Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior by self-efficacy as a mediation variable in, Central Jakarta State Vocatonal School Teacher. The research method used by researchers was a survey method with a descriptive approach, the population used was vocational school teachers. The model in this study uses the path analysis model. The analysis technique used in this study uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) which is operated with the SmartPLS version 3.0 program for testing hypothesis. In this study also tested the detection of the effect of intervening variables through the Sobel test. The analysis technique carried out in PLS includes three stages, namely the analysis of the outer model, analysis of the inner model, and testing of hypotheses. The results of the study are that self-leadership has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, self-leadership has a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy, and self-leadership has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with efficacy. self as a mediation between both.

Abstract

This research is a descriptive research to get factual data about the planning, implementation and supervision of character-based active learning at independent curriculum 2013 junior high schoolsin Depok. It also explores the obstacles to find solutions to solve the problem. Data source in this study includessome junior high schools in Beji sub-district of Depok City which has been given decreed by Balitbang Kemendikbud as independent curriculum 2013 junior high school. Data collection techniques and procedures are used using several sources of evidence; questionnaires, in-depth interviews, documentation studies and archives. Data analysis in this study uses descriptive statistical data analysis techniques by calculating the percentage and provide a review or interpretation of the data obtained so that becomes more clear and meaningful than just the numbers. Character-based active learning planning at independent curriculum 2013 junior high schools in Depok is implemented by developing character values on syllabus and lesson plan and taking into account the principle of the preparation of character-based learning planning. Implementation of character-based active learning in independent curriculum 2013 junior high school in Depok is done by using model, method, learning media, and learning resource according to the characteristics of learners through approach and strengthening of character values. While the supervision of character-based active learning is carried out by the school principal and supervisor/supervisor of the local education office which includes planning supervision, implementation and character-based learning assessment.

Abstract

Accomplishing educational goal is challenging during the Covid-19 pandemic, and it has been covered by adopting technology in educational process. This study examines driving factors affecting students’ learning achievement by incorporating some variables including self-confidence and learning motivation. This study also investigates the mediating role of digital literacy. This study was conducted in a vocational school in Jakarta of Indonesia by involving 188 respondents. A path analysis was involved to gain an understanding for this relationship. The findings remark that students’ learning achievement can be explained by self-confidence and learning motivation. This results also confirm the mediating role of digital literacy in understanding the connectivity between variables. Keywords: Learning Motivation, Self-confidence, Digital Literacy, Learning Achievement

Abstract

Abstract School leader is a teacher with added task as the highest leader at school who has to lead his subordinates to the aims of the school. Qualified or unqualified school really depends on school leader, because professional school leader results qualified school and vice versa. There are some qualifications being professional school leader. Principally, school leaders must have a knowledge of and sensitivity for the cross-cultural nature of the community in which they serve and adapt their leadership style accordingly. Recently, the amount of women teachers are higher than men teachers. In fact, the number of woman as school leader is no more than 35% since 2005 till 2010. Many factors influenced this phenomenon, included internal and external factors. Both of the factors correlates each other making an assumption whether woman able and unable being a leader, especially at school. Key words: school leader role, woman school leader.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the school committee in an effort to empower SMAIT Al Qudwah Depok City in order to improve the efficiency of school management. This research was qualitative research site in SMAIT Al Qudwak Depok. The data source research is the principal, vice principal, school board committees as well as some students. Collecting data using the method of observation, interviews, documentation and archive footage, while the analysis of data using qualitative data analysis interactive model. The results showed that: (1) The Board committee at Al-Qudwah SMAIT Depok City consists of various professions and have a minimum education level Bachelor (S1); (2) Implementation of the program of work of the school committee in SMAIT Al Qudwah Kota Depok yet fully effective. It is characterized by not fahamnya school board committee will function and role of the school committee in improving the efficiency of school management in schools; (3) Empowerment committee at Al-Qudwah SMAIT Depok City has not fully maximized. It is characterized by the limited space of empowerment for the management committee of the school as a partner school. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic, which has spread throughout the world, has had a significant impact on various sectors, one of which is the education sector. Schools must ensure to continue the learning process even though in any difficult and limited situations. Based on the interviews, observations, data analysis, and identification of the problems, we found some problems relates to these; suddenly changes to new learning models (school from home) caused by Covid-19 Pandemic, the lack of teacher’s competence in designing creative instructional media, and the lack of teacher’s training in designing media learning. Thus, teachers are required to design effective and efficient learning media as creative and innovative distance learning. This community service aims to help vocational teachers in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi improve their competence and skills by designing effective and efficient PowerPoint as a learning media. This activity is designed through a webinar with a zoom application.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei yang dipilih dengan teknik sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara kinerja guru dan budaya organisasi dengan Thitung 6,81 dan Ttabel 1,70. Dari uji persyaratan analisis yang dilakukan, dapat dinyatakan bahwa penelitian ini terdistribusi normal dan linier dengan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 27,24 + 0,408X. Berdasarkan koefisien korelasi variabel budaya organisasi dengan kinerja guru, diperoleh pengaruh yang kuat yaitu sebesar 0,741. Berdasarkan perhitungan koefisien determinasi yang dibuat menghasilkan 0,5497 atau sebesar 54,97%, ini berarti bahwa sebanyak 54,97% budaya organisasi mempengaruhi kinerja guru, sedangkan sisanya 45,03% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam model ini.Kata kunci: budaya organisasi, kinerja guru, sekolah kejuruan.THE INFLUENCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE ON TEACHER PERFORMANCEAbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on teacher performance in SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta. The research methodology used was survey method which was selected by saturated sample technique. The result shows that there is positive influence between teacher’s performance and organizational culture with Tcount of 6.81 and Ttabel of 1.70. It is also expressed normal and linearly distribution with regression equation Ŷ = 27.24 + 0.408X. Based on correlation coefficient of organizational culture variables with teacher performance obtained a strong influence that is equal to 0.741. Based on the calculation of coefficient of determination made to produce 0.5497 or equal to 54.97%, this means that as much as 54.97% of organizational culture affects teacher performance, while the remaining 45.03% was influenced by other variables not described in this model.

Abstract

This research is to get factual data about the planning, implementation, supervision, and some problems of character-based active learning management at independent curriculum 2013 junior high schools in Depok. This research uses descriptive method. The result showed that character-based active learning management consists of learning planning, implementation, and supervisions which derived from unique school values.

Abstract

This research is conducted to determine the process of how economic education shapes students’ learning creativity in the industrial revolution 4.0 era. Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis of AMOS 25 were employed as the method of research, while primary data was gathered through a survey using a questionnaire. The sample involved 120 students of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The results show that (1) economic education significantly and positively affects digital economic literacy (2) economic education positively and significantly affects students' learning creativity (3) digital economic literacy positively and significantly affects students' learning creativity (4) digital economics literacy mediates positively and significantly the effect of economic education on students' learning creativity.Keywords: digital economic literacy, economic education, students' learning creativity, industrial revolution 4.0

Abstract

Character is very closely related to religious, psychological, moral and character values that distinguish a person from others. In this era of globalization, moral shifts are rife which result in the loss of character of Indonesian children. For this reason, education needs to take part in building character education in children, so that Indonesian children can become individuals who have characters that are in accordance with their national identity. This study aims to examine and find out how the implementation of character education in elementary school students. Our research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method, namely collecting existing theories and concluding them into new theories. From this study we found that character education can be applied in elementary schools through methods of applying character values during learning, learning methods outside the classroom, helping disaster victims, and solving problems/cases that make students think critically to solve them.
