Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Kondisi disiplin siswa dalam proses pembelajaran online dari kelas XII OTKP, (2) Penghalang-halangan bagi kelas XII OTTKP untuk disiplin dalam proses belajar online, dan (3) Upaya untuk mengatasi hambatan untuk kelas XII OPTKP yang disiplin pada proses pembelajaran on-line. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Sumber data terdiri dari pemimpin, guru, dan siswa Kelas XII OTKP, serta dokumen yang berkaitan dengan proses pembelajaran online. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive dan snowball sampling. Uji validitas data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik triangulation. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa: (1) disiplin siswa dalam proses pembelajaran online kelas XII OTKP belum sepenuhnya diterapkan. (2) Penghalang yang dialami siswa untuk disiplin dalam proses pembelajaran online adalah: a) siswa tidak memiliki kuota internet, b) koneksi internet yang buruk, dan c) beban tugas harian yang terakumulasi. (3) Upaya untuk mengatasi rintangan yang dialami oleh siswa dalam bentuk a) menyediakan bantuan kuota internet dan wifi, b) menemukan lokasi di sekitar siswa yang memiliki cakupan sinyal yang lebih baik, dan c) memberikan ruang kerja bagi siswa yang terbatas oleh kuota dan sinyal buruk.Kata kunci: disiplin siswa; jaringan internet; pembelajaran elektronik; pembelajaran onlineAbstract: This research aims to find out (1) The condition of student discipline in the online learning process of class XII OTKP, (2) Obstacles for class XII OTKP to be disciplined in the online learning process, and (3) Efforts to overcome obstacles for class XII OTKP to be disciplined in the online learning process. This form of research is qualitative, using a case study approach. The data source consists of principals, teachers, and students of Class XII OTKP, as well as documents related to the online learning process. The sampling techniques used are purposive and snowball sampling. Test the validity of the data using source triangulation and engineering triangulation. The results showed that: (1) Student discipline in the online learning process of class XII OTKP has yet to be fully enforced. (2) The obstacles that students experience to discipline in the online learning process are: a) students do not have an internet quota, b) poor internet connections, and c) an accumulated daily task load. (3) Efforts to overcome obstacles experienced by students in the form of a) providing internet and wifi quota assistance, b) finding locations around students that have better signal coverage, and c) providing task leeway to students who are constrained by quotas and poor signals.Keywords: internet network; online learning; e-learning; student discipline

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta, (2) pengaruh kedisiplinan siswa terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta, serta (3) pengaruh motivasi dan kedisiplinan siswa terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta yang berjumlah 302 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling. Sampel pada penelitian sejumlah 172 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi belajar terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta, dibuktikan dari hasil t hitung 7.71 > t tabel 1.97 dan nilai signifikansi 0.00 < 0.05, (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kedisiplinan siswa terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta, dibuktikan dari hasil t hitung 6.85 > t tabel 1.97 dan nilai signifikansi 0.00 < 0.05, dan (3) terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama motivasi belajar dan kedisiplinan siswa terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta, dibuktikan dari hasil F hitung 155.95> F tabel 3.05 dan nilai signifikansi 0.00 < 0.05. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, maka motivasi belajar dan kedisiplinan siswa perlu ditingkatkan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian belajar.Kata kunci: kedisiplinan murid; kemandirian berlatih; motivasi belajarAbstract: This research aims to determine (1)  the effect of learning motivation on student learning independence at SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta, (2) the effect of student discipline on student learning independence at SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta, and (3) the effect of student motivation and discipline on student learning independence at SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta. This research is quantitative research with a correlational method. The research population was SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta students, totaling 302 students. The sampling technique used proportionate stratified random sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 172 students. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The results showed that: (1) there is a positive and significant effect of learning motivation on the learning independence of students at SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta, as evidenced by the results of t value 7.71 > t table 1.97 and a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05, (2) there is a positive and significant effect student discipline on student learning independence at SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta, as evidenced by the results of t value 6.85 > t table 1.97 and a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, and (3) there is a joint influence of learning motivation and student discipline on the independent learning of students at SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta, as evidenced by the results of F value 155.95 > F table 3.05 and a significance value of  0.00 <0.05. Based on these results, learning motivation and student discipline need to be improved to increase independent learning.Keywords: independent learning; learning motivation; student discipline

Abstract

Abstrak: Studi ini bertujuan untuk menentukan efek dari variabel konsep diri dan lingkungan rekan, sebagian dan secara bersamaan, pada keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal siswa. Penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode korelasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 216 orang dengan jurusan di kelas OTKP X, XI, dan XII. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling acak yang proporsional. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data menggunakan kuesioner dan menggunakan beberapa teknik regresi linear yang didukung oleh IBM SPSS 26 untuk menganalisis data. The results showed that: (1) there was a positive and significant effect of the self- concept variable on students interpersonal communication skills, as evidenced by a significance value of 0,00 0,05 and a t value of 12,227 > Table 1,976; (2) there was a positive and significant effect of the peer environment variable on students interpersonal communication skills, as evidenced by a significance value of 0,000,05 and a t value of 6,272 > Table 1,976; (3) there was a positive and significant effect of the self- concept and peer environment variables on students interpersonal communication skills, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.000.05 and a F value of 203,496>. Ftable 3,063. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi efektif secara simultan adalah 67,4% dan bahwa 32,6% yang tersisa dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: correlational method; interpersonal communication; kuantitatifAbstract: This study aims to determine the effect of self-concept and peer environment variables, partially and simultaneously, on students' interpersonal communication skills. This research is quantitative with a correlational method. The population of this research is 216 people majoring in OTKP classes X, XI, and XII. This research used proportionately stratified random sampling techniques. This research collected the data using questionnaires and used multiple linear regression techniques supported by IBM SPSS 26 to analyze the data. The results showed that: (1) there was a positive and significant effect of the self- concept variable on students interpersonal communication skills, as evidenced by a significance value of 0,00 0,05 and a t value of 12,227 > Table 1,976; (2) there was a positive and significant effect of the peer environment variable on students interpersonal communication skills, as evidenced by a significance value of 0,000,05 and a t value of 6,272 > Table 1,976; (3) there was a positive and significant effect of the self-concept and peer environment variables on students interpersonal communication skills, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.000.05 and a F value of 203,496>. Ftable 3,063. The results of this study indicate that the effective contribution is simultaneously 67.4% and that the remaining 32.6% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.Keywords: correlational method; interpersonal communication; quantitative

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2)  pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan (3) pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi sebanyak 395 karyawan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan jumlah 80 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan program IBM SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa: (1) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan (t = 2,81, sign 0,01), (2) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan (t = 3,17, sign 0,00), dan (3) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan (t = 73,48, sign 0,00).Kata Kunci: capaian karyawan; ketertiban kerja; minat kerjaAbstract: The purpose of this study is to determine (1) the effect of work discipline on employee performance, (2) the effect of work motivation on employee performance, and (3) the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance. This study uses quantitative research with a population of 395 employees. The sample of this research used a simple random sampling technique with 80 samples. Data collection techniques were done by questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the IBM SPSS 25 program. The results of this study stated that (1) there was a positive and significant effect of work discipline on employee performance (t=2.81, sign 0,01), (2) there was a positive and significant effect of work motivation on employee performance (t=3.17, sign 0.00) and (3) there was a positive and significant influence of work discipline and work motivation simultaneously on employee performance (t=73.48, sign 0.00).Keywords: employee achievements; work order; work interest

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang tata ruang kantor, kendala pegawai, dan upaya mengatasi permasalahan tata ruang kantor pada bagian umum Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Surakarta. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif-kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Surakarta khususnya pada bagian umum. Data diperoleh dari peristiwa, informan, dan dokumen dengan menggunakan purposive dan snowball sampling. Teknik uji keabsahan data adalah triangulasi sumber dan metode. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis data interaktif yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tata ruang kantor pada bagian umum Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Surakarta tidak sesuai dengan prinsip tata ruang kantor efektif yang terdiri dari warna, udara, suara, dan pencahayaan. Kendala yang ditemukan dalam penataan kantor umum adalah penataan dan jarak yang terlalu dekat, penataan furnitur yang kurang tepat, kurangnya sarana dan prasarana, serta kurangnya ruang. Upaya yang dilakukan antara lain menata ulang ruangan, menata ulang furnitur berdasarkan kebutuhan dan alur kerja karyawan, menambah sarana dan prasarana, serta menghilangkan sarana dan prasarana yang tidak terpakai.Kata Kunci: tata ruang kantor yang efektif; layout kantor; prinsip tata ruang kantorAbstract: This study aims to find out about office layout, employees’ obstacles, and efforts to overcome the problem of office layout in the general section of the Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) of Surakarta. This research is descriptive-qualitative with a case-study approach. This research was carried out at the Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) of Surakarta, especially in the general section. The data were obtained from events, informants, and documents by using purposive and snowball sampling. The data validity test technique was a triangulation of sources and methods. Analysis of data using an interactive model of data analysis, including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. The results showed that the office layout in the general section of Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) of Surakarta is not compatible with the principles of effective office layout, which consist of color, air, sound, and exposure. The obstacles found in the arrangement of the general office are the arrangement and distance that are too close, the inappropriate arrangement of furniture, the lack of facilities and infrastructure, and the lack of space. The efforts that have been carried out include rearranging the room, rearranging furniture based on employee needs and workflow, adding facilities and infrastructure, and removing unused facilities and infrastructure. Keywords: effective office layout; office layout; office layout principles

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menghambat pelaksanaan pelayanan publik di Kantor Widodaren Kabupaten Ngawi. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Data dalam penelitian ini berasal dari wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis data interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) faktor penghambat pelayanan di Kantor Kecamatan Widodaren Kabupaten Ngawi yaitu; jumlah pegawai yang kurang, pegawai kurang mampu mengoperasikan komputer, masa pelayanan sering terlambat, peralatan pendukung pelayanan terbatas, akses informasi pelayanan terbatas, dan ruang tunggu tidak nyaman. (2) upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala yang terjadi adalah: meminta bantuan pegawai dari bidang lain, membagi tugas sesuai kemampuan pegawai, melebih-lebihkan tenggat waktu yang dijanjikan kepada masyarakat, menunggu anggaran dari pemerintah pusat, membuat Instagram dan Facebook akun media sosial, memberikan antrian masuk bagi pengguna jasa.Kata Kunci: faktor penghambat; kantor camat; pelayanan Abstract: This study aims to determine the factors that hinder the implementation of public services at the Widodaren Ngawi District Office.  The sampling techniques in this study were purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The data in this study came from interviews, observations, and documentation. The data validity test used is source triangulation and method triangulation. Data analysis techniques use interactive data analysis models. The results showed that: (1) factors inhibiting services at the Widodaren Subdistrict Office, Ngawi Regency, namely; lack of number of employees, employees less capable of operating the computer, service periods are often late, service support equipment is limited, limited access to service information, and waiting rooms are not comfortable. (2) efforts made to overcome the obstacles that occur are: asking for help from employees from other fields, dividing tasks according to the ability of employees, overstating deadlines promised to the public, waiting for budgets from the central government, creating Instagram and Facebook social media accounts, providing queues for entry to service users.Keywords: inhibiting factors; services; sub-districts office

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) implementasi pengarsipan elektronik pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Daerah Kota Surakarta; 2) hambatan; dan 3) upaya mengatasi hambatan. Metode studi kasus kualitatif digunakan untuk penelitian semacam ini. Wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Purposive sampling dan snowball sampling digunakan dalam proses pengambilan sampel. Memanfaatkan uji kredibilitas, yang mencakup uji transferabilitas, ketergantungan, dan konfirmabilitas, untuk menilai validitas data. Model analisis interaktif digunakan untuk reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan, dan verifikasi dalam teknik analisis data. Hasil penelitian: Pertama, Disarpusda Kota Surakarta melakukan peralihan pengelolaan arsip dari sistem manual ke sistem kearsipan berbasis teknologi informasi yang disebut SIMARDI-Offline, dengan tahapan pengelolaan arsip meliputi pembuatan, penggunaan, dan pemeliharaan serta sebagai depresiasi. Kedua, kurangnya tenaga ahli, belum onlinenya aplikasi SIMARDI, keterlambatan penyerahan arsip OPD, dan belum tertatanya penataan arsip di OPD menjadi kendala dalam pelaksanaan pengarsipan elektronik oleh Disarpusda Kota Surakarta. Ketiga, upaya mengatasi kendala dengan pemenuhan formasi CPNS bagi tenaga fungsional arsiparis dan beberapa alternatif upaya, pengembangan aplikasi menjadi online, pengajuan anggaran, dan mengadakan pelatihan kearsipan bagi seluruh pengelola arsip di setiap OPD.Kata Kunci: studi kasus; arsip elektronik; penelitian kualitatif Abstract: This study aims to determine: 1) the implementation of electronic filing at the Regional Library and Archives Service in Surakarta City; 2) obstacles; and 3) efforts to overcome obstacles. A qualitative case study method was used for this kind of research. Interviews, observation, and document analysis were the methods that were used to collect the data. Purposive sampling and snowball sampling were used in the sampling process. Utilize the credibility test, which includes the transferability, dependability, and confirmability tests, to assess the data's validity. An interactive analysis model is used for data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and verification in the data analysis technique. The results of the study: First, Disarpusda of Surakarta City carried out the transition of archive management from a manual system to an information technology-based archive system called SIMARDI-Offline, with archive management stages including creation, use, and maintenance, as well as depreciation. Second, a lack of experts, the SIMARDI application not being online yet, a delay in OPD submitting archives, and an unorganized arrangement of archives in OPD are all barriers to the implementation of electronic filing by Disarpusda of Surakarta City. Third, efforts were made to overcome obstacles by fulfilling the CPNS formation for archivist functional staff and several alternative efforts, developing applications to become online, submitting budgets, and holding archival training for all archive managers in each OPD. Keywords: case study; electronic archives; qualitative research

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan dan lingkungan keluarga secara parsial dan simultan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa pendidikan administrasi perkantoran FKIP UNS. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Sampel penelitian diambil menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling.Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda menggunakan IBM SPSS 26.0. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan literasi keuangan terhadap minat berwirausaha (thitung 6.442 > ttabel 1.654) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000; 2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha (thitung 9.561 > ttabel 1.654) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. 3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan literasi keuangan dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan hasil uji F 114.581 > 3.05 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan multi signifikansi literasi keuangan dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap Y dipengaruhi nilai sebesar 59,7% dan sisanya sebesar 40,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dieksplorasi dalam penelitian ini. Keseluruhan hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini mendukung hipotesis yang diasumsikan.Keywords : ekosistem keluarga; minat usahawan; pengetahuan finansial; penelitian kuantitatifAbstract: This research investigated the partial and simultaneous effects of financial literacy and family environment on students of office administration education UNS entrepreneurial interest. This quantitative study used the correlational method. The sampling used a proportionate stratified random sampling technique and resulted in 158 students as the sample. The data collection employed interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis used multiple linear regression and utilized IBM SPSS ver. 26.0. The results showed that: 1) there is a positive and significant effect of financial literacy on entrepreneurial interest (tcount 6.442 > ttable 1.654) with a significance value of 0,000; 2) there is a positive and significant effect of family environment on entrepreneurial interest (tcount 9.561 > ttable 1.654) with a significance value of 0,000; 3) there is a positive and significant effect on financial literacy and family environment on entrepreneurial interest (Fcount 114.581 > Ftable 3,05) with a significance value of 0,000. The result of this study showed the multiple significance of financial literacy and family environment towards Y was affected by 59,7% value, and the rest of 40,3% was affected by the other variables that were not explored in this study. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui pelaksanaan uraian tugas pegawai; (2) mengetahui hambatan dalam penerapan uraian tugas pegawai; dan (3) mengetahui solusi permasalahan pelaksanaan uraian tugas di DPMPTSP Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Sumber data penelitian ini meliputi informan, tempat, peristiwa, dan dokumen. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara semi terstruktur, observasi partisipatif pasif, dan analisis dokumen. Validitas penelitian ini diuji dengan menggunakan triangulasi teknis dan triangulasi sumber. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif agar hasil penelitian mudah dipahami. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Pelaksanaan uraian tugas pegawai pada DPMPTSP Kota Surakarta berpedoman pada Visi dan Misi, Peraturan Walikota Surakarta Nomor 40 Tahun 2021, dan Keputusan Walikota Surakarta Nomor 800.1/97.1 Tahun 2021, penyusunannya telah memperhatikan prinsip Sistematis, Jelas, Ringkas, Tepat, dan Taat, serta penempatan pegawai yang tidak sesuai dengan Keputusan Walikota Surakarta Nomor 800.1/97.1 Tahun 2021; (2) Kendala uraian tugas pegawai berupa lambatnya proses pemenuhan jumlah pegawai, belum adanya SOP kerja, bertambahnya beban kerja sebagian pegawai, dan pembatasan pembukaan magang mahasiswa di masa pandemi; dan (3) Solusi permasalahan pelaksanaan uraian tugas pegawai adalah dengan mengajukan usulan kekurangan pegawai kepada BKD Kota Surakarta, menyusun SOP kerja, mengusulkan pembagian beban kerja, dan memanfaatkan sumber daya manusia yang ada.Kata kunci: beban kerja; kualitatif; sumber daya manusia; uraian tugasAbstract: This study aims to: (1) determine the implementation of employee job descriptions; (2) know the obstacles in implementing employee job descriptions; and (3) find out the solution to the problem of implementing the job description at DPMPTSP Surakarta. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. This study's data sources include informants, places, events, and documents. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data collection techniques used semi-structured interviews, passive participatory observation, and document analysis. The validity of this research was tested using technical triangulation and source triangulation. Data analysis uses an interactive model to make the research results easy to understand. The results of this study are: (1) The implementation of employee job descriptions at the Surakarta City DPMPTSP guided by the Vision and Mission, Surakarta Mayor Regulation Number 40 of 2021, and Surakarta Mayor's Decree Number 800.1/97.1 of 2021, the preparation has taken into account the principles of Systematic, Clear, Concise, Precise, and Obedient, and the placement of employees who are not in accordance with the Decree of the Mayor of Surakarta Number 800.1/97.1 of 2021; (2) Obstacles in employee job descriptions in the form of the slow process of fulfilling the number of employees, the absence of work SOPs, increasing workloads for some employees, and restrictions on opening student internships during the pandemic; and (3) The solution to the problem of implementing employee job descriptions is submitting a proposal for a shortage of employees to the Surakarta City BKD, compiling work SOPs, proposing workload distribution, and utilizing existing human resources.Keywords: human resources; job description; qualitative; workload

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) the effectiveness of the use of the Kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP) in State Vocational High Schools throughout the city of Surakarta; 2) obstacles that occur in the use of KIP; and 3) solutions given to the problems that occur. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with a case study approach. Sources of research data include informants, documents, and events. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data was collected by means of interviews, observations, and documents. The validity test technique used is triangulation of techniques and sources. Data analysis techniques with interactive analysis techniques. The results of the study are as follows: The effectiveness of KIP utilization is seen from 1) The accuracy of the target of KIP utilization, in terms of acceptance accuracy is not right because there are still poor KIP holder students who do not get assistance. Meanwhile, in terms of the accuracy of the utilization objectives, it is seen that the funds that have been disbursed by students have been used properly; 2) Socialization of the use of KIP, socialization from the education office is lacking, there is only monitoring once a year. However, socialization to students has been carried out well by the school; and 3) Monitoring of KIP utilization has been carried out by the school through a whatsapp group, from the results of this monitoring the use of KIP in State Vocational Schools throughout the city of Surakarta can be categorized as effective.
