This study aims to uncover how the Waduruka community plays a role in improving family economy through seaweed farming and how Islamic economics views seaweed farming in enhancing family economy. Seaweed farming is considered labor-intensive, thus capable of absorbing labor. The future development of the seaweed processing industry has very bright prospects in terms of creating economic growth (pro-growth), increasing employment opportunities (pro-employment), and reducing poverty in the country (pro-poor). The research method used is qualitative research with primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing or verification. Meanwhile, the data credibility test used is triangulation, and references are used. The study's results reveal that family income from seaweed farming shows better income, as seaweed can be diligently managed and properly handled to penetrate the national market. Additionally, the researchers found the practice of combining sale and purchase contracts with debt between farmers (mudharib) and collectors as financiers (shahibul maal), which is prohibited (haram). The results of this study contribute as information and input of thought. The limitation of this study is the lack of data, which is still limited to primary and secondary data. Future research needs to use quantitative data.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji menumbuhkan nilai multikultural dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam di SDN 01 Sungai Melayu Kabupaten Ketapang. Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam memiliki peran penting dalam menumbuhkan nilai multikultural terutama nilai toleransi. Dalam ajaran Islam pendidikan mutikultural ini tidak asing lagi, melainkan memang tertera jelas di dalam Al Qur’an dan Hadis Rasulullah Saw. Guru Pendidikan Islam hanya perlu menginternalisasikan ajaran multikultural dalam Al Qur’an dan Hadis serta mengintegrasikannya ke kehidupan siswa. Dengan adanya nilai multikultural terutama nilai toleransi pada peserta didik, maka peserta didik akan mampu berkehidupan sosial dan saling menghargai dan menghormati antar sesama. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan yaitu dengan mengambil objek di SDN 01 Sungai Melayu Kabupaten Ketapang. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode pengamatan atau observasi dan wawancara untuk mengumpulkan data yag dibutuhkan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) Situasi di SDN 01 Sungai Melayu kabupaten Ktapang memiliki keberagaman yaitu keberagaman suku, agama, budaya, dan status sosial. 2) menunjukkan bahwa guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam menumbuhkan nilai multikultural terhadap peserta didik di SDN 01 Sungai Melayu sudah cukup baik. Ini dibuktikan dengan terciptanya keharmonisan dan kerukunan antara guru dan murid serta antara sesama siswa. Nilai multikultural yaitu nilai toleransi antar siswa yaitu mereka tidak membedakan teman, menghargai pendapat dan menghormati agama temannya serta saling tolong menolong jika temannya dalam kesusahan.

This study aimed to describe the learning outcomes through the use of maps. The subjects were students of class V SD 007 Bagan Besar, Dumai with held consisting of two cycles. Improved learning outcomes in terms of four categories, namely absorption, the effectiveness of learning, mastery learning completeness students both individually and classical completeness and thoroughness of learning outcomes. The instrument used for data collection is an oral test and a written test in the form of worksheets that is done after the process of learning. The results showed absorption learning outcomes on average 80% considered very good, very effective learning effectiveness categorized by an average of 8.5. While the completeness of student learning outcomes expressed complete 100%.

Abrasi pantai merupakan permasalahan lingkungan yang berdampak serius terhadap keberlanjutan wilayah pesisir di Indonesia. Upaya penanggulangan abrasi dapat dilakukan melalui pendekatan vegetatif, salah satunya dengan penanaman cemara laut (Casuarina equisetifolia) sebagai pelindung alami pantai. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis persepsi dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam konservasi cemara laut di Kambang Barat. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan populasi sebanyak 2.918 kepala keluarga, dan pengambilan sampel sebanyak 91 responden dengan rumus Slovin. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan penghitungan TCR (Tingkat Capaian Responden). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi masyarakat terhadap penanaman cemara laut tergolong sangat baik dengan nilai TCR sebesar 89,04%. Faktor yang memengaruhi persepsi tersebut meliputi pengetahuan, manfaat ekologis, dan pengalaman masyarakat terhadap dampak abrasi. Tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan konservasi juga tinggi, dengan skor total 94,96%. Adanya partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan penanaman cemara laut untuk mengurangi abrasi di Pantai Pasir Putih Kambang Barat. Keberhasilan konservasi cemara laut dipengaruhi oleh kesadaran ekologis masyarakat serta dukungan sosial dalam menjaga keberlanjutan kawasan pesisir. Penanaman cemara laut merupakan strategi mitigasi abrasi yang efektif dan berkelanjutan berbasis partisipasi masyarakat.

Write a brief suTraditional culinary heritage is an important component of local culture and economic potential for communities. One of the traditional foods originating from Seberang Kota Jambi is Padamaran cake, which has distinctive taste, texture, and cultural value. However, modernization and changing consumption patterns pose challenges to the sustainability of traditional culinary products. This community service activity aimed to empower local communities in preserving and developing Padamaran traditional cake through training and mentoring programs. The methods used in this activity included socialization, training, mentoring, and evaluation. The program was conducted in Ulu Gedong Village, Danau Teluk District, Jambi City, involving local culinary entrepreneurs and community members. The results showed that participants gained better understanding of the importance of preserving traditional culinary heritage as well as improving their knowledge in product innovation, packaging, and marketing strategies. Participants also developed awareness about market segmentation and promotion strategies using both offline and online platforms. This activity demonstrates that community empowerment through training and mentoring can contribute to preserving local culinary traditions while enhancing economic opportunities for local communities. Further programs are recommended to strengthen business management and marketing capabilities to ensure the sustainability of traditional culinary businesses.

Based on the results of statistical analysis conducted in this study, there is a significant influence between Human Resources (HR) on Employee Performance at the Cakranegara Community Health Center. This is proven by: The significance value of the t-test is 0.000, which is smaller than the critical limit of 0.05, so that H₀ is rejected and H₁ is accepted; The regression coefficient value is 0.589, indicating that improving the quality of HR will improve employee performance; and the R Square value is 0.395, which means that 39.5% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by HR factors, while the rest is explained by other factors.
