Abstract

Government website is one of the strategies in e-government development, x agency follows this strategy by having a website with address x, along with these developments, cyber attacks through websites also increase, therefore it is necessary to carry out periodic testing and evaluation of websites with penetration testing. Penetration testing is the security testing for network or website to find vulnerabilities that could be exploited by attackers. This research is supported by the OWASP Testing Guide Framework Version 4.2 with 12 modules covering all aspects of security testing on websites. The results of the penetration testing is found vulnerabilities then be assessed for with CVSS Calculator 3.1 and given recommendations afterward. This research finds 32 vulnerabilities, 12 of that vulnerabilities have an impact on the website with 4 vulnerabilities that have a medium risk, 5 vulnerabilities that have a high risk and 2 vulnerabilities that have a critical risk.

Abstract

Standar dalam bidang teknologi memberikan kepastian mengenai keselamatan dan keandalan. Layanan laundry mayoritas masih dilakukan secara manual dengan menulis langsung pada nota, dan keberadaan sistem aplikasi akan mempermudah pekerjaan terutama dengan adanya perangkat mobile yang dapat digunakan dimana saja. Aplikasi laundry membutuhkan sebuah standar sesuai ekspetasi umum pengguna dan dapat diunduh pada Google Play Store yakni Core App Quality. Core App Quality adalah pengujian yang dibuat oleh Google untuk memastikan aplikasi berfungsi dengan baik pada banyak perangkat, memenuhi standar Android untuk navigasi dan desain, serta mempermudah distribusi ke Google Play Store. Pengujian membuktikan bahwa aplikasi laundry yang dibuat memenuhi berbagai kriteria umum seperti navigasi, keamanan, mode gelap, beberapa pengujian dilewati, seperti pengujian audio, karena aplikasi tidak memerlukan fitur audio, dan pengujian notifikasi, karena aplikasi tidak memiliki fitur notifikasi. Abstract

Donor darah adalah kegiatan sukarela untuk mendonorkan darah kepada orang lain yang membutuhkan untuk keperluan transfusi darah. Menurut WHO, kebutuhan darah minimal Indonesia adalah sekitar 5,1 juta kantong darah per tahun, yaitu sekitar 2 persen dari total penduduk Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, orang yang membutuhkan darah seringkali mengalami kesulitan karena suplai darah di bawah batas minimum yang ditentukan. Banyak orang yang ingin mendonorkan darahnya untuk membantu sesama, namun mereka masih kekurangan informasi dan tidak tahu cara mendonorkan darah. Untuk mengatasi masalah di tersebut, diperlukan platform untuk menyebarluaskan informasi terkait donor darah. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan adanya sebuah sistem informasi geografis donor darah berbasis mobile android yang dapat memenuhi semua kebutuhan tersebut. Aplikasi donor darah berbasis android merupakan sebuah cara untuk menyajikan informasi donor darah terkait kegiatan donor darah terdekat, Palang Merah Indonesia terdekat, berita terkait donor darah, dan lainnya kepada masyarakat secara lebih mudah karena berbasis mobile yang bersifat portable akan mempermudah masyarakat mengakses informasi tersebut dimana saja dan kapan saja. Hasil pengujian sementara dari penelitian yang dilakukan aplikasi dapat mengatasi permasalah tersebut dan menambah jumlah sukarelawan donor darah dan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan donor darah.

Abstract

The Communication and Informatics Agency of Gianyar Regency is responsible for providing information and services to the public through their official website. However, as with many organizations, they are faced with the challenge of ensuring optimal usability and quality of user experience. In this study, a usability evaluation of the official website of the Communication and Information Technology Office of Gianyar Regency was conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. The evaluation results show that their current website has a low level of usability with an average score of 45.28 (grade scale F). Furthermore, these results are used as a reference to provide a solution design to the problems faced using the Design Thinking approach. After that, testing the solution design that has been given to improve the website interface. The test results showed a significant improvement in usability, with an average score of 88.78 (grade scale A). This shows that the improvements and design changes that have been implemented have successfully improved the user experience and usability of the website of the Communication and Information Agency of Gianyar Regency.

Abstract

Sahana Bali Craft, a handicraft company that produces Ayaman Bags typical of Tengenan Village, Karangasem Regency, Bali where through the results of interviews and observations, it was revealed that this company faced obstacles in recording production and cost calculations that were still done manually, application of the Make to Order concept was not well integrated, and the company did not have an Enterprise Resource Planning system and re-engineering was carried out. This research recommends the implementation of business process re-engineering as an effort to improve business process efficiency with the ASAP and Kanban methods. The ASAP method is used in designing ERP systems to optimize costs, time, and available resources, while the Kanban method is applied in project management at the business blueprint and realization stages. The business process engineering has been tested with the User Acceptance Testing method and shows 1320 < 1718 < 1760 which means that the proposed business process system is considered positive or quite successful for the company.

Abstract

The development of technology is currently growing rapidly in various aspects of human life, including in the field of education such as the creation of academic information systems. The study aims to analyze the quality of service on the SISAKTI-NG website based on user expectations and website performance. Question indicators in making questionnaires refer to three dimensions, namely: usability, information quality and interaction quality in the WebQual 4.0 Method by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. Analysis of website quality using the Customer Satisfaction Index Method to analyze satisfaction with SISAKTI-NG services and the Importance Performance Analysis Method to analyze the quality of SISAKTI-NG services and obtain indicators that require improvement and are maintained based on the perceptions and expectations of website users. The results show that the satisfaction of SISAKTI-NG website users is "SATISFIED" with a percentage of 73.88%. The results of IPA analysis there are 2 priority improvement question items and 10 question items that need to be maintained by the SISAKTI-NG website manager. Recommendations are given to USDI UNUD based on indicators that require improvement to improve service quality which is still low.

Abstract

Notaris dan Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah (PPAT) merupakan sebuah lembaga yang disebutkan dalam Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata memiliki kewenangan berkaitan dengan pembuatan akta autentik. Seperti halnya dengan lembaga lain, Notaris dan PPAT membutuhkan sistem informasi untuk membantu meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pelayanan jasa lembaga tersebut. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dibuat dengan tujuan menghasilkan sistem informasi yang dapat membantu proses manajemen, melakukan pemantauan, dan pelaporan terhadap pelayanan jasa yang dilakukan oleh Notaris dan PPAT. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan metode Waterfall sebagai metode pengembangan yang menghasilkan 7 modul diantaranya Modul Manajemen Data Pegawai, Modul Manajemen Data Client, Modul Manajemen Autentikasi, Modul Manajemen Pelayanan Notaris, Modul Manajemen Pelayanan Notaris, dan Modul Pelaporan serta telah diuji dengan menggunakan Metode Pengujian Blackbox dan Post-Study System Usability Questionnaire (PSSUQ) yang menunjukan bahwa sistem ini dapat berjalan baik dan tepat guna dengan skor keseluruhan (Overall) pengujian 1.27.

Abstract

UD. Makmur Sejahtera as one of the largest distributors of daily necessities in Manokwari Papua has sales transaction data for each category of goods and types of goods. These data are still physically stored in the form of notes and have not been digitized so that they can be utilized optimally to help UD. Makmur Sejahtera increases sales. This research has the basic idea of using digital sales transaction data to find out which categories of goods have the most sales in a period of three months (July 2020 to September 2020) through the Extraction, Transformation, Loading (ETL) process based on Pentaho Data Integration, to then be stored in multi-dimensional data forms, categorized, and visualized using Tableau. The test results show that rice commodity is the category of goods with the most sales in a period of three months and the implementation of the Data Warehouse is very helpful for UD. Makmur Sejahtera in achieving its business goals.

Abstract

Preparation of government policies related to public services and facilities requires population data and its supporting technology. The Government of Bima, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) has population data related to the ownership of each family in Nitu Village but is constrained by the technology to process these data. This research designs and implements a Data warehouse using the Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL) method with the concept of multi-dimensional data. The system is implemented using Pentaho, then tested using the Black-Box method. The Data warehouse collects data from residents of the Nitu Kelurahan related to MCK ownership, then processed it to produce reports and data visualization. The stages of the research include data collection, identification of data dimensions, design, implementation, and Testing of the Data warehouse, as well as conclusions. The final results of the research show that the Data warehouse that was built helps the government in determining policy strategies and making decisions regarding the provision of MCK facilities for the people of Nitu Village, through reports and data visualization

Abstract

The closure of the TPA, which had been operating since 1990, forced Gunaksa Village to have its own TPST or Local Waste Processing Site (TOSS) as a waste processing site. The Klungkung regency government also requires each village to process household waste independently. This policy obliges Gunaksa Village to have its own (TOSS) as a waste processing site. According to Law No. 18 of 2008 concerning waste management, it is necessary to change the pattern of waste management which is based on reducing and handling waste. The output of this research is in the form of a local waste management application that can help TOSS in Gunaksa Village, Klungkung Regency which is expected to be able to integrate the management of each division and level so that it runs effectively and efficiently. This application is intended as a recording system in the management of waste banks. Research will be conducted using the methodextreme programming. The system will be designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). System testing will use the Black Box method. The results of the black box test state that the input and output of the Gunaksa Bank Garbage Application (GUNABANGSA) are appropriate.
