Abstract

MAN 1 Yogyakarta ialah salah satu sekolah yang mempunyai ekstrakurikuler tari, mempelajari Tari Ratoeh Jaroe yang  merupakan tarian bernuansa islami. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai pendidikan karakter religius Tari Ratoeh Jaroe pada ekstrakurikuler MAN 1 Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini memakai metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data memakai teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang berkaitan dengan pokok pembahasan. Teknik validasi pada penelitian ini memakai triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah pelatih tari, peserta didik, dan penanggung jawab kegiatan ekstrakurikuler tari. Selanjutnya data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan tahap reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai pendidikan karakter religius Tari Ratoeh Jaroe pada ekstrakurikuler MAN 1 Yogyakarta terdapat pada tata busana yang mencerminkan cara berpakaian muslimah, syair bernuansa islami, dan empat ragam gerak yaitu: 1) Saleum, 2) Shallallahu, 3) Aamiin, dan 4) Alam Semesta. Unsur-unsur religius Islam pada Tari Ratoeh Jaroe terdiri dari: 1) Akidah, 2) Syariah, dan 3) Akhlak. Adapun fungsi Tari Ratoeh Jaroe sebagai media dakwah bernafaskan Islam.Kata kunci: Pembelajaran Tari, Pendidikan Karakter, EkstrakurikulerThe Value of Religious Character Education in The Ratoeh Jaroe Dance in Extracurricular MAN 1 YogyakartaMAN 1 Yogyakarta is one of the schools which has a dance extracurricular activity, studies the Ratoeh Jaroe Dance which is a dance with Islamic nuances. Therefore, this study aims to describe the value of religious character education in the Ratoeh Jaroe Dance in extracurricular MAN 1 Yogyakarta. This study used a qualitative descriptive research method. Furthermore, data collection techniques used observation techniques, interviews, and documentation related to the subject matter. The validation technique in this study used source triangulation and technique triangulation. Meanwhile, the data sources in this study were dance trainers, students, and those in charge of dance extracurricular activities. In addition, the data obtained were analyzed with the stages of reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The result of this study shows that the value of religious character education in the Ratoeh Jaroe Dance in extracurricular MAN 1 Yogyakarta has the dress code which reflects the way Muslim women dress, verse with Islamic nuances, and four kinds of movements, namely: 1) Saleum, 2) Shallallahu, 3) Aamiin , and 4) the Universe. Meanwhile, islamic religious elements in the Ratoeh Jaroe Dance consist of: 1) Aqidah, 2) Sharia, and 3) Morals. Abstract

Nilai pendidikan karakter sangat penting bagi figur kepemimpinan salah satunya melalui pertunjukan wayang orang lakon Pétruk Dadi Ratu pada Paguyuban Mustika Budaya di Desa Sariharjo, KapanewonNgaglik, Kabupaten Sleman. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter pada lakon Pétruk Dadi Ratu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah ketua paguyuban, dalang, penata iringan, dan penata tari. Teknik validasi yang digunakan yaitu triangulasi teknik. Analisa data menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, dan penyajian data yang diperoleh dari sumber primer dan sekunder.Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa nilai Pendidikan karakter yang terdapat pada lakon Pétruk Dadi Ratu yang terdiri dari struktur penyajian, ragam dan sikap gerakan, rias busana, dan antawacana didapatkan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter yaitu Religius, Jujur, Toleransi, Kerja Keras, Kreatif, Rasa ingin tahu, Bersahabat/komunikatif, Peduli Sosial, Tanggung Jawab.Kata kunci: Pendidikan Karakter, Wayang Orang, Pétruk Dadi Ratu, Pembelajaran SeniEducation Character Values of Wayang Orang Lakon Pétruk Dadi Ratu in Mustika Budaya AssociationThe value of character education is very important for leadership figures. One of them is through a wayang orang performance of the lakon Pétruk Dadi Ratu at the Mustika Budaya Association in Sariharjo Village, Kapanewon Ngaglik, Sleman Regency. This study aims to describe the character education values in the lakon Pétruk Dadi Ratu. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Subjects in this study were the chairman of the association, puppeteers, accompaniment directors, and dance directors. The validation technique used is technical triangulation. Data analysis uses data collection, data reduction, and presentation of data obtained from primary and secondary sources. Results of this study conclude that the value of character education is contained in the lakon Pétruk Dadi Ratu which consists of presentation structure, variety and movement attitudes, dress make-up, and antawacana, The values of character education are Religious, Honest, Tolerance, Hard Work, Creative, Curiosity, Friendly/communicative, Social Care, Responsibility.Keywords: Character Education, Wayang Orang, Pétruk Dadi Ratu, Art Instructional

Abstract

The title of the paper of Play of Performance Waktu Batu (WB) Yogyakarta Garasi Teater (TGY) in this Dramaturgy Study is a summary of research results at the Yogyakarta Institute of Indonesian (ISI) Research Institute in 2014. Research in dramaturgy studies uses the dramaturgy theory of George Kernodle & Portia Kernodle (1978 ). Kernodle states that in dramaturgy there are six possible dramatic values that can help arrange the unity of theater performances. The six dramatic values include plot, character, theme (structure), and dialogue, atmosphere and spectacles (texture). One of TGY’s inspirational works, namely the WB performances sourced from Javanese mythology: Watugunung, Murwakala, Sudamala and Late Majapahit History, became an aesthetic presentation especially “Waktu Batu” The Stories that Meet in the Ruang Tunggu’ (WB1) will be analyzed with a dramaturgy approach which includes structure: plot, character, theme, and texture: dialogue, atmosphere and spectacles. The results of analyzing the structure consisting of plots, characterizations and themes; texture: dialogue, mood and spectacle performance of WB 1, showing that TGY belongs to a theater group that positions as a ‘theater creation laboratory’ having a unique aesthetic concept, which is typical for building eclectic dramaturgy. The eclectic drama in the Indonesian contemporary theater scene, an TGY effort to create a WB 1 play originating from Javanese mythology: Sudamala, Murwakala, Watugunung and the late history of Majapahit so that it becomes an aesthetic presentation that can be enjoyed by the audience. TGY group can survive more than 20 years. In fact in Indonesia there are not many contemporary theater groups that can survive long enough. Every TGY staging is always in demand by the audience as the WB 1 play shows.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the meaning of signs related to political conflict between characters in sineprak “Satru Ing Ngepal” (SIN). The political conflicts between these figures will be analyzed for their meaning by relating them to the social-historical context of Indonesia in the New Order and Reformation Eras. The research uses a theatrical semiotic theory approach, dividing theatrical performances into 13 sign systems. Signs related to political conflict between figures will be analyzed denotatively and connotatively. The content analysis method from Kriipendorf was used to analyze the data. The results of this study indicate that Senopati’s political conflict with Mangir semiotically refers to the meaning of the political conflict between the New Order and Reform rulers and the opposition. The enmity between Senopati, Juru Mertani, and Mangir refers to the meaning of the conflict between Wiranto and Prabowo Subianto. Pembayun’s marriage to Mangir means Prabowo Subianto joining President Jokowi’s government for 2019-2024. Pembayun’s courage to fight for Mataram peace with Mangir’s fief land refers to RA Kartini’s emancipation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter pada naskah drama Utang karya Santo Angsa. Pendidikan karakter menjadi pembelajaran penting dalam mengembangkan potensi dan penanaman akhlak pada peserta didik. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa pendidikan merupakan hal mendasar yang harus dimiliki setiap insan dalam menumbuhkan karakter. Nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter dapat ditanamkan melalui pembiasaan atas hal-hal baik yang diajarkan dari kecil oleh orang tua, tenaga pengajar, maupun pengalaman yang dialami. Pengalaman terhadap hal-hal yang dilihat dan dirasakan dari suatu peristiwa pergelaran hiburan juga dapat menjadi rangsangan individu untuk dapat menghayatinya sebagai perenungan dalam diri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui teknik analisis struktural dan wawancara. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik baca-catat dan analisis isi. Metode ini memberikan fokus penelitian pada penafsiran isi pesan yang terkandung dalam naskah drama Utang karya Santo Angsa. Naskah drama Utang karya Santo Angsa memiliki nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter jujur, religius, toleransi dan kerja keras. Oleh karena itu Naskah drama Utang dapat dipilih menjadi bahan ajaran yang positif bagi kehidupan sehari-hari. Kata kunci: nilai pendidikan karakter, naskah drama, utang, deskriptifThis study aims to determine the values of character education in the drama script Debt by Santo Angsa. Character education becomes important learning in developing potential and inculcating morals in students. Thus it can be said that education is a fundamental thing that must be owned by every human being in growing character. The values of character education can be instilled through habituation of good things taught from childhood by parents, teaching staff, and experiences. Experience of things that are seen and felt from an entertainment performance event can also be an individual stimulus to be able to live it as a self-reflection. The research method used is qualitative research. Data obtained through structural analysis techniques and interviews. The data obtained were then analyzed using note-taking and content analysis techniques. This method provides a research focus on the interpretation of the message contained in the play Debt by Santo Angsa. The drama script Debt by Santo Angsa has character education values of honesty, religion, tolerance and hard work. Therefore, the drama script Debt can be chosen as positive teaching material for everyday life.Keywords: value of character education, dramatic script, utang, descriptive

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran Sendratari Mêras Gandrung di SMK Negeri 1 Banyuwangi. Permasalahan yang mendasari penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya peran guru dan siswa dalam mengembangkan materi pembelajaran tari Jêjêr Gandrung dalam pertunjukan Sendratari Mêras Gandrung, selain dijadikan sebagai hasil proses pembelajaran juga sudah tercantum dalam kalender wisata Banyuwangi yang selalu mengadakan pertunjukan rutin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran Sendratari Mêras Gandrung di SMK Negeri 1 Banyuwangi meliputi 1) metode pembelajaran yang digunakan guru dalam menyampaikan materi, 2) tahapan pembelajaran karya Sendratari Mêras Gandrung, 3) pembagian kegiatan yang diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran. Proses pembelajaran karya Sendratari Mêras Gandrung melibatkan siswa secara penuh dalam segala rangkaian kegiatan. Titik fokus dalam proses pembelajaran karya Sendratari Mêras Gandrung adalah kreativitas siswa dalam berpikir dan menciptakan hal baru. Proses pembelajaran Sendratari Mêras Gandrung merupakan tempat yang paling tepat digunakan untuk siswa mengembangkan potensi dan keahliannya, karena siswa tidak hanya belajar satu bidang seni saja tetapi juga mempelajari bidang seni ainnya.Kata kunci: proses pembelajaran, sendratari meras gandrung The problem underlying this research is the role of theacher and students in develope learning materials for the Jêjêr Gandrung dance in the Sendratari Mêras Gandrung performance so that besides beingused as a result of the learning processit is also included in the Banyuwangi tourist calendar which always holds regular performances. The purpose of this study is to describe the process of learning the Sendratari Mêras Gandrung at SMK Negeri 1 Banyuwangi. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study research type. The results of the study show that the learning process of the Sendratari Meras Gandrung at SMK Negeri 1 Banyuwangi include 1) the learning method used by the teacher in delivering the materials 2) the learning stages of the Sendratari Mêras Gandrung 3) the division of activities that are applied in the learning process. The learning process by Sendratari Mêras Gandrung fully involves students in all series of activities. The focal point in the learning process of Sendratari Mêras Gandrung work is the students creativity in thinking and creating new things. The learning process of Sendratari Mêras Gandrung is the most appropriate place for students to develop their potential and expertise, because students do not only learn one art field but also learn other art fields. Keywords: learning process, sendratari meras gandrung

Abstract

Kesenian berfungsi sebagai media pendidikan dan pelajaran, yang  didalamnya tersimpan nilai-nilai pendidikan dan nilai-nilai luhur dan pesan moralyang bermanfaat untuk menjalani kehidupan di dunia serta bekal di akhirat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan nilai religius dalamseni shalawat Badui Sawung Galing di Dusun Gandok Kapanewon Ngemplak Kabupaten Sleman. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metodepenelitian kualitatif objek penelitian ini Seni Shalawat Badui Sawung Galing di Dusun Gandok Kapanewon Ngemplak Kabupaten Sleman. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu pelatih, pelaku seni, Seni Shalawat Badui Sawung Galing dan sesepuhnya. Data dikumpulkan melalui catatan lapangan,observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis konten. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam analisis konten melaluitahapan validasi analisis data, validasai data mengunakan triangulasi teknik, sedangkan analisis data mengunakan pengurangan data, analisis. Hasil penelitian Nilai pendidikan karakter yang terkandung dalam Seni Shalawat Badui Sawung Galing di Dusun Gandok Kapanewon NgemplakKabupaten Sleman sangat membantu pembentukan karakter anak-anak dusun Gandok dan masyarakat dusun Gandok. Ada lima dimensi dari nilai religius pada seni shalawat Badui Sawung Galing yaitu aspek keyakinan, aspek peribadatan, aspek penghayatan, aspek pengetahuan dan aspekpengalaman, yang terdapat dalam syair, tari, alat musik, tata rias dan busana.Art and culture have functions as educational and instructional media, which provides educational and educational values and wholesome moral messages for living in the world and for the afterlife. The purpose of this research is to describe the religious values within the art of Shalawat Badui Sawung Galing in the village of Gandok, Ngemplak Sub-district, Sleman Regency. This research uses a qualitative research method which elaborates the Art of Shalawat Badui Sawung Galing in the village of Gandok, Ngemplak Sub-district, Sleman Regency as the object of the study. The subjects of this research are the trainers, art performers, the Art of Shalawat Badui Sawung Galing, and the elders. The research data was collected through field notes, observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, this study employed content analysis. The data analysis technique utilized in content of analysis involved data validation stages and data validation through triangulation technique, while the data analysis was done through data reduction and analysis. The research findings reveal that the character education values embodied in the Art of Shalawat Badui Sawung Galing in the village of Gandok, Ngemplak Sub-district, Sleman Regency greatly contribute to the character formation of children and the community in Gandok village. There are five dimensions of religious values present in the art of Shalawat Badui Sawung Galing, namely belief aspects, worship aspects, appreciation aspects, knowledge aspects, and experience aspects, which are embodied in the lyrics, dance, musical instruments, make-up, and costumes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan dan mendeskripsikan nilai pendidikan karakter peduli sosial dan tanggung jawab dalam naskah drama Bingkisan Istimewa karya Tembong Siswodiharjo. Hal itu dikarenakan kasus kenakalan remaja berada dalam lingkup sosial dan tanggung jawab pribadi. Terjadinya kasus kenakalan remaja merupakan salah satu bentuk dari kurangnya kesadaran terhadap pendidikan karakter. Hal tersebut dapat memunculkan problematika dalam tatanan norma sosial di masyarakat, maka dari itu diperlukan sebuah solusi untuk meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya pendidikan karakter. Pemahaman nilai pendidikan karakter dapat diterapkan melalui pengenalan naskah drama salah satunya pada naskah drama Bingkisan Istimewa. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan analisis isi (content). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, terdapat sepuluh nilai pendidikan karakter yang ditemukan dalam naskah drama Bingkisan Istimewa. Sepuluh nilai pendidikan karakter tersebut adalah peduli sosial, tanggung jawab, toleransi, religius, kerja keras, jujur, mandiri, bersahabat/komunikatif, rasa ingin tahu, dan kreatif. Nilai pendidikan karakter peduli sosial dan tanggung jawab menjadi nilai yang dominan dalam struktur dan tekstur naskah drama Bingkisan Istimewa.Kata kunci: pendidikan karakter, nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter, drama, naskah drama bingkisan istimewaThis study aims to find and describe the value of social care and responsibility character education in the drama script Special Gift by Tembong Siswodiharjo. That is because cases of juvenile delinquency are within the scope of social and personal responsibility. The occurrence of cases of juvenile delinquency is a form of lack of awareness of character education. This can raise problems in the order of social norms in society, therefore a solution is needed to increase awareness of the importance of character education. An understanding of the value of character education can be applied through the introduction of drama scripts, one of which is the drama script Special Gift. This study uses qualitative research. Analysis of research data using content analysis (content). Based on the results of the research that has been done, there are ten character education values that are found in the drama script of Special Gift. The ten values of character education are social care, responsibility, tolerance, religious, hard work, honest, independent, friendly/communicative, curious, and creative. The value of social care and responsibility character education is the dominant value in the structure and texture of the drama script of Special Gift.Keywords: character building, character education values, drama, drama script special gift

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter adalah pondasi utama bagi pendidikan ataupun masyarakat luas. Salah satu kesenian yang memuat nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter adalah kesenian tutur Sinrilik di Kabupaten Gowa, sulawesi selatan. Tujuan penelitian dalam artikel i ini adalah mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter pada pertunjukan Sinrilik I Makdik Daeng Rimakka. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah pengelola Sanggar Seni Bontoramba, pasinrilik (seniman sinrilik), dan audiens pertunjukan Sinrilik. Teknik validasi yang digunakan yaitu teknik triangulasi. Analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, dan penyajian data yang diperoleh dari sumber primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa nilai pendidikan karakter yang terdapat pada pertunjukan Sinrilik I Makdik Daeng Rimakka dapat diperoleh dari naskah, syair, pasinrilik, tata busana pasinrilik, dan audiens pertunjukan Sinrilik kemudian didapatkan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter yaitu nilai religius, toleransi, jujur, disiplin, kerja keras, kreatif, mandiri, demokrasi, cinta tanah air, semangat kebangsaan, bersahabat/komunikatif, tanggung jawab, dan peduli sosial.Kata kunci: pendidikan karakter, sinrilik i makdik daeng rimakka, deskriptif kualitatif.Character education is the main foundation for education or the wider community. One of the arts that contains character education values is the Sinrilik speech art in Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi. The research objective in this article i is to describe the values of character education in the Sinrilik I Makdik Daeng Rimakka performance. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects in this study were the managers of the Bontoramba Art Studio, pasinrilik (syncrilik artists), and audiences of Sinrilik performances. The validation technique used is the triangulation technique. Data analysis uses data collection, data reduction, and presentation of data obtained from primary and secondary sources. The results of this study concluded that the value of character education contained in the Sinrilik I Makdik Daeng Rimakka performance can be obtained from scripts, poetry, pasinrilik, pasinrilik dress, and the audience of the Sinrilik performance then obtained character education values, namely religious values, tolerance, honesty, discipline , hard work, creative, independent, democracy, love of the motherland, national spirit, friendly/communicative, responsible and social care.Keywords: character education, sinrilik i makdik daeng rimakka, qualitative descriptive.
