharapkan. Uji validitas dilakukan untuk menguji hasil perhitungan Metode SAW dengan membandingkan yang menghasilkan uji sistem dinyatakan valid 100%.

Abstract

Jatiyoso is one of 17 sub-districts in Karanganyar Regency, Central Java Province. Through this sub-district office, residents can take care of various forms of permits. There are many other functions and duties of the subdistrict office. The distance from the county seat is 30.0 km to the south. Jatiyoso is divided into 9 village areas, namely, Jatisawit, Jatiyoso, Karangsari, Petung, Tlobo, Wonokeling, Wonorejo, and Wukirsawit. With the total population of Jatiyoso District is 40,709 people. With a large population, and also a large amount of poverty. To help reduce poverty in Jatiyoso District, Jatiyoso District, an information system is needed that can explain the mapping of poverty areas in Jatiyoso Village. This information system is expected to assist the government in distributing aid to the poor. K-Means method was applied in this study to overcome the problem of grouping poor families by category.  According to the findings of study, there were 23 groups of persons with low assets (C1) and four groups of people with substantial assets (C2). The findings of the feasibility testing process with the User Acceptance Test (UAT) respondents agreed (average 95%) that the application of mapping the clustering of poor people using the k-means method can help officers in mapping the poor and facilitate the distribution of aid to the poor in Jatiyoso village

Abstract

Economically, most of the residents of Pentur Village are farmers, both working in paddy fields and fields, apart from that, it is also a center for the bamboo woven craft industry which is the livelihood of some of the residents. In fact, Pentur village also has a fairly well-known foundation called "Tumpi Redhouse" which was founded on July 16 2012. In this library there are 2500 book collections, hundreds of film collections, various magazines and reference books. Apart from being a place to read, this library also holds various community empowerment activities such as agricultural activities and MSME groups. Several arts live in this village, various traditional ceremonies such as cleaning the village with shadow puppet performances are still held every year, apart from that, reog art, music and painting are also the breath of artistic activities in this village. The aim of this service is to implement visuals in content and digital marketing formats to improve the economy of Pentur village. Methods for implementing the service include content creator and digital marketing workshops for MSMEs in Pentur village. The resulting output is the implementation of the workshop. At the end of this program, activities will be published via print and online media.
