Abstract

Data BPS menyatakan bahwa jumlah UMKM di Indonesia terus meningkat pertumbuhannya sejak tahun 1997. Dalam perkembangan UMKM di Indonesia khususnya saat pandemic COVID-19 ini sangat memerlukan penggalian potensi UMKM lebih dalam dan dikembangkan secara kreatif agar UMKM tetap bertahan dalam krisis. UMKM yang berbasis offline saja mengalami kendala cukup besar dalam memasarkan produknya. Arum Art sebagai UMKM penghasil gerabah yang terletak di Desa Wisata Karanganyar, Kec.Borobudur, Kab. Magelang, Prov. Jawa Tengah juga terkena dampak selama krisis ini. Melalui kegiatan KKN-PPMT ini diharapkan pengelola Arum Art dapat mengembangkan media promosi baru yang dapat berhubungan secara luas dengan konsumen. Pelaksanaan Pengabdian KKN-PPMT ini menggunakan konsep digitalpreneurship yang menekankan pada digital marketing, pembuatan konten media dan website. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan keberhasilan dengan adanya respon positif dari pengelola arum art.

Abstract

UMKM have a role in development growth to increase state income. Omah Branded which is an UMKM in the Fashion category from small children to adults in the Mungkid area, Magelang Regency, Indonesia. Currently the resulting sales transaction data has not been used to classify or classify sales products based on the sales platform that can affect the revenue of the Branded Omah. Selling products on online platforms is often referred to as digital marketing. It has become widespread and widely applied in Indonesia due to the development of the internet and changing consumers. Easy internet access using wifi or gadgets makes it easier for people to access information about a product or service they are looking for. One of the data mining for classification is the Random Forest Algorithm. The Random Forest algorithm has a random selection in generating child nodes for each node (top node), the classification of each tree is accumulated and the classification results that appear frequently can improve accuracy. In this study, by classifying Omah Branded sales data based on the sales platform using the random forest method, it is hoped that the results of this study can be used as a development solution for taking Omah Branded marketing strategies. The accuracy value using the Random Forest classification on the sales data of this Omah Branded product produces an accuracy of 92% based on the results of the confusion matrix calculation.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in the national economy such as MSMEs as small-scale food producers. MSMEs as small-scale food producers in the Magelang area are quite diverse, especially in the Deyangan area. To know the amount of daily stock. Keripik "Ngangeni" manually applies the amount of production according to production capabilities based on the number of materials or the number of employees who come. This has caused the company experience shortages of stock several times at the request of buyers. Single Moving Average (SMA) as a method for predicting producer stocks which has advantages in calculating averages and does not require weighting. SMA accuracy is assessed by forecasting accuracy tests, namely Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD) and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). This study uses data from July 2021 to April 2022. The results of SMA forecasting using 8 periods in March and April both produce a value of 74 kg. Forecasting with 8 periods is the best forecast because it has a small forecasting accuracy value of 0.5 for MAD and 4 for MAPE

Abstract

Sesuai dengan regulasi yang dikeluarkan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Kemdikbud) bahwa saat ini seorang pendidik diharuskan dapat menerapkan konsep Computational Thinking dalam memberikan pengajaran. Computational thinking merupakan sebuah metode penyelesaian masalah secara terstruktur, logis dan menyeluruh. Salah satu karakteristik penyelesaian masalah dengan konsep ini yaitu berpikir secara komputasi dalam menguraikan setiap masalah kompleks menjadi lebih kecil sehingga penyelesaian masalah lebih efektif dan efisien. Kemampuan tersebut harus dikuasai oleh guru dan siswa di Era Revolusi Industri 4.0 bahkan Society 5.0. Untuk mendorong kebijakan pemerintah maka dilakukan serangkaian kegiatan pelatihan untuk mewujudkan kemampuan berpikir secara komputasi kepada guru MAN yang mengampu mata pelajaran Bahasa di wilayah Kabupaten Magelang. Beberapa kegiatan tersebut diantaranya yaitu: (1) Persiapan dan koordinasi dengan Kemenag Kabupaten Magelang terkait data guru-guru yang akan diikutkan sebagai peserta, (2) menyelenggarakan webinar untuk guru tentang gerakan Pandai dan Computational Thinking, (3) menyelenggarakan pelatihan untuk guru tentang Computational Thinking dan penyelesaian soal melalui konsep Computational Thinking, dan (3) Melakukan evaluasi terhadap pemahaman guru tentang Computational Thinking melalui tugas. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah diperoleh peningkatkan 88,3% pengetahuan dari guru tentang berpikir secara komputasi. Namun masih ada 9,3% yang tetap dan 2,3 % yang menurun. Hasil pelatihan ini akan diterapkan dalam proses pengajaran terhadap siswa, sehingga diharapkan siswa akan memahami mata pelajaran khususnya mata pelajaran Bahasa secara lebih mudah serta dapat menyelesaikan setiap soal lebih mudah dan cepat dengan konsep berpikir secara komputasional.

Abstract

New Student Admission (PPDB) is a school spearheading activity in getting students, especially for private schools. SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Borobudur as one of the private vocational schools in Magelang Regency. SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Borobudur has problems related to the PPDB promotion strategy. The PPDB promotion that has been carried out has not fully shown a significant promotion growth to increase the number of students registering each year and PPDB information has not yet reached remote areas of Magelang Regency. In determining the promotion media for PPDB SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Borobudur, this study uses the Naïve Bayes algorithm. Naïve Bayes is a classification method using probability and statistics to predict future opportunities based on the past. By using the nave Bayes algorithm which is applied with a ratio of 70:30 for train data and test data, it is able to produce an accuracy of 72%. To maximize the results of data accuracy, this study used the k-fold cross-validation method with k=10 times resulting in an accuracy of 75%. In addition, it can be seen that 3 PPDB information is recommended for promotional media, namely student partners, alumni and Instagram.

Abstract

Psychological tests can determine the characteristics of behavior, personality, attitudes, interests, motivation, attention, perceptions, thinking power, intelligence, fantasies of students. MTs N Kaliangkrik routinely conducts tests for the selection of majors on its students assisted by Pelita Harapan Bangsa Magelang. In the implementation of the test for students at MTs N Kaliangkrik, processing and calculating the score still used Ms. Excel which requires extra time to recap and know the test results and the school needs to recap the existing results. The system developed applies data mining using the C4.5 Algorithm to predict the selection of majors. The test that is used as system input is the grade IX test score of MTs N Kaliangkrik which includes verbal, non-verbal, general intelligence, language knowledge, definite knowledge, general knowledge, and qualitative power tests. The accuracy of the similarity in the system reaches 80% (good) so that the system is suitable for use as a prediction tool for selecting majors in other schools.

Abstract

UPTD Ngrajek as a provider of freshwater fish in Muntilan, Kab. Magelang serves an average of 150,000 fish per month from tilapia, carp, tawes, catfish, catfish and carp. So, we need a system that can predict the amount of supply and demand for freshwater fish to minimize stock shortages. The Trend Moment method is used because of the advantages of using historical data that is not even or odd. The results of the application of the Trend Moment method in the forecasting system with data from December 2018 - May 2021, it is known that the error value using the MAPE test is 19.11%. This value indicates that the forecasting results on the system are good. In testing the system using alpha testing (blackbox method) and beta testing (questionnaire). 20 respondents stated that the system is easy to operate (81%), easy to transact (98%). complete information (84%), complete features (73%), forecasting information (89%), user friendly (56%), and effective (80%).

Abstract

Learning Literacy, Numeration, and Technology Adaptation is now very important for students, especially in elementary school, to strengthen the concept of logical thinking. Literacy is critical because it relates to the child's ability to listen, review, speak to observe so that they can communicate well without being affected by the subject of the audience. At the same time, numeracy skills are defined as the ability to interpret, access, use and link the concepts in mathematics in their application. However, in fact for implementing literacy and numeracy learning in schools is still considered a challenge in itself, colliding with limited access and materials, especially in this Covid-19 pandemic condition. So, this service activity was carried out by maximizing the literacy and numeracy learning mentoring process at the Kutorembet SDN placement location, which took place from August 2, 2021 to December 17, 2021. Activities carried out include teaching and learning activities to provide academic assistance. The key teaching and learning activities focus on literacy and numeracy education activities. Activities to help adapt technology are realized by showing educational videos to students and assistance in ANBK activities, as well as school administrative assistance activities which are realized by maximizing the function of the school library. This activity is carried out online and offline, considering the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic, which require actions to occur in a hybrid manner. From this activity, it was found that the results of improving literacy and numeracy for elementary school students at SDN 2 Kutorembet and also additional literacy for classroom teachers in preparing existing learning media.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, the role of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is the main asset in winning the global competition. Currently the role of ICT in education is enormous. High education have used ICT as an implementation of e-business. But the implementation of ICT business intelligence in high education still sporadic. High education need direction of measurable and targeted ICT development with business intelligence overview. It needs a reference of management and monitoring of ICT business intelligence implementation at high education as a benchmark. The benchmark in this study is using BIDM framework that can evaluate the development of business intelligence implementation from technological, human and process perspective. The result is a level in terms of implementation of ICT business intelligence in high education that became the basis of making the next strategic plan of higher education. Then the existing problems can be mapped using Value chain analysis. Combining these two ways is expected to be a reference for the development of implementation of ICT business intelligence in high education to be more systematic.

Abstract

Student admission is one of the processes that exist in educational institutions. Schools accept students by selecting grades, achievements, and other factors. SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Mertoyudan located in Magelang Regency conducts semi-manual PPDB by compiling ledger records and spreadsheets. The school has difficulty getting PPDB historical data and PPDB reporting. Besides the CPDB has difficulty monitoring registration data directly. The PPDB application is developed with the Code Igniter framework with main features that can be accessed by 3 actors (PPDB manager, CPDB and admin). Applications can store historical data, provide convenience with all forms of custom PPDB reporting and can be accessed online by CPDB and CPDB trustees. From the results of the user acceptance test carried out on schools and CPDB, an assessment of 84.8% was obtained which showed that respondents were satisfied with the functionality of the online PPDB application.
