Abstract

Sistem Pencatatan data penduduk masih menggunakan arsip sehingga sering terjadi kesalahan atau kelalaian dalam menyimpan arsip arsip yang menyebabkan kehilangan dan rusak arsip data penduduk. Diharapkan dapat menyimpan data penduduk serta dapat melayani serta mengajukan permohonan surat keterangan RT/RW kapan saja dan dimana saja tanpa harus memakan waktu dan tenaga yang cukup lama. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara studi pustaka, observasi dan wawancara. Penulis mempelajari bahwa untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut dibutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat menyimpan data dengan aman, pencariaan data yang akurat dan proses pencarian data yang dinilai efektif dan efisien. Maka dari itu diusulkan suatu sistem terintegrasi dan terkomputerisasi yang bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada serta untuk mempermudah proses penyampaian informasi dengan merancang Sistem Informasi Penduduk Berbasis Web Pada Wilayah RT/RW 003/03 Kelurahan Manggarai Kecamatan Tebet Jakarta Selatan, yang diharapkan dapat menyimpan data penduduk serta dapat melayani serta mengajukan permohonan surat keterangan RT/RW kapan saja dan dimana saja tanpa harus memakan waktu dan tenaga yang cukup lama.

Abstract

This research aims to improve student's learning activities and outcomes through theapplication of the Differentiated Learning Model using the based Learning method and throughdiscussion. The research will be carried out in two cycles and involves 18 students of class X TKJat SMK Putra Bangsa 01 Cibening. The data used in this study were obtained from the observationof teachers and students as sources of information, which included quantitative and qualitativedata. To see teacher activities and student activities, researchers observed and recorded them onobservation sheets. In addition, data regarding student learning progress was obtained throughwritten tests, such as evaluation of learner work (LKPD) and final evaluation (individualassignment). The results showed that differentiated learning has a positive impact on improvingstudent learning outcomes. It can be seen from the evaluation conducted there was an increase inthe average evaluation score from 77.8 to 84.5. In addition, the percentage of students whoreached the minimum completeness standard (KKM) also increased significantly, from 55% to83%. Therefore, it is recommended for teachers to gradually and continuously review appropriatelearning patterns and strategies to improve learning processes and outcomes.

Abstract

The goal of every service provided by a government or private agency, organization, or company, of course, is to offer the best possible service to its customers. Non-ministerial government organizations such as the BKN IT Infrastructure Directorate must ensure that they provide the best service to all work units and employees within the State Civil Service Agency. Therefore, it is necessary to monitor the quality of services that have been provided. One method is to carry out an IT infrastructure service satisfaction survey. Currently, the BKN Information Technology Infrastructure Directorate has conducted a customer satisfaction survey. However, the process still uses the conventional method, which starts from informing the survey and completing the data to the process of making reports which are done manually. This research was carried out by searching for theories and journals related to satisfaction ratings. System design is carried out using the Codeigniter 3 Framework combined with the Extreme Programming (XP) system development method where this development method is suitable for application in government agencies and places where there are few application developers. By using the CodeIgniter 3 Framework and the XP development method, it is hoped that the development of this application will run smoothly and quickly so that the application can be implemented immediately.

Abstract

Pelatihan kepemimpinan bagi mahasiswa masih sangat diperlukan, mahasiswa sebagai calon generasi penerus bangsa perlu untuk dilatih dan dibina mental maupun pengetahuannya, termasuk dalam hal kepemimpinan, maka mahasiswa juga perlu dilatih kepemimpinan dalam berorganisasi. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan cara pemberian materi dan diskusi interaktif antara para peserta dengan para narasumber. Peserta kegiatan berjumlah terdiri dari mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Ilmi Ekonomi Jayakarta dan mahasiswa dari STMIK Jayakarta. Kegiatan berhasil berjalan dengan tertib dan lancar, evaluasi yang perlu diperbaiki adalah memastikan kesiapan pemakaian perangkat pengeras suara maupun audio visual agar proses kegaitan dapat lebih interaktif. Luaran dari kegiatan ini adalah bertambahnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepemimpinan oleh para mahasiswa dalam menghadapi dinamika dunia kerja dan kehidupan bermasyarakat, serta perlu terpublikasinya kegiatan ini sehingga dapat menjadi salah satu referensi kegiatan bagi pihak lainnya

Abstract

Technological developments are growing rapidly, making it easier for everyone. Technology has developed and produced internet-based information technology, in this concept the business world has also penetrated the world of technology in various fields including the service sector. However, in one company there are still those who schedule elevator and escalator repairs manually using the elevator and escalator repair scheduling form sheet. This manual system can sometimes cause several problems. In order to deal with teirseibuit problems, the proposed system will address teirseibuit problems in a comprehensive manner. The proposed system will simplify the process of scheduling repairs for elevators and escalators by utilizing web technology, as well as increasing time efficiency and constraints on damaged elevator and escalator repair schedule forms. The method used is to use the stages of the RAD (Rapid Application Development or Rapid Prototyping) method, which is a process model for balancing software devices which is classified as an incremental (multilevel) technique. The results of feature testing using the Black Box Testing method show that the system has been validated and meets the desired needs.

Abstract

Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Paspor dan Visa berbasis web di Kedutaan Besar Republik Indonesia di Helsinki, Finlandia, dilatarbelakangi oleh proses pengolahan data yang masih dilakukan secara manual, yang menyebabkan redudansi data dan keterlambatan informasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem informasi yang memudahkan pendaftaran dan pengolahan data paspor dan visa, serta meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan bagi Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI). Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis sistem berjalan, perancangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan Unified Modeling Language (UML), dan implementasi aplikasi berbasis web dengan PHP dan MySQL. Hasil dari perancangan ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang diusulkan dapat mengurangi waktu tunggu, mempermudah proses pendaftaran, dan memberikan informasi yang akurat tentang layanan yang tersedia. Kesimpulannya, dengan adanya sistem informasi yang terkomputerisasi, pelayanan pembuatan paspor dan visa di KBRI Helsinki dapat dilakukan secara lebih efektif dan efisien, sehingga meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna.

Abstract

Digital Transformation cannot be separated from the support of Internet connections. The Global Internet Network only recognizes Public IP Address. The Internet Service Provider (ISP) will provide a Public IP Address to customers who subscribe to a business or Enterprise service. Companies with branch offices that subscribe to broadband internet services typically receive private IP addresses, which limits the availability of public IP addresses for systems or other purposes. This paper aims to utilize the Point-to-Point Tunneling Protocol (PPTP) and Ethernet over IP (EoIP) tunnel protocol features on MikroTik Routers for sharing a Public IP address, with a special focus on public IP Address version 4 (IPv4). Point-to-Point Tunneling Protocol (PPTP) is used to establish a Virtual Private Network (VPN) between the Head Office and Branch Office. Then, Ethernet over Internet Protocol (EoIP) is utilized to create a bridge network. Based on the test results, the Public IP Address was successfully detected on the internet network during bandwidth testing, and the route to the internet network was seen passing through the gateway from the Public IP address prefix of the Head Office. To demonstrate that Public IP Addresses can be used in Branch Offices. This model can be a solution for companies to share Public IP addresses between the head office and the Branch Office.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology in the digital era has brought significant changes to various sectors, including trade and distribution. The use of technology allows businesses to improve operational efficiency, accelerate workflows, and support more accurate decision-making. Digital transformation also helps minimize errors and maintain service quality. Manual inventory recording at the Dermaga Baut Mandiri Store in Tangerang causes difficulties in monitoring inventory availability, a high risk of data errors, and delays in reporting, which impacts operational and service continuity. This study aims to design and implement a web-based inventory recording application using AppSheet as a no-code solution to improve accuracy, efficiency, and ease of inventory management. The method used is a prototype method with stages of communication, rapid planning, initial design, prototype creation, and testing and feedback. Data were collected through observations and interviews with store owners and staff, then analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The results show that the developed application is able to accelerate the recording process, display minimum stock notifications, and generate real-time stock reports that are easy to print in PDF format. Users found the app easy to use, helpful in inventory monitoring, and faster decision-making. The app, designed using no-code technology for operational digitization, is expected to improve competitiveness and customer service quality.

Abstract

In an era of increasingly competitive business competition, the use of information technology has become a crucial aspect in supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of company operations. Especially for companies engaged in the manufacturing sector, accurate management of production costs is an important basis for determining selling prices and maintaining competitiveness in the market. Increasingly fierce business competition demands companies to have an efficient and accurate cost management system, especially in the manufacturing industry. PT Anggadarma Kalimusada, as a printing company, faces challenges in calculating production costs accurately because it still uses manual methods. This study aims to design a web-based production cost information system by applying the Activity Based Costing (ABC) method to improve accuracy in determining the cost of goods manufactured. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a Waterfall model software development approach. The system was developed using the PHP Laravel framework and a MySQL database. The research results show that the system is capable of identifying activities, allocating cost drivers, and accurately calculating production costs per unit. The system also provides features for activity input, cost driver recording, production cost calculations, and cost of goods manufactured reports. By implementing the ABC method, this system provides more representative cost information and serves as a basis for managerial decision-making. This system is expected to help companies improve efficiency, transparency, and accountability in managing production costs.

Abstract

The development of information technology has encouraged changes in the management of personnel services that were carried out manually to a document management information system, to simplify the process of appointing CPNS to PNS at the Jakarta Civil Service Agency (BKD). The application of the document management system for appointing CPNS to PNS is a document management system created to organize and manage important letters or documents so that these documents are easy to search and find again. The Document Management System is useful in making business processes more effective and efficient. The main benefit is that users can find the information they need quickly, thus helping the process to be better and more efficient. This Document Management System can handle the recording of incoming CPNS documents, to each section at the Regional Civil Service Agency (BKD) of DKI Jakarta Province. With this Document Management System, it is expected to correct errors in recording transactions, prevent document loss and make work faster so that there are no obstacles and constraints in handling caused by human resource errors. This computerized system uses a website-based system, so its use must use a user login. Because the documents discussed here are confidential CPNS documents for the DKI Jakarta Provincial Civil Service Agency (BKD), they are expected to assist admins in serving users with their required data requests.
