Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of halal certification, halal awareness, product quality and price on consumer buying interest. This research was conducted using quantitative research. The population in this study amounted to 3,000 with a sample of 97. The sampling method was simple random sampling technique. This study uses primary data, with multiple linear regression data analysis method using SPSS 15. Based on the results of the first hypothesis test, it is known that the significant value of halal certification is 0.045 (sig < 0.05) with a t-count value of 2.030 > 1.986 (t-count > t-table). The second hypothesis test shows a significant halal awareness of 0.002 (sig < 0.05) with a t-count value of 3.626 > 1.986 (t-count > t-table), the third hypothesis shows a significant product quality 0.006 (sig < 0.05) with a t-value -count 2.812 > 1.986 (t-count > t-table), the fourth hypothesis is significant 0.910 (sig > 0.05) with t-count value -0.113 < 1.986 (t-count < t-table). Based on the results of the fifth hypothesis test, it is known that the significant value is 0.000 (sig < 0.05) with an f-count value of 32.542 > f-table 2.471. The results of this study indicate that Halal Certification, Halal Awareness, Product Quality and Price simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer buying interest.

Abstract

Service is often an assessment in the banking sector, even not only in the banking sector, in various other sectors this service is a concern and assessment for every customer or consumer who uses the product. This service is one of the factors that greatly influences the development of a company because of the effect of the service itself, namely customer or customer satisfaction. Therefore, this research was conducted using interview techniques and direct observation on employees and priority customers of Bank PT. Bank Sumut Syari'ah Medan Katamso Branch. It aims to determine the service of employees to their priority customers. The results of the study indicate that by providing good service in the form of a fast response, good communication, features and facilities that are qualified will make customers feel confident, trust and feel comfortable to continue to be a priority customer at the bank they choose.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether customers are able to work together in generating finances at KCP Kampung Bank Syariah Indonesia taxes. Financial performance is an analytical step to determine the extent to which the company has complied and implemented regulations regarding financial implementation properly and correctly. Islamic banks that carry out financing must be based on sharia principles which have now been mutually agreed upon. In Indonesian Sharia Commercial Banks, what is applied to customers is a profit- sharing system that does not harm the bank or its customers. Income in the world of banking, both sharia and conventional, is a proportional profit sharing between banks and customers at Bank Syariah Indonesia. The sample in this study was 108 customers of Indonesian Islamic Commercial Banks, using purposive sampling technique with certain criteria to take a sample of customers at Indonesian Islamic Commercial Banks to be studied. The analytical method used is panel data regression and data secondary.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze bank profitability before and during the pandemic (COVID – 19) at the Sumatran Islamic Bank KCP Medan. Islamic banks in Indonesia face a number of challenges amid the Covid-19 outbreak.During the current Covid-19 pandemic, several Islamic banks have experienced disruptions in their profitability. For this reason, it is necessary to conduct research to analyze the impact of covid 19 on bank performance by analyzing the bank's profitability. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. From this research, it can be concluded that Islamic banks in Indonesia still depend on the income obtained from murabahah financing and tend not to develop mudharabah financing or musyarakah financing. In fact, if mudharabah and musyarakah financing can be managed properly by Islamic banks and channeled to mudharib-mudharib who are experts in their fields, this can increase the income earned by Islamic banks themselves. The data taken is 1 month.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on the Indonesian economy. The decline in economic performance is not only experienced by large multinational and national industries, but also experienced by MSME actors. This research aims to identify the usability of social funds in Islamic banks for MSMEs due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The approach used in this research is qualitative. The author uses secondary data from various literatures such as books, and homepages to access the latest information and data related to the policy of saving MSMEs due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The author said that Islamic banking, especially at the Sharia Bank KCP Kampung Tax serves to protect MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic, by helping the distribution of government programs, namely KUR (People's Business Credit) providing concessions to entrepreneurs affected by the Covid-19 pandemic and facilitating the financing process. for entrepreneurs as has been inaugurated by the government through PJOK Regulation No. 11 of 2020.
