Abstract

Abundant potential in a village should be developed and managed by the local community to fulfill household needs. Bawang Village, Blado Subdistrict, Batang Regency with an altitude of 625-1125 meters above sea level which is a fertile mountainous and hilly area and high rainfall. The natural potential possessed by Bawang Village such as nature tourism is curug (waterfall), hot spring and beautiful scenery. Other potentials such as agriculture, clove and coffee plantations, culinary and culture can be an income for the village community if developed and managed properly. Community awareness in developing potential starts from the community formed by village youths called the coffee community with the name Sapta Wening. The Sapta Wening community begins with learning about coffee management from the grower, care, harvest, post-harvest process to brewing. Learning is carried out by the Sapta Wening community with various methods such as bringing experts to visits to several coffee communities and coffee shops.

Abstract

This community‑service program implemented a project‑based art performance mentoring model for elementary students of SD 4 and SD 6 Metro Timur from 13 June to 13 July 2025. The one‑month program consisted of (1) needs analysis, (2) on‑site coaching clinics in each school, and (3) a culminating “Gelar Karya” showcase at Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro. Mixed‑method evaluation combining observation sheets, interviews, and a creativity rubric indicated (a) a 42 % increase in students’ self‑confidence scores, (b) improved collaboration between teachers and university mentors, and (c) the production of multidisciplinary artifacts (drama, books, local‑food products) aligned with the Merdeka Belajar framework. The model proves effective in cultivating 6C competencies and can be replicated in other schools with minimal cost.

Abstract

Concert ticket fraud by irresponsible third parties, such as scalpers, often harms consumers. This research analyzes the legal protection that can be provided to consumers who are victims of concert ticket fraud in Indonesia. The main objective of this research is to enrich understanding of consumer legal protection in the context of concert ticket fraud and encourage the creation of a fairer and safer transaction environment. Through a normative-empirical legal approach, this research examines applicable laws and regulations and cases that have occurred. The research results show that consumers have several options to obtain justice, such as filing a civil lawsuit or choosing non-litigation channels such as mediation or arbitration.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the significance of interpersonal communication. in enhancing the social and religious life insights of Kopi Tombo customers in Batang Regency. Coffee shops function as informal public spaces that facilitate social interactions among individuals from various backgrounds. This research employs a qualitative methodology through in-depth interviews, and observations. with customers and the management of Kopi Tombo. The research findings show that interpersonal communication at Kopi Tombo fosters inclusive social discussions, enhances religious understanding, and promotes tolerance. With discussions that take place spontaneously and casually, clients can exchange ideas, share religious experiences, and broaden their social perspectives. This dynamic is supported by the role of the coffee shop manager as a discussion mediator. This study found that Tombo Coffee Shop not only serves as a place to relax but also functions as a social space designed to interact with others and learn about social and religious life. This research can be used as a guide for other public space managers on how to utilize social interactions to enhance harmony and tolerance among individuals.

Abstract

Accounting can be found anywhere and by anyone. Recording financial statements is an important activity in accounting. Financial statements are not only needed by companies but also by individuals. Santri becomes part of accounting by recording monthly money management. Santris have difficulty recording financial reports clearly, in detail, and systematically. The purpose of the service is to train students to record simple financial reports in managing money. The service team used a training method through four stages. Material exposure, training accompanied by direct assistance, discussion-question, answer, and evaluation. The service was carried out at Luqman Hakim Islamic boarding school in Rowolaku village on May 24, 2023, at 15.00 WIB by 10 santris. The results of this training were that the santri participated in the training enthusiastically. The delivery of material is light, according to needs, and easy to understand, with direct training assistance, exciting discussions, sufficient training duration, and evaluation through questionnaires as a measure of success. Santri was helped and able to record simple financial reports. This is an effort to manage santri finances and minimize waste. Financial reports help students organize finances clearly and systematically so that it is clear between money and needs in a certain period.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of perceived ease and perceived usefulness on interest in using fintech applications through trust. This research adopts a quantitative associative methodology, where every individual from generation Z who lives in the city of Medan becomes the population and sample. To determine the sample size, the Lemeshow method was used, which determined a minimum of 384 respondents to participate to fill out a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The collected data was then analyzed using the PLS-SEM approach with the SmartPLS tool. Research findings reveal that perceived convenience has a significant influence on interest in using fintech applications. Perception of ease has a significant effect on confidence in using fintech applications. Perceived benefits have a significant effect on interest in using fintech applications. Perceived benefits have a significant effect on confidence in using fintech applications. Trust has a significant effect on interest in using fintech applications. Perception of ease has a significant effect on interest in using fintech applications through trust. Perceived benefits have a significant influence on interest in using fintech applications through trust in generation Z in the city of Medan.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in Indonesia’s economy by creating jobs, providing goods and services, and supporting local innovation. Despite this, many MSMEs still face difficulties in financial management, especially in transaction recording and reporting. Kedai Mikaba, a culinary MSME in Pekalongan, encountered challenges due to the absence of a structured bookkeeping system. Transactions were noted manually and often incompletely, making it difficult to monitor cash flow, prepare profit and loss statements, and make informed business decisions. This community service project aimed to design and implement an accounting system using Google Sheets as a practical, low-cost, and adaptive solution. The method applied was Participatory Action Research (PAR), which actively involved the business owner in observation, interviews, system design, training, and implementation. Results showed clear improvements in transparency, accuracy, and consistency of financial records. The owner is now able to record daily transactions, view recaps in real time, and generate automatic profit and loss reports. This process not only simplified financial management but also raised awareness of systematic bookkeeping as a foundation for sustainability. Google Sheets thus demonstrates potential as an effective tool for MSMEs, while future development may focus on mobile-based applications for greater accessibility.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of gender inequality on women's participation in the workforce, focusing on patriarchal cultural factors, corporate policies, and social norms. The research method employed is a literature study, collecting and analyzing data from journals, books, and reports related to gender and employment issues. The results indicate that gender inequality remains a significant barrier to women's participation in various job sectors, particularly in terms of promotion opportunities, unequal pay, and the double burden of domestic and professional work. The discussion elaborates on how gender stereotypes and patriarchal social structures reinforce this injustice. The conclusion emphasizes the need for inclusive policy interventions, gender equality education, and the role of the younger generation in driving change. Proposed recommendations include strengthening anti-discrimination regulations and gender awareness campaigns in the workplace.

Abstract

Tindak pidana korupsi merupakan kejahatan luar biasa (extra ordinary crime) yang berdampak luas terhadap keuangan negara dan kepercayaan publik terhadap pemerintah. Salah satu kasus yang menarik perhatian adalah Putusan Nomor 3/Pid.Sus-TPK/2022/PN.Tjk, di mana majelis hakim menjatuhkan vonis bebas terhadap terdakwa dalam perkara dugaan korupsi proyek pembangunan jalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dasar pertimbangan hukum hakim dalam menjatuhkan putusan bebas tersebut serta menilai kesesuaiannya dengan ketentuan hukum positif dan asas-asas keadilan dalam hukum pidana. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan kasus (case approach) dan pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach). Sumber data diperoleh dari putusan pengadilan, peraturan perundang-undangan, dan literatur hukum terkait tindak pidana korupsi. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif dengan menelaah konstruksi pertimbangan hakim berdasarkan alat bukti dan unsur pasal yang didakwakan oleh jaksa penuntut umum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa majelis hakim dalam putusan tersebut menjatuhkan vonis bebas karena menilai unsur penyalahgunaan wewenang dan kerugian keuangan negara tidak terbukti secara sah dan meyakinkan, serta terdapat keraguan dalam pembuktian yang mengharuskan penerapan asas in dubio pro reo (keraguan berpihak kepada terdakwa). Selain itu, hakim mempertimbangkan bahwa perbuatan terdakwa lebih bersifat administratif dan tidak memenuhi unsur tindak pidana korupsi sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 2 dan Pasal 3 Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 jo. Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2001. Kesimpulannya, pertimbangan hakim dalam putusan ini didasarkan pada prinsip keadilan dan kepastian hukum dengan menitikberatkan pada pembuktian unsur delik secara komprehensif. Namun demikian, putusan bebas tersebut menunjukkan perlunya peningkatan kualitas penyidikan dan pembuktian oleh aparat penegak hukum agar tidak menimbulkan kesan lemahnya penegakan hukum terhadap tindak pidana korupsi proyek infrastruktur

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial technology and digital marketing on customer satisfaction at Aroma Bakery and Cake Shop, Bakaran Batu branch. The population for this study consists of 22,388 Generation Z individuals (aged 14–28 years old) in Lubuk Pakam, and quantitative data is used. Using the Slovin formula, 100 Generation Z respondents were obtained. The questionnaire data was tested for validity and reliability using Cronbach's alpha, then the data was analyzed using normality tests, multiple linear regression, multicollinearity, T-tests, F-tests, and determination coefficient calculations (R²). The regression equation Customer Satisfaction = 7.347 + 0.371 Fintech + 0.424 Digital Marketing + e means that both variables have a positive effect. The results of the study show that fintech and digital marketing have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Fintech (t = 4.395 sig < 0.05), with its ease, practicality, trust, speed, and transaction security of fintech, can improve customer experience and satisfaction. Digital marketing has a positive and significant effect (t = 6.539, sig < 0.05), proving that content marketing, influencer marketing, and digital discount vouchers are effective in increasing customer engagement and satisfaction. Simultaneously, the coefficient of determination of 61% indicates that the variables studied contribute significantly to customer satisfaction.
