Abstract

 The Sasak people recognize Merariq as a culture that initiates marriage, not applying for a girl through her guardian.  Marry ran a secret meeting with the girl and took her away at night to a hiding place.  The bridegroom sneaks out of his parents' house as planned and the groom is usually escorted by his family or close friends.  In some cases, the bride stays in her house and instructs the trustee to kidnap the woman in question for her.  This kidnapping is considered successful if the prospective bride and groom hide themselves in a secret place (usually infiltrating), usually at the home of one of the prospective patriletral relatives of the bridegroom.  Based on this context, the main problem of this research is how to practice merariq culture in the perspective of Islamic law.  And based on the main subject matter, the focus of this research is about the merariq cultural practices that exist in Lombok, the views of religious leaders and traditional leaders about merariq culture, and the views of Islamic law about merariq culture.  In this study researchers used empirical and juridical syar'i sociological approaches and qualitative descriptive types. Kata Kunci : Praktek Merariq, Perspektif, Hukum Islam

Abstract

This study aims to determine the planning, implementation process, and how the supporting and inhibiting factors of calligraphy extracurricular activities in improving Arabic writing skills at SMA IT Asy-Syadili. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. The data collection procedure used observation, interviews, and documentation data. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Planning for calligraphy extracurricular activities requires various preparations, namely extracurricular goals, costs, implementation plans, coaches, required facilities, implementation schedules, and activity locations. The process of implementing calligraphy extracurricular activities at SMA IT Asy-Syadzili Pakis is carried out outside class hours, every Saturday is divided into two sessions, morning and afternoon. First, the introduction of calligraphy. Second, prepare tools/media. Then the coach starts the material by writing on the blackboard so that students can imitate it and learn to make single and continuous letters from hijaiyah letters. 3) Supporting and inhibiting factors, support from the school, support from parents, the willingness of students, and adequate infrastructure. The obstacle is that there are students who are not good at writing Arabic and have difficulty finding a disciplined calligraphy extracurricular teacher.

Abstract

Education is closely related to an effort to advance the nation. Through character education, it is hoped that the future generations can become great leader. Learning about formal education and integrating religious values is expected to be able to encourage students to have strong character based on religiousvalues. That is what state 5 high schools Malang do, in an effort to develop student character.Hopefully this can be an example for other schools in an effort to develop student character. One of the non-formal education that is quite successful in educating students is Islamic Boarding Schools, where students can study religion as a whole starting from learning the Koran, Hadith, Jurisprudence, Arabic, Nahwu Sharaf, and other religious studies tirelessly. Therefore Islamic boarding schools are considered to have potential human resources in realizing professional Arabic language teachers who can improve the quality of Arabic language learning in Indonesia compared to Arabic teachers who have never been educated in boarding schools. But unfortunately there are still a number of pesantren that are still weak in the field of actual, creative, innovative Arabic language learning methodologies. This is important to be adopted so that the output of santri can later be competent in the field of mastering the actual methods or styles of Arabic learning. This service was carried out at Al Hidayah Islamic Boarding School, Sukorejo Subdistrict, Pasuruan Regency by using the action review method which aims to improve the skills of the santri through creative, innovative methods in learning Arabic. The results of this service are first. Socialization of Arabic language learning methodology for non-arabic speakers. Second Socialization of the Use of Learning Media and thirdly Creating Arabiyyah Biology (language environment) and the results of this service is the first Socialization of Arabic language learning methodology for non-arabic speakers, both Socialization of Learning Media Usage, and third Creating Arabiyyah Biology (language environment). Keywords : empowering, arabic language teachers, creative, innovative

Abstract

Self-motivation to continue learning is very important for every student, Based on the results of the research that has been done, the researchers can draw the following conclusions: (1) Student learning motivation at MTs Hidayatul Mubtadi'in Tasikmadu Malang. Students who have a high interest in taking lessons seriously, actively, and diligently do the tasks given by the teacher. (2) The efforts of Akidah Akhlak teachers in improving student learning motivation at MTs Hidayatul Mubtadi'in Tasikmadu Malang. The efforts of Akidah Akhlak teachers in increasing student learning motivation are as follows: first, clarifying the goals to be achieved. Second, provide learning resources. Third, give advice. Fourth, give proper praise. Fifth, create a pleasant atmosphere in learning. Sixth, provide tests and assessments. (3) The inhibiting and supporting factors faced by Akidah Akhlak teachers in increasing students' learning motivation at MTs Hidayatul Mubtadi'in Tasikmadu Malang. a. The inhibiting factors are as follows: lack of understanding of students on the material being taught, and inadequate facilities. b. Supporting factors are as follows: students have a strong enough motivation, and adequate school facilities.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, there are many phenomena that reduce one's morality or character.  For example, many children who commit acts of crime such as murder, fraud, drugs, sexual violence against early childhood, and so forth.  This research is intended to answer the questions: 1) How is the implementation of moral mercy of students in MTs Assaidiyah Ngali, 2) What is the role of aqidah morality teachers in shaping the morals of students in MTs Assaidiyah Ngali, 3) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the formation of morality of MTs students  Assaidiyah Ngali.  The approach used is descriptive qualitative, with methods of observation, interviews and documentation.  The results of this study concluded that the morality of students at MTs Assaidiyah Ngali largely reflected the morality of the mercy, the role of the aqidah teacher of MTs Assaidiyah Ngali was as a guide, motivator, and facilitator.  Then the supporting and inhibiting factors are the madarasah itself, the teacher, the family, colleagues and the mass media.

Abstract

In this study the researchers discussed the Implementation of the Muroja'ah Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Method in Ma’had MAN Batu City. The focus of the issues discussed in this study are 1) How is the ability to memorize the Qur'an with the murojaa'ah method in Ma’had Al-Ulya MAN Kota Batu. 2) How is the process of implementing memorizing the Qur'an with the method of muroja'ah in Ma’had Al-Ulya MAN Kota Batu. 3) What are the obstacles to memorizing the Qur'an with the method of muroja'ah for santri in Ma’had Al-Ulya MAN Kota Batu. In this study using a qualitative research approach and descriptive type of research. Where in this study when collecting data using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. At the time of the research, the results of the study were as follows: the ability of the santri to memorize the Qur'an using the muroja'ah method was different, some were fluent and fluent both in terms of tajwid and makhorijul letters, but there were also students who still needed guidance from ustadzah. The process of implementing the muroja'ah method is done every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday after the morning prayer for additional deposits, while for muroja'ah memorizing long after prayer is done 'in the ma'had hall. The obstacles experienced by the santri in the implementation of the muroja'ah method were forgetfulness, saturation and boredom, and laziness.

Abstract

Strategy is the most important reference held by teachers to achieve what is expected in a formal or non-formal education process. In this case the strategy of the Al-Qur’an Education Park or TPQ must adjust to the environment and existing conditions, so that during the teaching and learning process does not occur saturation of both the teacher and students. A goal can be achieved if the strategy in the process is also going well, there for in an educational institution must have the right strategy both in terms of learning and management. For this reason TPQ Nurul Musthofa must also have a good learning strategy to improve the quality of reading and writing Al-Qur’an or BTQ. To achieve these objectives in his research researchers used a type of qualitative research, with data collection procedures carried out include observation, interviews by conducting question and answer verbally with research sources, and documentation in the form of matters concerning research raised such as photographs, notes, reports, and so on.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the views of the Lamoholot community in waowala village, ile Ape sub-district, Lembata Regency NTT on belis in the marriage tradition. belis is a tradition that has noble values and a form of respect for women. as for the purpose of belis, namely a tool to determine the legality of a marriage, as a marker that the girl has left her legal family, and as a tool to raise the name / degree of the male family. In East Nusa Tenggara there are various belis used in the form of gold, silver, money, or animals such as cows, or horses. elephant ivory is difficult to obtain. although elephant ivory is very difficult to obtain, this tradition still applies and is maintained by the Lameholot community. In the Islamic review, the use of elephant ivory as a wedding dowry in the East Flores custom has a high value and is very suitable to be used as a dowry, and does not conflict with Islamic teachings.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak zakat terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat di Cikarang, terutama dalam aspek ekonomi, pendidikan, dan kesehatan. Zakat, sebagai salah satu instrumen keuangan Islam, berperan penting dalam mengurangi kemiskinan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan sosial melalui distribusi kekayaan yang merata. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data primer melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada penerima zakat (mustahik). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa zakat memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan taraf hidup masyarakat penerima, khususnya dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dasar seperti akses pendidikan, layanan kesehatan, dan stabilitas ekonomi. Namun demikian, efektivitas zakat dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor seperti pengelolaan yang profesional, distribusi yang tepat sasaran, dan transparansi lembaga pengelola zakat. Selain itu, penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam menyalurkan zakat melalui lembaga resmi untuk memastikan pemerataan manfaat yang lebih luas. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan sistem pengelolaan zakat dengan memanfaatkan teknologi dan kolaborasi antar lembaga agar zakat dapat menjadi alat yang efektif dalam pengentasan kemiskinan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat.

Abstract

The Effect of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy on Anxiety and Depression Among Students in Science Education: A Meta-Analysis. This meta-analysis aims to evaluate the impact of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) on anxiety and depression specifically within the context of science learning. This study was conducted by integrating and evaluating the results of previous relevant studies to provide a comprehensive understanding of the effectiveness of CBT in dealing with mental health problems in the adolescent population. The study sample consisted of 16 studies published between 2010 and 2023, which met inclusion criteria, such as experimental or quasi-experimental design, use of standardized scales to measure anxiety and depression, and a focus on CBT interventions. The meta-analysis revealed a significant positive effect of CBT on reducing anxiety and depression in science learning contexts (d = 0.945; z = 7.052; p < 0.001)."These findings support the use of CBT as a key approach in mental health interventions for adolescents, particularly in the context of education and primary health services.
