Abstract

Studi ini menyelidiki pengaruh ekuitas merek dan kualitas yang dirasakan pada loyalitas pelanggan produk Nexcare Acne Cover. 100 responden dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling untuk mengisi kuesioner dan diminta untuk menilai semua item pada skala lima poin Likert, analisis jalur dirancang untuk menganalisis hubungan yang diusulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat efek positif dari ekuitas merek dan persepsi kualitas terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Upaya perusahaan untuk meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen dapat dilakukan melalui ekuitas merek dan kualitas, dan secara khusus, lebih memperhatikan ekuitas merek, karena faktor ini merupakan dampak dominan terhadap loyalitas

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan wisata halal di Provinsi Aceh pada masa sekarang ini. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah dengan metode wawancara dan observasi (fieldwork research), kemudian mengidentifikasi informan yang akan diwawancarai, yang dapat menjawab dengan baik pertanyaan-pertanyaan riset dalam wawancara. Usaha-usaha pemerintah Provinsi Aceh dalam pengembangan bidang kepariwisataan dalam pembangunan perekonomian menunjukkan peningkatan yang cukup berarti.Perkembangan ini dapat dilihat dari pertumbuhan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara yang masuk melalui pintu Provinsi Aceh.Secara umum jumlah kunjungan wisatawan ke Aceh terus mengalami peningkatan yaitu pada tahun 2018 kunjungan wisatawan di Aceh mencapai 2,5 juta orang yang terdiri dari 2,4 juta wisatawan nusantara dan 106 ribu merupakan wisatwan mancanegara. Penelitian ini juga berguna sebagai masukan dan memberikan kontribusi pemikiran bagi pemerintah setempat, Stakeholder serta pelaku usaha pariwisatahalal bersinerji dalam mempromosikan Aceh sebagai destinasi wisata yang aman, nyaman, menawan dan halal.

Abstract

This research was motivated by a decrease in the number of prescription sheets with the number of visits from 2016 to 2020 and patient dissatisfaction in the form of complaints at this hospital. The purpose of this study was to determine the patient's response to brand awareness and brand image regarding the decision to use the outpatient unit at Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi Hospital. This type of research is descriptive using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were general patients who redeemed drugs through a doctor's prescription at the IFRS outpatient unit of the Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi Hospital in Cengkareng with a total sample of 365 general patients. The data was processed using the statistical test of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which was run through AMOS 24. The results showed that the quality of drug services had a positive and significant effect on trust, trust had a positive and significant effect on brand awareness, and trust had no positive effect on brand image. where p value = 0.301 and brand awareness has a positive and significant influence on brand image.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of Quality Management and ethical leadership on the sustainability of the Umrah Travel business through corporate performance. A structured questionnaire was used to collect data from managers of Umrah Travel who work for the companies surveyed. Data from random sampling by distributed questionnaires to 80 participants found 395 official Umroh travels companies in DKI Jakarta. The results showed that Quality Management effect Business Sustainability. However, Quality Management has a positive and significant effect on company performance. Ethical leadership has a positive and significant effect on company performance. Ethical leadership also has a positive and significant effect on Business sustainability. Company Performance positively and significantly affects the sustainability of the Umrah travel business in DKI Jakarta. This study encourages company leaders to use a Quality management practice framework to improve company performance and long-term business sustainability. Umrah travel companies must improve the quality of Management practices and long-term business sustainability. In achieving long-term business sustainability, ethical leadership practices and company performance are the foundation and driving forces for achieving these goals. The research update is to add a systemic deposit (implementation guarantee) for every departure plan; every Umrah travel must deposit a minimum departure guarantee of 15-25%.

Abstract

Kemunculan virus baru pada awal tahun 2020 mengejutkan seluruh dunia, dimana virus tersebut teridentifikasi dengan nama Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) atau yang dikenal dengan sebutan COVID-19. Virus ini berkembang dengan sangat cepat sehingga menjadi pandemi yang melanda seluruh dunia termasuk Indonesia. Pandemi ini berdampak begitu besar baik secara sosial, ekonomi maupun kesehatan, untuk itu setiap sektor harus menyiapkan rencana strategis untuk pertahanan bisnisnya. Tesis ini bertujuan mengetahui strategi RSUD Budhi Asih dengan metode penelitiann berupa studi kasus secara kualitatif kemudian diolah dengan memadukan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Tahapan pertama input yaitu analisa internal dan eksternal SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat) sebagai dasar pembuatan rencana dan program rumah sakit ditengah kondisi yang sangat dinamis. Tahap kedua yaitu pencocokan evaluasi strategi menggunakan matriks TOWS, EFE, IFE. Dan terakhir untuk tahap keputusan menggunakan Matriks IE. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa hasil nilai total dari matriks IFE= 3,9 dan nilai total dari matriks EFE= 3,95. Analisis situasi dengan menggunakan Matriks IE berada pada kuadran I dimana strategi yang diperlukan untuk rumah sakit adalah grow and build strategy.

Abstract

Organizational phenomena that are still being faced are coordination and consolidation, different qualifications of human resources, large work areas, and the lack of facilities (technology) and assistance facilities for the community. The purpose of this study was conducted to develop variables that influence Loyalty in the Digital Age and the COVID-19 Pandemic, in the Observers of Plant Pest Organisms (POPT) in South Sulawesi Province. The research method uses the Mix Method to determine the relationships and influences between variables, with 200 respondents. Selection of the sample using judgment sampling and data collection using a questionnaire. Data is processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using LISREL and SPSS. The results showed that the Human Resource Management variable had the most influence on building loyalty. Overall the variables of Human Resource Management Practices, Motivation, Communication, have a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, but the variable that has the greatest influence on job satisfaction is the communication variable. Meanwhile, the stress variable has a negative effect on job satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find empirical evidence about the effect of market orientation variables, human resource competencies, and learning organizations of SMES business in Depok City on SMES innovation. This research was conducted on 100 respondents from SMES business in Depok. This research uses quantitative approach and data processing using SPSS. The results of this study indicate a significant influence of market orientation, human resource competence, and learning organizations on the innovation of SMES. These three variables simultaneously affect the innovation of SMES in Depok City. The competence of Human Resources and Learning Organization are more influencing SMES business to innovate their products compared to market orientation variable.

Abstract

Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a chronic inflammatory condition in the proximal colon which is generally characterized by abdominal pain, diarrhea, fever and weight loss. Oral medication is usually used in the long term about 6 months or even for life. Study results show that hyaluronic acid (HA) has an important role in colon inflammatory diseases. HA is given by enema form for 28 days of therapy. This study was conducted to determine the doctors interest in HA enema products as an alternative therapy for UC disease treatment. This study is a qualitative exploratory descriptive study by in depth interview to Consultant Internist Gastroenterohepatology (KGEH) and Internist Specialist who treat UC disease patients which focuses on marketing mix, specifically product, price and promotion. The results showed that HA enema products could be accepted as an alternative choice for treatment therapy in UC patients with low to moderate severity in adolescent patients to the elderly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan bagaimana pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, keragaman produk, promosi e-commerce terhadap kepuasan konsumen Shopee pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Bisnis Universitas Pancasila. Jenis penelitian ini deduktif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 konsumen yang pernah berbelanja di Shopee yang merupakan mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Pancasila. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, keragaman produk berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan variable promosi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ketiga variable independen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

This research is proposed to identify marketing strategic of Samarium ethylenediaminetetramethylene phosphonic acid (Sm 153-EDTMP) that is used for palliative treatment of bone metastasis towards utilization policy by the Nuclear Medicine Doctors. The data is obtained from the questionnaire that were spread out to Nuclear Medicine Doctors in a number of Hospital in Indonesia as respondents. The respondents were 35 of Nuclear Medicine Doctors. This number represents 80 % of Nuclear Medicine Doctors population in Indonesia. The research methodology is accomplished by descriptive explorative analysis. The results are: (1) dose, side effect of Sm 153-EDTMP that is more tolerating than morphine, (2) according to the local product promotion, Sm 153-EDTMP is able to be delivered more effectively to the user through detailing, symposium, internet (3) the price of the local product of Sm 153-EDTMP that is way more cheaper than morphine. By paying attention to marketing strategies through product advantages, promotional forms and prices SM 153-EDTMP shows that these products can be used by Nuclear Medicine specialists (SpKN) as a palliative treatment for cancer that spreads to the bones.
