Abstract

Self-dislcosure is an important part of a communication or relationship. Along with the development technology, self-disclosurehave been  used in various social media platforms, one of which is Instagram. Instagram makes it possible for someone to send photos and symbolic representation of their sensory and emotional experiences. This research aims to find the relationship of personality types with self-disclosure on Instagram users. Research is conducted on the Faculty of Psychology, Sumbawa University of Technology using a descriptive quantitative method. Data retrieval techniques using purposive sampling techniques with slovin formula. The sample is seventy one students. Data is obtained with a self- disclosure scale instrument based on the Eysenck’s theory and personality scales based on Jung’s theory. Hypothesis testing is carried out uses multiple trials. The results shows that there is a moderate and significant positive correlation between types of personality and self-disclosure to Instagram social media users of the Faculty of Psychology students at Sumbawa University of Technology with correlation coefficient value of r = 0.467 ; p= 0,000 or p < 0.05, which indicates that extrovert and introvert is simultaneously and significantly related to self disclosure on Instagramusers. Correlation between extrovert (X1) towards self-disclosure (Y) 0,000 < 0,05 with correlation coefficient value of 0,0467 indicates a positive correlation between extrovert and self-disclosure, while the correlation between introvert (X2) towards self-disclosure (Y) 0,384 < 0,05 with correlation coefficient value  of 0,105 which indicates that there is no correlation between introvert and self-disclosure. Based on this research, it stated that the more extroverted students, the higher self- disclosure on social media Instagram.

Abstract

Conformity is a type of social behavior in which individuals change their attitude and behavior to conform to social norms. Discipline is the awareness and willingness of someone who obeys all company regulations and applicable social norms. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of Conformity on the Discipline of Student Regiment Members in Sumbawa. This research uses descriptive quantitative approach, the sampling technique uses cluster random sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 100 members of the student Regiment. Research data is obtained using the research instrument in form of two scales namely Conformity scale and Discipline scale. Results showes that Conformity is affecting the Discipline of the Student Regimen Members in Sumbawa with value p = 0,000/p < 0,05 and R square of 0,559 Wich means that the higher the Conformity of the members of the Student Regiment, the higher the influence on Discipline. Conformity has an effect of 55,9% while the remaining 44,1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) merupakan salah satu sumber pembiayaan pembangunan daerah dalam masa otonomi daerah. Sumber PAD adalah pajak daerah, retribusi daerah, hasil pegelolaan kekayaan daerah yang dipisahkan, dan lain-lain PAD yang sah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi untuk pemerintah dalam merencanakan target penerimaan PAD. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan system dinamik dan analisis time series seperti model linear, quadratic, exponential-growth dan s-curve dalam membuat model proyeksi penerimaan PAD di Provinsi NTB. Pada pemodelan system dinamik, penentuan faktor yang mempengaruhi berasal dari variabel tax base seperti jumlah kendaraan, mutasi, tarif dan tingkat pembayaran PKB. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan pendekatan system dinamik diperoleh bahwa kenaikan 1% tingkat pembayayaran wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor roda dua, dapat meningkatkan 1% PAD, sedangkan untuk kendaraan lainnya meningkatkan 2% PAD. Pendekatan time series menghasilkan bahwa model terbaik dalam memproyeksi PAD adalah dengan menggunakan model linear, sedangkan komponen PAD lain menggunakan model S-Curve untuk pajak daerah, retribusi daerah menggunakan exponential-growth dan HPKDY serta lain-lain PAD yang sah menggunakan model quadratic. Penggunaan system dinamik dan time series menghasilkan dinamika proyeksi PAD memiliki tren yang menaik.

Abstract

The birth rate (fertility) is one of the factors that influences the increase in population. Banten Province has 8 districts and cities with different fertility rates. One of the fertility indicators presented in the Long Form SP2020 data is Birth Rate data by Age Group / Age Specific Fertility Rate (ASFR). The aim of this research is to determine the earliest, latest reproductive age and the age of women who have the highest fertility rates in each district and city in Banten Province. The skewness (measure of slope) and kurtosis (measure of sharpness) values of the continuous curve formed will also be studied. ASFR data presented by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) is discrete data. Fertility rates will be approached using the MBF (Modified Beta Function) continuous fertility model. In this research, information was obtained that the earliest reproductive age in Banten Province was 15.64 years. This happened to women in Lebak Regency. Meanwhile, the latest reproductive age in Banten Province is 49.85 years. This happened to women in Pandeglang Regency. It can also be seen that the highest peak fertility rate for the population of Banten Province occurred in women aged 27.54 years in the Cilegon City area, with a peak fertility value of 0.13055. Apart from being based on calculations, this is in accordance with the curve visualization carried out using Mathematica software. The highest skewness value occurs in the continuous fertility curve for the Lebak Regency area. This means that Lebak Regency has the most left-leaning curve. All continuous fertility curves in districts and cities in Banten Province have a platykurtic distribution (flat curve) because the kurtosis value is smaller than 0.263

Abstract

The technology of learning in 4.0 requires students to be more active in obtaining information both at school and community. In order to engage students how to use their own effort and hard work to find knowledge as a source of learning, Indonesia has already implemented e-learning media. However, learning media is still less effective in influencing the way of learning in SMA Negeri 1 Moyo Hulu, it because of motivation and learning achievement to decrease. Therefore, research was conducted on the application of blended learning using Edmodo application to increase motivation and achievement in learning physics in first grade of SMA Negeri 1 Moyo Hulu. The purpose of this research are;  1) To analyze the factors that can increase motivation to learn physics in first grade of SMA Negeri 1 Moyo Hulu, 2) to identify the differences between  the application of blended learning using Edmodo application and conventional to increase learning motivation and achievement of SMA Negeri 1 Moyo Hulu, and 3) To analyze the effectiveness of applying blended learning using Edmodo application to increase learning motivation and achievement of SMA Negeri 1 Moyo Hulu. The researcher used quasi-experimental research with Nonequivalent control group design. The sampling technique used is cluster sampling. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, tests, interviews, and documentation. Instrument test using validity test and reliability test. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using factor analysis techniques, different test analysis (paired sample t test), and effectiveness analysis. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it was found that the factors that can increase the motivation to learn physics in first grade of SMA Negeri 1 Moyo Hulu, consist of 4 factors namely; family, school environment, educators and learning media. Learning media is an important factor, where the application of Edmodo greatly influences learning motivation and achievement with an average value comparison of experimental class motivation 8,69> 5,94 control class motivation, and experimental class achievement 33,94> 27,42 control class achievement, so it can be concluded that edmodo is effective to be applied in the physics learning process at SMA Negeri 1 Moyo Hulu.
