Abstract

Tujuan : Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan budaya dengan pemberian kolostrum ibu nifas di RSUD Kota Makassar. Metode : Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Cross Sectional Study bertujuan untuk mencari hubungan antara variabel independen dan variabel dependen. Penelitian dilaksanakan bulan Oktober 2018 di RSUD Kota Makassar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua bayi baru lahir yang ada di RSUD Kota Makassar diperoleh sampel 68 orang dengan tehnik Purposive Sampling. Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara pengetahuan ibu dengan pemberian kolostrum ibu nifas di RSUD Kota Makassar dengan nilai p = 0,000 yang berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Ada hubungan antara budaya dengan pemberian kolostrum ibu nifas di RSUD Kota Makassar dengan nilai p = 0,000 yang berarti Ha ditolak dan Ho diterima. Kesimpulan : Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan signifikan antara pengetahuan dan budaya dengan pemberian kolostrum ibu nifas di RSUD Kota Makassar. Saran : Diharapkan petugas kesehatan atau dalam hal ini bidan agar senantiasa memberikan pelayanan yang memadai terhadap pasien yang melakukan pelayanan pada ibu menyusui

Abstract

Introduction: Bounding Attachment implementation in the clinic Batua Raya Makassar carried out from the stage 3 to postnatal care, which held the contact between mother and baby are in a bond of love.This study aimed to analyze the factors that affect Bounding attachment between mother and baby during childbirth at health centers in Batua Raya Makassar.Method: This research method using Analytic survey with cross sectional approach. With a total population of 78 mothers who gave birth to normal and Samper 65 puerperal women, with purposive sampling. Results: The results show that knowledge get ? = 0.031, parity ? = 0, 005, and the role of midwife ? = 0.000. Where ? <? = 0.05. The result showed that there is a relationship between knowledge, parity, and the midwife's role on the implementation of Bounding attachment between mother and baby during childbirth at health centers in Batua Raya Makassar 2016.

Abstract

Marine ambulance, as medically equipped vehicle which tranports patient to referral facilites, is very important in Batam archipelago. Routine maintenance activities is conducted to ensure all systems function properly. The maintenance includes maintenance of ship mechanics and ship engines, electrical systems, and hull cleaning. Maintenance standard operating procedure (SOP) is composed to help ship crew conducting ship maintenance. The maintenance activity repairs system problems successfully and appreciated by ship crew, LAZ Batam, and Awal Bros Hospital as service provider; and community who benefited by the service. Healthcare service operates well although some respondents think there is lack of equipments. Safety equipment and medical equipment are not enough for 13% and 20% respondents, respectively. However, all respondent think that the maintenance activity has repaired ship system and ensure ship to operate properly, and deliver healthcare service well.

Abstract

Compost is an important organic fertilizer in agriculture. Compost comes from weathering / decomposition of waste such as leaves. In the composting process, it can occur naturally but requires a longer time because during the decomposition process the temperature can change so that the performance of microorganisms that decompose waste decreases. The Arduino-based automatic machine is designed to maintain the temperature during the composting process. There are two types of systems used in composting machines. The first composting machine uses an automatic system that works every 3 hours to stir the waste in the tube while the second machine uses the system to work when the temperature detected by the DS18b20 sensor in the tube increases. In the second engine system the highest temperature is set at 38˚C. If the temperature in the tube increases and exceeds the temperature limit that has been set, the motor will work to stir the waste until the temperature in the tube drops. The results of the compost feasibility test on the first machine obtained a pH value of 5.84; Nitrogen 9.67%; Organic carbon 16.33%; C/N ratio 16.90; while the second machine obtained a pH value of 5.60; 8.60% Nitrogen; 17.89% organic carbon; C/N ratio 20.81

Abstract

One of the needs of urban communities today is the availability of practical food ingredients, namely those that are ready to cook (ready to be cooked) and ready to eat (ready to eat). Ready of cook means that it takes less time to prepare food. One form of food that is ready to cook is nuggets. Nuggets are one of the foods that are most often consumed and made by everyone, either for their own use, for sale, or for others. Nuggets seem more elegant because this food does not characterize luxury or lack. This socialization aims to increase fish consumption in Koto Damai Village. This socialization uses Factorial Design and Nugget content, which consists of 2 factors. The first factor is the ingredients used to make nuggets, including: Fish Fillet, Catfish, Carrots, Scallions, Garlic, Salt and seasonings, Wheat Flour, Panir Flour, Eggs, and Water. The second factor is the type of fish, namely: Catfish.

Abstract

KKN-PPM entitled "Community Empowerment Through Plant Nursery Business Towards Jada Bahrin Village As A Center For Plantation And Fruit Seedling Production In The Province Of Bangka Belitung Islands" aims to increase students' concern and empathy for the problems of weak economic communities, especially farmers around the Universitas Bangka Belitung Campus so that there are changes in the behavior of students, farmers and farm families that are intended to be developed by the KKN PPM program. In addition, KKN PPM aims to overcome the problem of farmers' low income through community empowerment by becoming seed producers, and compiling KKN-PPM work plans that can achieve the objectives of KKN-PPM implementation as mentioned in numbers 1 and 2 above and get funding partners to support the sustainability of the business of developing Jada Bahrin Village as a seed production center. The target outcomes of the KKN-PPM program are: 1) the establishment of Jada Bahrin Village as a seedling production center for plantation and fruit crops in Bangka Belitung Islands Province, 2) at least 50 farmers and farmer families can become seedling breeders who have the knowledge and skills of vegetative plant propagation, such as grafting, grafting, grafting, and grafting, 3) the production of superior seeds of pepper, rubber, white longan, and citrus from vegetative propagation that are ready to be marketed, 4) a number of cadres have been formed for the formation of seed breeder farmer groups, which will then spearhead the formation of groups, and 5) a synergistic partnership has been established between farmers, NGOs, universities, and SOEs in order to empower the community through KKN PPM. Efforts are made through training in plant propagation techniques, construction of facilities and infrastructure, and empowerment of seedling breeder farmer groups. In the first year of KKN PPM, training on plant propagation techniques will first be conducted for a number of farmers, from the construction of mother gardens to the seed/seedling certification process. In order for the strategy to develop a plant nursery center to be achieved and sustainable, cooperation with relevant partner institutions, namely the Yayasan Bergema Emas Penghijau Lingkungan, and the Merawang Agricultural Extension Agency (BPP), will be conducted. Activities consisted of student debriefing, vegetative plant propagation training for farmers, and managerial training to strengthen farmer groups. As a result of the KKN PPM activities, 17 farmers were categorized as skilled in vegetative plant propagation, two farmer groups were formed, and a group garden for plant propagation was successfully established. These three achievements are the first step for the next stage to make Jada Bahrin Village the center of fruit and plantation seedling production in Bangka Belitung Islands Province.

Abstract

Pengabdian yang ditunjukan untuk sosialisasi kehadiran akuntansi pertanian atas aktivitas petani. Kehadiran sebagai upaya untuk mendukung dalam menunjang keberhasilan musim tanam (input) sampai hasil panen (output). Hubungan Input dan output itu berhubungan dengan biaya dan pendapatan. Perumusan yang menjadi tujuan pengabdian bagi kelompok tani Desa Bubuk Kecamatan Rogojampi Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Metode yang dilakukan memberikan ceramah dan diskusi bagaimana cara pelaksanaan akuntansi pertanian sebagai proses penentuan biaya dan pendapatan yang dilakukan selama usaha tani. Aktivitas petani dari pengeluaran-pengeluaran yang dikumpulkan dalam satu perhitungan sebagai biaya tanam dan menjadi penerimaan ketika musim panen tiba dari hasil penjualannya. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas pengeluaran biaya-biaya tanam menjadikan komponen biaya dimuka yang dapat diatur perhitungannya. Proses penetapan biaya ini menjadi biaya diatur petani sebagai perumusan Nilai Tukar Petani atas biaya yang dibayar dengan harga yang diterima ditambahkan faktor musim sebagai penentu hasil persamaan tersebut. Berdasarkan perumusan tersebut menunjukkan keputusan pendapatan petani harus dibuat dan langkah-langkah yang harus diambil ketika manfaat tambahan ada di keseluruhan biaya yang dikeluarkan. Kata Kunci: Akuntansi pertanian, biaya petani, pendapatan petani, dan nilai tukar petani.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Modernization of Tax Information System Based on e-Invoice to PPN Receipts. This research was conducted in KPP Madya Jakarta Pusat. The data used primary and secondary data. Data analysis used simple regression analysis. The result of the research shows that there is a positive and significant effect of of the Modernization of Tax Information System Based on e-Invoice to PPN Receipts  in KPP Madya Jakarta Pusat.

Abstract

The problem of stunting is influenced by the low knowledge of mothers in the application of proper complementary feeding. In an effort to fulfill proper MPASI, it is necessary to increase knowledge through information that is easily understood by mothers who have toddlers. Increasing knowledge can be done by optimizing the MCH handbook in applying understanding of the information about MPASI in the MCH handbook and carrying out early detection through reading the height/age chart to detect whether toddlers are stunted or not. The purpose of doing community service in Sayutan Village, Magetan Regency is to increase the knowledge of mothers and toddlers through education on giving MPASI through optimizing the MCH book. The method used in this service is to prepare by conducting a survey of the knowledge possessed by toddler mothers about giving MPASI. The next stage is the implementation of activities, namely education with counseling about the information on complementary feeding contained in the MCH handbook and how to interpret PB/U charts to detect stunting. The final stage of this activity is to evaluate the implementation of activities by measuring the level of knowledge before education is carried out and after evaluation is carried out. The results of this community service show that there is an increase in the level of good knowledge of 80.5% compared to before education, namely less knowledge of 48.8%. Information in the MCH handbook can be an appropriate reference if it is read and understood correctly. With increased understanding of a mother will further improve the health status of toddlers in the family.

Abstract

The development of adolescence is a period of achieving mental, emotional, social, physical maturity, which is also a transition period from childhood to adulthood. This condition certainly requires adaptation in adolescents, 40% of adolescents admit to feeling more easily offended or angry, but 36% of them feel anxious or nervous. Another 36% feel tired or exhausted during class and 31% show feelings of stress. The purpose of implementing this community service activity is to teach adolescents about emotional mental health, so that adolescents can avoid the dangers caused by trying to prevent the incidence of mental disorders in adolescents. This community service activity was carried out in the youth group by providing education. The activity was attended by 28 adolescents. The activity was carried out well. Based on the results of the evaluation carried out using a questionnaire, it was found that adolescents who had a good level of knowledge during the pretest were 5 adolescents (18%) and increased to 23 adolescents (82%) during the posttest. With the increasing understanding of the concept of emotional mental disorders, forms of disorders, causative factors, and emotional mental measurements, it is hoped that adolescents will be able to apply the knowledge and abilities of adolescents to handle emotional mental health problems such as stress and anxiety that occur in everyday life.
