Abstract

Hotel syariah merupakan hotel yang memperhatikan nilai moralitas, adat, dan nilai agama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinan preferensi konsumen dalam memilih hotel syariah di Kabupaten Jember dan pengaruh variabel pengetahuan tentang hotel syariah, produk, tarif, lokasi, serta aksesibilitas terhadap preferensi konsumen memilih hotel syariah di Kabupaten Jember. Data penelitian ini menggunakan data persepsi responden dan jumlah tamu menginap di hotel Kabupaten Jember tahun 2019. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi logistik yang diolah dengan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga variabel yang merupakan determinan preferensi konsumen memilih hotel syariah di Kabupaten Jember yaitu variabel produk, lokasi, dan aksesibilitas. Variabel produk, lokasi, dan aksesibilitas memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap preferensi konsumen memilih hotel syariah di Kabupaten Jember. Sedangkan variabel pengetahuan tentang hotel syariah dan tarif tidak memengaruhi preferensi konsumen memilih hotel syariah di Kabupaten Jember.

Abstract

Indonesia and the Philippines are agrarian island countries, where there are spatial linkages which can be seen from the value of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of the two countries. This study aims to analyze how the spatial dependencies of GRDP between provinces in Indonesia and between regions in the Philippines. In addition, it also aims to see the influence of the Government’s Original Local Revenue (PAD) on GRDP. The analytical tool used in this study is Moran's I, Lagrange Multiplier (LM) Test, Ordinary Least Square, Spatial Autoregressive Model (SAR), and Spatial Error Model (SEM) using Geoda software. The results of the analysis show that there is spatial dependencies in the two countries with clustered patterns, in which if the GRDP in the study area increases, it will increase the GRDP value in the surrounding area or those in direct contact. Based on the results of the analysis, the SAR model is the best model because it can be used to model economic growth in Indonesia and the Philippines. The results of modeling between provinces in Indonesia show that PAD has a significant effect on GRDP. The results of inter-provincial modeling in Indonesia show that PAD has a significant influence on GRDP. The same thing is also seen in the results of modeling between regions in the Philippines, which also shows that PAD has a significant influence on GRDP. Abstract

One of the largest’s poverty percentage in East Java Province is on Madura insland.The average percentage of poverty in district on Madura Island is higher than thepercentage of poverty in East Java Province. Based on this, it is known that the poverty rate in Madura is above East Java Province, reaching more than 20 percent. 2022This study aims to determine the effect of the independent variables of economicgrowth, Unemployment Rate, Inequality of Income Distribution on Poverty Levelson Madura Island. In this case, the data used is panel data which is a combinationof the time series, namely 2010 – 2019 and the latitude series of 4 districts inMadura. The data analysis method used in this research is panel data regression.The results of this study are the variable economic growth (X1) has a negative andsignificant effect on poverty in Madura Island. The Variable Unemployment Rate(X2) has a positive and insignificant effect on poverty in Madura Island. Abstract

Village development can be achieved if it is balanced with an increase in the quality of human resources for village officials who are qualified and visionary. One of the villages in Bondowoso Regency, namely Pakisan Village, Tlogosari District, has the potential for natural and economic resources that have not been managed properly so that the village is not yet advanced and independent. One of the obstacles that has made Pakisan Village, Tlogosari Subdistrict, not yet advanced and independent is the not yet optimal village development planning system built by village officials. This causes natural and economic potential not to be managed properly. One of the things that is done to realize village development planning is the quality of human resources for village officials who must have a professional and visionary attitude. In reality, there are still many village governments that still have low professionalism and a lack of innovation and creativity. So that the management of village potential is still not optimal. Village potential in Pakisan Village, Tlogosari District, Bondowoso Regency is the strength and capability of the village which can provide benefits if managed properly to improve the welfare of the local community. Support for developing and increasing the capacity of village officials in government management in Pakisan Village, Tlogosari District, Bondowoso Regency also comes from universities, in this case the University of Jember, especially the Institute for Research and Community Service (LP2M). One form of this support is to provide assistance and hold training and discussions as a means to increase the capacity of village apparatus in Pakisan Village, Tlogosari District, Bondowoso Regency who are professional, creative and innovative.

Abstract

Regional disparity is one of the challenges faced by Indonesian government in developing Indonesia. Indonesian government has a focus on increasing equitable development with by increasing physical and non-physical connectivity through the 2015-2019 RPJMN III. In another hand, the allocation of capital or investment between regions can trigger or reduce regional disparity. This study aims to determine the role of technology, transportation infrastructure, and investment spatially in reducing regional disparity in Java. The place and time of this study are 6 provinces of Java in 2015 – 2019. The method used in this study was spatial econometric analysis. The spatial model used is Moran's I, Lagrange Multiplier Test, and Spatial Error Model (SEM) using Geoda 1.20 software. The results pf Moran’s I showed that there is a negative spatial dependence on regional disparity with a Moran index of -0.021. Based on the result of LM Test, the spatial model used is SEM. The estimation results of SEM model showed that technology has spatially a negative and significant impact on regional disparity in Java, while transportation infrastructure and investment has spatially a positive and significant effect on regional disparity in Java.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative research method with multiple regression analysis tools which aims to determine "The Effect of MSME Empowerment and Performance on the Welfare of MSME Actors in Jember Regency". Collecting data using a questionnaire with a purposive sampling technique. This research was conducted in Jember Regency using a sample of 97 female MSMEs in Jember Regency. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of empowerment and performance of SMEs on the welfare of female SMEs in Jember Regency. The results of the research on the empowerment variable (X1) partially have a positive and significant effect on the variable level of welfare of female MSME actors (Y) in Jember Regency. The MSME performance variable (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on the variable level of welfare of female MSME actors (Y) in Jember Regency. The results of the study were to determine the effect of the empowerment variable (X1) and the MSME performance variable (X2) simultaneously (together) affecting the welfare level variable of female MSME actors (Y) in Jember Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalis pengaruh pendidikan, jumlah anggota keluarga, dan pendapatan keluarga terhadap kemiskinan buruh tanitembakau di Kecamatan Wuluhan Kabupaten Jember. Populasi penelitian ini adalah penduduk yang tergolong miskin dan bekerja sebagai buruh tani tembakau di Kecamatan Wuluhan Kabupaten Jember. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pendapatan buruh tani tembakau miskin di Kecamatan Wuluhan Kabupaten Jember.Demikian juga dengan jumlah anggota keluarga mempunyai pengaruh posittifsignifikan terhadap pendapatan buruh tani tembakau miskin di Kecamatan Wuluhan Kabupaten Jember. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan atau tidaknya variabel jumlah tanggungankeluarga, pendidikan, pengalaman kerja, dan luas lahan terhadap pendapatan petani kopi rakyat di DesaManggisan Kecamatan Tanggul Kabupaten Jember. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptifkuantitatif dan kualitatif serta metode Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian iniadalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer meliputi wawancara langsung kepada responden. Sedangkandata sekunder meliputi data BPS Kabupaten Jember, kantor kepala desa Manggisan, PDP Sumber Tenggulun,Lembaga Masyarakat Desa Hutan, literatur, ataupun jurnal, baik yang diperoleh melalui perpustakaan, instansipemerintah, ataupun internet. Dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 368 jiwa dan sampel sebanyak 79 responden.Hasil analisis secara simultan semua variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani, sedangkansecara parsial menunjukkan bahwasannya variabel jumlah tanggungan keluarga dan pendidikan berpengaruhtidak signifikan, sedangkan pengalaman kerja dan luas lahan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadappendapatan petani kopi rakyat. Variabel luas lahan menjadi variabel yang memiliki pengaruh paling signifikanterhadap pendapatan petani kopi rakyat. Implikasi penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu petani kopimeningkatkan pendapatan yang diperoleh dari hasil berkebun kopi. Selain itu, diharapkan pemerintah dapatmemberikan pelatihan sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan pendapatan petani kopi.

Abstract

Otonomi daerah adalah produk kebijakan pelimpahan wewenang dan implementasi desentralisasi yang diberikan kepada pemerintah daerah. Kemandirian keuangan daerah sendiri dapat dicerminkan melalui persentase perolehan PAD yang tinggi terhadap total penerimaan daerah. Saat ini sektor pariwisata menjadi sorotan bagi daerah-daerah yang memiliki potensi pengembangan wisata yang mana diharapkan dapat membantu pelaksanaan pembangunan daerah yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pajak hotel dan pajak restoran terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Kabupaten di Provinsi Bali pada tahun 2013-2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan data skunder dengan menggunakan alat analisis data panel dengan menggunakan pendekatan Fixed Effect Model (FEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sector pariwisata berpengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD).

Abstract

Rice is one of the result of agriculture from food crop sub sector. Rice is the most important food crop for human being, especially the people of Indonesia. Rice is a food source of carbohydrate and contains nutriens that are needed by human body. Tanggul Subdistrict is one of the district rice harvesters in Jember Regency, East Java. This research aims to analyze rice production produced in tanggul subdistrict, jember regency. Variables used in this research are land area, labor, fertilizer, and pesticide. To support the data in this study using primary data. Analytical method used is the Cobb - Douglas production function, to facilitate the estimation of the equation is expanded generally and coverted to multiple linear form. Based on the result of analysisof land area variables, labor, fertilizer, and pesticide have a positive and significant effect on rice production in Tanggul Subdistrict, Jember Regency, East Java.
