This study entitled "Reading Comprehension Ability Class VIII students of SMP Nurul Falah Pekanbaru. The issues discussed in this research is how Ability Reading Comprehension Class VIII students of SMP Nurul Falah Pekanbaru. This study aimed to collect information and data on the ability of reading comprehension, then the data and information collected are described, analyzed and interpreted in detail and systematically in order to know the true picture. The population in this study were all eighth grade students totaling 150 students consisting of five classes. The sample used is a sample random sampling which took 50% of the population, then collected a sample of 75 students. The method used in this research is descriptive method, a method that exposes / decipher data. The theory used is the theory of Henry Guntur Tarin (2008), Abdul Razak (1991), and (2005), Kundharu Saddhono and Slamet (2012). Data analysis was performed after the data collected and processed is calculated using the formula proposed by Anas Sudijono (1987: 43), after a large percentage of students answer is known, then connected with the assessment criteria set out Burhan Nurgiantoro (2001: 400). The study concluded Reading Comprehension Ability Class VIII students of SMP Nurul Falah Pekanbaru in determining the basic idea is categorized quite ie 74.64%. Ability Reading Comprehension Class VIII students of SMP Nurul Falah Pekanbaru in determining the explanatory idea is categorized quite ie 70.13%. Ability Reading Comprehension Class VIII students of SMP Nurul Falah Pekanbaru in determining the mandate / view categorized enough that the author is 74.40%. Ability Reading Comprehension Class VIII students of SMP Nurul Falah Pekanbaru in determining which conclusions are categorized as being 64.00%. Overall concluded Reading Comprehension Ability Class VIII students of SMP Nurul Falah Pekanbaru is averaging 70.79% were categorized as adequate and acceptable hypothesis.

This study focuses on the ability to write words in Malay Arabic script. This research problem is formulated about the ability to write two syllables and lebid from two syllables in Malay Arabic script. The purpose of the study is to describe in detail the ability to write Malay Arabic words and apply proper word-writing principles in Malay Arabic script. This research is a field research with quantitative type. This research was conducted in Language Education and Literature Program Indonesia FKIP Islamic University of Riau. The method used to collect data is by the test technique. The data of this research is the result of word writing skill test and applying correct wording principle in Malay Arabic script obtained from randomly taken sample of research. Analyzing data is done with the mean technique. The result of this research concludes that the ability of writing Arabic Malay words of students of Indonesian Language and Literature Education Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Islamic University of Riau is categorized with percentage of 71.72%. Furthermore, the ability to write Malay Arabic words of the students of Indonesian Language and Literature Education Studies Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Islamic University of Riau based on two syllables categorized with a percentage of 72.09% and based on the word syuku words more than two words low category ie 64.36% .

Learning styles are the ways, attitudes, and habits undertaken by students to gain comfort in learning. In this case, the researcher analyzed the foreign students’ learning style from Thailand who are studying at the Islamic University of Riau. The result of study showed that foreign students’ learning style from Thailand tended to use Kinesthetic learning style. This was based on research findings, learning style that has the highest value of kinestetik with an average of 84.6%, followed by an auditory learning style with an average of 76.9% and then visual learning style with an average of 61.5 %. As the findings in research are: First, for visual learning style students prefered to use the media in the lecture process. They were more able to concentrate when the lecturer explains the lecture material when looking at the face. Students could not memorize the material while listening to music. Students understood the material written on the board rather than read more quickly. Second, for auditory learning style, students prefered their lecturers by using lecture method. Students more easily remembered well the lecture material during the discussion. Students will lose concentration, when they heard a noise. Students prefered to discuss with friends if they find problems learning. Third, for students' kinesthetic learning styles along with. Students were more interested in lectures that are in practice. Students memorized the material while walking more dominant. when studying students could not read quickly. The findings could certainly be an input for educators in order to absorb, organize, and suit the learning strategies with learning styles, so as to show good learning outcomes and will be in accordance with lecture objectives

This study presents a related problem about the compound verbs in the Banjar Hulu language. Banjar language is the language used by the people of Indragiri Hilir Regency Riau. At present the state of the Banjar Hulu language is contaminated with modern culture and technology. Therefore, an in-depth study of the language of Banjar Hulu is needed. The problem that is examined is related to the form of the compound verb Banjar Hulu. The purpose of this study was to describe and explain in detail about the compound verbs in the Banjar Hulu language. This research is a type of field research using descriptive method. The research data is in the form of words spoken by the informant, with competent involvement data collection techniques. Data validation is done by triangulating the source by analyzing data regarding the original form and basic form. The results of this study are the discovery of the first basic compound verbs (a) basic compound verbs with the second noun component, (b) compound verbs with the first component adjectives, (c) basic compound verbs with the second component adjectives, (d) basic compound verbs with the first component adverb, (e) basic compound verb with both verb components. The two affiliated compound verbs; (a) affiliated compound verbs with the base of the components, (b) affixed compound verbs with the base of the free form, (c) affixed compound verbs with the two beraphyx components. The three compound verbs repeated.

The Implementation of Indonesian Language Learning Evaluation Procedures in SMK Pekanbaru in The Pandemic Period ABSTRAKDalam proses pembelajaran tidak lepas dengan adanya evaluasi. Evaluasi pembelajaran harus dilakukan secara sistematis dan berkesinambungan guna mengetahui prosedur evaluasi pembelajaran yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan prosedur evaluasi pembelajaran oleh guru Bahasa Indonesia di SMK di Pekanbaru tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan data pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SMK Pekanbaru. jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket. Data dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran oleh guru Bahasa Indonesia di SMK Pekanbaru tahun pelajaran 2020/2021 dikategorikan cukup yaitu memeroleh angka (72,56%). Kontribusi penelitian ini yaitu memberikan pengetahun kepada pembaca secara umum.Kata kunci: Pelaksanaan Prosedur evaluasi Pembelajaran, Guru Bahasa Indonesia, masa pandemiABSTRACTIn the learning process cannot be separated from the evaluation. Learning evaluation must be carried out systematically and continuously in order to find out a good learning evaluation procedure. This study aims to describe the implementation of learning evaluation procedures by Indonesian language teachers at SMK at Pekanbaru in the 2020/2021 academic year. This study aims to collect data on the implementation of Indonesian language learning evaluation at SMK Pekanbaru. This study uses a qualitative research type. Data were collected through questionnaire. Data were analyzed by qualitative descriptive technique. The implementation of the learning evaluation by Indonesian language teachers at SMK Pekanbaru in the 2020/2021 academic year is categorized as sufficient, namely getting a score (72.56%). This research was motivated by the obstacles found in carrying out evaluation procedures during the pandemic at SMA Negeri 5 Peknabaru. The purpose of the study was to determine the teacher's obstacles in carrying out the procedures for developing an evaluation of Indonesian learning during the pandemic at SMA Negeri 5 Pekabaru. The theory used is the theory of Zainal Arifin with the title "Learning Evaluation". This study uses a phenomenological method with the type of field observation research and a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interview and documentation techniques. Obstacles in evaluation planning are the lack of evaluation materials and lack of understanding of applications, obstacles in the implementation of evaluation, namely incomplete online learning facilities, obstacles in monitoring the implementation of evaluation, namely the lack of student monitoring and evaluation planning that is not in accordance with the evaluation implementation, obstacles in data processing, namely sources unstructured data, frequent errors in data processing, obstacles in reporting evaluation results, namely parents who are difficult to contact and obstacles in using the evaluation results, namely the lack of attention of parents to their children and economic factors.

Textbooks are one of the most important teaching materials in the learning-learning process, especially for teachers who are still lacking in making their own teaching materials. Standard textbooks have aspects including content, language, presentation and graphics. The presentation of textbooks is one of the four criteria for the eligibility of textbooks. A good presentation of textbooks will also have a good impact on learning. The feasibility of the presentation in this study includes three stages, namely: presentation techniques, presentation support, and coherence and coherence in the flow of thought. The purpose of this study is to describe and explain the feasibility analysis of presenting Indonesian language textbooks for class XII 2013 curriculum published by the Ministry of Education and Culture 2018. This book is used by high school students.

The purpose of this study was to describe the feasibility of an Indonesian-language Smart Textbook for SMA class X 2013 Revised Curriculum published by Erlangga. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative research design. The research method was chosen to answer the research objective, namely to describe the feasibility of the Indonesian-language Smart Textbook for SMA class X Revised 2013 Curriculum published by Erlangga. Data collection techniques using the method of observation (observation). The data analysis technique in this study was carried out descriptively based on the BSNP/PusBuk.PP category table. 19/2005 Article 43 paragraph (5) states that the appropriateness of the content, language, presentation, and graphics of textbooks is assessed by BSNP and stipulated by a Ministerial Regulation. The aspect of feasibility that is observed is the feasibility of graphics. The instrumental items to be analyzed consist of: (1) Book Format Size; (2) Leather Part Design; (3) Contents Section Design; (4) Paper Quality; (5) Print Quality and; (6) Volume Quality.

This study is intended to describe the appropriateness of the language of Indonesian textbooks. The method used in this analysis uses a qualitative descriptive method. This study uses a descriptive method because this research processes data in the Indonesian Class VII textbook for SMP/MTS Curriculum 2013 revised 2017 edition published by the Ministry of Education and Culture for analysis. Qualitative because the data used does not use statistical data, but uses data sourced from documents and book analysis results. Data collected by using book analysis techniques. The data is in the form of linguistic content in the material for Class VII Indonesian textbooks for SMP/MTS Curriculum 2013 revised 2017 edition published by the Ministry of Education and Culture. The results of the analysis of the book are to see and assess the feasibility of the Indonesian Class VII textbook for SMP/MTS Curriculum 2013 revised 2017 edition published by the Ministry of Education and Culture. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it was found that the level of accuracy of the sentence structure already represents the content of the message and information to be conveyed and does not come out of the discussion in the material while still following the Indonesian grammar.

This study aims to determine the graphical analysis of the Indonesian class XII textbooks. The object of this research is the Indonesian Language Smart Textbook for SMA/MA Class XII 2013 Revised Curriculum published by Erlangga. This book is suitable for use based on the assessment of the data studied from several subcomponents, namely, point of view, clarity of concepts, relevant to the curriculum, attracting interest, fostering motivation, stimulating student activity, illustrative, easy to understand, supporting other subjects, appreciating individual differences and establish values. All sub-components produced good assessment results on the Indonesian Language Smart Textbook for SMA/MA Class XII 2013 Revised Curriculum published by Erlangga. Thus, this textbook is suitable for use by teachers and students to achieve learning objectives. The existence of a broad scope regarding the feasibility of textbook graphics is certainly one of the inspirations for further researchers to study further and more deeply. Hopefully this research can be a reference for further research on the feasibility analysis of textbooks and assist teachers in choosing appropriate textbooks for use in classroom learning.
