Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi konflik yang terjadi di Kota Palukhususnya pada Kelurahan Nunu dan Tavanjuka, yang berdampak baik bagi kemajuan dan perubahan masyarakat, hingga mengakibatkan timbulnya kerusakan, menciptakan ketidakstabilan perkembangan kegiatan sosial ekonomi, ketidakharmonisan, ketidakamanan dan ketercabutan warga yang hengkang dengan terpaksa dari tanah leluhurnya bahkan sampai mengakibatkan jatuhnya korban jiwa. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Kelurahan Nunu dan Tavanjuka yang telah ditentukan melalui sampling wilayah sebanyak 44 responden. Metode penelitian kualitatif menggambarkan atau melukiskan fenomena yang diteliti secara sistematis, faktual dan akurat dengan teknik skala likert. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui observasi, kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh dampak yang ditimbulkan dari konflik yang terjadi antar warga Kelurahan Nunu dan Kelurahan Tavanjuka yaitu dari segi ekonomi rusaknya tempat tinggal akibat dibakardan di lempari benda keras menurunnya harga jual tanah, menurunya omset penjualan pedagang. Dampak konflik terhadap kondisi sosial dimana stabilitas keamanan, kenyamanan, ketertiban, dan kewibawaan hukum di masyarakat menjadi hilang, muculnya perasaan dendam antar warga dua kelurahan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Ngovi Kecamatan Rio Pakava Kabupaten Donggala dengan tujuan (1) untuk menjelaskan partisipasi masyarakat/ orang tua terhadap pendidikan masyarakat di Desa Ngovi Kecamatan Rio Pakava Kabupaten Donggala, (2) untuk menjelaskan faktor-faktor apa yang mempengaruhi pendidikan masyarakat di Desa Ngovi Kecamatan Rio Pakava Kabupaten Donggala. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 276 KK di Desa Ngovi dan yang dijadikan sampel hanya 23 KK. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, tehnik analisis yang digunakan analisis deskriptif melalui tiga tahapan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Partisipasi masyarakat/ orang tua terhadap tingkat pendidikan di Desa Ngovi Kecamatan Rio Pakava Kabupaten Donggala masih kurang, hal tersebut terlihat dari bentuk partisipasi yang diberikan oleh masyarakat yang hanya menyekolahkan anak mereka sampai di tingkatan SD saja. (2) Faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat pendidikan masyarakat di Desa Ngovi Kecamatan Rio Pakava Kabupaten Donggala adalah faktor jarak antara dusun yang saling berjauhan dan berada di atas perbukitan sehingga jarak rumah kesekolah menjadi jauh dan membutuhkan waktu tempuh yang cukup lama, faktor ekonomi dan motivasi dari orang tua.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the form of adaptation of history learning process conducted by students during the Covid-19 pandemic and the obstacles faced during the learning process. This type of research is quantitative. Research data sources are informants, places/events, and documents. Questionnaire data collection techniques. The data analysis uses descriptive statistical analysis. Drawing conclusions using reason analysis derived from the study of the theory and the results of the discussion. This research produces data that in the midst of historical learning conditions in the midst of the Covid-19 outbreak Online or online learning allows students and teachers not to face-to-face but can take advantage of special online applications for learning, most choose to use home learning applications by 3.63%%. The obstacles faced when doing online learning are the lack of concentration of students when receiving materials because the situation is less conducive by 70.20%, no companion during learning by 64.8%, and limited digital media at home to support the online learning process by 0.25%.

Abstract

This study aims to describe (1) the Socio-Economic Conditions of the Community in the surrounding Attractions Statue of the Lord Jesus Buntu Burake, (2) the Impact of the Attractions Statue of the Lord Jesus against the socio-economic conditions of communities around Buntu Burake of Tana Toraja. The subject in this research is the Branch of Attractions, Parking, and Traders. The research method used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study showed that the socio-economic conditions of people with its attractions, namely the community were originally only worked as a fuckin buildings, housewives, farmers and some even do not have a job or unemployment. With its attractions then provide enormous opportunities for the community to plunge into the tourism sector, they are working as the manager's Attractions, a Parking Attendant, and some work as sellers/traders, then they automatically earn income. The income that is produced by that is if the attraction is visited then the income of the community of about 200.000-600.000 and if the object of its empty then the income of the community of about 100.000-Rp300.000. Attractions Statue of the Lord Jesus has given impact on the socio-economic conditions of communities around Buntu Burake such as create jobs, increasing incomes and also the government, and the impact on development.

Abstract

Pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi Mendeley dalam menyusun daftar pustaka artikel ilmiah internasional terindeks Scopus dilaksanakan sebagai respons terhadap kebutuhan akademisi dan peneliti untuk meningkatkan kualitas penulisan ilmiah. Meskipun Mendeley menawarkan banyak manfaat dalam manajemen referensi, banyak pengguna di Indonesia yang kurang familiar dengan penggunaannya. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan praktis dalam menggunakan Mendeley. Metode pelatihan meliputi penyampaian materi, demonstrasi langsung, dan praktik mandiri yang dibimbing oleh fasilitator. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam mengelola referensi ilmiah, mengimpor referensi, mengelompokkan referensi berdasarkan topik, dan menyusun daftar pustaka sesuai dengan standar internasional. Tingkat kepuasan peserta juga sangat tinggi, menandakan bahwa pelatihan ini relevan dan bermanfaat. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan ini berhasil membantu akademisi dan peneliti menyusun artikel ilmiah berkualitas tinggi, meningkatkan peluang publikasi di jurnal-jurnal terindeks Scopus, serta berkontribusi pada pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan di Indonesia.

Abstract

The research problem is formulated as follows: "How is the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in Pioneer Schools fostering student independence in the History subject for 10th-grade students at SMAN 4 Palu?" The research aims, specifically, to analyze how the Independent Curriculum in Pioneer Schools nurtures student independence in the History subject for 10th graders at SMAN 4 Palu. This analysis is expected to lead to innovation in education, namely the creation of an ISBN-registered book: Local Content of Social Change and the Heritage of the 19th-Century Palu Kingdom as a Supplementary Independent Learning-Based Curriculum Module for the 10th Grade History Research material. The primary research output will be a nationally recognized article, indexed in Sinta 3, titled "Implementation of the Independent Curriculum in Pioneer Schools to Foster Student Independence in the History Subject for 10th-Grade Students at SMAN 4 Palu." Additionally, a teaching module and a local content book will be produced, which are practical applications to be prepared for the next research scheme. The plan is designed over a one-year period to reach Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 5, with the first year's focus on developing the teaching module. It will be implemented in sample schools and then scaled for broader use in schools and the community, particularly targeting 10th-grade high school students, ensuring it reaches TRL 5 for ready application in both schools and the wider community.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of teachers in integrating audio-visual media in class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Sarjo and the effect of using audio-visual media on improving students' understanding of history in class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Sarjo. This study is useful for enriching the theory of learning history through audio-visual media, as well as helping teachers, students, and schools in improving the effectiveness, understanding, and quality of learning. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show 1) that teachers play a role as active facilitators in designing and implementing audio-visual media such as PowerPoint (PPT) and videos in the learning process. The integration of these media creates a more interesting, fun, and interactive learning atmosphere. The use of audio-visual media has been proven to have a positive influence on students' understanding. 2) The effect of using audio-visual media on improving students' understanding of history in class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Sarjo, this is evidenced by students' responses that show higher enthusiasm and concentration during the learning process. The majority of students stated that they found it easier to understand the material when teachers used audio-visual media compared to conventional lecture methods and showed increased daily test scores. Therefore, the use of audio-visual media in history learning is highly recommended to create meaningful and adaptive learning to the needs of the digital generation.
