Dalam dunia industri plastik mesin kompresor sangat dibutuhkan, penggunaan mesin kompresor membutuhkan udara sebagai penggerak sistem pneumatic dan valve. Pengoperasian mesin kompresor menggunakan pneumatic membutuhkan tekanan udara yang tidak sedikit, karena untuk menjalankan peralatan yang berat dibutuhkan tekanan udara yang tinggi. Jika tekanan udara mesin kompresor berkurang akan berpengaruh pada kualitas produk plastik dan menyebabkan kurang maksimal sistem kerja pneumatic mesin penggerak. Dengan mengimplementasikan sistem kontrol informasi gangguan tekanan udara diharapkan membantu sistem pneumatic dan valve. Bila terjadi gangguan pada peralatan yang terhubung mesin kompresor dengan menggunakan sistem pneumatic kerusakan peralatan mesin kompresor dapat teratasi, sehingga proses produksi berjalan lancar. Penggunaan arduino sebagai kontrol tekanan udara mesin kompresor yang menggunakan pneumatic, sedangkan pressure switch terpasang pada sistem keluaran udara bertekanan dari mesin kompresor. Selanjutnya didistribusikan pada mesin plastik. Jika tekanan udara berkurang, pressure switch akan memberikan sinyal masukan ke arduino. Sinyal modul GSM mengirimkan pesan informasi berupa SMS gangguan tekanan udara terhadap peralatan mesin kompresor kepada nomor teknisi.

Jamur tiram adalah salah satu jenis sayuran dengan gizi yang baik. Sebagian masyarakat Indonesia sudah mengkonsumsi jamur dari dulu, dari jamur tiram, jamur merang, jamur payung, atau jenis jamur yang lainnya. Dikarenakan akhir-akhir ini minat masyarakat terhadap konsumsi jamur meningkat, menjadikan banyak orang yang mencoba untuk menekuni bisnis budidaya jamur. Untuk mendapatkan panen dari budidaya secara maksimal, di butuhkan semacam alat yang bisa mengetahui dan mengontrol suhu beserta kelembaban udaranya secara teliti, dan presisi. Pada pembuatan alat ini, peneliti akan menggunakan sensor DHT11 sebagai sensor kelembaban untuk inputan data yang akan diproses di mikrokontroller arduino. Semoga alat pengontrol kelembaban udara ini bermanfaat bagi pelaku budidaya jamur dan yang lain, serta tidak menutup kemungkinan akan dilakukan pengembangan lebih nantinya oleh penulis maupun pihak lain.

Sistem pengapian adalah sitem kelistrikan pada motor yang menghasilkan percikan bunga api di dalam ruang bakar, Ignition coil yang menghasilkan tegangan tinggi akan membangkitkan busi dan menghasilkan letikan bunga api pada kedua ujung elektroda busi. Kesempurnaan proses pembakaran sangat mempengaruhi sistem kerja motor. Kondisi busi harus dalam keadaan yang optimal agar bisa memberikan konstribusi yang baik untuk kinerja motor. Dengan memaduhkan sistem elektronika di dalam sistem pengapian motor dapat menjadi sebuah alat bantu yang berguna untuk menganalisa percikan bunga api. Rangkaian elektronika Astable Multivibrator dengan menggunakan IC NE555 ini di gunakan sebagai pembangkit sinyal PWM (Pulse Width Modulation), yang akan mentriger input CDI sebagai pengganti pulser magnet, agar sistem kelistrikan bisa bekerja tanpa menggunakan mekanik dan bisa di manfaatkan sebagai alat untuk bisa menganalisa performa busi motor. Karena busi motor adalah salah satu komponen utama yang berperan penting dalam kinerja motor bakar.

Cooling tower adalah sebuah sistem yang melayani air dari kondensor untuk dibuang kalornya melalui fan kemudian disirkulasikan kembali pada kondensor agar tercapai suhu pada ruangan yang diinginkan. Dingin atau tidaknya air pada sirkulasi cooling tower bergantung pada level air pada masing-masing tandon air cooling tower. Tujuan dibuatnya prototipe untuk memudahkan pekerjaan manusia mengoptimalkan kapasitas air agar tidak terbuang sia-sia atau kapasitas air yang kurang sehingga menganggu proses kondensasi pada prototipe cooling tower. Pada prototipe ini digunakan beberapa komponen hardware yaitu Arduino UNO, sensor ultrasonik, motorized valve, pompa DC, modul relay dan modul ESP-01. Sedangkan untuk komponen software digunakan Arduino UNO dan blynk. Data berkala dapat ditampilkan melalui Blynk dengan hasil pengukuran sensor ultrasonik 1 dan 2 selama 5 menit adalah 13,5 cm dan 14,6 cm. Sedangkan rata-rata presentase ketepatan sensor ultrasonik 1 dan 2 dibandingkan dengan alat ukur standar penggaris adalah 98,57% dan 97,7%. Untuk data hasil rata-rata presentase kesalahan sensor ultrasonik 1 dan 2 adalah 1,48% dan1,53%. Komunikasi IOT dapat dipantau dengan baik pada jarak 16 km dan 34 km dengan terhubung pada koneksi internet yang stabil. Manfaat penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan keefektifan pekerjaan dengan meminimalisir penggunaan air terbuang akibat tidak samanya level air.

General Background: Split duct air conditioners are prone to leaks, often resulting from corrosion in water catchment systems, which can lead to significant operational hazards such as electrical fires. Specific Background: Given the prevalence of these issues, there is an urgent need for effective monitoring solutions to maintain optimal air conditioner performance and prevent leaks. Knowledge Gap: Current monitoring systems lack integration with real-time data reporting mechanisms that can alert users promptly to potential issues. Aims: This research aims to develop a monitoring device utilizing NodeMCU ESP8266, water level sensors, and Google Sheets to enable real-time monitoring and management of water levels in split duct air conditioners. Results: The device successfully operates by turning on the fan when water levels are below 2 cm and activating the pump when levels exceed this threshold. The data is continuously sent to Google Sheets, allowing for easy monitoring and management. Novelty: This study presents a novel approach to air conditioner leak monitoring by integrating IoT technology, offering an efficient and user-friendly solution for residents. Implications: The developed monitoring tool significantly enhances the ability to detect and manage potential leaks in real time, thereby improving safety and operational efficiency. Future research should focus on enhancing sensor accuracy through specialized equipment and exploring alternative IoT platforms for improved data visualization, thereby providing users with an even more effective monitoring experience.

This research aims to develop a system of detecting the maturity and sorting of cavendish bananas using Open Source Computer Vision (OpenCV) and also assisted by a loadcell sensor. The problem experienced at this time is that fruit sorting is still manual which is less efficient and inaccurate in distinguishing banana maturity based on the color of the skin. This is because the human eye is sensitive to changes in lighting and fatigue. This designed system will use webcam for image processing and loadcell for fruit weight measurement, controlled by Arduino Uno microcontroller. While the algorithm used to determine the color of the ripeness of the banana fruit itself is HSV. The test results show an average weight error of 0.08% for ripe bananas, 0.71& for unripe bananas, while the color detection produces an accuracy of 47.34% on average in bright lighting conditions. In conclusion, this system is successful in improving sorting efficiency with adequate accuracy results, but further development is needed so that the accuracy level increases.

Today's technology is automated. In car alarm devices, to automatic parking. This very rapid development of technology makes humans create equipment that can make it easier for humans. The etching process can also be called the Printed Circuit Board screen printing process, which is the creation of a path or layout that will connect between electrical components. PCB etching machine is a tool used to dissolve metal parts that are not designed on plain PCB boards using a mixture of chemical solutions, namely ferric chloride. Manual PCB processes usually take a long time and risk being exposed to ferrit chloride solutions for users. This article discusses how to make an automatic etching machine tool with a Microcontroller module that has a camera feature to monitor the editing results on a copper board. With the time method as the key to perfect results during the checking process. For as a driver, that is using a Servo Motor. The microcontroller used in this machine is an ESP32 camera based on the Internet of things Telegram as a Data Base media. For software design using fritzing software applications. The success of the PCB etching machine in this study is seen from testing tools ranging from voltage testing, microcontroller testing, real time a clock testing and Internet of Things system testing. From many of these tests, good results were obtained.

This research discusses the utilisation of solar power plants (PLTS) in supporting salt production through a hybrid system with PLN electricity. The main objective is to design and optimise an efficient and sustainable renewable energy system, especially in remote areas with limited electricity supply and to determine the needs of PLN electricity and solar panel energy systems during the salt cooking process. This research method collects data by measuring various important components, such as the voltage from the inverter to the stove supplied from PLN electricity and solar panels to the battery. The test results show that salt production requires 700 watts of power from PLN for 1.5 hours with an average voltage of 195-196 volts and a current of 3.3-4 amperes. The voltage of the solar panel to the battery stabilised at 12.58 volts during sunny weather and decreased to 12.21 volts during cloudy weather. This research shows that the solar power plant for salt production has worked effectively. By building a hybrid system of PLN and solar panels to ensure the sustainability of salt production, especially in overcoming the instability of the power generated by solar panels due to weather changes

Measuring the engine's temperature and compression pressure in cars is a crucial part of engine maintenance and performance evaluation. The objective of this study is to develop an accurate and efficient spreadsheet-based measurement system for determining engine temperature and compression pressure in automobiles. For this investigation, data from car engines was collected using engine temperature thermometers and compression pressure gauges. The collected data is then fed into a spreadsheet designed specifically to assess and automatically calculate engine temperature and compression pressure. The results show how reliable and accurate the measurements made using this spreadsheet-based measurement technique are. This approach's main benefits are also its flexibility and ease of use, since users can rapidly adapt the spreadsheet to the particular needs of the engine being tested. With this technology in place, car owners or professionals who do engine maintenance can quickly detect potential engine problems, such as valve leakage or unexpected temperature increases. Therefore, to increase fuel efficiency and extend engine life, spreadsheets can be utilized as a tool for measuring engine performance. The goal of this project is to facilitate the work of auto repair shop owners by utilizing the Esp8266 microcontroller for the DS18b20 sensor and compression sensor. Even so, there are several difficulties, like a sluggish internet connection that delays uploading data to the LCD and spreadsheets that are less useful because of a bad internet connection.

Production cost calculation is a crucial factor that impacts productivity and profitability in the printing industry. This study presents an automatic print costing tool that runs on a spreadsheet and is intended to increase operational efficiency and calculation accuracy in Small and Medium-Sized Printing Enterprises (SMEs). With the use of Esp32 as a microcontroller, TCS3200 and infrared sensors, this project seeks to create an automated print pricing spreadsheet that would help printing SMEs swiftly and precisely determine product prices. This tool's components include an LCD to show the cost computation findings, an infrared sensor to identify the number of printed sheets, a TCS3200 sensor to determine whether or not colored paper is present, and a push button feature to resume the calculation and upload the entire cost to the spreadsheet. The instrument functions effectively and aids users in doing cost calculations in an efficient manner, according to the findings. Despite some challenges, such as slow internet connections that cause delays, to enable effective cost assessment poor internet connection. This strategy should decrease calculation errors and increase manufacturing cost management effectiveness.
