Abstract

This research was aimed to discover the influence of the learning media (multimedia and  real)  and  cognitive  style  (field  independent  and  field  dependent)  toward  the learning achievement. The population of this research was the students of XTO of SMKN 4 Bengkulu City for academic year of 2019/2020 on the five parallel grade of 162 students. The sample was taken by probability sampling technique. This research was conducted to 33 students of XTO3 as the experiment class which was using the media of multimedia learning and to the other 33 students of XTO4 as the control class which was using realia learning media. The design used in this research was factorial design (2 x 2) in which the data was analyzed by using the two-way ANOVA and t-Test variance.  The  results  showed  that:  (1)  the  students  with  learning  multimedia achievement were higher than them who were using the real learning media; (2) the students with the independent field cognitive style achievement were higher than them who have the dependent cognitive style; (3) there was an interaction between the use of learning media and the cognitive style to the learning achievement.

Abstract

The general purpose of this research is to determine the basic level of Competence of vocational teachers in understanding the Curriculum in 2013 in Bengkulu City. The specific purpose of this research is: (1) To find out the level of professional Competence of vocational teachers in understanding the Curriculum in 2013 in Bengkulu City; (b) To find out the level of pedagogic Competence of vocational teachers in understanding the Curriculum in 2013 in Bengkulu City; (c) To find out the level of personality competence of vocational teachers in understanding the Curriculum in 2013 in Bengkulu City; (d) To find out the level of social Competence of vocational teachers in understanding the 2013 curriculum in Bengkulu City. This research method uses a descriptive-analytical research approach. This research wants to describe the basic competency level of vocational teachers in understanding the Curriculum in 2013. This research place is at SMK in Bengkulu City. The population in this research were all vocational teachers in Bengkulu City. This research sample relates to the level of Competence of vocational teachers in understanding the Curriculum in 2013, amounting to 50 teachers. Sampling is used using random sampling techniques with lottery techniques—data collection techniques using questionnaires and documents. Questionnaires are used to trace data on the basic level of Competence of vocational teachers in understanding the Curriculum in 2013. To see and prove that the questionnaire is valid is done expert validation. The document was used to collect data on the number of teachers in SMK Kota Bengkulu. After the data is verified, processed with statistical percentage techniques, analyzed, and made conclusions. The study concluded that: (1) The level of pedagogical Competence of teachers of SMK Kota Bengkulu in understanding the Curriculum in 2013 amounted to 52% (Very UnderstandingUnderstanding) and 48% (Sufficient Understanding); (2) The level of professional Competence of teachers of SMK Kota Bengkulu in understanding the Curriculum in 2013 amounted to 31.5% (Sufficient Understanding) and 68.5 % (Very UnderstandingUnderstanding); (3) The level of personality competence of teachers of SMK Kota Bengkulu in understanding the Curriculum in 2013 amounted to 17.3% (Sufficient Understanding) and 82.6 % (Very UnderstandingUnderstanding); (4) The level of social Competence of teachers of SMK Kota Bengkulu in understanding the Curriculum in 2013 amounted to 42.4% (Sufficient Understanding) and 56.6% (Very UnderstandingUnderstanding).

Abstract

There are many teachers do not have skill on operating computer specially to make materials interesting for their students. This study was to improve the technological skills of students, particularly those who teach online. In this study, we attempted to determine how students may utilize YouTube as a medium to strengthen their technological skills. This study was carried out by us with the help of students who took the Education Management Course as the subject of study. The data collection technique used in this study was observation sheets, which were  then used to answer the formulation of how the student responses related to the video-making project in the Education Management Course uploaded on YouTube; then, to answer the formulation of how the student’s activities on Education Management, we asked students to complete their video projects and upload them on YouTube; and to answer the formulation of whether the use of YouTube can develop technological skills of students, observation sheets was used. This study concludes that respondents are able to edit and upload video about Education Management on YouTube.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) menyusun rencana pelaksanaan belajar mandiri. kurikulum pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Pendidikan Akhlak (2) untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran kurikulum mandiri pada mata pelajaran PAI dan etika. (3) Mendeskripsikan sistem evaluasi kurikulum belajar mandiri pada mata pelajaran PAI dan Karakteristik. 4) Mendeskripsikan faktor penghambat dan penghambat implementasi kurikulum belajar mandiri pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Pendidikan Akhlak. Jenis penelitian ini dapat digolongkan sebagai penelitian lapangan (field research) yang bersifat naturalistik, teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini: observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi serta analisis dengan model Miles dan Huberman. Temuan penelitian tentang implementasi rencana Implementasi Kurikulum Pembelajaran Mandiri, di sisi lain, mencakup sekolah. Pendekatan pembelajaran dengan TaRL (Teaching at The Right Level), pakar yang relevan dalam ilmu Pratham, seorang tokoh pendidikan dari India, yang dikembangkan khusus untuk mengoptimalkan peningkatan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi dasar, pendekatan PJBL (Project-Based Learning), bahkan meskipun SMA Al Khairiyah tidak melakukan pembelajaran TARL (Mengajar Pada Tingkatan yang Tepat) tetapi melaksanakan pembelajaran dengan mengundang nara sumber dan wali siswa.

Abstract

The Issue in this paper was implementation of National Education Standards has not revealed. The informants were 17 person. The data collection was the researchers as a key instrument and supporting instruments were interview, observation guidelines, field notes, camera and HP. Data collection techniques using the participant observation, in depth interview and documentation study. Data were analyzed using models Miles and Huberman. The testing of the data validity using triangulation sources, techniques and timing. The finding revealed that in the implementing the content standards by established curriculum development team to collaborate with the business community in the curriculum development process. In implementing the process standards by implemented learning process based on Information and Technology (IT). In implementing the competency standards by improved the academic and non academic achievement, motivated the entrepreneurial spirit through the production unit and training in industry. In implementing the standards of teachers and staffs by improved the competence of teachers and staffs through training. In implementing the standards of facilities by planning, procurement, maintenance and inventory of school facilities. In implementing the  management standards by arranged a school program (RKS) and school budget activity program (RKAS), formulated and socialized the vision and mission of the school. Abstract

Technological advances will be very useful and meaningful to life if used properly and properly. One of the uses of technology in the field of education is in the management information system (SIM). Padang Muhammadiyah 1 Vocational School has made use of these technological advancements to support the smoothness and progress of education with the implementation of management information systems. This has been proven by web / sisfo  assessment, attendance and report card management. The management information system has been computerized and well-automated, to improve work effectiveness and efficiency. Reducing the use of paper and ink. Then the most important thing is tidying up and securing the data. Data can be input, accessed, and printed anytime anywhere as long as there is an internet connection, can be accessed via a computer and smartphone (Android).

Abstract

Latar belakang pengabdian pada masyarakat ini, dikarenakan guru-guru SD/MI, SMP dan SMK/SMA Muhammadiyah di Kartasura belum sepenuhnya memahami PTK. Tujuan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini, adalah: (1) Guru SD/MI/SMP/SMA/SMK Muhammadiyah di Kartasura mampu merumuskan masalah; (2) Guru SD/MI/SMP/SMA/SMK Muhammadiyah di Kartasura mampu membuat judul PTK; (3) Guru SD/MI/SMP/SMA/SMK Muhammadiyah di Kartasura mampu membuat proposal PTK; (4) Guru SD/MI/SMP/SMA/SMK Muhammadiyah di Kartasura mampu mencari landasan teori; (5) Guru SD/MI/SMP/SMA/SMK Muhammadiyah di Kartasura mampu mengumpulkan data; (6) Guru SD/MI/SMP/SMA/SMK Muhammadiyah di Kartasura mampu menganalisis data; (7) Guru SD/MI/SMP/SMA/SMK Muhammadiyah di Kartasura mampu membuat laporan PTK; (8) Guru SD/MI/SMP/SMA/SMK Muhammadiyah di Kartasura mampu membuat artikel; (9) Guru SD/MI/SMP/SMA/SMK Muhammadiyah di Kartasura mampu mensubmit artikel ke jurnal Nasional terakriditasi. Metode pendekatannya dengan: (1) Ceramah; (2) Diskusi; (3) Tanya Jawab; (4) Brain Storming; (5) Tugas; (6) Forum Group Discussion (FGD). Partisipannya adalah guru-guru SD/MI, guru SMP, dan guru SMA/SMK Muhammadiyah di Kartasura berjumlah 30 guru. Setelah pelatihan dan pendampingan guru-guru membuat proposal melaksanakan penelitian PTK membuat laporan PTK dan membuat artikel serta mensubmit artikel ke dalam jurnal tingkat nasional yang terakriditasi. Hasil pelatihan dan pendampingan PTK dibuktikan bahwa Guru SD/MI/SMP/SMA/SMK Muhammadiyah di Kartasura telah mampu: (1) Membuat proposal PTK; (2) Melakukan PTK; (3) Membuat laporan PTK; (4) Membuat dan mensubmit artikel ke dalam jurnal Nasional terakriditasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali peran guru, metode yang digunakan, serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi proses pembentukan Profil Pelajar Pancasila di MAN 3 Sragen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian lapangan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Objek penelitian adalah MAN 3 Sragen, dengan analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis interaktif oleh Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran guru dalam pembentukan Profil Pelajar Pancasila sangat penting, meliputi fungsi sebagai pendidik, pembimbing, fasilitator, penasehat, dan pelatih. Metode yang digunakan oleh guru meliputi kegiatan intrakurikuler, kokurikuler, dan ekstrakurikuler. Faktor pendukungnya meliputi semangat siswa, lingkungan sekolah dan masyarakat, serta kolaborasi antara siswa dan guru. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa peran guru memiliki dampak signifikan dalam perkembangan peserta didik, dengan kemampuannya dalam merubah karakter peserta didik sesuai dengan Profil Pelajar Pancasila.

Abstract

This study examines the internalization of the value of Islamic Religious Education and Ethics through mutual cooperation in the Pancasila Student Profile at SMKN 1 Mojosongo and SMKN 1 Sambi, which involves aspects of faith, morals, responsibility, and muamalah. The approach used is qualitative with a case study method, aiming to explore the application of these values in the daily lives of students. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation involving school principals, deputy principals for curriculum, teachers of Islamic Religious Education and Ethics, and students. The results of the study show that the application of these values has succeeded in forming a mutual cooperation attitude which is reflected in cooperation, concern, and social responsibility. This study suggests a stronger integration between Islamic Religious Education and Ethics in the curriculum to strengthen the character of students with noble ethics. This research also provides an overview of the importance of strengthening character education through practical activities that involve all elements of the school, with an emphasis on parental involvement and the use of technology to monitor the development of students' character. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini mengkaji internalisasi nilai Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti melalui gotong royong dalam Profil Pelajar Pancasila di SMKN 1 Mojosongo dan SMKN 1 Sambi, yang melibatkan aspek akidah, akhlak, tanggung jawab, dan muamalah. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan nilai-nilai tersebut dalam kehidupan sehari-hari peserta didik. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang melibatkan kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti, serta peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan nilai-nilai tersebut berhasil membentuk sikap gotong royong yang tercermin dalam kerjasama, kepedulian, dan tanggung jawab sosial. Penelitian ini menyarankan adanya integrasi yang lebih kuat antara Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti dalam kurikulum untuk memperkuat karakter peserta didik yang berbudi pekerti luhur. Penelitian ini juga memberikan gambaran tentang pentingnya penguatan pendidikan karakter melalui kegiatan praktis yang melibatkan seluruh elemen sekolah, dengan penekanan pada keterlibatan orang tua dan penggunaan teknologi untuk memantau perkembangan karakter peserta didik.
