Abstract

Textile MSMEs in Bandung face increasingly intense competition due to penetration of cheap imported products, changes in digital consumer behavior, and growing competition on marketplace platforms. The main problems faced include a weak customer value proposition (CVP), unstructured marketing funneling, and the absence of a go-to-market (GTM) strategy grounded in competitive advantage. This community service activity aims to improve the strategic capacity of textile MSMEs through assistance in formulating customer value propositions, designing marketing funneling based on customer journey, and developing segmented and positioning-based go-to-market strategies. The activity was carried out with 19 textile MSME participants at CV. Million Bandung Indonesia, Arcamanik District, Bandung City, from March to June 2026. The implementation method used a participatory approach through stages of baseline assessment, workshop, coaching and business mentoring, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. Post-activity survey results showed that 92–100% of the 19 participants strongly agreed that the program materials, duration, and facilitation met their needs, while five core management personnel received intensive one-on-one mentoring to translate the strategic frameworks into business-specific action plans. Results show that participants were able to identify main customer segments, formulate clearer value propositions, develop more structured marketing strategies, and establish simple marketing performance indicators. Program outputs include a practical module on marketing funneling and go-to-market strategy, a marketing KPI dashboard, and improved partner capabilities in designing data-based marketing strategies.

Abstract

The paper proposes a systems management approach that utilizes information technology (IT) treatment as a framework to help firms enhance future performance by optimising key parameters. The method certifies a valuation approach that enables businesses to better manage their IT infrastructure and improve performance. A case study of A case study of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom) and PT XL Axiata (XL) (2004–2018) shows the method’s effectiveness. Once the IT value is identified, specific parameters can be engineered to improve performance without changing other variables. The approach uses a partial adjustment valuation model, enabling performance gains at lower costs. The results show significant improvements in both firms’ performance values and ratios compared to their originals. This supports adopting a cost leadership strategy, making IT based businesses more efficient, cost-effective, and better performing across financial, business, and strategic dimensions.

Abstract

Phishing attacks are a significant cybersecurity threat in higher education, where employees handle sensitive data such as student records, financial transactions, and research information. This study investigates the relationship between information security awareness (ISA), intuitive decision style (IDS), and phishing detection confidence (PDC), while assessing the moderating role of phishing email knowledge (PEK). A quantitative approach was employed, using a structured questionnaire distributed to 120 employees at XYZ University in Indonesia. Data were analyzed using moderated mediation analysis with PROCESS Macro. The findings indicate that ISA positively influences IDS, but an overreliance on intuition negatively impacts PDC. PEK significantly moderates this relationship, reducing the negative effects of intuitive decision-making. The results emphasize the importance of cybersecurity awareness and phishing-specific training programs to enhance detection confidence. Organizations should integrate security awareness programs with phishing simulations and automated detection tools to strengthen their cybersecurity defenses. This study is limited by its focus on a single organization and reliance on self-reported measures. Future research should explore additional cognitive and contextual factors influencing phishing susceptibility to develop more comprehensive security strategies.
