Abstract

This study aims to develop a Life Based Learning-based Micro Teaching book, namely the application of basic teaching skills using a scientific approach so that later they are able to increase the capability of Accounting Education students in applying basic teaching skills to real learning in schools in accordance with the demands of curriculum development. education. This research is research and development. The development model used in this research is the IDI (Instructional Development Institute) development model which includes 3 stages, namely define, develop and evaluate. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the results of developing micro-teaching books based on life-based learning with a scientific approach were declared valid and feasible. used as a learning medium and as a media to support learning in microteaching courses. the textbook was approved to be used as a learning medium in microteaching courses. On average, students find it helpful to understand the scientific approach with the renewal of teaching materials for microteaching courses, this of course can increase their capabilities (as prospective teachers), in facing the challenges of curriculum changes. The development of Life Based Learning-based Micro Teaching books is a must for lecturers, because it can increase student capabilities, especially accounting education study programs which incidentally are teacher candidates in developing basic teaching skills in accordance with the demands of the current development of primary and secondary education curriculum.

Abstract

This article aims to identify how entrepreneurship literacy could trigger the emergence of potential entrepreneurs from students. This paper presented a case study of the implementation of learning innovations for entrepreneurship courses using the project-based learning (PjBL) models. The implementation of PjBL on entrepreneurship subjects aims to instill an entrepreneurial spirit in students and motivate them to become entrepreneurs. This phenomenology research uses primary data through observation and interview with respondents that attended entrepreneur courses. The result of the business plan arranged by the student was analyzed and the internalization measurement of entrepreneurial spirit was conducted through student activities in class. This study has identified the criteria such as discipline, creativity, responsibility, leadership, decision-making, learning motivation, and communication skill through classes. Based on the in-depth interviews with eight students of entrepreneurship courses, the PjBL could stimulate students to improve entrepreneurial character, mindset, and skill to support participation and performance in a range of entrepreneurial activities. The entrepreneurial spirit showed a significant difference between before and after class which can see not only in the business plan and student’s presentation skills, also in their dream to continue the business there has been started. Furthermore, this study alternated formulation for entrepreneur courses in higher education.

Abstract

Kondisi pandemic covid-19 turut memberikan tantangan baru pada proses pembelajaran yaitu terjadinya perubahan model pembalajaran konvensional menjadi jarak jauh, model pembelajaran jarak jauh menuntut guru sebagai pendidik harus cakap dalam menyajikan model dan terobosan baru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang memadukan penggunaan teknologi dan kreatifitas untuk menciptakan proses pembelajaran yang baik. Tujuan pada penelitian ini untuk memberikan edukasi tentang strategi pembalajaran dan Inovasi pembelajaran di era pandemi covid-19, serta pelatihan Aplikasi Quizziz serta   Kahoot   yang   bisa   dipraktikkan   dalam pembelajaran. Tahapan-tahapan dalam kegiatan ini adalah penyampaian materi, FGD (Forum Group Discussion), pelatihan dan pendampingan. Materi yang disampaikan meliptui aplikasi Quizizz dan Kahoot dan diakhir dilanjutkan dengan praktik pembuatan materi di aplikasi Quizizz dan praktik pembuatan soal di aplikasi Kahoot. Lokasi kegiatan di Desa Wajak Kecamatan Wajak Kabupaten Malang Provinsi Jawa Timur dengen jumlah peserta sebanyak 150 orang guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Hasil dari pelatihan inovasi pembelajaran ini adalah guru peserta pelatihan berhasil menyelesaikan tugas pelatihan dan pendampingan berupa pembuatan materi pembelajaran di aplikasi quizizz dan pembuatan soal evaluasi di aplikasi kahoot.

Abstract

Abstract Being in the industrial era 4.0, teachers as educators are required to understand technology more than their students. Teachers need to understand students' needs for technological developments so that classroom learning runs well. The development of learning media is one of the alternative solutions that can be used by teachers to meet the needs of students for technological developments. The purpose of research and development is to produce learning media products based on android applications from Microsoft PowerPoint on material for economic growth and development for class XI. This research and development uses the ADDIE model. The results of the research and development were obtained from the results of the feasibility test through filling out validation questionnaires with validators of material experts (lecturers), media experts (lecturers), learning practitioners (economics teachers), and test results with users (students) through small group trials and large group trial. The average result of the validation and testing as a whole obtained a score of 92.177 percent so that this research and development product is very valid and very feasible to be used as a learning medium. Abstrak Berada pada era industri 4.0 guru sebagai pendidik diharuskan untuk memahami teknologi lebih dari siswanya. Guru perlu memahami kebutuhan siswa atas perkembangan teknologi agar pembelajaran di kelas berjalan dengan baik. Pengembangan media pembelajaran menjadi salah satu solusi alternatif yang bisa digunakan oleh guru untuk memenuhi kebutuhan siswa atas perkembangan teknologi. Tujuan dari penelitian dan pengembangan adalah untuk menghasilkan produk media pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi android dari Microsoft PowerPoint pada materi pertumbuhan dan pembangunan ekonomi kelas XI. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini menggunakan model ADDIE. Hasil dari penelitian dan pengembangan diperoleh dari hasil uji kelayakan melalui pengisian kuisioner validasi bersama validator ahli materi (dosen), ahli media (dosen), praktisi pembelajaran (guru ekonomi), dan hasil uji coba bersama pengguna (siswa) melalui uji coba kelompok kecil dan uji coba kelompok besar. Rata-rata asil validasi dan uji coba secara keseluruhan memperoleh skor sebesar 92,177 persen sehingga produk penelitian dan pengembangan ini sangat valid dan sangat layak untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) the effect of financial literacy on consumptive behavior, (2) the effect of self-control on consumptive behavior, (3) the effect of Paylater on consumptive behavior, (4) the effect of financial literacy on Paylater, (5) the effect of self-control on Paylater, (6) Paylater as mediating variable. This research uses quantitative research methods. The number of samples in this study was 100 housewives in Malang. The analysis technique uses SEM PLS. The results of the analysis show: (1) the financial literacy influences consumptive behavior, (2) the self-control influences consumptive behavior, (3) Paylater influences consumptive behavior, (4) financial literacy influences Paylater, (5) self-control affects Paylater, (6)Paylater mediates the effect of financial literacy on consumptive behavior, (7) Paylater mediates the effect of self-control on consumptive behavior in housewives in Malang. Thus, the use of the Paylater feature is only for purchases that are absolutely necessary and within budget. Increase self-control so that you can help avoid the harmful consumptive behavior.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on employment in Indonesia, causing unemployment to increase and people's incomes to decrease. The income earned by the community can influence the financial management that is carried out, especially for those who are already married. If a family cannot control its expenses, it can have a negative impact on family finances. This research focuses on financial management carried out by housewives in the Bengawan Solo Regency Housing Complex, Blitar City during the Covid-19 pandemic. Housewives as parties who manage family finances need to take into account that there is enough finance for expenses, both when financial conditions are secure or limited.The approach used is qualitative phenomenology. The research subjects were housewives who lived in the Bengawan Solo Regency Housing Complex, Blitar City. Research data obtained from interviews, observation, and documentation. The validity of the research data was checked using technical triangulation. The results of the study show that the financial management carried out by housewives is caused by their financial condition. If the family's financial condition is limited, then the financial management that can be done by housewives is limited. Financial management can be carried out from the stages of financial planning, financial organizing, financial implementation, and financial control. Every housewife has a different way of managing her finances. However, sometimes housewives also have the same way of managing finances. Pandemi Covid-19 telah memberikan dampak pada ketenagakerjaan di Indonesia sehingga menyebabkan pengangguran meningkat dan pendapatan masyarakat menurun. Pendapatan yang diperoleh masyarakat bisa memengaruhi pengelolaan keuangan yang dilakukan, terutama bagi yang sudah berkeluarga. Jika sebuah keluarga tidak bisa mengendalikan pengeluarannya, maka bisa berdampak negatif pada keuangan keluarga. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengelolaan keuangan yang dilakukan oleh ibu rumah tangga di Perumahan Bengawan Solo Regency, Kota Blitar selama pandemi Covid-19. Ibu rumah tangga sebagai pihak yang mengatur keuangan keluarga perlu memperhitungkan agar keuangan cukup untuk pengeluaran, baik saat kondisi keuangan aman maupun terbatas. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif fenomenologi. Subjek penelitian merupakan ibu rumah tangga yang tinggal di Perumahan Bengawan Solo Regency, Kota Blitar. Data penelitian diperoleh dari wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data penelitian dicek dengan menggunakan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan keuangan yang dilakukan oleh ibu rumah tangga disebabkan oleh kondisi keuangannya. Jika kondisi keuangan keluarga terbatas, maka pengelolaan keuangan yang bisa dilakukan ibu rumah tangga menjadi terbatas. Pengelolaan keuangan dapat dilakukan dari tahap perencanaan keuangan, pengorganisasian keuangan, pelaksanaan keuangan, dan pengontrolan keuangan. Setiap ibu rumah tangga memiliki cara yang berbeda-beda dalam mengelola keuangannya. Namun, kadang-kadang ibu rumah tangga juga memiliki cara yang sama dalam mengelola keuangan.

Abstract

The aim of this community service activity is to improve the ability of teachers, especially those in Kediri Regency, to use Quizizz and Kahoot learning media to achieve learning goals. This activity was carried out using the Technical Assistance method in the form of Training and Workshop through 2 (two) stages, namely the first stage focused on socialization and delivery of the use of the Quiziz and Kahoot applications and the second stage focused on mentoring and FGD (Focus Group Discussion) practice in creating learning media on the Quizizz application and Kahoot as a learning medium. Evaluation of this activity is carried out during the training activity and looking at the final product of the activity. The aspects evaluated are attendance, participant activity, and participant understanding of the material that has been provided. The result of this activity is that there is an increase in the ability of teachers to utilize Quizizz and Kahoot learning media. Some teachers still experience problems in using this learning media, so further training and assistance is needed for teachers to maximize the results of this activity. The importance of mastering learning media by teachers aims to maximize learning activities in the classroom considering that nowadays the average student and teacher already has adequate devices for learning media, so with this phenomenon it is very important for teachers to be able to utilize existing technology to run activities smoothly. learning.

Abstract

Various innovations in implementing learning activities are efforts to support the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum. One of the innovations was carried out by developing the Android-based " Money Adventure E-module " in economic learning. The Money Adventure e-module is expected to provide a pleasant learning experience and overcome difficulties in understanding money and payment instruments, as well as improving student learning outcomes. This research aims to develop Android-based e-modules as effective learning materials in economics learning to support the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum at SMAN 1 Tulungagung. The development of this e-module was carried out using the 4D model from Thiagrajan, which was followed by testing the effectiveness of the e-module in improving student learning outcomes, through quasi-experimental activities with a nonequivalent control group design model, in class X-2 as an experimental class and class X - 3 as a control class. The material expert validation test results were 91.67 % with very good criteria, while the material and learning media expert validation results were 88.33% with good criteria. The Money Adventure e-module has proven effective in improving student learning outcomes in learning economics regarding money and payment instruments. This can be seen from the average post-test score for the experimental class (88.19 ) which is higher than the control class (65.83). This is also reinforced by the results of the average difference test for the experimental class and the control class which shows that there is a significant difference between the learning outcomes of the experimental class and the control class

Abstract

Kurikulum merdeka merupakan kurikulum yang lebih banyak berorientasi pada peserta didik dan pemanfaatan platform digital. Kurikulum merdeka menjadikan proses pembelajaran lebih banyak diperankan oleh peserta didik dengan berbagai keterampilan dan analisis. Kurikulum merdeka hadir untuk membentuk peserta didik menjadi inan-insan yang produktif dan relevan dengan perkembangan zaman. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni pendampingan dan implementasi. Kegiatan ini diawali dengan kegiatan sosialisasi yang tujuannya untuk memberi informasi tentang program yang akan di lakukan oleh tim pelaksana kegiatan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan melakukan kunjungan ke SMAN 2 Mojokerto, dan penyampaian informasi secara garis besar mengenai maksud dan tujuan dari kegiatan. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini dilanjutkan dengan pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan sesuai dengan kesepakatan tim dengan pihak sekolah. Kegiatan pelatihan ditujukan kepada para guru-guru di SMAN 2 Mojokerto.Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk mensosialisasikan serta memberikan pelatihan kepada para gutu di SMAN 2 Mojokerto. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa antusiasme sangat baik dibuktikan oleh seluruh guru di SMAN 2 Mojokerto dalam keikutsertaan dalam kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan RPP dan bahan ajar. Guru memberikan feedback yang positif dengan keikutsertaan dalam pendampingan penyusunan RPP dan modul ajar.

Abstract

Consumption behavior in the current digitalization era is high because shopping platforms make it easier for everyone to access online shopping through several online shopping platforms. For students, uncontrolled consumptive behavior will burden their finances and cause financial problems to arise in the future. The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the effect of financial literacy on student consumptive behavior on online shopping platforms, (2) the effect of pocket money on student consumptive behavior on online shopping platforms, (3) the effect of lifestyle on student consumptive behavior on online shopping platforms (4 ) the effect of financial literacy, pocket money and lifestyle on student consumptive behavior on online shopping platforms. This study uses descriptive quantitative research with correlational methods using the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 for Windows application program. The population in the study was 136, and in determining the sample using a purposive sampling technique, were 101 respondents in the sample. Data collection for financial literacy used tests for pocket money variables, lifestyle and consumptive behavior using questionnaires. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that (1) there is an effect of financial literacy on consumptive behavior, (2) there is an effect of pocket money on consumptive behavior, (3) there is an influence of lifestyle on consumptive behavior(4) there is a simultaneous effect of financial literacy, pocket money and lifestyle towards consumptive behavior.
