Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara gaya kepemimpinan demokratis terhadap prestasi kerja, pengaruh kepemimpinan otoriter terhadap prestasi kerja dan pengaruh kedua variable tersebut secara simultan terhadap prestasi kerja. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel sebanyak 62 pegawai negeri sipil yang bekerja pada Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Aceh (DPRA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan otoriter berpengaruh sinifikan terhadap prestasi kerja PNS Sekretariat DPRA yang dibuktikan dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 76,77 lebih besar dari Ftabel yang sebesar 3,15. Hasil Uji t masing-masing variable didapati bahwa nilai thitung gaya kepemimpinan demokratis sebesar 5,809 dan gaya kepemimpinan otoriter 2,272 lebih besar dari nilai t tabel 2,000. Ini menunjukkan bahwa baik gaya kepemimpinan demokratis maupun otoriter secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja PNS Sekretariat DPRA.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to reveal how the orientation of Islamic education is in the midst of globalization and social change, because one way is to reveal that the current of globalization demands fundamental changes for every individual. , in looking at the flow of globalization demands a necessity not as a threat. To answer the challenges of globalization, it is necessary to have human resources who are reliable and highly competitive. To realize this, all the roles of Islamic education must present themselves as part of the challenges of globalization. Islamic education is challenged to be able to educate and produce graduates who are highly competitive (qualified). To answer all of this, an appropriate management model for Islamic religious education is needed. Characteristics management morgue-based can answer these challenges.

Abstract

The purpose of community service activities (PKM) which is carried out through the activity of "Counseling and Mentoring in the Application of Kaizen Management at Srijaya car repair shop Surabaya" to improve the quality of services to consumers. Companies will be introduced to the concept of how to make continuous improvements, conducting improvements in small steps but consistently carried out on an ongoing basis. The implementation of Kaizen management with 5S principles (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke) which means Concise, Neat, Clean, Caring, Diligent by utilizing the workplace which includes equipment, documents, buildings and space to train the habits of workers in an effort to improve discipline and work productivity. The Methods used are through four stages, namely: preparation, Kaizen management counseling, monitoring and evaluation. The results of this counseling and coaching activity show that there are still many step-by-step observations that must be addressed in this workshop to maximize the quality of services to consumers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Tingkat Pendapatan Dan Perilaku Konsumsi Terhadap Perilaku Keuangan Keluarga Di Kecamatan Bogor Selatan, jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendapatan terhadap perilaku keuangan keluarga dan perilaku konsumsi pada Kecamatan Bogor Selatan dengan menggunakan data primer berupa kuesioner yang disebar kepada keluarga dengan media google form yang selanjutnya diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 20.

Abstract

This study was motivated by observations made by researchers in public elementary schools in Lubuk Basung District, Agam Regency, which showed that teacher performance was still low. Factors that influence teacher performance include principal leadership and school academic supervision. The purpose of this study was to see: (1) the contribution of principal leadership to the performance of teachers in public elementary schools in Lubuk Basung Subdistrict, Agam Regency, (2) the contribution of academic supervision to the performance of teachers in public elementary schools in Lubuk Basung Subdistrict, Agam Regency, and (3) the contribution of principal leadership and academic supervision to the performance of teachers in public elementary schools in Lubuk Basung, Agam Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative research with a population of 172 teachers.  The sample size was taken using stratified proportional random sampling method, totaling 66 teachers. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire. Data analysis indicates that: (1) the leadership of school principals contributes significantly to the performance of public elementary school teachers in Lubuk Basung District, Agam Regency by 14.1%. (2) Academic supervision significantly contributes to the performance of public elementary school teachers in Lubuk Basung Subdistrict, Agam Regency by 7.3%.  (3) Principal leadership and academic supervision significantly contributed to the performance of teachers of public elementary schools in Lubuk Basung Subdistrict, Agam Regency by 15.1%. This finding can show that the hypothesis can be accepted empirically and the variables of principal leadership and academic supervision are two factors that contribute to the performance of public elementary school teachers in Lubuk Basung Subdistrict, Agam Regency, the remaining 86.9% support outside the two variables studied.

Abstract

This research was based on a case where the result of observation by researcher in Elementary School at Kecamatan Kandis Kabupaten Siak that showed the low level of teacher performance. Many factors affected the teacher performances which are principal’s leadership and climate school. The purpose of this research are to know about: (1) contribution of principals leadership to teacher performance, (2) contribution of climate school to teachers performance, and (3) contribution of principals leadership and climate school are jointly to teachers performance. The method of this study is quantitative research with sample are 76 teachers at Elementary School in Kecamatan Kandis Kabupaten Siak. Sample in this research has taken by stratified proportional random sampling method. Instrument in this research using questionnaire. The results of the analysis data show that (1) principals leadership contributes significantly to teachers of 15.8%, (2) climate school contributes significantly to teachers of 50.9 %, and (3) principal’s leadership and climate school make a significant contribution to teachers performance of 54%, so the conclusion of this research are that hypothesis acceptable empirically and principal’s leadership and climate school variable are two factors that contribute to the teacher performance and 46% of the remaining influence by another factors.

Abstract

Realizing a Pancasila student profile, of course, cannot be separated from the support of various parties in producing superior students. But so far students' interest in entrepreneurship has not been optimal and needs to be improved. One form of project activities that exist in each school that can shape the national character to achieve student profiles in Pancasila is by instilling an entrepreneurial spirit. The purpose of this study is to contextually describe optimizing entrepreneurship in realizing the Pancasila student profile. The research method used is the descriptive qualitative method. In collecting data, researchers directly interact with informants using an interview guide. Based on the results of data analysis it can be concluded that schools that apply the independent curriculum can provide opportunities for students to develop an entrepreneurial spirit through Strengthening the Pancasila Profile with the theme of entrepreneurship, in this case, the teacher as a facilitator has optimal competence in entrepreneurship besides students gaining entrepreneurial knowledge and skills in playing an active role in the Pancasila Profile with the entrepreneurial theme.

Abstract

Tan Malaka was one of the most famous revolutionary figures during the Indonesian independence movement. His birth house is one of the heritage objects in Nagari Pandam Gadang, Gunuang Omeh, Lima Puluh Kota Regency which was established around the 1860s before Tan Malaka was born. However, over time, Tan Malaka's birth house has become increasingly neglected. The unclear management of this house is one of the factors that affect it. Seeing this condition, the researcher raised Tan Malaka's birth house as an object of research in the author's scientific work. The type of research method used is descriptive qualitative research method. This research produces descriptive data in the form of images and visual analysis of the relics found in the Tan Malaka House. This research is intended to revive the interest and appreciation of the community, especially West Sumatra residents, for the role of Tan Malaka's house as part of the history of Indonesian heroes so that it can continue to inspire and provide valuable insights for the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to create fine art learning materials for Adabiah 1 Padang High School's grade X pupils using Flipbooks. The background of this study is the lack of enthusiasm among students to learn fine arts using traditional package books, which are generally seen as dull. The steps of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation are all included in the 4-D model, which is the research approach utilized in development (Research and Development). The outcomes demonstrated how well Flipbook-based learning resources increased students' motivation to learn and helped them comprehend the ideas behind two- and three-dimensional fine arts. The implication of this research shows that Flipbook can be an alternative learning media that is interesting and effective, as well as relevant to learning needs in the digital era. The conclusion of this study is that Flipbook has high validity and practicality as a learning media, which can be implemented in fine arts learning in schools.
