Abstract

This study aims to describe students’ perceptions towards online learning. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The data was collected was through questionnaire by adopting the Maulana and Hamidi (2020) instrument which measures three aspects, namely aspects of teaching and learning, capabilities or abilities of lecturers, and infrastructure. The subjects of this study were the Satya Wacana Christian University Guidance and Counseling Study Program students with a sample of 135 students. The results showed that overall in the teaching and learning aspect as many as 77 students or an average percentage of 57% said that in the medium category, the capability aspect (lecturer ability) was 81 students or the average percentage of 60% said it was in good category, and in the aspect of facilities and infrastructure as much as 67 students or an average percentage of 50% said that the facilities and infrastructure for online learning were in the medium category.

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Pernikahan pada mahasiswa relevan diteliti karena beberapa dari mahasiswa juga telah melangsungkan pernikahan. Pernikahan bukan hanya sekedar formalisasi hubungan dalam berumah tangga atau pergantian status saja melainkan sebuah ibadah. Dalam menikah tentunya terdapat faktor, syarat dan tujuan yang hendak dicapai. Setelah menikah pasangan tersebut bisa dikatakan sebagai sebuah keluarga. Keluarga merupakan unit terkecil dalam masyarakat, dan dalam berkeluarga tentunya juga harus mengetahui apa fungsi serta hak dan kewajiban apa yang wajib dipenuhi antara pasangan tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penentu serta dampak pernikahan saat masa studi bagi mahasiswa FKIP UKSW. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis deskriptif kualitatif dan sampel yang digunakan adalah purpossive sampling pada mahasiswa FKIP UKSW serta menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi dalam pengambilan datanya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, faktor yang paling berpengaruh yaitu faktor agama. Semetara para partisipan mengatakan bahwa setelah pernikahan para partisipan merasa lebih baik dalam segala hal.Kata-kata kunci : pernikahan, keluarga, mahasiswa, studi kasus.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of online school exam conducted at SMK PGRI 1 Salatiga in 2019/2020 Academic Year. This study is descriptive evaluation research using CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model. The research focuses on conducting evaluation activities through four-component aspects (Context, Input, Process, and Product evaluation). Data were collected through (1) interviews with the Principal, Deputy Principal for Curriculum, School Examination Committee, and (2) documentation study, conducted by collecting data information related to the implementation of the online school exams at SMK PGRI 1 Salatiga. This study involved 194 subjects consisting of 181 school exam participants and 13 school exam committees at SMK PGRI 1 Salatiga. This evaluation research results can be seen through the four aspects of evaluation component, namely (1) Context in the implementation of online School Exams has been based on a Circular from the Minister of Education and Culture and the Office of Education and Culture of Central Java Province. (2) Inputs in the implementation of online School Exams are in accordance with the planning criteria in implementing school exams, including online application preparation, school exam planning and schemes, network preparation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as committee test organizers. (3) The process of organizing online school exams goes well, but there are technical problems experienced by school exam participants related to internet network. (4) The product in organizing online school exams is in a quite good category, indicated by the results of online school exams carried out in a relatively short time.

Abstract

Permasalahan kualitas sekolah berkaitan dengan beberapa hal, antara lain adalah supervisi oleh kepala sekolah dan hasil akreditasi sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk megetahui hubungan antara akreditasi sekolah dan supervisi oleh kepala sekolah dengan kualitas sekolah. Dalam penelitian ini, populasinya adalah semua kepala sekolah SMP Swasta sekota Salatiga sebanyak 16 orang, sekaligus sebagai total sampel. Pengumpulan data penelitian melalui angket. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah korelasi ganda dan regresi ganda, dengan SPSS. Hasil uji korelasi membuktikan hipotesis yaitu supervisi kepala sekolah dan akreditasi sekolah memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan kualitas sekolah yang ditunjukkan oleh hasil uji korelasi yaitu nilai r.hitung (0,604) nilai r.tabel (0,338) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. AbstractSchool quality is related to several aspects, i.e principal supervision, and school accreditation status. This study aims to determine the relationship between school accreditation and supervision by the principal and school quality. In this research, the population is sixteen principal Junior High School in Salatiga City, as well as the total sample. Research data collection through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple correlation and multiple regression, with SPSS. The results of the correlation test prove the hypothesis that the supervision of the principal and school accreditation has a positive and significant relationship with school quality as indicated by the results of the study. correlation test is the value of r. Calculate (0.604) r table value (0.338) at the 5% significance level.

Abstract

Tujuan penelinitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Motivasi Kepuasan Kerja dengan Kecerdasan Emosional dan Motivasi Kerja Guru. Motivasi yang merupakan suatu proses dimana kebutuhankebutuhan mendorong seseorang untuk melakukan serangkaian kegiatan yang mengarah ke tercapainya tujuan tertentu. Tujuan yang jika berhasil dicapaiakan memuaskan atau memenuhi kebutuhan-kebutuhan tersebut. Untuk cara bangkit kembali motivasi kerja sepeerti 1. Mengerti tujuan diri sendiri, 2. Berpikir positif dan bersyukur, 3. Beripenghargaan untuk diri sendiri, 4. Cintai pekerjaan kita, 4. Jangan taku dan ragu, 5. Dan ingat diluar sana masih banyak yang menganggur Teknik untuk analisis data digunakan teknik korelasi Kendall Tau-B dengan menggunakan alat bantu program SPSS IMB Statistics for windows 20.0.

Abstract

Dewasa ini isu mengenai pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap self-regulated learning menarik untuk diteliti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap self-regulated learning mahasiswa BK UKSW. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Kausal komparatif yang dilaksanakan di Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik regresi linear sederhana menggunakan alat bantu program SPSS IMB statistic for window20.0.

Abstract

Nowadays, the issue regarding the effect of online games on student motivation at SMK Terpadu Al Mustaqim Timpik is interesting to examine. This study aims to describe the effect of online games on student learning motivation. This descriptive study took 50 online games for students at SMK Terpadu Al Mustaqim Timpik. Data was collected through a distributed research questionnaire that matched the criteria, namely active users of online games. In this study using quantitative research. The data analysis technique used in this research is using the SPSS software program for Windows Realease version 20.0 to process statistical data. The results of the study indicate that there is a motive that is the driving force for playing online games for students at SMK Terpadu Al Mustaqim Timpik. The tendency of online game players to experience addiction symptoms when viewed from the intensity and frequency of playing more than an average of 5 days a week and playing for more than an average of 5 hours a day, it is concluded that the addiction experienced by online game players reaches the maniac game stage for students. at SMK Terpadu Al Mustaqim Timpik.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of smartphone use on social interactions of adolescents at Salib Putih Salatiga Orphanage Foundation. This type of research is quantitative research. The sampling technique used was total sampling in order to obtain a sample of 42 teenagers as residents of the Salatiga Orphanage Foundation. The data used is in this study using primary data obtained from the results of a questionnaire or questionnaire. This study uses simple regression analysis techniques and is processed with SPSS version 25 software. The simple linear regression test results show that the intensity of smartphone use has no effect on the social interactions of adolescents at the Salatiga Orphanage Foundation, this is evidenced by a significance level greater than 5% alpha, namely 0.590 > 0.05. Based on the Model Summary data in table 4.8, it can be seen that the value of the R Square is 0.007, which means 0.7%. So it can be concluded that the variable of smartphone use has an effect on social interaction by only 0.7%. and for 99.3% by other factors not described in this study. For this result because it is too small so it can be ignored.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence online game addiction in students at SMA Negeri 1 Kuaro. Using descriptive quantitative research. The data collection adopted from the questionnaire Muhammad Reyzal Almujahid (2016). The research subjects in this study were students at SMA Negeri 1 Kuaro with a sample size of 64 students. Based on the results of the overall data analysis, the indicator of the frequency of playing online games obtained an average percentage of 33.57% so that it can be categorized as addiction to playing online games for students at SMA Negeri 1 Kuaro including in the moderate category. Overall, the indicator of time to play online games obtained an average percentage of 34.46% so that it can be categorized as addiction to playing online games of students at SMA Negeri 1 Kuaro in the moderate category, and overall indicators of games or games that are popular are obtained a mean percentage of 31.97% so that it can be categorized as addiction to playing online games of students at SMA Negeri 1 Kuaro in the moderate category.

Abstract

Penelitian  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui signifikansi peningkatan empati peserta didik kelas VII B di SMP Stella Matutina Salatiga melalui bimbingan kelompok. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan eksperimen dengan desain eksperimen Pretest-posttest Control Group Desain. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah 12 peserta didik kelas VII B di SMP Stella Matutina Salatiga yang memiliki empati yang sedang dan rendah. Kemudian jumlah peserta didik yang memiliki empati sedang dan rendah dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu kelompok kontrol 6 peserta didik dan kelompok eksperimen 6 peserta didik. Pelaksanaan bimbingan kelompok dimulai pada tanggal 8 februari 2019 dan diakhiri tanggal 8 maret 2019. Bimbingan kelompok dilaksanakan 35 menit setiap pertemuan sebanyak 8 kali pertemuan. Sebelum diberikan treatment mean pada kelompok eksperimen sebesar 6,33 dan mean pada kelompok kontrol 6,67. Berdasarkan hasil uji Mann Whitney U diperoleh score Z = -2,402, P=0,016 (P≤0,05), maka terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Setelah diberikan treatment terdapat peningkatan mean rank sebesar 5,00, dari pre test 4.00 dan post test sebesar 9,00. Peningkatan empati terjadi karena adanya treatment berupa bimbingan kelompok  yang dilakukan oleh kelompok eksperimen. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan kelompok dapat meningkatkan empati peserta didik SMP Stella Matutina Salatiga. Kata kunci: Empati, Bimbingan kelompok, Role Play
