Abstract

This study examines the distribution of political power within the social structure of Karaeng in Jeneponto, South Sulawesi. As a local entity with a strong history of traditional power, Karaeng plays an important role in the social structure, governance, decision-making, policy formulation, and social control. This research aims to understand how political power is distributed by the Karaeng group within the government structure and how this influences the social structure and local political dynamics. A qualitative approach is used in this study, with in-depth interviews and literature review as the primary data collection techniques. The results show that the distribution of political power carried out by Karaeng within the government structure is strongly influenced by factors such as lineage, kinship, social networks, social status, and strong patron-client relationships, all of which contribute to the significant influence of Karaeng in local politics in Jeneponto.

Abstract

Permasalahan program green school yang dilaksanakan disekolah belum diintegrasikan dalam kurikulum di sekolah. Rendahnya kesadaran peserta didik terhadap pentingnya gaya hidup berkelanjutan menjadi faktor mewujudkan go green di sekolah sangat sulit. Pengabdian ini diharapkan menjadi salah satu upaya dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Sosialisasi berbagai kegiatan yang dapat mendukung go green school di SMA Negeri 12 Bone diharapkan dapat membentuk karakter peserta didik sehingga gaya hidup berkelanjutan dapat diwujudkan. Pelatihan ini menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi, dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa karakter peserta didik dan guru di SMA Negeri 12 Bone dalam mendukung gaya hidup berkelanjutan sudah nampak pada berbagai kegiatan, baik kegiatan sosialisasi yang dilaksanakan oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Bone maupun kegiatan yang dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan semua unsur di SMA Negeri 12 Bone, orang tua peserta didik maupun masyarakat sekitar

Abstract

Epistemology is a branch of philosophy that focuses on the methods of acquiring, verifying, and organizing true knowledge, which forms the foundation for the development of scientific knowledge through the scientific method. As a foundation of the philosophy of science, epistemology not only defines the characteristics of knowledge but also the criteria for truth that can be accepted systematically and objectively. This research uses a literature review method. The study aims to construct a comprehensive and in-depth theoretical framework to understand epistemology in the philosophy of science. The results show that in science, epistemology provides a strong methodological foundation by integrating rationalism and empiricism, ensuring that the knowledge produced can be logically and empirically accounted for. Various epistemological schools, such as idealism, rationalism, realism, empiricism, criticalism, positivism, and post-positivism, offer different perspectives on the sources and validity of knowledge. Epistemology not only defines the characteristics of knowledge but also sets the criteria for truth, which is crucial in establishing a valid knowledge foundation in science. In the context of education, epistemology also plays a role in developing a holistic teaching methodology, encompassing the integration of revelation, reason, and experience to form a deeper understanding

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh nilai-nilai budaya terhadap kewirausahaan di Indonesia, khususnya dalam konteks globalisasi dan digitalisasi. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang berbasis pada studi pustaka, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa nilai-nilai budaya lokal seperti gotong royong, kerukunan sosial, dan kearifan lokal berperan signifikan dalam membentuk pola pikir dan perilaku kewirausahaan. Nilai-nilai budaya tersebut dapat menjadi penggerak utama dalam pengembangan usaha kecil menengah, dengan memperkuat kolaborasi antar pelaku usaha dan mendukung keberlanjutan produk berbasis budaya lokal. Namun, sisi negatif dari budaya kolektivisme yang terlalu kaku dapat menghambat inovasi dan pengambilan risiko. Di tengah tantangan tersebut, digitalisasi berperan penting dalam memperkenalkan produk berbasis budaya lokal ke pasar global, sesuai dengan prinsip glokalisasi, yaitu memadukan budaya lokal dengan tuntutan pasar global tanpa mengorbankan identitas budaya. Teori glokalisasi dan interaksionisme simbolik digunakan untuk menganalisis bagaimana produk budaya dapat dipromosikan dalam konteks globalisasi. Selain itu, teori fungsional struktural digunakan untuk melihat hubungan antara struktur sosial dan kewirausahaan, serta bagaimana faktor sosial memengaruhi keberhasilan kewirausahaan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang bagaimana nilai-nilai budaya, digitalisasi, dan teori sosial dapat berinteraksi dalam membentuk dinamika kewirausahaan yang adaptif dan kontekstual di Indonesia.

Abstract

Rusunawa Rajawali Kota Makassar, merupakan kawasan permukiman kumuh dengan tingkat putus sekolah tinggi akibat keterbatasan ekonomi, akses pendidikan, dan motivasi belajar. Program Ceria Berilmu digagas untuk memberdayakan 10 anak usia 7–12 tahun melalui pendekatan literasi dan numerasi berbasis komunitas pada 20–23 Maret 2025. Program ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan dasar akademik, rasa percaya diri, dan kemandirian anak-anak putus sekolah. Pendekatan fun-learning diterapkan menggunakan media interaktif seperti cerita bergambar, permainan numerasi, dan alat bantu dari bahan daur ulang, dengan pelibatan aktif orang tua, tokoh masyarakat, dan pengelola Rusunawa melalui sosialisasi dan pelatihan. Evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan membaca, menulis, dan berhitung, serta perubahan positif pada antusiasme, kerja sama, dan motivasi belajar anak-anak. Pembentukan Kelompok Belajar Mandiri dan kemitraan dengan komunitas lokal mendukung keberlanjutan inisiatif. Program ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan pendidikan yang inklusif, kontekstual, dan kolaboratif dapat mengatasi hambatan struktural, memberdayakan anak-anak marginal, dan memperkuat kapasitas komunitas untuk pembelajaran berkelanjutan

Abstract

Blessing Accounting is a financial report and business activity transactions that are in accordance with Islamic law, the Qur'an and As-Sunnah. Efforts to maintain the stability and development of a business are by maintaining and managing a good and correct financial system, not only paying attention to large profits but also the important value of blessings measured in each transaction. This service aims to realize the implementation of blessing accounting while creating unique products, this is to implement Islamic economic values ​​in the Pidie Jaya area, Aceh. Participants in this activity were 21 students at the Lueng Putu Pidie Jaya Islamic boarding school. The method of activity used was the lecture or counseling method, education and training, case studies and field surveys, practice of finding unique products and application of blessing accounting. The results of this community service show that around 90% of students are able to understand and apply the concept of Islamic economic values ​​in the application of blessing accounting in business transactions, this is important because after completing their education, the students will spread and preach to convey important information about the truth in transacting according to sharia so that blessings in their business are born and more goodness increases in their business.
