Abstract

ABSTRACT The production of household waste in Teluk Betung Barat District, Bandar Lampung City, especially in Negeri Olok Gading Village is also large. To overcome this, managing and increasing the use value of waste is a promising thing from households to the landfill. In addition, recycling and reuse are also ideal for finding alternative superior products (such as biogas, compost, recycled paper, and so on). The people of Kelurahan Negeri Olok Gading are ideally suited to be sampled around the Sang Bui Ruwa Jurai University campus. Apart from time and cost efficiency because the location is not too far away and the surrounding environment is not clean, the community also seems less concerned about cleanliness. After socialization, respondents seemed less focused and understood well the material presented. This is because the respondents who attended generally had low education (high school and below such as day laborers and casual workers), so they were only able to understand simple waste management methods, namely conventional methods of transportation and final disposal to landfill by garbage collectors. The results of data collection and descriptive analysis show the fact that the problems that arise due to the impression of slums around the environment are most likely caused by ineffective waste management from and to the TPA not from the behavior of the people of Kelurahan Negeri Olok Gading. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out knowledge provision activities and socialization of management and increase the use value of waste to the government and its staff as an option as well as continuing to hold more intensive seminars and workshops for the people of Negeri Olok Gading Village to be able to overcome the problem of environmental cleanliness in the Kelurahan area. Abstract

The Making Indonesia 4.0 Roadmap is Indonesia's strategy to improve the national industry so that it can compete in the global industry. To support the Making Indonesia 4.0 Roadmap, the Government issued Presidential Regulation Number 95 of 2018 concerning the Electronic-Based Government System which gave rise to the concepts of Smart Nation, Smart Province, Smart City, Smart Regency, and Smart Village. Smart village is a policy program that creates a village so that it is able and able to solve its own problems intelligently and villages that can and are able to use digital technology to develop potential at the village level for the welfare of its people. Based on the Lampung Governor's Decree Number G/228/II.02/HK/2020 of 2020 regarding the determination of the target location for the smart village pilot project in Lampung Province, Hanura Village was chosen to represent Pesawaran Regency in mid-September 2020. Social changes due to the existence of smart villages in the village Hanura includes elements in a smart village, namely smart government, smart community, smart economy, smart living, smart environment, and smart mobility. This means that the implementation of the smart village program in Hanura Village, Teluk Pandan District, Pesawaran Regency is quite good, but still needs to be improved so that the smart village program's objectives are as expected, namely improving the quality of community life and community welfare by utilizing information technology so that Hanura village becomes a developed village. and not left behind from other villages.

Abstract

ABSTRACTIn Adipuro Village, Trimurjo District, Central Lampung Regency, this study aims to determine the relationship between the quality of human resources and public services. This study uses the method of observation, documentation, and questionnaires. Quantitative analysis using the Pruduct Moment Correlation formula and SPSS version 16.0 was used as the analysis method. A simple correlation analysis (r) between the correlation of the quality of human resources (X) to public services (Y) yields a relationship result of 0.527 or 52.7 percent between the quality of human resources in public services and computerized data processing using the SPSS version 16.0 program. This shows that there is a relationship between the quality of public services (Y) and human resources (X). Even though r is positive, the direction of the relationship is positive. This indicates that the expansion of public services in Adipuro Village, Trimurjo District, Central Lampung Regency, will be accompanied by a greater focus on the quality of human resources. The rest, on the other hand (100% –52.7% = 47.3%), can be explained or influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Keywords: Quality, of Human, Resources, Public, Service

Abstract

Risol is a snack that has been known for so long. As a market snack, risol sold in the form of ready-to-eat already has a relatively stable market demand. Because risol is very popular from various circles, both ordinary people and office workers, for this reason, Nasi Goreng and Gorengan SMEs are also trying to develop their talents by opening a type of business "VEGETABLE RISOL" because many of these risols imitate being partners and continue to innovate. The main problems for partners are in terms of production, management and digital marke ting. The purpose of the service activity is to increase the production and income of partners through sales promotions and implement science and technology to inspire market snack consumers to always innovate so that their products are liked by consumers. Solutions and targets by providing production support equipment needs, increasing skills, counseling on marketing strategies and simple bookkeeping as well as simulating trademark labeling and developing social media for sales promotion. The results and discussion of activities that have an important impact on the community and benefit all parties directly involved in service activities. Abstract

Development must be carried out in every nation. Change from bad to better is development. There is a close relationship between development and the surrounding environment. Development affects the environment and is influenced by the environment. Development will be successful if the environment is maintained, such as not littering, not cutting down trees, planting trees, and sorting waste. Environmental sustainability can only be achieved through environmental protection. As development actors, the environment that is not maintained and cared for will be damaged and can result in various disasters such as floods, erosion, and other threats to human life. Likewise, when the rainy season begins in Bandar Lampung City, floods occur everywhere. This is because there are still many people who do not know how important it is to protect the environment. One example is throwing garbage in the river so that it clogs the flow of the river and garbage is thrown away in the wrong place. With this community service, it is hoped that the community will be more aware of the need to protect the environment by not littering, not cutting down trees, and sorting waste

Abstract

Salah satu faktor yang menentukan kemajuan desa adalah faktor kepemimpinan. Seorang pemimpin yang baik tidak hanya diperoleh karena bakat alami tetapi dapat juga diperoleh karena melalui latihan-latihan kepemimpinan. Pengabdian masyarakat Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan dilaksanakan di Desa Lumbir Rejo Kecamatan Negeri Katon Kabupaten Pesawaran dengan tujuan membentuk karakter pemimpin yang baik yang mempunyai visi dan misi ke depan serta  dapat menggerakkan bawahan agar dapat bekerja sama untuk mencapai tujuan bersama yaitu kemajuan desa demi meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa. Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan ini dihadiri oleh aparat desa, karang taruna dan masyarakat umum terutama generasi muda. Metode yang dilakukan adalah penyuluhan mengenai materi kepemimpinan, diskusi dan tanya jawab yang berhubungan dengan kepemimpinan. Peserta yang mengikuti Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan diharapkan dapat menerapkan ilmu yang telah diperoleh untuk membangun dan memajukan Desa Lumbir Rejo Kecamatan Negeri Katon Kabupaten Pesawaran.

Abstract

Sampai saat ini, perekrutan perangkat desa belum berdasarkan kemampuan yang dimiliki sehingga ada beberapa perangkat desa yang belum mempunyai keterampilan komputer yang memadai. Keterampilan minimal yang mesti dimiliki oleh perangkat desa dalam bidang teknologi informasi yaitu mampu mengoperasikan microsoft word dan microsoft excel. Sayangnya, ketrampilan perangkat Desa Kota Batu dalam mengoperasikan microsoft word dan excel masih minim sehingga menyebabkan pelayanan terhadap masyarakat terganggu. Oleh karena itu, tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan mengoperasikan Microsoft Word Dan Excel Bagi Perangkat Desa Kota Batu, Warkuk Ranau Selatan. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini melalui empat tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, monitoring dan evaluasi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada hari jum’at, tanggal 30 Desember 2022 yang dihadiri oleh perangkat desa yang terdiri dari kepala desa, sekretaris desa, perwakilan kepala dusun, ibu-ibu posyandu balita, remaja karang taruna dan lansia. Hasil dari kegiatan ini didapat bahwa keterampilan mengoperasikan microsoft Word dan Excel perangkat desa Kota Batu, Warkuk Ranau Selatan meningkat. Peningkatan keterampilan ini diharapkan dapat berdampak pada peningkatan pelayanan yang diberikan perangkat Desa Kota Batu kepada warganya dan peningkatan dalam kualitas penyusunan laporan, data, dan berkas lainnya.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan prosedur administrasi pembebasan bersyarat narapidana Balai Pemasyarakatan di Bandar Lampung. Dalam penelitian  ini penulis menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif. rdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut : prosedur administrasi pembebasan bersyarat narapidana pada Unit Pelaksana Teknis Balai Pemasyarakatan Bandar Lampung telah dilaksanakan sesuai prosedur dan prosedur administrasi dalam pembebasan bersyarat yang dilakukan oleh Unit Pelaksana Teknis Balai Pemasyarakatan  Bandar Lampung ternyata masih ada kendala atau hambatan, diantaranya adalah :  Kurang antusiasnya narapidana untuk mengikuti program pembebasan bersyarat (PB). Narapidana melanggar tata tertib selama dibina di dalam Bapas. Masalah berkas-berkas yang kurang lengkap. Kesulitan mendapatkan ijin darimasyarakat tempat dia tinggal dan Prosedur pembebasan bersyarat yang cukup lama.

Abstract

Evaluation System Based on Self Evaluation Study Program (EPSBED) is a tool for preparing reports of study programs. This application program is intended to facilitate universities in preparing EPSBED report including can be used by universities of Sang Bumi Ruwa University Jurai Bandar Lampung generally and Faculty of Social and Political Sciences Sang Earth Ruwa Jurai Bandar Lampung especially to archive student data. This study aims to determine the evaluation system of self-evaluation based study program and to know the service to students in the State Administration Program Faculty of Social and Political Sciences. This study uses qualitative research methods, with the aim of obtaining data. Based on the results of the research can be seen that EPSBED on State Administration Studies Program Faculty of Social and Political Sciences Sang Earth Ruwa Jurai University is User Friendly, in accordance with the needs of Higher Education, pressing Operational Costs, Web-based / Network. Then it is also known that EPSBED system can improve services to students in the State Administration Program Faculty of Social and Political Sciences such as a) Providing appropriate services. b) Provide fast service. c) Cheap, in the sense that students get what they want at a low cost. d) Provide friendly service.
